Analysis of Reasons and Basics of Terms’ Legitimacy Emphasizing on Couple Asset Dividing Terms with a Citizenship Rights Approach

In Islamic Republic of Iran constitution, we could find principles that refer to ethical and citizenship right issue explicitly or implicitly. Even, we could consider the third chapter of the constitution as citizenship right as the cornerstone of the codifying of citizenship rights charter. The citizenship right related to ethic in two areas. First, these rights could be originated from ethic based on moralism school. Second, ethical standards, which human right and maintaining human dignity are at the top, must be met in the exercising and describing of these rights. Citizenship right is one of the manifestations of being ethic. Some believed that law is one of the manifestations of the ethic and citizenship right is subset of such law. The governments are the best symbol to meet citizenship right ethic. One of the Iran law mechanisms to govern ethic between couples is that a right as man’s asset dividing condition is considered for the wife, i.e. if the divorce is not requested by wife, or the divorce is not based on the misbehavior of the wife and the wife has met all his duties including general and specific obedience, and when divorcing, the man has positive assets which he has no debt, the half of his assets transfer to wife based on legislator. Such condition is an ethical-based law and its goal is that the wife is not faced with social harms after divorcing. Such condition and its legitimacy give security and ethic to marital life of the couples and enhance their relationship, consolidate the family and reduce the divorce level. 예술의 언어와 상징의 불투명성

이 글의 목적은 굿맨의 상징예술론에 제기되는 ‘불투명성’ 문제의 소재를 밝히고, 굿맨이 주장하는 예술의 ‘인지적 효력’을 ‘기호적 경험’의 본성에 관한 체험주의의 해명을 통해 보완하는 데 있다. 굿맨은 과학과 예술의 연속성을 주장함으로써 전통적인 미학이론과 전기 분석철학이 가정했던 의미/인지, 정서/감정의 오랜 이분법적 구도를 거부한다. 대신 우리가 예술작품을 해석할 때, 예술적 상징에는 규약적이거나 기술적인 다른 상징들과 달리 ‘미적 징후’의 현상으로 드러나는 불투명성이 있다고 강조한다. 그러나 비어즐리를 비롯한 굿맨의 비판자들은 그러한 불투명성으로 인해 예술의 가치를 ‘인지적 효력’의 관점에서 평가할 수 없게 된다고 주장한다. 특히 그들은 예술작품에서 ‘예화’의 지칭체계를 적용할 때 드러나는 현저한 불투명성을 비판한다. 이 문제에 필자는 ‘기호적 경험’에 대한 체험주의의 해명을 통해, 기호적 경험이 본성상 불안정/불완전한 불투명성을 갖는다고 밝힌다. 기호적 경험은 기표의 물리적인 유한성과 기호적 ‘사상’의 본성적 파편성 때문에 필연적으로 기호의 변형과 증식, 소멸을 동반하는 기호의 ‘전이’ 현상을 낳는다. 그렇지만 체험주의적 해명에 따르면 기호적 경험은 물리적 경험에 토대를 두고 확장되며, 여기서 제공되는 물리적 경험의 ‘공공성’이 기호적 불투명성에도 불구하고 소통/해석 가능한 토대를 제공한다. 필자는 이러한 해명을 통해 굿맨이 예술의 상징체계를 통해 밝히려고 했던, 의미 창조와 이해의 중요성이 더욱 설득력 있게 보완될 수 있다고 본다.

A General Inversion Pair and p-deformation of Askey Scheme

The present work incorporates the general inverse series relations involving p -Pochhammer symbol and p -Gamma function. A general class of p-polynomials is introduced by means of this general inverse pair which is used to derive the generating function relations and summation formulas for certain p -polynomials belonging to this general class. This includes the p -deformation of Jacobi polynomials, the Brafman polynomials and Konhauser polynomials. Moreover, the orthogonal polynomials of Racah and those of Wilson are also provided p-deformation by means of the general inversion pair. The generating function relations and summation formulas for these polynomials are also derived. We then emphasize on the combinatorial identities and obtain their p-deformed versions.

Decentering the Veil: Transforming the Discourse Surrounding Muslim Women

Western society’s preoccupation with the veil and the women who don them continues to occupy political and public arenas, garnering widespread attention. In the west, the veiling practices of Muslim women are most commonly as either a symbol of oppression or resistance. This dichotomy of prevailing discourses fails to capture the complexities of navigating gender, religious and racial identities within western society, thus perpetuating reductive representations of Muslim women. This article examines Western perceptions of Muslim women who choose to veil. Prevailing discourses are problematized, and considerations to elevate nuanced narratives of Muslim women that transcend the veil are explored.

Low-complexity joint channel estimation and symbol detection for OFDMA systems

In this paper, we propose a joint channel estimation and symbol detection (JCESD) algorithm relying on message-passing algorithms (MPA) for orthogonal frequency division multiple access (OFDMA) systems. The channel estimation and symbol detection leverage the framework of expectation propagation (EP) and belief propagation (BP) with the aid of Gaussian approximation, respectively. Furthermore, to reduce the computation complexity involved in channel estimation, the matrix inversion is transformed into a series of diagonal matrix inversions through the Sherman-Morrison formula. Simulation experiments show that the proposed algorithm can reduce the pilot overhead by about 50%, compared with the traditional linear minimum mean square error (LMMSE) algorithm, and can approach to the bit error rate (BER) performance bound of perfectly known channel state information within 0.1 dB.

A green paradigm for Internet of Things: Ambient backscatter communications

Internet of Things (IoT) has attracted extensive interest from both academia and industries, and is recognized as an ultimate infrastructure to connect everything at anytime and anywhere. The implementation of IoT generally faces the challenges from energy constraint and implementation cost. In this paper, we will introduce a new green communication paradigm, the ambient backscatter (AmBC), that could utilize the environmental wireless signals for both powering a tiny-cost device and backscattering the information symbols. Specifically, we will present the basic principles of AmBC, analyze its features and advantages, suggest its open problems, and predict its potential applications for our future IoT.

User assisted cooperative relaying in beamspace massive MIMO NOMA based systems for millimeter wave communications

A novel scheme ‘user assisted cooperative relaying in beamspace massive multiple input multiple output (M-MIMO) non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) system’ has been proposed to improve coverage area, spectrum and energy efficiency for millimeter wave (mmWave) communications. A downlink system for M users, where base station (BS) is equipped with beamforming lens antenna structure having NRF radio frequency (RF) chains, has been considered. A dynamic cluster of users is formed within a beam and the intermediate users (in that cluster) between beam source and destination (user) act as relaying stations. By the use of successive interference cancellation (SIC) technique of NOMA within a cluster, the relaying stations relay the symbols with improved power to the destination. For maximizing achievable sum rate, transmit precoding and dynamic power allocation for both intra and inter beam power optimization are implemented. Simulations for performance evaluation are carried out to validate that the proposed system outperforms the conventional beamspace M-MIMO NOMA system for mmWave communications in terms of spectrum and energy efficiency.

Vers, vermines, vermisseaux et autres bestioles contaminantes dans l'œuvre poétique de Charles Baudelaire

On connaît bien le bestiaire de Baudelaire pour ses grands oiseaux chargés de symboles (hiboux songeurs, cygnes égarés ou albatros spleenétiques), ses « bons » chiens ou « toutous » frétillants, et surtout ses « chats » tout empreints d'une mystérieuse et fascinante félinité. On connait moins en revanche la petite faune rampante qui semble avoir élu domicile, pour l'infester et le vivifier tout à la fois, dans le poème baudelairien. Vers, vermines, vermisseaux, mais aussi mouches, punaises, araignées, fourmis, chrysalides et autres insolites « helminthes », grouillent et prolifèrent dans les alvéoles des « vers » homonymes puisqu'aussi bien c'est dans ceux des Fleurs du mal, bien davantage que dans les proses du Spleen de Paris (en dépit de la reptilienne dédicace à Arsène Houssaye), que ce grouillement infectieux et contaminatoire parait s'exercer. Notre présente contribution, après avoir dressé rapidement l'inventaire de ce micro bestiaire vénéneux, s'attachera à en dégager la portée symbolique et surtout poétique si l'on veut bien considérer que des Memento mori comme « Une Charogne » ou « Le Flacon » sont aussi d'authentiques arts poétiques où s'opère, dans le terreau du texte, l'oxymorique travail de décomposition / recréation porté par ces « infâmes » petites bestioles. « De la vaporisation et de la centralisation du Moi. Tout est là », proclamera le premier fragment de Mon cœur mis à nu. Rien de tel en effet que de « noirs bataillons de larves » pour effectuer ce paradigmatique retournement de l'organique putréfié et pulvérisé au poétique reconfiguré et sublimé.

User selection protocol in DF cooperative networks with hybrid TSR-PSR protocol based full-duplex energy harvesting over rayleigh fading channel: system performance analysis

Cooperative communication has been recently proposed in wireless communication systems for exploring the inherent spatial diversity in relay channels. In this work, we investigate the system performance of the energy harvesting full-duplex (FD) decode-and-forward (DF) hybrid TSR-PSR (TPSR) protocol relaying network. In the selection scheme, the best user selection protocol is proposed and investigated. Mainly we derive the closed-form expression for the outage probability, system throughput and the symbol error rate (SER) of the system. Numerical results are also presented by the Monte Carlo simulation to validate the theoretical analysis in connection with the all possible parameters in the comparison between TSPR, TSR and PSR cases. The research results show that TPSR case is better than the others in term of outage probability and SER.

The article takes into examination how customs, clothes and the conception of African female body have changed over time in Tanzania, highlighting the wide system of symbols that are involved in them. Starting from the assumption that clothes and body are expression of the social and cultural reality, and a means of modelling powers and relationships, the article follows linguistic, semiological and psychological analytical approaches. Particular attention is given to fashion as an emerging industry in Tanzania, revealing how fashion designers envision their endeavours as a pathway both for pursuing their passion and for revitalising failing clothing industries.

Formas de resistência da religiosidade, da memória e da cultura negra no Amapá: o caso da comunidade quilombola de Mel da Pedreira

O presente artigo objetiva refletir sobre as formas de resistência da religiosidade, da memória e da cultura negra da Comunidade de Remanescente de Quilombo Mel da Pedreira, localizada no município de Macapá, estado do Amapá. Uma comunidade que possui sua história, práticas culturais e identidade marcadas pela religiosidade de matriz afro-ameríndia e posteriormente protestante. O presente trabalho trata-se do resultado final de um dos capítulos de um estudo etnográfico de natureza qualitativa que adotou a pesquisa bibliográfica, a análise documental, a entrevista semiestruturada e ação colaborativa (pesquisa-ação) no âmbito da Tese de Doutorado em Teologia. O fator relevante para a escolha desta comunidade deve-se ao fato da mesma se diferenciar das demais, por não trazer como parte de sua cultura, os rituais de matriz africana e as festas de santo católico, à medida que realiza cultos evangélicos. No entanto, os resultados apontam que embora essa comunidade quilombola apresente princípios protestantes em sua forma de vida, nos hábitos e nos costumes, há evidências de resistência de religiosidade afro-ameríndia em suas manifestações religiosas, pois utiliza a Caixa de Marabaixo e o Tambor - instrumentos símbolos de raiz negra muito utilizado nas celebrações de matriz africana no Amapá.

Bistable stochastic resonance enhanced 4-ary PAM signal detection under low SNR

To boost the performance of 4-ary pulse amplitude modulated (PAM) at low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), bistable stochastic resonance (BSR) system is introduced into digital communications system and get a reliable signal detection scheme. In this paper, we first analyse BSR system for different amplitudes of 4-ary PAM signals. The steady-state of the bistable system will be statistically distinct, and the feasibility of the proposed detection scheme is confirmed. On this basis, we present a detailed study on steady-state transitions of the BSR system, and an explicit expression of the bistable system parameters is derived. By setting the bistable system parameters, bistable system, 4-ary PAM signal, and noise reach the resonance state, and the BSR-based detection scheme is implemented. Moreover, we derive an analytical expression to calculate the symbol error rate (SER) of 4-ary PAM signals with the BSR-based detection under additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN). Finally, the simulation results validate that BSR-based detection scheme can improve the detection performance while efficiently reducing the symbol error rate.

Brain protective effect of ginkgo biloba extract on patients with meningioma resection

Objective To investigate the effects of ginkgo biloba extract on the early postoperative cognitive function and the serum neuron specific enolase (NSE), S100β, tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin (IL)-6, superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in patients with meningioma resection. Methods 60 patients with meningioma scheduled for elective intracranial tumor resection were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups (n=30 each): ginkgo biloba extract group (group G) and control group (group C). Ginkgo biloba extract was infused intravenously 30 min before anesthesia induction in group G, while group C received the equal volume of normal saline. Venous blood sample were taken at three time points: 30 min before induction (T1), extubation (T2) and 24 h after operation (T3) for determination of serum concentration of NSE, S100β, TNF-α, IL-6, SOD and MDA. Cognitive function was evaluated at 1 d before and 3 d after surgery using Mini-mental State Examination (MMSE), Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale (WAIS) and Wechsler Memory Scale (WMS). Results Compared with T1, the concentration of NSE, S100β, TNF-α, IL-6 and MDA in serum were significantly increased at T2 and T3 in the two groups, while SOD was decreased (P<0.05). Compared with group C, the concentration of NSE, S100β, TNF-α, IL-6 and MDA were significantly decreased at T2 and T3 in group G, while SOD was increased (P<0.05). Compared with 1 d before surgery, the scores of MMSE, digit accumulation, digit breadth (forward), vocabulary association and digit symbol replacement were significantly decreased and tracing connection time was significantly increased on the 3rd day after surgery in the two groups. The scores of digital breadth (reverse) and visual regeneration were significantly decreased in group C (P<0.05). Compared with group C, the scores of digit accumulation, digit breadth (forward and reverse) and visual regeneration were significantly increased on the 3rd day after surgery in group G (P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative cognitive dysfunction (POCD) at 3 d after surgery in group G was significantly lower than group C (P<0.05). Conclusions The pretreatment of ginkgo biloba extract can decrease the incidence of early POCD in patients with meningioma resection, and its mechanism may be related to the reduction of inflammatory reaction and antioxidation. El sistema educativo peruano y la pérdida de identidad cultural andina en la región Puno

El Perú se caracteriza por la pluralidad de lenguas y en la región Puno por los idiomas quechua, aimara y el castellano, como lengua oficial del Perú, por otro lado, el uso de las lenguas originarias se restringe en las instituciones educativas de zona urbana y en la universidad por la hegemonía del castellano. Esta investigación tiene como objetivo investigar el sistema educativo peruano como influencia en la pérdida de la identidad cultural quechua – aimara de la región Puno, la investigación es de tipo descriptivo que corresponde al enfoque cuantitativo. La investigación realizada pretende rescatar y valorar la identidad cultural en la educación con el fin de preservar la cultura andina en la región Puno y por ende en el Perú y fortalecer su formación para enfrentar los cambios repentinos en cuanto a los modelos educativos en el Perú, puesto que la lengua es el símbolo de identidad cultural, entendiendo que la lengua cumple un rol funcional en la sociedad y para transmitir sus tradiciones, narraciones y su sentir de hombre andino, como promoción social colectiva de la cultura, símbolo de reciprocidad y cooperación o solidaridad. Las lenguas están vigentes (77.8%) y fortalecidas en las sociedades andinas que se consideran un instrumento para interacción social.

The Effectiveness of the Symbol in Iraqi Monodrama Texts

يُعنى هذا البحث بدراسة (فاعلية الرمز في نصوص المونودراما العراقية)، خُصص الإطار المنهجي: لبيان مشكلة البحث والحاجة إليه، وأهميته، وهدف البحث، وتحديد أهم المصطلحات البحث. حيث تناولت مشكلة البحث مفهوم فاعلية الرمز، والمونودراما, ومستويات الاشتغال للرمز في نصوص المونودراما للمؤلف، والكشف عن الرؤية الفنية التي جسدها المؤلف المسرحي في توظيف الرمز داخل المنتج الأدبي, وما في ذلك من تطوير للعملية الإبداعية, فتحددت مشكلة البحث بالاستفهام الآتي : ما مدى فاعلية الرمز في نصوص المونودراما العراقية ؟وتضمن ايضاً هدف البحث وهو: تعرف مدى فاعلية الرمز في نصوص المونودراما العراقية، وتضمن الفصل حدود البحث، وتحديد ابرز مصطلحاته, فيما اشتمل الإطار النظري ثلاثة مباحث, المبحث الأول يتطرق فيه الباحث على الرمز مفهوماً و فاعليةً و توضيح اهم المصطلحات المجاورة للرمز من حيث التقارب الإشتغالي , فيما عُني المبحث الثاني بدراسة فاعلية الرمز عند العلماء اللغة ,اما المبحث الثالث فقد خصص لدراسة فاعلية الرمز المونودرامي عن طريق تتبع مفهوم المونودراما ومؤشرات الإطار النظري. واختار الباحث مسرحية (بقعة زيت) عينة للبحث. إذ تضّمن ايضاً نتائج البحث واهمها: (امتازت النصوص المونودرامية للكاتب محمود ابو العباس بالتكامل الفني والدرامي, واستلهام الرموز من المادة الاجتماعية والنفسية للشخصية, وتوظيفها بحسب مواقف العصر المعاش), ثم والاستنتاجات، وقائمة المصادر والمراجع. &nbsp
