Teaching quality evaluation of college civic and political science courses based on BP neural algorithm

Constructing the evaluation system of ideological and political education of new media in colleges is both beneficial to evaluate the established ideological and political education work and an important guide to improve the corresponding work. At present, promoting ideological and political education work with high integration of information technology has become an important way of ideological and political education work in colleges. However, the theoretical circles are still not focused enough on how to evaluate the ideological and political education work in colleges. Based on the characteristics of the information age, this paper establishes the teaching quality evaluation system of ideological and political education courses in colleges, introduces BP neural network evaluation method, and obtains strong empirical support through simulation experiments, so as to build a feasible teaching quality evaluation model of ideological and political courses in colleges. At the same time, the corresponding optimization suggestions are put forward, including improving the relevance of ideological and political education work, dynamically grasping students’ ideological and political information and doing a good job of data processing, and improving the professional information literacy of the ideological and political work team, in order to provide some reference for the efficient development of ideological and political education work in colleges.

Innovative Development of College Students’ Civic Education Based on Multiple Data Chain Networks

Abstract This paper logically explores the overall form of ideological and political education system construction in colleges and universities, constructs the logical rationale of system cognition and development, and explores the operation process of system dynamic balance. The ideological and political education system is constructed through the comprehensive planning of multiple data chains, and the demand for teaching tasks and communication delays is solved through optimized planning. Maximizing the utilization of teaching resources is achieved by optimizing the deployment of teaching resources. Finally, the Civics teaching mode of multi-data chain integrated planning was evaluated and tested through experiments. The results show that the three dimensions of the pre-test of the experimental group are 4.29, 4.21 and 4.41, respectively, which are improved to 5.60, 5.83 and 4.99, with a significant improvement effect. This paper effectively explores the development of Civics teaching, realizes all-round education, and achieves the fundamental purpose of cultivating morality.

Analysis of Civic Education Discourse in Universities Based on Numerical Analysis Kruskal Algorithm

Abstract This paper first proposes the discourse system of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, which mainly includes discourse goal innovation, discourse structure innovation, discourse paradigm innovation and discourse behavior innovation. Secondly, to facilitate the analysis and comparison of the data set, it is necessary to standardize various data and construct a similar relationship matrix based on the standardized data. Then, the correlation between teachers’ and students’ characteristics is incorporated to cluster the users to derive the user similarity and the final predicted rating of the Civic Education resources. Simulation experiments and statistical analysis validate the Kruskal algorithm-based example study of Civic Education discourse in colleges and universities. The results show that the measures of value perception and discourse power are in a reasonable interval, with a minimum value of 1 and a maximum value of 5, and the mean values are between 3.72 and 4.03, and the standard deviations are all greater than 0.75, reflecting the wide distribution of the samples, indicating that this study can improve the efficiency of the recommendation of Civic Education resources and the accuracy of discourse power analysis.

Optimizing ideological education in colleges alleviates teachers’ psychological pressure

Background Teachers in colleges and universities are faced with such problems as heavy work pressure and the heavy task of ideological and political education. Psychological pressure has gradually become an important factor affecting their physical and mental health. Therefore, exploring effective ways to relieve teachers’ psychological pressure is very important to improve the effect of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Subjects and Methods100 college teachers were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group received the optimal intervention of the innovation system of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, while the control group maintained the traditional mode of ideological and political education. The mental health information of the two groups of teachers was collected before and after the intervention by using a self-rating psychological stress scale and other measuring tools. The collected information was statistically analyzed by using SPSS23.0 software.ResultsAfter optimizing the innovation system of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, the mental health level of teachers in the experimental group was significantly improved (P<0.001). Compared with the control group, the experimental group showed significant advantages in terms of psychological stress and mental health.ConclusionsThe optimization of the innovative system of ideological and political education in colleges and universities has a positive effect on relieving the psychological pressure of teachers. Through training, psychological counseling, optimizing the working environment and other measures, teachers’ psychological pressure can be effectively reduced and their mental health level can be improved.AcknowledgementThe research project of graduate education and teaching reform of Xijing University (No. 2022-YJG-10).

On the question of the goals and content of political education in modern Russia (based on the course “Fundamentals of Russian Statehood”)

The subject of the study is Russian political education in the context of modern challenges. Using systemic and structural-functional approaches as methodological grounds, the author analyzes the goals and content of political education as structural elements of a unified system, subject to certain patterns in their functioning. In addition, the connection between the system of political education and the external environment, which is the socio-political practice of Russian society and the activities of state institutions, is considered. Factors that contribute to increasing the importance of political education in modern conditions are identified. The works of domestic and foreign researchers devoted to political education, as well as social and humanitarian knowledge in general, were used. Their recommendations are compared with the concept of the new academic discipline “Fundamentals of Russian Statehood,” introduced in Russian universities on September 1, 2023. The importance of the educational component in the educational process of a modern university is revealed, since the content of education includes not only a scientific, but also a value component. Conclusions are drawn about the need to form in the political consciousness and culture of students the values of citizenship and patriotism, as well as the formation of historical memory, historical consciousness, the idea of connection with their country, its past, present and future. The principle of narrowly professional training of specialists is criticized, since it contradicts not only the education of a citizen, but also the humanization of education, its orientation towards creating conditions for the realization of freedom and self-development of the person.

A study on the effectiveness of self-assessment learning system of ideological and political education for college students

Ideology and political education can be strengthened through legal interventions to enhance the judiciary learner approach and instill values and culture in college students' programs. Traditional methods are employed for rapid learning in ideology teaching and politics and social instruction. A self-assessment learning system allows students to evaluate their progress and the significance of changed learning criteria. Democratizing the teaching system and transforming ideological education present challenges, but Internet Multi-Media (IMM) and Digital Virtual Technology (DVT) provides innovative solutions. IMM-DVT enables comparative explorations and better comprehension of ideological and political education. It facilitates understanding of unequal social interactions and promotes the political, economic, and social sciences as essential components of ideology. Collecting knowledge through media streams and enabling interactions in teaching and learning improves educational effectiveness. Innovative ideological and cultural education strategies help to measure political development and college students' ideas resulting from individual experiences. The college's coordination of social practice projects with the examination has led to improved evaluation results for the ideological and political theory course, along with enhanced social practice competence among the students.

Research on the Ideological and Political Construction of Public Management Professional Courses from the Perspective of “New Liberal Arts”

Curriculum Construction Practice of Ideological and Political Education Based on the IPO Model

Abstract This paper establishes the teaching quality evaluation model and index system of ideological and political education with quality products as the core. This method was used to investigate 1140 college students in 10 universities. The results show that college students ignore intrinsic motivation and goals and lack ideal thinking in learning quality. In terms of course quality, there are some problems: the overall level of students’ investment in the course is not high, and their satisfaction with the course teaching is not high. The results of empirical analysis show that the multiple linear regression estimation based on the IPO method can better resist outliers and get a better prediction effect.

The system of political education as an institute for the professionalization of politics

The institutions of political professionalization are: political parties, political education system, political media, institute of representation of group interests, among others. Political education is a powerful tool for the democratization of society and, more specifically, for the professionalization of the political class and political activity in general. This article offers a contribution to the strengthening of the social relevance of political science. It considers the social significance of political science as a matter of (non-)academic professional training and civic education of its graduates. Civic (political) education is teaching people how to live under the conditions of the modern state, how to comply with its laws, but at the same time not to allow the authorities to violate their rights. By reviewing scientific literature the article aimed to identify contradictions in the socio-cultural approach in the training of a specialist, as this has not been systematically studied in the training of a specialist in political science. It is concluded that it is in the educational system where the training of specialists takes place, since the effective recruitment of the political elite is a prerequisite for an effective and strong political system.

Ideological and political education system based on emotion analysis in large‐scale online education

The amount of data on the Internet is showing an explosive growth trend. The recommendation system can help users find the resources they need from a large number of videos, which has become an urgent problem to improve the effectiveness of online education. With the rapid development of Internet of Things technology, the timeliness of information collection and processing has been further improved. This paper constructs a multi‐information fusion sequence recommendation system for ideological and political online education. Specifically, the facial video information is collected by the camera, and these videos are delivered to the server. We introduce gate recurrent unit (GRU) to analyze the human expression state. By exploiting human emotion during online ideological and political video learning, we design a novel sequence recommendation system in which human emotional states and related videos are fused based on the multi‐head attention mechanism. Experimental results show that video recommendation performance can be effectively improved by introducing emotional information.
