ORGANIZATIONAL AND PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS OF USING WEB ORIENTED TECHNOLOGIES IN TEACHING HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS OF SECONDARY EDUCATION ESTABLISHMENTS

The article characterizes the list of organizational and pedagogical conditions in computer science classes and examines their influence on the formation of digital competence through the use of web-based technologies in the education of high school students of secondary education institutions.The psychological and pedagogical conditions are considered as an important component in the formation of individual characteristics of high school students.The scientific and methodological conditions are analyzed as a leading component for informatics teachers during the preparation of students for correct work with hardware and software tools.The sanitary and hygienic conditions as a component of personality formation under the influence of the environment is highlighted. The main possibilities of optimizing the teaching of informatics through the use of web-oriented technologies to increase the efficiency of learning the educational material are revealed.The concept of "educational design" as high-quality E-learning content was formed.They studied scientific researches, works, experiments of scientists of this problem M. Leshchenko, Yu. Nosenko, A. Sukhikh, M. Yastrebova. The psychophysical characteristics of students and the main groups of factors that negatively affect their physical and mental health were outlined.It was found that compliance with organizational and pedagogical conditions forms a comprehensively developed person who strives for self-knowledge, improvement, is responsible for his actions when working on the World Wide Web.It is noted that the use of web-oriented technologies, which are based on organizational and pedagogical conditions, create optimal conditions for revealing the potential of the personality of high school students.The problems of the implementation of web-oriented technologies in organizational and pedagogical conditions in the education of high school students of secondary education institutions are highlighted and characterized. The danger of Internet addiction and disorder of students in the World Wide Web is presented. A tool for self-diagnosis of Internet addiction has been created for Internet users. Other dangers on the Internet, such as cyberphishing and cyberbullying, are highlighted. Their concepts have been formed.

Involvement of High School Students of General Secondary Education Institutions in Environmental Projects: Theoretical and Methodological Approaches and Practical Implementation

The article considers certain stages of formation of educational and research skills of high school students of secondary education institutions in the implementation of environmental projects. The purpose is to analyse the specifics of attracting high school students of general secondary education institutions to the implementation of environmental projects. The main methods of research were methods of systematization, statistical processing, analysis, observation, induction, deduction, and synthesis used to solve scientific and methodological problems. Results. It is established that the goal of an environmental project makes it possible to choose a range of tasks that should be implemented by a high school student, namely: the object of research and the method of achieving the final result. In accordance with the set goal, the project objectives are determined. The solution of each task is a stage of research. Tasks determine the content of the study, methods, and results obtained. They can include the formulation of a problem, the identification of new facts, the establishment of new connections, a new formulation of a known problem, original conclusions and recommendations for the implementation of the obtained experimental data. The proposed scheme is a model for conducting research on determining water quality in aquatic ecosystems. The diagram shows three stages of step-by-step research. The first one is aimed at selecting the object of research (the main selection of criteria and objects of research is revealed). The second stage is the selection of methods for conducting the experiment. The criteria for selecting experimental sites are disclosed and, accordingly, identifiers for conducting an experiment and implementing an environmental project are given. The third stage is aimed at analysing the results of the study, formulating appropriate conclusions and planning the next stages of the study. The main stages in the formation of scientific research are considered from the formation of the topic, research tasks to the discussion and formation of conclusions of an environmental project. Conclusions. In the process of implementing environmental projects, which is aimed at search activities, high school students improve their ability to perform mental actions, operate in practice with all the acquired skills and abilities. The implementation of eco-projects develops logical and ecological thinking, forms a scientific and practical style of thinking, intuition, and develops interest in natural science. Scientific literature can’t provide deep and thorough knowledge, practical skills and abilities if the acquired theoretical knowledge is not combined with research activities. During their own observations, high school students are convinced that there are close connections between living organisms and the surrounding component, i.e. the environment.

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE LEVEL OF PSYCHOLOGICAL HEALTH AND THE CONSUMPTION OF PSYCHOACTIVE SUBSTANCES

The existing system of primary prevention of the spread of drug addiction is based on informing the population about the inevitable negative consequences of the use of psychoactive substances and (to a lesser extent) the basics of safe behavior that prevents involvement in the consumption of psychoactive substances (surfactants). In this article, a study was conducted on the relationship between the level of psychological health and the consumption of psychoactive substances. The following psychological factors – goals are defined, dividing them into a constructive vector and a destructive vector: factors of basic trustdistrust, factors of autonomy – dependence, confidence factor – doubts (guilt, shame), initiative factor – feelings of inferiority, stiffness, diligence factor – avoiding loads and difficulties, responsibility – irresponsibility factor, factor of sociability – closeness. The study was conducted in three major cities using a sociological survey method. In general, 623 respondents aged 14-17 years, who are students of secondary educational institutions, took part in the study. The data obtained suggest that the higher the level of psychological health development of an individual student, the lower the probability that he/she will start using alcohol or drugs

Гендерные особенности миграционных установок одаренных омских школьников с разным уровнем жизнестойкости и субъективного благополучия

<p>The study is aimed at identifying gender characteristics of the connection between resilience and subjective well-being and the migration attitudes of Siberian schoolchildren. The survey involved students of secondary educational institutions in Omsk and Omsk Region (N=461), from 14 to 17 years old (15.5, SD=1.39), 268 (58.1%) girls, 193 (41.9%) boys. Methods of testing and questioning, expert interviews were applied. Research methods: S. Maddy's Hardiness Test adapted by D.A. Leontiev, E.I. Rasskazova; Method of Diagnosing the Subjective Well-being of the Individual by R.M. Shamionov, T.V. Beskova; the Scale of Migratory Attitudes of Personality by S.A. Kuznetsova; the author's questionnaire, which included questions about the socio-demographic characteristics of schoolchildren, their intellectual activity. The obtained results testify to the existence of a connection between hardiness and subjective well-being with the migratory attitudes of intellectually gifted and motivated girls. At the same time, the migratory attitudes of young men are practically not connected with the above-mentioned constructs, regardless of their level of giftedness and activity. In the group of gifted girls, a decrease in hardiness, in particular, control and involvement, as well as subjective, in particular, emotional and ego well-being, leads to an increase in migratory attitudes. In the group of motivated girls, in a similar way, attitudes about migration are associated with control and involvement, subjective well-being. The conclusion is made about the differentiated connection of gender and giftedness with the migration attitudes of schoolchildren, its mediation by the level of their resilience and well-being.</p>

Soslovnaya prinadlezhnost' uchashchihsya srednih uchebnyh zavedenij Rossijskoj imperii v konce XIX – nachale XX v. (na primere Sibiri)

The article examines the class composition of students of secondary educational institutions in Russia in the late 19th - early 20th centuries. A comparative analysis of the class affiliation of students of secondary educational institutions in Siberia, namely state gymnasiums, secondary vocational, real and commercial schools, teachers' seminaries and institutes, is carried out. It is shown that, despite the established class restrictions in obtaining education, secondary educational institutions became more democratic during the study period. At the same time, the share of raznochinets in the number of students was constantly increasing.

DEVELOPMENT OF EMOTIONAL AND VOCATIONAL QUALITIES OF STUDENT YOUTH AS AN INDICATOR OF ITS COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE

The article examines communicative competence as an integrated quality of students of secondary education institutions. The definition of the concept of “communicative competence” is presented, in which attention is focused on the importance of the emotional and volitional sphere of the student, which determines his ability to successfully carry out communicative interaction in society. It is noted that the question of the formation of emotional and volitional qualities of schoolchildren remains relevant even today and requires constant attention and comprehensive research. Attention is focused on the theoretical understanding of the emotional qualities of the student’s character, which is related to the strength of feelings that accompany his activity aimed at satisfying his own needs, and depend on the intensity and nature of the corresponding experiences, as well as on the strong-willed character traits that determine energy, with how a young person strives to achieve his goals in communication and manages his mental processes and states. In order to diagnose the formation of emotional and volitional qualities of students, the test method “Attitude to criticism” was proposed and implemented, taking into account that the formation of communicative competence of students of secondary education institutions, including the development of their emotional and volitional qualities, is possible under the condition of communicative orientation of educational disciplines, the use of didactic games, interactive non-game learning methods, organization of the educational process based on the subject-subject communicative interaction of the teacher and pupil, promotion of participation of school pupils in extracurricular work, in particular participation in school self-governance activities, involvement in research work, participation in scientific circles, readers’ conferences, discussion clubs, round tables, debates, creative studios, etc. The results of testing and an oral survey of young people are described, qualitative indicators of positive changes regarding the levels of formation of their emotional and volitional sphere are analyzed.

Gender features of awareness and attitudes of adolescents to a healthy lifestyle

Introduction. For the formation of the health of children and adolescents, it is essential to study their awareness of the risk factors for health disorders and the formation of stereotypes of a healthy lifestyle. Materials and methods. According to the questionnaire developed by us, “Awareness of adolescents about a healthy lifestyle”, a survey included 245 15-17 year adolescents (133 girls, 112 boys) attending secondary schools in Ivanovo. Results. In self-assessment of awareness, regardless of gender, adolescents highly value their knowledge of a healthy lifestyle. Adolescents often want to learn more about proper nutrition, health risk factors, reproductive health issues. Boys more often than girls consider it unnecessary to adhere to the rules of personal safety, safe reproductive behaviour, full compliance with medical recommendations, admit the possibility of self-medication, go to doctors only in case of illness, violate the principles of a healthy diet and daily routine. It is more difficult for boys than girls to maintain good personal hygiene. Of the negative school factors, girls more often than boys note high pedagogical loads difficulties in relationships with classmates and teachers. They often believe that they need to spend less time at the computer, observe the daily routine, spend enough time to sleep and rest in the fresh air, eat right. That is, they are more responsible and self-critical. Girls more often emphasize their independence in matters of a healthy lifestyle. They believe that for this, they need their conviction and time. Limitations. The study has age (15-17 year teenagers), regional (Ivanovo) and educational (students of secondary educational institutions) restrictions. Conclusion. The revealed gender characteristics of awareness and attitude of adolescents to healthy lifestyle make it necessary to take them into account when drawing up programs to improve adolescents’ knowledge. More attention should be paid to safety issues for boys, and for girls, psychological issues should be included.

Contemporary Intercultural and Ethnic Views of Ukrainian Youth Student About the Poles

In the context of intensification of Europe's migration processes at the beginning of the 21st century, intercultural communication of people resulted in readjustment of traditional systems of their norms and values; new values are being shaped while traditional ones are losing their dominant status. It is deemed necessary to shape a new cross-border and multicultural identity in the younger generations in order to prepare them to life in various cultural environments. A new standard of cultural awareness is to prevent possible effects of cultural shock, minimize such negative attitudes as national and racial prejudice. The objective of the paper is to outline results of the massive survey which involved students of higher educational institutions as well as senior students of secondary education institutions in Ukraine. The survey reflects the latest ethnic and intercultural ideas (representations) and values of Ukrainian youth, in particular their attitudes to the Poles as a separate nation and a close neighbour or ethnic minority residing in Ukraine.

The specific development of piano technique at secondary educational institutions of China and Russia: comparative analysis

The research object is the process of developing piano technique among students of secondary educational institutions (schools and colleges) in China and Russia. The article substantiates the methodological aspects of forming finger actions of college students necessary for performing musical pieces and dwells on the professional training of pianists in music academies of China and Russia. The authors of the article have drawn a number of conclusions. The work on musical technique in the Chinese secondary educational institutions is divided into several stages. Each stage focuses on the repetition of technical exercises and rote memorization. Western teachers consider this approach to learning unproductive, but it corresponds to such Chinese personality traits as diligence, hard work and perseverance. The article discusses effective teaching methods that allow the Chinese colleges to achieve high results in the professional training of pianists.

Methodical foundations of preparing students of secondary education institutions before completing test tasks in biology

Goal. To establish the features of the anatomical structure of the body of young men and women of various constitutional types and social groups. Material and methods. The somatotypological features of 328 children aged 17-18 years, who were students of secondary educational institutions of the Tyumen region, were determined. The data on the study were distributed according to the following characteristics: age, gender, constitution, and social group. The main group consisted of people who lived in dysfunctional families, and the children from the control group grew up and were brought up in prosperous conditions. Results. The study significantly complements the data on the physical development of young children of different constitutions and social groups of the Tyumen region. The obtained metric characteristics are the basis for creating an algorithm for evaluating somatic types in the considered child population. The morphotypological deviations in physical development revealed in the course of the study make it possible to prevent the development of pathological processes and to correct the existing disorders. Conclusion. Individual and typological features of the physique are recommended for use in the selection of preventive measures for health protection in educational institutions and the development of regional corrective health programs.

The article, based on the analysis of historical and pedagogical sources and archival documents, reveals the position of the curator’s council of Odesa educational district on effective ways to cultivate discipline among secondary school students in the late nineteenth to early twentieth century. It has been found that the secondary schools of Ukrainian provinces of the Russian Empire in the period under study functioned in conditions of significant social, economic and political changes associated, on the one hand, with the development of capitalist relations, on the other hand, with the economic crisis of 1901–1903 and activation of workers and peasants movements and the rise of political activity among liberal and democratic strata of population and the student youth. Against this background, the inconsistency of the existing system of secondary education, which comprised mainly grammar and real schools, with the economic and social needs of the state became more and more noticeable, forcing the Ministry of Public Education to raise the issue of the secondary education reform.It has been found that the Emperor Nicholas II, concerned about the growing political activity of students and pupils, identified the requirement of combining youth education with religion, faith, loyalty to the crown and the fatherland, respect for the family, and learning from early childhood to maintain order and discipline. In pursuance of this order, the Minister of Public Education H. Zenger sent to the curators of educational districts, including Kyiv, Odesa and Kharkiv, a circular “About Discipline in Secondary Education Institutions” (1903), recognizing the current state of affairs with students’ discipline and control over it by school authorities and pedagogical staff as unacceptable and demanded strict execution of the monarch’s will. The desired educational results were proposed to be achieved by both pedagogical and repressive methods. Effective methods and techniques for prevention of order and discipline violations by the students to be used by pedagogical staff were considered the following: pedagogical tact and friendly attitude to students; the content of studying and its educational nature (especially at the language, literature and history lessons); organization of extracurricular educational activities with the use of teaching, suggestion, persuasion of students; cooperation with parents; moral support for pupils living in student dormitories; appeal to the religious beliefs and feelings of students.It has been found that at the meeting on December 12, 1903, the members of the curator’s council of Odesa educational district, having studied in detail the state of affairs and having considered the circular proposal by the Minister of Public Education and the views of pedagogical councils of secondary education institutions of the district on discipline issue, expressed their opinion. In the decision of the council among the most effective ways to impose the discipline among students were identified as follows: reducing occupancy of classes; introduction the institute of educators; organization of student dormitories, boarding schools, home churches; use of educational potential of literature, religious and moral discussions; establishing good relationships with students’ parents. It also highlighted the need to improve the financial and official status of teachers as a guarantee of the quality of the educational process.Acknowledgments. The Technology of Developing Media Culture in Secondary School Students

This article is written about the result of research on the development of technology for the development of media culture of students of secondary schools. The aim of the research is development of media culture of secondary school students, and the object of the research development of media culture of secondary school students. The tasks of the research are following from analysis of the condition of the technology to develop media culture in students of secondary educational institutions; defining of the educational process of developing media culture in students of secondary education institutions based on media culture development technologies employed abroad; improving the mechanism and content of media culture development in secondary school students; suggesting recommendations on expansion of pedagogical opportunities of media culture development in secondary school students. The article consists of from introduction, literature survey, methodology, recommendation, discussions, and conclusion.

ПОРІВНЯЛЬНИЙ АНАЛІЗ ОСОБЛИВОСТЕЙ СТРЕСОСТІЙКОСТІ СТУДЕНТІВ ТА ФАХІВЦІВ СОЦІОНОМІЧНИХ ПРОФЕСІЙ

The article substantiates the relevance of studying the problem of professional stress resistance of specialists of socionomic professions. The content of the concept "professional stress-resistance" is explained. The article describes the procedure of the study with the use of the method of express diagnostics of the level of psychoemotional tension (O.Kopina, K.Suslova, E.Zaikin, 1995) and the Boston stress-resistance test.The paper presents the results of the empirical study of the features of stress and psycho-emotional tension among students of socionomic profile and working professionals. There were determined the common and distinctive features of stress resistance of future and working specialists of various socionomic professions.It is revealed that modern Ukrainian students from higher and secondary educational institutions have a high level of satisfaction with life, living conditions and basic vital needs. However, university students are more satisfied with life in general, but less with living conditions and the level of satisfaction of their basic needs compared with students in secondary education. Analysis of the survey data showed no statistically significant differences between genders. It has been found that students are more satisfied with their health, living conditions, and the level of satisfaction of their basic needs and life in general compared with specialists.By the level of psycho-emotional tension the study groups vary significantly: among students of institutions of higher education the level of psychosocial stress is significantly lower than among students of secondary education institutions. It was also found that the level of psychosocial stress is significantly higher among boys than among girls. It was revealed that working specialists are featured by significantly higher stress resistance in comparison to students.The results of the analysis indicate that stress is a professionally important quality of specialists of socionomic professions, and its formation is a prerequisite for effective professional activity.

Tobacco Smoking Among Teachers and Students of Secondary Educational Institutions and its Preventive Measures in the Republic of Uzbekistan

Aims & Objective: The objective of present work is the study of tobacco prevalence among teachers and students of educational institutions of Tashkent city. Methods: The data for study were the results of public opinion poll among the employees (teachers, administrators) of Tashkent city comprehensive schools, lyceums and colleges, as well as students of 7-th, 8-th, and 9-th grades. There were questioned 30 people in each of 25 educational institutions, thus 750 respondents were questioned in total (men – 26.3% and women – 73.7%). Results: Among the questioned teachers ever smoked cigarettes – the women make up 12,4±1,8, and men – 47,3±3,9; among administrators – women make up 10,8±1,3, and men – 55±3,8. Female teachers (5,6±1,0) and male teachers (11,5±2,5) consume other types of tobacco products. Conclusion: There should be implemented programs on health promotion; smoking, drug and alcohol dependence prevention among the youth.

The image of an organization will affect public confidence in the organization, so it is important for an organization to build or maintain that image. As an institution of higher education, IAIN Tulungagung made several attempts to create a positive image. Perceptions of students of secondary educational institutions, which is one of the many steakholders that will affect the success of a college course needs special attention. IAIN Tulungagung assumption that emphasizes a balance between religious knowledge and general knowledge, often the pressure point students secondary educational institutions in perceiving IAIN Tulungagung. The dissemination of information is needed to influence the perceptions of students secondary educational institutions against IAIN Tulungagung in the public. The experience and the introduction of the IAIN Tulungagung closer to the community will have positive impact on the image of IAIN Tulungagung. This is so that students have a balanced and factual information quiet IAIN Tulungagung.
