Spiritual and Intellectual Aspect of Health of Educational Process Participants

The analysis of the spiritual-intellectual aspect of the health of the participants in the educational process made it possible to dwell on the conclusions about such health factors as 1) general health factors (a wide range of consciousness; a healthy social atmosphere of society; prudence, the ability to plan, tenacity, mastery of the situation, success at work; presence of good friends, communication with conscientious, morally stable persons; irony, humor, joy of life, positive attitude towards it; search for the best in people; maintenance of physical activity of the body; ability for positive social communication), 2) the level of a person's education as a significant potential of his/her health; 3) spiritual and religious factor of human health; 4) emotional-behavioral aspect of health (to be healthy means to build behavior in accordance with positive universal values, one of the most important of which is love, mercy, empathic ability of a person to go beyond himself/herself and reality in general); 5) the process of setting goals as the positive impact on the health of a human being; 6) the desire for freedom as a key factor in health; 7) the positive influence of a person's creative activity on his/her state of health, when creative people can maintain a psychophysiological emotional-cognitive state of uncertainty for a long time, possessing the property of reflection, simultaneously holding several opposite ideas, concepts, ideas, psychophysiological states. As a result, creative people can perceive and explore such logical-informational, cause-and-effect relationships that are often inaccessible to those people (characterized by the so-called bipolar «black and white» thinking) who strive to achieve situational clarity and logical unambiguity . Under such conditions, creativity enables a person to overcome negative psychological states due to the ability to integrate opposites, enabling the formation of integral structures that reveal the synergistic effect of the systemic properties of the whole («the whole is more than the parts»). And this reduces the entropy of system formations, which are all the objects of the universe, increasing the vitality of a person, strengthening his/her immunity, generating a state of health.

ON THE NECESSITY OF ADOPTING THE NATIONAL PROGRAM FOR OVERCOMING THE EDUCATIONAL LOSSES AND EDUCATIONAL GAPS IN HIGHER EDUCATION

The article presents the problems of overcoming of educational losses through the prism of normative regulation and planning of the post-war development of higher education in Ukraine. It is noted that in the conditions of hostilities, the problem of moving a significant number of participants of educational process to safer regions within Ukraine and abroad has become urgent. It is noted that the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine provides regulatory and legal support for the functioning of education and science system and issues orders on the securement of safe educational environment, the organization of education, the educational process, etc., which are not regulated by law during martial law, emergency or state of emergency (special period). The article proposes the development of the National Program for Overcoming the Educational Losses and Educational Gaps, which will be effective both during the period of martial law (special period) and after its end and will provide for the improvement of legislation, the definition of the terms “educational losses” and “educational gaps”, will establish the obligation of monitoring the quality of higher education, analysis and introduction of security components for higher education, in particular in the field of distance learning and components of psychological assistance for students, teachers and staff.

Higher education for sustainable development during the COVID-19 pandemic in Ukraine

The paper presents the analysis of the higher education modernisation for sustainable development in Ukraine regarding goals adopted on global and national levels, pre-pandemic trends and the challenges of 2020. The global experience integrating sustainable development goals into higher education is also a background analysis. Taking into account the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), adopted in 2015 and the national “Concept of environmental education in Ukraine”, adopted in 2001, the article investigates the current trends on macro (the country’s ESD policy), meso (HEIs), and micro (participants of educational process) levels. Particular attention is paid to embedding SDGs in university policy, curriculum, and pedagogy, primarily in training economists. Furthermore, the research focuses on the new challenges of 2020 – the COVID-19 pandemic and digitalization affecting higher education transformation. These drivers cause transformative sustainability teaching-learning practices and social and environmental impacts of digital technologies implementation in Ukraine’s higher teacher and economic education. The research reveals similar trends in higher education modernisation for sustainable development in the world and Ukraine. This theoretical and empirical research is based on the literature review, statistical data and surveys conducted at a national university in 2023. Finally, the research results in suggestions given by Humanities students and faculty members to foster higher education significance in developing environmental knowledge, awareness and culture among professionals and society in the future.

DESIGN THINKING IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE ABILITY TO MANAGE THE ENVIRONMENT OF LIFE ACTIVITIES AS A COMPONENT OF PERSONAL PSYCHOLOGICAL WELLBEING

The article deals with a description of the results of a theoretical analysis and an empirical study of Ukrainian youth's experience of their own ability to manage their living environment as part of holistic psychological well-being. Through the disclosure of the innovative Design Thinking method use specifics, an effective strategy of constructive interaction of the educational process participants is highlighted on the example of the training of future specialists in the field of tourism, business and management, aimed at the development of the specified ability to manage the living environment in conditions of digitalization. The results of the approbation of effective resources for the use of Design Thinking tools for the creation of informational tourism products and the activation of geo-informational services and technologies aimed at service consumers and supporting their psychological well-being in the conditions of the modern market are described.

Prospects for overcoming academic dishonesty in Ukraine in order to eliminate corruption and shadow schemes

Relevance. The relevance of the study is determined by the multidimensionality of academic integrity and the need to observe it. Since the scientific field is increasingly faced with plagiarism, custom texts when someone else's thoughts are passed off as one's own. The development of academic integrity is important for the elimination of corruption in the educational sphere. Therefore, it is important to find perspectives for its reconstruction. Purpose. The purpose of the research work is to define the concept of academic integrity and find ways to transform the education system in Ukraine without “shadow” schemes and corruption. Methodology. The methodological basis of the article consists of a systematic analysis of the types of academic dishonesty of participants in the educational process and an analytical one, which consists of the study of the development of academic integrity in the educational environment, and the search for prospects for restructuring the education of Ukraine to eliminate corruption schemes through a comparative analysis of the ways of implementation. Results. The result of the study is a comprehensive analysis of the regulatory framework and legislation that regulates the strengthening of academic integrity in Ukraine. The work examines the problem of violation of ethical norms in the field of education and suggests ways to eliminate corruption in the educational institutions of Ukraine. Conclusions. One of the prospects for restructuring the education system is the implementation of ethical codes in the educational space. The practical value of the results of scientific research is determined by their further implementation and implementation in the educational environment and is important for participants in the modern educational process. Legislative Initiatives for Improving the Interaction among the Educational Process Participants: Criminological Perspective

Introduction. The use of smartphones as a learning tool in schools is prohibited by the Russian law. As it is well known, the scientific and technological progress has induced active implementation of the electronic devices into the everyday life of all categories of citizens, and the system of education has not been an exception. To systematise the use of the electronic devices in the education system, the legislators have submitted to the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation a draft law, which reflects the revised attitude to the modern means of communication. However, the reaction of the scientific community to this proposal has been extremely contradictive and contained both positive and negative arguments. The aim of the present research is to study the expediency and justification of using the means of electronic communication in the educational institutions, to analyse the criminological problems arising in this field, and to assess the legislative initiatives and opinions of the scientists of different scientific specialties referring to improving the interaction among the educational process participants.Materials and Methods. The overview analysis of the scientific criminological literature and respective legislation regarding the expediency and justification of using the means of communication for the educational purposes was carried out in the frame of the research. Among the methodological tools there were used the commonly accepted in Russia methods of scientific cognition: general scientific (dialectical method) and specific scientific methods (analysis, synthesis, logical, comparative legal, systemic methods).Results. In the frame of the research, the analysis of the various scientific opinions on acceptability of using the means of communication for the educational purposes was made. The criminological problems arising in this field and the existing legal regulation were studied, the opinions of scientists of different scientific specialties on this matter were evaluated. The conclusion about the negative effect of the long-term usage of a device on the learner’s academic progression was made, even though it was used for the educational purposes. According to the scientists’ opinion, this dependency can be explained by multitasking: the mobile phones have many applications and functions that naturally lead to frequent switching from one task to another, which happens in the educational process too. This entails worsening the quality of perception of the material. To change the situation, the Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing (Rospotrebnadzor) and the Federal Service for Supervision of Education and Science (Rosobrnadzor) have developed the recommendations for the educational institutions and state authorities on reducing the negative impact of mobile devices on learners.Discussion and Conclusion. The results of the conducted research have led to the conclusion that the total prohibition of the means of communication usage for the educational purposes significantly complicates and slows down the development of learners’ cognitive activity. Moreover, the opinion of some of the researchers about potential threats caused by children having devices in an educational institution does not seem convincing from a criminological point of view, because a smartphone can act as a guaranty of child’s security, the means of communication with his parents and monitoring his movement and condition. The paragraph 3.5.3 of the sanitary rules and norms SP (СП) 2.4.3648-20, which regulates the prohibition of the mobile means of communication usage for the educational purposes at the lessons, should be revised. In our opinion, it should not be the prohibition, but the control over the usage of the electronic devices in the educational process.

МОНИТОРИНГ ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТИ ПАТРИОТИЧЕСКОГО ВОСПИТАНИЯ ДЕТЕЙ СТАРШЕГО ДОШКОЛЬНОГО ВОЗРАСТА В ДОШКОЛЬНЫХ ОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНЫХ УЧРЕЖДЕНИЯХ

The article presents the results of monitoring patriotic education of over fives in pre-school educational institutions. Physical, intellectual and personal qualities of children were studied by means of communication and expert evaluation. The monitoring is closely connected to educational programs. The authors have concluded that monitoring of both the process and the results of patriotic education is an essential tool for correcting teaching activities in order to ensure effective interaction among the educational process participants.

Contemporary Trends of Digitalisation of Management Processes in Higher Education: Data Analytics, Cloud Technologies and Artificial Intelligence Authors

The continuous development, improvement and diversification of digital technologies cause the issue of rethinking their use in education, in particular, in the context of digitalisation of management processes at higher education institutions. It is important to understand the current state and trends of digital technologies, which become the basis for digitalisation of management processes in higher education. For this purpose, the article has analysed Ukrainian publications in the Google Scholar search engine to identify scientific works dealing with the digitalisation of management processes in higher education, using Scopus AI, the tool based on artificial intelligence, to obtain a conceptual map of digitalisation technologies of management processes in education, studied publications in the Scopus international scientometric database to determine the significance of digital technologies described in these publications. The article analyses digital technologies currently used for management tasks in higher education, namely: data analytics, cloud technologies, and artificial intelligence technologies. The main advantages of the digitalisation of management processes in higher education are highlighted: effective administration, improvement of the decision-making process, improvement of the provision of educational services, improvement of teaching. Challenges and difficulties accompanied by digitalisation of management processes in higher education are presented: insufficient financing of higher education; lack of understanding of the educational process by the participants (from students to managers) regarding processes taking place in the modern digital society, as well as emerging or changing technologies; the need for competent management and teaching staff, a high level of digitalisation of society at the national level, orientation of educational process participants in a large number of digital technologies. As a result of the study, the current trends in digitalisation of management processes in higher education are summarised (continuation of the process of introducing digital technologies into the educational process in general and management processes in higher education in particular; integration of these digital technologies into learning management systems; introduction of updated digital technologies into the teaching process; improvement of education through digital transformation of management processes.

Students facing the perspective of returning to school after the period of remote education. Based on the Comfort–Stretch-Panic concept

The aim of the study was to identify the factors that influence situating the students in the Comfort–Stretch-Panic (CSP) zones in the perspective of transition from remote to direct education. The study uses an original tool adapted upon the CSP concept. The presented data was obtained in 2021, from a representative sample of 1125 students. Thus, obtained data allowed to determine the factors of willingness of the primary school students to return to direct education. The research hypotheses were verified using a multinomial logit model. The study shows that the students' readiness depends on factors such as: gender and age, active participation in the online educational process, difficulties related to the process and relationships at school, as well as the family and school support potential. The significant influence caused by the students' personal problems and psychophysical condition on their potential return to direct education was not observed.

ANN AND EDUCATIONAL INTEGRITY: EXAMPLE OF SOLOMON’S POLYFUNCTIONAL

The analysis of the relationship between the growing interest in artificial neural net- work and it’s negligent exploitation by students of secondary and higher schools in order to minimize personal intellectual effort is conducted in work. The author has proposed the biographical and literary pattern from the ancient history - Solomon’s polyfunctional as one of the self stimulation tools of participation in educational process. That is con- sidered as a universal analogue of comprehensive use of personal potential. The personal development path is confirmed by biological data.

Digital Pedagogy: Challenges and Readiness for Learning in Digital Environment

Introduction. The article outlines the development trends of digital pedagogy and learning conditions in the new educational environment. The urgency of the study is justified through changes in technology and methods of providing education, as well as implications in the education sector with digital technologies and digital landscape. All of this helps improve the efficiency of educational activity and its outcome. However, it also requires digital literacy from its users. The novelty lies in identification of digital pedagogy problems and assessment of students' readiness for the implementation of digital tools in learning.Purpose. In our study, we will consider capabilities, challenges, and risks of education in a digital environment in an integrated way.Materials and Methods. We used theoretical methods for the analysis of digitalization state in the Russian and foreign education systems, and current requirements for digital skills of educational process participants. In the empirical part, the questionnaire method regarding teachers’ and students’ readiness level for the digital shift and ability to fully operate with digital educational environment was taken on the broad matter.Results. Various strategies and practices, models, and pedagogical innovations in the didactics development area were analyzed. We have revealed strengths and weaknesses, positive and problematic moments, organizational and didactic issues of learning in the digital landscape. Theoretical and methodological foundations of didactics under the conditions of digital transformation were structured. We analyzed the responses of teachers and students and draw a conclusion about their readiness for the digital shift in education.Discussion. The main factors that impact effective leaning in the digital landscape are stressed. It is proposed that digital pedagogy, as a new direction in science, is bound to answer plenty of questions regarding the digital shift. We have to enrich traditional methodology capabilities with a new content, modern tools and methods of teaching using digital technologies, as well as information and communications means, leaving the best to its side.

PSYCHOSOCIAL SUPPORT FOR THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS PARTICIPANTS AS AN INDICATOR OF THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION UNDER MARTIAL LAW

The article emphasizes that russia’s armed aggression against Ukraine has significantly affected the security situation and the deterioration of the psychological state of the educational process participants, which is a dangerous phenomenon in the context of ensuring the quality of education. The necessity of creating a safe educational environment to reduce the impact of risk factors on the mental health of students, their parents and educators is put stress on. The challenges faced by the psychological service in the education system during the war are identified, in particular the growing number of people who are in need of psychological help and support, an insufficient number of trained practical psychologists and educators for providing psychological support and first psychological aid to the educational process participants, an imperfect system of support for educators and practical psychologists while working in stressful conditions, parents’ lack of awareness of mental health issues and mechanisms for providing psychological support to their children. The article highlights the peculiarities of providing psychosocial support to children and adults affected by the war in crisis situations as well as the mechanisms of psychological self-help as a factor of stress resistance and internal potential to withstand psychological trauma during the war. The ways of implementing the educational policy to ensure constant supervision and timely provision of psychosocial support for the educational process participants under martial law are revealed, which is a guarantee and a necessary prerequisite of quality education in accordance with the goals and objectives of the education system. The results of an empirical study into the war’s impact on the life of students and their mental health have shown that their psychological state underwent significant changes during martial law, which led to the weakening of academic motivation and a deterioration in learning outcomes. It is concluded that psychosocial support for the educational process participants is a prerequisite for ensuring the quality of education in the conditions of war and in the post-war period.

An Overview of the Principles of an Inclusive Approach in Education in Ukraine in the First Decade of the 21st Century as a Neuroscientific Factor

This article is a systematic examination of the progression of inclusive education in Ukraine during the first decade of the 21st century, focusing on the neuropedagogical viewpoint of incorporating children with special needs in social interaction. It investigates the principal components of forming inclusive education as a fundamental factor for the progress of a non-discriminatory civil society in Ukraine. The author analyzes regulatory and legal documents, theoretical and practical experience of working with people with special needs. The study is devoted to the issue of the implementation of an inclusive approach in the education of Ukraine. The focus of the quantitative-qualitative analysis revolves around the historical timeline concerning the acknowledgment of regulatory documents pertaining to inclusive education and inclusive educational practices in Ukraine. Additionally, this analysis encompasses the examination of scientific and methodological literature concerning the education of children with special needs. This body of knowledge has played a pivotal role in facilitating the effective adoption of the inclusive approach within Ukrainian education, representing a significant aspect within the field of neuropedagogy. The experience of implementing an inclusive approach in Ukraine in the first half of the 21st century was analyzed, which laid the foundation for the formation and further development of an accessible environment with a universal infrastructure design, the presence of special devices for participants in the inclusive educational process, taking into account their needs. The article demonstrates how the transformation of Ukraine created an educational environment within educational facilities that was tailored to the particular needs of students with special educational needs, especially those related to neuropedagogy.

ФОРМУВАННЯ STEM-КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТІ МАЙБУТНІХ УЧИТЕЛІВ ФІЗИКИ

The article examines theoretical-scientific problems and shows the peculiarities of the formation of STEM competence of all participants in the educational process when studying physical and mathematical disciplines and natural sciences. When analyzing theoretical and practical data, we developed our own definition of STEM competence and formed the main components and levels that future physics teachers can master in the process of introducing into the educational process various applied programs, robotics tools, virtual laboratories, specialized software and hardware, and as well as their practical activities. Thus, introducing STEM competence solves many issues, such as issues of innovation and creativity, communication, critical thinking, cooperation, selfregulation, pedagogical and psychological skills. Given that STEM is a controversial, context-specific concept in various scientific and technological fields, this set of skills will help all participants in the modern educational process to have the same understanding of the educational field and its intended purpose.

Szkolnictwo zawodowe: obecne problemy i powojenne perspektywy

The article deals with the urgent issues of the vocational education development which are caused by the martial law in Ukraine. They touch the migration processes of students and teachers at vocational education institutions, financing and educational process organization. The data of the contingent dynamics of the students and teachers at vocational education institutions have been analyzed. It proves the number reduction of the students by 3.5 to compare with the pre-war indexes. We fix the stable tendency for lowering the quantity of the teaching staff. Among the reasons for the described situation within the teachers, one may identify the lack of the desire for professional retraining and a low level of professional mobility. Based on the analytical data, the map of the ruined/destroyed vocational education institutions has been formed. The analytical review provides the conditions to overcome the actual development issues of vocational education including systemic state support, recovery of the vocational education system and organization of an effectivenetwork of educational establishments, its re-orientation to the economic needs of war time, provision of the education content and quality which coincide with the current demands and the needs of labor market, formation of safe conditions for studying and learning, arrangement of psychological support of all educational process participants, stimulation and encouragement to realize non-linear paths of professional development of the teachers considering the present realties, involving higher informal and informative education.

INNOVATIVE PEDAGOGICAL TECHNOLOGIES USAGE TO DEEPEN LINGUISTIC COMPETENCE IN A HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION

In the modern educational environment, the emphasis on linguistic competence formation becomes crucial since globalization and international cooperation foresee a significant impact of language training on key processes in education. This article examines modern trends in the usage of innovative pedagogical technologies in higher education to deepen the linguistic competence of students of higher education institutions. The author analyzes the role of innovations in pedagogy and linguistics and highlights the advantages of using these technologies in the environment of higher education institutions.
 The author focuses on the study and analysis of such approaches as the Flipped Classroom, case study technology, and literary analysis of cases, the usage of virtual reality, and the project activity method.
 The article highlights how these innovative methods can change the traditional approach to language learning, allowing higher education students to actively engage in foreign language learning and develop their linguistic competence. Flipped Classroom allows you to shift the emphasis from lecture teaching to the independent work of higher education students, while case study technology stimulates analytical thinking and solving practical problems. Literary analysis of cases contributes to the study of real situations of using a foreign language, and the usage of virtual reality makes learning more exciting. The method of project activity supports the development of communication and organizational skills of educational process participants.
 All these pedagogical approaches are considered in the context of their influence on the deepening students’ linguistic competence and the possibilities of their active learning and self-development. The study offers an efficient contribution to the usage of innovations in higher education to improve the effectiveness of foreign language and linguistic disciplines.

Emotional well-being of schoolchildren: theoretical foundations and prospects for research

Introduction. Within the framework of current educational reforms, a trend towards raising requirements for intellectual and psycho-emotional abilities of all educational process participants has become evident. With an increasing number of emotionally intense events, the issue of forming and maintaining the emotional well-being of schoolchildren is becoming more urgent. The key feature of the school environment is emotional well-being, which the authors define as a stable and emotionally positive state of a child in the learning environment; and which is based on satisfying one’s age-related needs, awareness of one’s own emotions and possession of the skills of emotional regulation and reflection.Aim. The article aims to formulate and analyse the problem of emotional well-being, to provide an overview of scientific approaches to its operationalisation, and to determine methodological foundations and directions for assessing the emotional well-being of Russian schoolchildren.Methodology and research methods. Research methods include a review of scientific works by contemporary Russian and foreign scholars; systemic, comparative, and logical analysis of modern approaches to the notion of emotional well-being of schoolchildren. The research methodological foundation is rooted in the provisions of positive psychology, the concepts of subjective well-being (N. Bradburn, E. Dinner) and psychological well-being (C. Ryff), self-determination theory (M. Seligman, R. M. Ryan, E. L. Deci), and ecological systems theory (W. Bronfenbrenner).Results and scientific novelty. The paper determines scientific approaches to analyse emotional well-being of a schoolchild, contributes to the concept of operationalisation, and defines the directions for assessing emotional well-being on the basis of two factors: social environment and personal characteristics of a schoolchild.Practical significance. The research results can be used as a foundation for designing the empirical research into characteristics of the emotional well-being of Russian schoolchildren. The present findings might help to develop a programme for improving schoolchildren emotional well-being considered as a key factor to assess schoolchildren emotional well-being in the learning environment in the context of constant social transformations.

Evaluation of distance learning in ukrainian higher media education: Perspectives and impact of stakeholders

The research focuses on the utilization of computer-oriented educational environments for distance learning, aiming to assess the current landscape, highlighting both the positives and negatives, as well as successful examples and future prospects in higher education. Methodologically, the study involved an analysis of various sources, including statistical and narrative information, and conducted surveys among key stakeholder categories to evaluate their perceptions, effectiveness, and the most productive formats of distance learning. The findings challenge the notion that distance education is only suitable for extreme conditions. Key educational process participants, especially in fields like "Journalism," view well-organized distance education as comparable to traditional and extramural learning methods. It enhances the computer technology skills of both teachers and students, proves to be the most inclusive educational format, lessens financial burdens, broadens professional development opportunities, aids in the internationalization of education, and serves as a marketing tool for attracting prospective students. However, the study also reveals an inconsistency between student and faculty expectations regarding remote communication formats and the practical ability of specialists to meet these demands.

Definition of reflection characteristics of educational process participants with artificial intelligence application

Problem statement . Artificial intelligence (AI) conversational tools like chat-bots, virtual assistants and dialog trainers begin to apply in education. However, its efficiency wasn't explored because of novelty and lack of related application experience. In this research an approach to conversations based on AI is considered as means to define reflection of educational process participants. And definition results of reflection are compared between an AI conversational tool and an expert's assessment in the educational process. Methodology . Opportunities of conversational simulations based on AI were analysed for reflection assessment. Behavioural markers of reflection in communication were developed as well as assessment procedures in online mode with AI simulations and in offline mode with an expert assessment. Research was provided as a part of the volunteer’s competition. There were 65 participants of the research, students of schools and universities. Statistical processing of the results was performed using Pearson's criteria. Results. Weak correlation was detected between AI and expert assessment. Conclusion. Suggestions were offered about AI assessment improvement for increasing assessment precision of reflection of educational process participants from the methodological point of view as well as from AI algorithms development.

PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS FOR EDUCATIONAL MANAGERS: ANALISING THE EXPERIENCE OF COUNTRIES WITH DIFFERENT SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT WITH THE VIEW OF ITS POSSIBLE USE IN UKRAINE

Professional standards for educational managers establish the compliance of a person with the professional requirements; therefore, it is important to study them in order to develop the content of university training programs for school principals. The aim of the present research is to examine the experience of standardization of educational managers’ professional activity in the countries of different socio-economic development and various degrees of participation in the global educational integration processes, as well as to highlight the possible use of best practices to develop and implement the most effective university training programs for educational managers. We conducted the study during 2018 – 2020 according to the methodology of the aspect analysis, having distinguished two aspects: functional and behavioural. We analysed the professional standards within the framework of regional clusters taking as a basis the mutual convergence and interaction of their educational systems, namely regions that are the generators of integration processes; regions that respond positively to integration processes but do not initiate them; regions that are inert to the integration of educational processes. Furthermore, we chose a few countries from each cluster, which adopted the standards at the state level or at the level of individual administrative units within a particular country. The results of the analysis made it possible to identify general and special trends, peculiar to certain groups of countries. The results obtained within the framework of the study made it possible for us to develop the construct of the standard that takes into account the particular features of socio-economic development of Ukraine.
