The goal of the study was to determine how administrative empowerment—which includes delegation of authority, decision-making participation, motivation, independence, teamwork, training, and learning—advanced workers' intellectual capital in the industrial organizations that operate in the Hama Governorate, namely Deluxe Company, Fadel Food Industries Company, and Al-Ahlia Oils Company.
