Индивидуально-личностные факторы профессиональной подготовки лиц с инвалидностью и ограниченными возможностями здоровья как конкурентоспособных специалистов по адаптивной физической культуре

The article contains the results of an empirical research aimed at identifying the factors hindering the successful training of persons with disabilities and disabilities as competitive specialists in adaptive physical culture. An empirical study was conducted for four years at twelve Russian universities that provide professional training for future specialists in adaptive physical culture. The study involved 42 graduate students with disabilities and disabilities and 132 graduate students without deviations in health status. The organizational and methodological basis of the study was a complex of reliable and valid methods aimed at identifying the individual characteristics of their personality. As a result of the study, it was concluded that the individual and personal factors of professional training of persons with disabilities and disabilities as future specialists in adaptive physical culture are the low level of their volitional regulation, due to their orientation towards states and a tendency to fixation on their experiences, the inability to realize their intentions, to really perceive reality, their strengths and weaknesses.

CRITERIA AND INDICATORS OF PROFESSIONAL PREPAREDNESS OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES AND RESTRICTED HEALTH OPPORTUNITIES AS COMPETITIVE SPECIALISTS

The article is devoted to the actual problem of training people with disabilities and disabilities as competitive specialists in adaptive physical culture. The authors substantiate the relevance of the study; reveal the essence of competitiveness as the ability of persons with disabilities to compete in the labor market on a par with specialists who do not have limited health opportunities. Based on the theoretical analysis and personal experience of pedagogical activity, the authors develop criteria and indicators for the level of preparedness of students with disabilities as future specialists in adaptive physical culture. As the main criteria, the authors consider the levels of theoretical, practical and personal readiness of students to implement future professional activities. According to the authors, each criterion includes a number of individual criteria that reflect the knowledge, skills, skills, professionally important qualities of their personality and the ways of their implementation, which constitute the content of general cultural, professional and professional competencies required by trainers-methodologists and trainers-teachers adaptive physical culture to successfully perform their work functions. The results of the study can serve as a basis for the development of diagnostic tools for pedagogical monitoring of the level of professional preparedness of persons with disabilities and disabilities as competitive specialists in adaptive physical culture.

“Because We Don’t Want to Run in Smog”: Problems with the Sustainable Management of Sport Event Tourism in Protected Areas (A Case Study of National Parks in Poland and Slovakia)

The practice of active and qualified tourism in national parks in Poland and Slovakia has longstanding traditions. Primarily, these parks have been a place of individual recreational activity, as well as a place to educate and convene with nature. Recently, sport tourism, which is characterized by the participation of tourists in mass organized sporting events mainly of a competitive nature, has been gaining more popularity. Even though this activity takes place in protected areas, sports are the main priority, rather than educational goals. Natural values have the primary function of enriching emotional experiences, and exploring wildlife is not an end in itself. Running events are now at the head of the list as the most popular sporting events in Poland and in Slovakia. The authors of the article focused on protected areas in Poland and Slovakia, largely because these countries were considering organizing one of the world’s biggest sports events together: The Winter Olympic Games (2022). The purpose of the study was to recognize the attitude of Polish and Slovak national park authorities toward the organization of mass sports events in protected areas. A diagnostic survey was conducted using the method of interviews with the directors of Polish and Slovak national parks. The research results shed light on the current state of development of sports event tourism in protected areas in the two countries. The article examines the response of Polish and Slovak park authorities to the changes of the current era of shifting societal needs regarding physical development, in particular with regard to the sustainability of protected areas. Currently, there is a lack of a strategic approach toward the development of sports tourism in national parks in Poland and Slovakia. The answers given in the interviews create an image that indicates a differentiated approach to the issue of permitting the organization of sports events in the areas of national parks. It turns out that the practice in these areas is different in individual parks. The diagnosis presented in the article indicates that it is necessary to undertake interdisciplinary and international research among environmentalists, economists, sociologists, anthropologists, and physical culture specialists in order to develop methods for measuring the impact of sporting events organized in natural areas in this part of Europe.

The article is devoted to analyzing the concept of HOME as cross-perceived by Russians and Englishmen. A linguistic analysis, phenomenological synthesis and complex description add to the integrity of the phenomenon in question. The author maintains that issues treated by linguists, culture specialists and narrow experts should be regarded jointly. Ordinary consciousness of both Russians and Englishmen abounds in mythologems and stereotypes. So, English people tend to consider that Russian towns team with wild bears, rambling haphazardly; or the locals have money to burn. Conversely, the Russian folk are of the opinion that England is somewhat a fairy domain under the control of charming princes. The conducted research contributes to a greater awareness of the current reality and the importance of the autochthonous and non-autochthonous phenomenon representations. The object of the study is the Russian and English living space of an average citizen or a rural man, most often it is a house, cottage or apartment. The subject is the way of perceiving “home” by the residents of Russia and England. The contrasting analysis of proverbs induces the premise that Russian mental image is bigger and incorporates additional connotations “domesticity” and “regular housekeeping”. While comparing the physical parameters of the Russian and English homes, sets of features for indigenous and non-aboriginal images have been established, as well as popular materials, dimensions, and design. The data are presented in tables. The article reveals that Russian and English people share warm attitude towards their homes, delicate handling of national traditions, and creating snug and cosy family nests. The unveiled common and specifc features show that Russians and Englishmen see eye to eye on the daily grind, which can promote better understanding between the cultures and contribute to eliminating disagreement on the world arena.

Training of specialists from physical culture to forming healthy way of life by health care technologies

Healthcare-saving activity is the determining basis for the comprehensive and harmonious development of the student's personality, his lifestyle and life position. The main tasks of this approach are to ensure a healthy lifestyle by means of healthcare-saving technologies of each person, to bring them to the required level of perfection. This necessitates the improvement of specialists in physical culture regarding the formation of a healthy lifestyle by means of health-saving technologies in parallel with the introduction of the modern software and methodological support of the educational process in their practice. The pedagogical conditions of effective healthcare-saving activity of students in the educational process of institutions of higher education are specified. The main tasks of the organization of the educational process are revealed. Pedagogical bases of a healthy way of life in the educational process of the higher school are defined. The main objectives and factors of the program-methodical support of a healthy lifestyle of young people are considered. It is noted that the program and methodological support for the problem of a healthy lifestyle of young people in the educational process of the university depends primarily on such factors as: 1) material support of the educational process; 2) the contingent participating in the educational process; 3) implementation of the specific conditions. of the program.

The article takes into account the fact that Ukraine is moving towards the perception of industrial, social and economic conditions for the development of post-industrial relations. The ideological and cultural platform of patriotic education of young people depends on the processes of the formation of economic stability caused by the capitalization of relations. This requires the introduction of transitional means of logistics, management and marketing in all spheres of life and livelihoods. Therefore, the emphasis is shifted to the development, formation and affirmation of pedagogical thought for a phenomenon that is at the stage of what is called a transitional one, in which the ideological and patriotic values of a socialist nature are dynamically replaced by market relations. It is recommended in the personality of a physical education teacher to develop and maintain the general features of a teacher, which are the foundations of professional and pedagogical culture, as well as features of democracy, aesthetics, creativity, cumulativeness, self-realization, synergy, co-creation, social choice of communicative skills, developing technologies and self-regulation of emotions. Their multitude allows to bring knowledge to practical application in the environment of future specialists in physical culture. Artificial conditions for success are created by state-distributive, national-economic and socio-economic systems operating on the motives of communication relations and the mentalities of the population of individual territories. A toolkit for the perception of innovation is formed by the sciences related to the development of entrepreneurial function in young people. The existing readiness of young people to socially assert themselves as individuals activates objective, and building an adequate educational space is a subjective factor of patriotic value. Organic incorporation into the context of science of innovative thinking allows you to move along pedagogical phenomena and their value-semantic content. The teacher of physical culture in their actions moves according to a number of phenomena and dogmas, He must – 1) have knowledge of the specialty, 2) be guided by tolerant patience in discussions, 3) be prepared for the perception and support of the innovative type of life activity, 4) have the technical means of pedagogical support, 5) keep the thirst for renewal of knowledge. According to this self-fulfilling mentality scheme, it is constructive, it receives a set of opportunities that will allow it: a) to be competitive in the stratification of public education, b) to transfer knowledge to pupils who must enter a productive and productive stage in a postindustrial society in a timely manner, c) use value – semantic content on the patriotic basis of criticality and ideological.

RNPLS&T’s activities in education: Vectors and prospects

The authors discuss the main vectors of RNPLS&T’s educational activities, in particular the program system of advanced professional education on the premises of the Library’s Learning and Educational Programs Division, specialized seminars and workshops for college lectur ers and students, graduate and post-graduate students of Moscow State Institute of Culture, webinars for librarians, research and educational organizations. The RNPLS&T’s material and technical resources used for these events are described. The results of RNPL&STs divisions (including those within the framework of the State Task Order) independent activities, and those achieved in collaboration with interested organizations and aimed at upgrading the skills of specialists in education, science and culture, are analyzed. The authors also focus on the projects held jointly with the National Library Association “Libraries of the Future”. The plans are to develop online educational programs and to cover pressing themes. Special attention is given to secondary schools and colleges, regional boarding schools, orphanages and organizations for children without parental support.

Communication Matters: How Do Visitors Interact with Ethnographic Open-Air Museums?

 Though the concept of an ethnographic open-air museum is not a new one, little is known about the interplay between a visitor and an amalgam museum setting. Ethnographic open-air museums are complex spaces with shared qualities of outdoor sites and indoor museums. Grounded in Gibson’s theory of affordances (1979), the article explores how visitors interact within and in relation to the hybrid space of ethnographic open-air museum and how communication shapes their interactions. The analysis is based on a qualitative study of visitors in the Belarusian State Museum of Folk Architecture and Rural Lifestyle (Aziartso, Belarus) and the Open-Air Museum of Lithuania (Rumšiškės, Lithuania). The data were collected using participatory observation and semistructured interviews with visitors. The article employs a constructivist approach and conceptualizes an ethnographic museum as a free-choice environment, where behavior patterns are linked to the institutional context and the visitors’ ability to perceive the information about the objects and environments that specified the possibilities and constraints for interacting with the museum’s space. The study reveals how cultural communication fosters the diversity of visiting scenarios and the perceptions of ethnographic open-air museums as cultural heritage sites, natural parks and stages for entertainment. The implications of this research could be relevant to cultural policymakers and communication specialists in designing the cultural, recreational and educational policies of museums.

Ballet and the Soviet body

The early failure of the 'dram-balet' form as a vehicle for Soviet ballet is often observed as a failure of its stories to deliver the message of the new society being born around it. This article discusses how this may not be a sufficient explanation of both the survival of ballet in Soviet times and its eventual emergence as a cultural symbol of the USSR. The misdirected efforts into didactic storytelling worked precisely against its utility to Soviet cultural bureaucrats who were looking for work that could support the aims of the Revolution in its practical manifestations. Once the ballet masters of the Bolshoi gave up their pretensions to narrative (the infamous 'dram-balet' of the 1920s), a different accommodation with the regime was found through equating the physical and technical work of ballet with that of a society focussed on taking itself out of centuries of backwardness. Ballet dancers could thus become the exemplars of Soviet citizens, hard working, technical specialists in culture, consistent with the ambitions of a meritocracy.

Dialectics of language in A.F. Losev`s linguistic works

The article deals with the linguistic theory of A.F. Losev – the famous philosopher and philologist, a specialist in ancient culture. The purpose of the work is to formulate a general theory of language based on the analysis of numerous articles by A.F. Losev on the history and theory of classical languages and modern structuralism. A comparative analysis of the language facts and formulated conclusions presented in the articles showed that Losev’s works consistently pursue a dialectical approach to language. Language is considered in the context of the mutual unity of the static system and changeable speech.

The price of rhymes: The evolution of poets’ status throughout history

This article analyses how the status of French poets evolved over a very long period. I draw on Weber to define status as level of social prestige anchored in a community, involving forms of sociability and deferential relations between unequal actors. I show that artists’ status is notably shaped by instances of consecration. I use quantitative and qualitative data to assess poets’ status across the centuries. After being essentially a court occupation, the fall of the Ancien Régime put an end to the longstanding relationship between poetry and the aristocracy, where poets were subordinate in status and depended on nobles for their social existence and prestige. The social history of the arts is most often that of a shift from the patronage system to a market-based organization in which experts (peers and cultural entrepreneurs) along with the public became the main instances of consecration. But unlike novels or fine arts, poetry was unable to establish itself solidly in the market, and the public played little role in shaping poets’ status as opposed to peers. Poets had to find alternative forms of social life, at the expense of growing specialization and a loss of contact with the circles of power; this notably involved new forms of State support, the State remaining a crucial instance of consecration essentially through the education system. This made poets specialists of culture and literature, often holding as a second job positions in the cultural field and the education system. Yet none of this damaged the dynamism of poetry or its social recognition.

Distance education in the system of higher education in the field of physical culture and sport

Educational activities of future specialists in the field of physical education and sport are often asso­ ciated with multiple and long-term absence from academic classes at a higher education institution, connected with intense training activities, visits of training camps, preparation for and participation in competitions of various levels. For such students, a special form of education is required that would not be inferior to the effectiveness of traditional teaching activities in higher education institutions. One of these forms is distance teaching. Objective. To study the peculiarities of the process of introducing distance teaching in the Olympic education into the system of training future specialists in physical culture and sport in higher education institutions. Me­thods. Theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific-methodical literature, normative documents, methods of mathematical statistics. Results. Theoretical analysis of literary sources allowed to analyze the basic concepts that characterize distance teaching in the system of higher education in the field of physical education and sport. The main components of distance teaching were identified, the structure of which includes: case technologies, TV-technologies, network technologies. Distance teaching technologies include acquaintance with the author’s course on the Olympic education; work with electronic teaching aids and publications on the history and theory of the Olympic movement; studying literature for students in the Olympic education; an overview of video lectures on specific Olympic topics, lectures in Power Point format; performance of theoretical tasks and testing; acquaintance with video presentations and illustrative material on the Olympic topics, interactive communication with specialists of the International Center for Olympic Studies and Education; participation in webinars (online seminars) on the Olympic topics.

Future specialists in physical culture and sports cardiovascular system functional condition evaluation

Im: to investigate and evaluate future specialists in physical education and sports cardiovascular system adaptive potential. Research background and methods: 28 first (bachelor) level students aged 17-18, doing their degree in 017 “Physical Culture and Sports” (experimental group of 12 participants) and in 227 “Physical Therapy, Ergotherapy” (experimental group of 16 participants) from Poltava National Technical University specialism took part in the research. All the participants gave their written consent for participating in the research. Students’ cardiovascular adaptative potential was defined according to R. Baevsky methods. Results: 71.3% of boys and 69.2% of girls showed high level of the body functionality. Adaptive mechanisms tension features revealed 28.4% of female students and 26.6% of male students. Persons with failure of adaptation have not been found. Conclusions: The measurement of the cardiovascular system adaptative potential enables evaluating the level of students’ physical health condition. Consideration of students’ cardiovascular system adaptative potential indicators contributes to implementation of a differentiated approach to teaching Sports and Pedagogic disciplines. The above increases the quality of the occupational training of the future specialists in Physical Culture and Sports provided that their adaptive capacities are developed.

Duchy miejsca – napisy (graffiti) w przestrzeniach publicznych i prywatnych jako przedmiot badań archeologii współczesnej przeszłości

Writing, signing and carving names in public spaces are popular ways of indicating somebody’s presence in the world. Various inscriptions made in different places have been appearing from the ancient times until today. There are multiple motivations for such practice: a simple signing to indicate somebody’s presence, a declaration of sympathy or antipathy to some idea or person or political manifests and encouragement to engage in some actions. Despite the popularity of such phenomenon and its long duration, archaeologists, especially those involved in studying the recent or contemporary past, are not particularly focused on researching this source of knowledge. Most of the academic works which concern inscriptions and graffiti are conducted by sociologists or visual culture specialists. However, these sources may be truly significant in studying microhistories of the places and people. Thus, in our article we want to present a unique potential of graffiti in the studies related to the recent and contemporary past. The aim of our article is to show various spatial contexts in which graffiti may be encountered and to present how the archaeology of the contemporary past may take advantage of researching such inscriptions. After Laurent Olivier (2001), we think that discovering the local past is a characteristic feature of the archaeology of the contemporary past and our article aims to show how the specific “being” of graffiti around us may contribute to discovering the microhistories of people and places. According to Michael Bell’s concept (1997), we interpret graffiti as “the ghosts of place” which indicate the presence of those who are no longer in the place. Due to the breadth of topics connected with graffiti, we decided to focus on those inscriptions which manifest someone’s presence in the place, narrowing our studies only to its written form (not graphic).

 The organizational culture as a social phenomenon and an attribute of the culture of society has been a subject of research for many years. The need for knowledge in the organizational culture increases with the dynamic increase in the expectations of citizens, society and the state.Thanks to the work of a number of prominent scientists, a solid theoretical and methodological basis for conducting research in the field of measuring and evaluating the organizational culture of social organizations was created. This foundation provided the necessary impetus for conducting a research at the Latvian College of Culture.This study shares the belief that organizational culture is a major factor in changes in social organizations that needs scientific understanding and research. Its essence is to build a new organizational culture to ensure the desired organizational behavior. A key issue of a number of research in recent years is how to build the desired profile of this culture. It is of particular importance that this is done in the context of the changes. That is why the organizational culture of all organizations in the culture sector is subject to special attention, and the disclosure of its profile is a topical and significant scientific issue that needs a solution.The study suggests that, by diagnosing the organizational culture of the College of Culture with an appropriate method and toolbox, new knowledge will be gained on how the organizational behavior of Latvian culture college people can be changed in order to increase its efficiency. We are convinced that, without a major change in the organizational culture, there is little chance of permanent positive changes.The survival paradigm of Latvia Culture College is creative and opened environment of the autonomous educational institution created by teachers and students.Such environment is basic guarantee for professional educating of creative, full with initiative and opened to society, loyal culture specialists.
 
 

INNOVATIVE APPROACH IN THE ORGANISATION OF INDEPENDENT WORK OF FUTURE SPECIALISTS ON PHYSICAL CULTURE AND SPORTS WHILE STUDYING DISCIPLINES ON TOURISM RESPONSIBILITY

Based on the analysis of scientific and methodological literature it is shown that independent work of students is an important part of the process of training specialists in physical culture and sports. The organization of independent work while studying practical disciplines of tourist orientation is an important direction in the training of specialists, which determined the relevance of this work. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the innovative approach in organizing the independent work of future specialists in physical culture and sports while mastering the educational disciplines of the tourist orientation. Research methods used: analysis of scientific and methodological literature, Internet resources, learning innovate experience, generalization of personal pedagogical experience, questioning, methods of mathematical statistics. The survey showed that 79-84% of students want to attend tourism lessons. Climbing interested in 63-71% of the students, but to practice regularly after lessons comes only 18-29%. Training was held on a schedule at the afternoon where they performed the tasks of the teacher. The complexity of training depends on the terrain, the angle of inclination of the climbing wall, number and shape of hooks, lifting time, speed and other. At the end of the course 57,6% of respondents answered that they could conduct a training lesson with elements of rock climbing on the high level. They mastered the technique of climbing on the rock cluster, insurance techniques, and safety equipment. 40,8% of students showed an average level of material absorption and 1,6% − low level. Other students have been offered a choice of lessons on sport orienteering, passing of distances of a rope park and judging competitions in tourism. The section of independent work is provided with educational and methodological material (tutorial, methodological recommendations, terminological dictionaries, test tasks, electronic tutorial and competition rules) and is organizationally planned. However, we note that it must be regularly improved based on current trends in education and sport.

ACTIVITY COMPONENT OF READINESS FOR SELF-KNOWLEDGE IN THE PROCESS OF PHYSICAL TRAINING

The implementation of the humanitarian potential of physical education greatly contributes to the orientation of its content on the formation of a universal personality of the future specialist in physical culture and sports activities, in which the motivational and value consciousness plays an important role self-knowledge. The basis of physical education is the organic unity of its components - physical perfection, motivational-value orientations, as well as physical culture and sports activities, where self-knowledge serves as the basis and the initial stage of their formation. The purpose of the article is to study the component of activity of readiness for self-knowledge in the process of physical education. Accordingly, the task of this study is to study the structure of the activity of the component of self-knowledge in the process of physical education; to develop recommendations for improving the process of self-knowledge. The following research methods were used to solve the tasks: theoretical - analysis of literary sources, this method of research was used to study the structure of the activity component of self-knowledge in the process of physical training; empirical - interviews, discussions and observations are used to determine indicators for developing recommendations for improving the process of self-knowledge. As a result of the study, recommendations were developed to improve the process of self-knowledge: the definition of personal motives that will be based on self-knowledge; identification of personal needs for self-knowledge in the process of physical education; use of educational situations that stimulate independent physical education and sports activities of students; creation of conditions for the systematic overcoming of difficulties arising in the exercise of physical exercises, education in itself of volitional qualities, purposefulness, determination, perseverance, courage, perseverance in achieving the goal; development of constant readiness to solve life's tasks, activities; manifestation of collectivism, active participation in sporting competitions; formation of cognitive activity and deepening of special knowledge on physical education.

Cultural Generalists and Cultural Specialists: Examining International Experience Portfolios of Subsidiary Executives in Multinational Firms

On the basis of the observation that today’s executives increasingly possess significant international experiences, this study of foreign subsidiary executive staffing strategies looks beyond the local/expatriate dichotomy and shifts the theoretical and empirical focus from executive nationality to a more nuanced examination of subsidiary executives’ international experience portfolios. The intended contribution of this study is to explore the relationship between home country–host country institutional differences and the quantity and quality of subsidiary executives’ previous international experience. I draw on executive cognition theory and the literature on international experience to hypothesize that variety and specificity of previous educational and professional international experiences facilitate subsidiary executives’ abilities to manage liabilities of foreignness arising from institutional distance. The findings indicate a positive relationship between home country–host country institutional distance and the presence of subsidiary executives with higher duration, count, and variety of international experiences. However, the findings provide no statistical evidence of higher levels of institutional distance being associated with a higher presence of subsidiary executives with specific international experiences that are relevant to the home country–host country pair.

Etninės kultūros integravimas į ugdymo procesą: nauda ar mada?

Although ethnic culture is considered to be the cultural background of each citizen of Lithuania, the Lithuanian schools of general education did not have an established comprehensive system of ethnic culture education until 2012. In order to improve this situation, on April 12 th. 2012 the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Lithuania issued Order No V-651 On the Approval of the Ethnic Culture Programme in the National Curriculum of Basic Education and the Ethnic Culture Programme in the National Curriculum of Upper-Secondary Education (Official Gazette, 2012, No. 46-2252). According to the aforementioned act, from the 1st of September in 2012 the syllabus of ethnic culture education had to cover all areas of formal and non-formal education related student activities in all schools of general education in Lithuania. The focus of this article is the integration of ethnic culture into the educational process of general education schools. The aim is to evaluate the state of the integration of ethnic culture into the educational process in the implementation of the most recent national ethnic culture programmes and the effectiveness of the aforementioned order drawing on the experience of the general school teachers of the city of Klaipeda. Thus we aim to find answers to the following problem questions: How motivated and able are the teachers to integrate ethnic culture? How do they integrate it into the subjects they teach? What does integration of ethnic culture mean? What is the benefit of this integration: to enhance understanding or to show the significance of ethnic culture as part of our identity (and state) or, on the contrary, this integration (in) directly indicates that ethnic culture is only a remnant in the contemporary education system and society? The methods used in the research include analysis of scientific literature and content analysis of documents, the analytical method, a questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview. The research was conducted in 2014. Using a questionnaire designed by the author, 81 general school teachers of the city of Klaipeda were interviewed. All teachers integrated ethnic culture into a number of subjects in forms 5 to 12. The findings of the research show that the model of integration of ethnic culture into all school subjects and most activity areas of the general education schools in the city of Klaipeda since 2012 has ensured flexible implementation of the principle of continuity in ethnic culture education and enhanced effective learning of school subjects in forms 5 to 12. However, the achievement of comprehensive integration of ethnic culture and benefits thereof requires to address the issues of the insufficiency of professional development and training for the teachers of other subjects, the shortage of dissemination of good practice of motivated qualified teachers and competent specialists of ethnic culture, the gaps in methodological materials and coursebooks, and poor resources. There needs to be a close dialogue between the administrative staff and the community of the school, which could ensure consistent communication of ethnic culture, increase the teacher motivation for ethnic culture education and develop positive student attitudes towards ethnic culture.
