Therefore, in this study, prior to the revision and establishment of the 「Housing Act」, in the case of the Seoul, the autonomous districts that have the right to establish an association of local housing association projects are interested in local housing association projects, communicate with local residents, and so that we can improve problems together. By presenting ‘the autonomous district ordinance enactment’ as an improvement plan, the local housing association project is intended to establish itself as a ‘housing policy for the common people to prepare their own homes’, which is the fundamental purpose of the local housing association project.
