THE STATE AND PROSPECTS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF CRYPTOCURRENCIES IN THE DIGITAL ECONOMY

Purpose. The aim of the article is to determine the place of cryptocurrencies in the digital economy, assess their state and development trends, research prospective directions for expanding the scope of their use by introducing innovative technologies and tools, and reducing the risks of investing in crypto assets. Methodology of research. The following research methods were used to achieve the set goal: induction and deduction – in the process of identifying cause-and-effect relationships and trends in the development of cryptocurrencies in the digital economy; analysis and synthesis – in the process of studying the individual essential characteristics of the category "cryptocurrency"; comparison – in the process of researching changes in the market capitalization of cryptocurrencies, the dynamics of the Bitcoin exchange rate, the dynamics of the market capitalization of cryptocurrencies and DeFi; graphic – to visualize the results of the study. Findings. The influence of environmental factors on the dynamics of the development of cryptocurrencies during 2021‒2023 has been determined. The directions of their development in the digital economy are substantiated, which include the correlation of the crypto market with traditional markets and the financial sector of the economy, the emergence of new types of cryptocurrencies that expand the range of offered market tools, the expansion of the scope of use of cryptocurrencies through the introduction of innovative technologies and tools. Alternative directions for investing in crypto assets have been identified. A comparative assessment of the risks of traditional investing and investing in cryptocurrencies was carried out. Originality. Determining the essential characteristics of cryptocurrencies, such as price volatility, investment attractiveness and riskiness, has been further developed. Prospective directions for the use of innovative tools in the crypto industry, in particular, decentralized finance (DeFi), are substantiated. Practical value. Conclusions and proposals substantiated by the results of the research can be used in the process of carrying out operations with cryptocurrencies and making decisions by market subjects regarding directions and instruments for investing in crypto assets. This article is dedicated to the development of highly qualified design students. Innovative technology methods proposed for use in educational practice by design students are being studied. All methods are aimed at future professionals, their activities, interests and desire. The introduction of innovative technologies is associated with competently oriented education and projects. Particular attention should be paid to the educational process of preparing future designers for practical activity, but the theoretical basis is also important in the learning process. An example of current innovations is the idea of game methods that open up the possibility of developing students' professional skills in design and development of competent training components. The importance of the psychological component is determined in the pedagogical process.

Innovative factors in the formation of the competitive environment of the banking services market in the context of sanctions: legal aspect

The purpose of this study was to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the legal regulation of banking competition in the context of sanctions. Methods: in the course of the study, a systematic method was used, which made it possible to identify trends in the development of competitive mechanisms in the banking services market in the context of sanctions. The application of the analytical method contributed to a comprehensive study of foreign experience of legal regulation. Results: a legal analysis of the competitive environment prevailing in the banking services market under sanctions was carried out. A characteristic feature of modern economic processes and legal relations is the introduction of innovative technologies that radically change the business models of the functioning of business entities. Innovations also affected the financial sector of the economy, in particular, the banking services market. In the context of the crisis of the banking system, companies began to appear that provide services similar to banking, based on advanced information technologies and software solutions. Such companies have become participants in competitive relations in the banking services market, being a serious alternative to credit institutions with a standard set of banking services. The novelty of the research is that a comprehensive analysis of the legal mechanisms of the competitive functioning of the banking market in the context of sanctions has been carried out. Practical significance: the research materials can be used in the preparation of an analysis of the competitive environment of the banking services market and the identification of problems of the legal protection of banking competition.

КОНЦЕПТУАЛЬНІ ЗАСАДИ ТА ТРЕНДИ МЕНЕДЖМЕНТУ СОЦІАЛЬНОЇ СФЕРИ

The article examines the mechanism of effective social sphere management and examines the concept of the general welfare state with a definition of this concept. The article determined that the basis for the development of the welfare state was industrialization, which led to the formation of four separate main models of social sphere management: continental (Bismarckian), Anglo-Saxon (Beveridge model), Scandinavian and SouthEuropean. Their features and differences are considered. The article analyzed the dynamics of the poverty level in Ukraine and determined that until 2022 the trend was positive for the country – the poverty level was decreasing. The article determined that due to the war, the level of poverty in Ukraine increased tenfold already in 2022, with a subsequent doubling during the following year. It was determined that the modern management of the social sphere of Ukraine has significant structural problems. Analyzing modern transformational shifts, it was noted that in 2020, the CMU approved the Strategy of Digital Transformation of the Social Sphere, which initiates a comprehensive digital transformation of all components of the social sphere, introducing unified approaches, standards and technologies. It was determined that the specified Strategy is planned to increase the efficiency of social sphere management; to improve the management systems of financial resources of the social sphere; to automate the management and control system in the social sphere; achieve technological development of information resources of the social sphere with the introduction of innovative technologies. This can be achieved through the creation of the Unified Information System and the Unified Monitoring Center, the implementation of the functionality of the Unified Social Operator; reduction in the number of personnel in the sector. Trends in the development of management of the social sphere: digitalization, growing migration flows; the social trade-offs of the free market come under greater scrutiny. It was found out that the digitalization of the social sphere management, this aspect is defined as one of the main directions of the development of the social sphere of Ukraine.

Перспективи розвитку металургійного виробництва в Україні за рахунок використання нових технологій

The development of directions for decarbonization of steel production with the aim of increasing energy efficiency and improving environmental indicators by reducing carbon dioxide emissions is an urgent and promising task of today's world metallurgy. In recent years, a new constraint has appeared on industrial production – the 2015 UN Paris Agreement requires countries to ensure the transition to steel production with limited or zero carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions in order to reduce the impact of industry on the environment. The purpose of the article is to analyze the strategic aspects of the technological development of the metallurgical industry and the decarbonization of steel production on the basis of technology transfer and the development of theoretical and methodological bases for the analysis of energy saving directions. The work presents the results of the analysis of directions for reducing carbon dioxide emissions and reducing carbon consumption in metallurgical production due to the improvement of existing and the introduction of innovative technologies. The results of theoretical and experimental research on reducing CO2 emissions conducted in the world and in Ukraine are presented. The world leaders in the development of technical and technological solutions for reducing CO2 emissions in metallurgical production are the companies of most industrialized countries. Examples of new technologies that reduce CO2 emissions are given. It is shown that developments in the decarbonization of steel production have not yet reached the level that requires a significant reduction in CO2 emissions. The prospect of creating innovative technologies is related to the use of hydrogen in metallurgical production. But the solutions proposed by foreign companies are not always possible to apply to the metallurgical production of Ukraine, they require scientific study and adaptation to the conditions of Ukraine, including taking into account the energy balance of enterprises, raw material conditions, the level of technology and competitiveness of metal products, the availability of energy carriers. The conditions to which the general strategy of decarbonization of steel production must comply have been determined. In Ukraine, it is necessary to develop its own concept of reducing CO2 emissions, taking into account the preservation of the competitiveness of products. Therefore, it is very important to evaluate and analyze the directions for reducing CO2 emissions in the metallurgy of the country and abroad for the further reduction of carbon dioxide emissions in relation to the existing and prospective conditions of operation of metallurgical enterprises of Ukraine.

Analyzing dynamics of the introduction of the innovative Russian and foreign technologies in the agro-industrial complex

As of today, the agricultural industry does not lag behind modern trends, and more and more often we can observe the development and implementation of innovations in the agro-industrial complex (AIC). One of the most important strategic directions to develop innovation in the agriculture is innovation processes, as well as research progress that provide continuous development. The article analyzes the dynamics of the introduction of innovative technologies in the agro-industrial complex, deals with the problems that impede the introduction of innovative technologies in the agro-industrial complex. As a part of the uncovered problems, measures have been proposed to improve the mechanism for the development and implementation of innovations in the agriculture.

The role of innovative technologies in the development of the fuel and energy industry of the Russian Federation

The efficiency of fuel and energy companies depends to a large extent on the level of automation of technological processes, information security, and cost reduction through the introduction of innovative technologies. The article considers the problems of using innovation in the enterprises of the fuel and energy sectors, the analysis of the main indicators of the level of their development. The article offers directions for the introduction of innovations in the fuel and energy complex of the country. The influence of the use of innovative technologies on the process of drilling wells was studied. A model for cost optimization based on the use of innovative technologies to automate the processes of collecting and processing information obtained during drilling was developed.

ОПТИМІЗАЦІЯ УПРАВЛІННЯ БІЗНЕС-ПРОЦЕСАМИ У АГАРНИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВАХ ЛЬВІВЩИНИ

At the current stage, the world economy is actively undergoing digitization of economic processes and penetration of information technologies in all spheres of activity. The market dictates new requirements for the formation of competitive advantages of enterprises and effective concepts of their operation. The relevance of issues related to the peculiarities of managing business processes of agribusiness enterprises in the conditions of digitalization is of particular importance. There was a need to organize the activities of enterprises taking into account the peculiarities of the transition to new principles of the digital economy, forecasting possible related problems, as well as developing solutions and proposals to minimize negative consequences and improve the financial results of enterprises. The article analyzes the dynamics of production of agricultural products in Lviv region by categories of farms. It was established that agricultural production in the region increased by 32.0% during the research period, including at the expense of enterprises - by 1.8 times. Enterprises have significantly increased the production of sugar beets, sunflowers, soybeans, potatoes, fruits and berries. But despite the achieved results, in order to ensure long-term competitive advantages, agricultural enterprises need to pay special attention to improving the management of business processes by creating business models in accordance with the set strategic goals. The authors proposed an algorithm for assessing the effectiveness of business process management of agribusiness enterprises for diagnosing economic activity, forming the necessary strategies for its improvement based on the introduction of innovative technologies. The authors of the article emphasize that the digital transformation of the security of agribusiness enterprises is a market necessity in the era of the information society, and the speed of implementation of digital tools and the use of an integrated approach in the development of a digital strategy of business structures are the key to the success of modern business. And only those enterprises that implement digital innovations can gain a significant competitive advantage in the near term. It has been proven that the complex digitization of business processes in agribusiness, rather than the fragmentary use of digital tools, allows to achieve systematicity in the process of digital transformation and is able to ensure a synergistic effect.

ДОСЛІДЖЕННЯ БЕЗПЕЧНОСТІ ВИКОРИСТАННЯ ПЕТ ПЛЯШОК ІЗ ВТОРИННОЇ СИРОВИНИ ДЛЯ ПАКУВАННЯ ХАРЧОВИХ ПРОДУКТІВ

In the food industry, various materials are used for packaging, including polymeric ones. Containers made from them have a number of advantages and conveniences both during transportation and in the process of storing packaged products, but they create significant risks of environmental pollution. It is disposable and needs to be disposed of or recycled after use.Packaging food products in containers made from secondary raw materials allows solving a number of environmental problems and reducing dependence on disposable containers. The introduction of innovative technologies using polymer waste of polyethylene terephthalate as a raw material for manufacturing, for example, bottles, also has economic feasibility.Polymer packaging is a potential source of pollution, harmful substances can migrate from it into food products, and therefore research is needed on the safety of using polymer materials made from secondary raw materials for packaging food products with regard to the migration of toxic components from them. Milk, alcoholic and low-alcohol products, oil, drinking water, vinegar, etc. are packed in polyethylene terephthalate bottles.The analysis of research and publications showed that special attention is paid to the safety of the use of secondary polymer containers in the food industry. To determine its compliance with food safety requirements, organoleptic and sanitary-chemical studies are performed, the level of migration of chemicals into the studied environment is monitored. The possibility of safe use of bottles made of secondary polyethylene terephthalate for packaging water and vegetable oil was investigated. But research on the migration of toxic components from bottles to other food environments is needed.The purpose of the article is to study the migration of toxic substances from bottles made from secondary raw materials into drinking pasteurized cow's milk, water-alcohol solutions, aqueous solutions of acetic and lactic acid of various concentrations.The article presents the results of a study of the safety of using bottles made entirely of secondary polyethylene tereph-thalate for packaging milk with a 2.5% fat content, alcohol-containing products with an alcohol content of 5% and 40%, as well as aqueous solutions of acetic and lactic acid of various concentrations. The determined indicators of migration of acet-aldehyde, acetone, butanol, isopropanol, methanol, ethylbenzene, dimethyl terephthalate and other toxic components into the studied environment comply with the established hygienic standards and do not exceed the permissible amount of migration. Bottles made entirely from recycled materials meet the requirements for containers. which is in contact with food products, and can be recommended for packaging the studied types of products

ИНДИКАТОРЫ РАЗВИТИЯ ПРЕДПРИЯТИЯ: СОЦИАЛЬНЫЙ КАПИТАЛ И КАДРОВЫЙ ПОТЕНЦИАЛ ПЕРСОНАЛА

The purpose of the article is to consider the relationship between social capital, human resources and personnel professionalism, to determine their impact on the state and development of the enterprise. The relevance of scientific work is due to increased competition in the local market, the restructuring of enterprises, the introduction of innovative technologies and organizational strategies. The article describes the modern views of domestic and foreign researchers on the problem of forming social capital and human resources potential of an enterprise. An analysis of empirical data obtained on the basis of the results of a sociological study, which was carried out as part of the implementation of State Contract No. 74 of November 24, 2022, «The role of corporate education in the formation of the social capital of an organization in the labor market of the Bryansk region» is presented. The study was conducted with the participation of the author during the period from November 24 to December 26, 2022. As a result, effective ways to improve the professionalism of personnel in the surveyed enterprises were identified. A correlation analysis was carried out between the three categories «personnel potential», «social capital» and «personnel professionalism». The author identified enterprise development indicators and developed a graphical diagram of the relationship between them.

Analysis of the level of implementation and use of innovations in the agricultural sector of Uzbekistan

Consistent measures are being implemented in the Republic of Uzbekistan to ensure wider integration of science, education and production, to create and apply new knowledge, to introduce innovative technologies and best practices. However, the results of the research on the introduction of innovative technologies and the development of the agrarian sector do not reach the lowest levels of the sec-tor, and the problems that have not been solved for years prevent the agricultural sector from developing more rapidly. In order to assess the level of use of innovations and information-advisory services in agriculture, the article carried out a social survey of different categories of participants of the innovation process using the expert evaluation method. Based on the results of the research, the trainings and seminars held in order to increase the knowledge and skills of the farmers on the use of innovative technologies, their ability to apply them in practice, the demand for innovations and the directions of the innovations being introduced, and the forms of providing information about the innovations in agriculture for farmers and peasants are presented. Also, the author expressed his views on the results of the introduction and use of innovations in the agricultural sector.

MOTIVATION THEORIES AS THE KEY TO MANAGEMENT OF MEDICAL STAFF.

The aim: To identify positions that are relevant for practical use in improving the process of human resource management in healthcare. Materials and methods: Comparative analysis of motivation theories. Conclusions: Human resources are a key intangible resource of a society or any organization. In today's post-industrial society, the development of a knowl¬edge-based economy with the introduction of innovative technologies, principles of teamwork; improving the educational, cultural and qualification level of employees, democratization of socio-economic life in the country against the background of increasing population mobility and competition in the context of globalization, sets requirements for human resource management in such an important area as health care, in particular, in terms of activities to increase their motivation. Understanding the essence of motivation theories proves that people have different needs, so knowledge of different motivation theories can be used to manage medical staff.

ВПРОВАДЖЕННЯ ІННОВАЦІЙНИХ ТЕХНОЛОГІЙ В СИСТЕМУ СЕРВІСНОГО ОБСЛУГОВУВАННЯ КЛІЄНТІВ

The article is devoted to the study of an integrated customer service system, its components and interaction with customers, which allows identifying problematic issues, determining the need for innovative technologies and developing effective strategies for their implementation. The publication examines specific innovative technologies used in the customer service system, studies the impact of innovative technologies on the customer service system, as well as analyses their effectiveness and opportunities for improving the quality of service and meeting customer needs, and also explores the concept and essence of innovative technologies in the hotel and restaurant business. The current system of customer service is analysed and the main factors influencing innovation activity are identified. The potential impact of the introduction of innovative technologies on customer satisfaction and retention is assessed, and approaches to developing an innovative development strategy are considered. Practical recommendations for the introduction of innovative technologies in the customer service system are developed and their impact on business efficiency is studied.

The mechanism of innovative development of the agricultural sector of the economy: an empirical approach

The innovative model of the agricultural sector of Russia is presented as a set of subjects and institutions whose activities are aimed at implementing innovative processes in the agricultural sector of the economy. Due to the ability to use a wide range of legal, administrative, economic, and other means of influencing the innovation sphere, it is the state that has a central role in the mechanism of innovative development. It is proved that the formation of the mechanism of innovative development of the agricultural sector of the economy should be carried out on the basis of the institutional model of innovative development of the agricultural sector. The mechanism of innovative development of the agricultural sector of the economy, developed in response to the requirements of the institutional model of the introduction of innovative technologies, is proposed. The innovative model is a recognized guideline for the strategic contours of the development of the agricultural sector, makes it possible to construct such a type of interaction of productive forces and the implementation of industrial relations, which carries the foundations of progressivity. The process of formation and optimization of the mechanism of innovative development of the agricultural sector of the economy is proposed to be divided into the following six stages, which allows us to identify potential opportunities for activating the innovative model of the agricultural sector. A methodological approach to the diagnosis of the functioning of the mechanism of innovative development of the economy has been developed, based on the technology of solving complex problems by analyzing hierarchies.

Роль научно-технического прогресса при модернизации АПК в условиях цифровой трансформации

Achievements in the scientific field, the improvement of technology in the process of transition to the digital economy are associated with periods of activation of scientific and technological progress. The successes in quantum computing were preceded by many successfully implemented scientific developments that expanded and replenished the volume of scientific knowledge and contributed to the introduction of innovative technologies, substantiated innovative scientific theories that created a new generation of technology, which confirms the relevance of stimulating the modernization of economic sectors, including agriculture. The digital economy as a trend is being implemented in agricultural sectors, for which a digital transformation map is proposed. The article presents the directions of scientific and technological progress that are in demand in the agro-industrial complex in order to improve it, the topic of modernization of the industry on the basis of digitalization is considered. The introduction of intelligent decision support systems in crop production and animal husbandry allows to reduce production costs, save resources, and increase the efficiency of agro-industrial production.

Improvement of mechanisms of formation and implementation the state export policy in Ukraine

It was assessment the prospects for the application of an export-oriented growth strategy in Ukraine as the basis of the economic growth strategy based on the analysis of foreign practices and achieved economic results. It has been established that the effectiveness of the implementation of the export-oriented growth strategy in our country will be successful only with the active introduction of innovative technologies in the production of goods and services due to the inflow of direct foreign investments in export-oriented sectors of the economy. The draft plan of measures for the post-war recovery and development of Ukraine was analyzed. A number of measures necessary for the implementation of the export-oriented growth strategy were identified. The institutional, financial and resource support of export activity are analyzed. It has been established that the existing network of trade support institutions in Ukraine is not able to fully ensure the proper level of effective support for Ukrainian exporters on international markets. Furthermore, the mechanism of interaction and cooperation of state export support institutions, in particular the International Trade Council under the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, with other institutions in the field of international trade and enterprises of the real sector of the economy is imperfect. It was noted that the realization of export entrepreneurial potential in Ukraine is held back today not only by global factors (pandemic, war etc.), but also by internal obstacles, among which, in particular, the absence of a strategic document in the export activity of the state - the Export Strategy of Ukraine, which would cover the main principles of export policy implementation during the war and during the post-war recovery period. It has been argued the necessity to updating and actualization the Export Strategy of Ukraine, which will determine the main directions of development of Ukraine's international trade and support of export-oriented enterprises, especially small and medium-sized businesses, taking into account new challenges and prospects. It was noted that state and non-state, including with the participation of international organizations, financial and non-financial support of export activities are important tools for financial and resource support of domestic exports today. It has been argued the necessity of introducing a mechanism of insurance of investments of domestic and foreign investors against military risks in Ukraine. Measures to increase the effectiveness of the consultative and advisory activities of the International Trade Council and the financial capacity of domestic exporters, including with the participation of the Export Credit Agency, was proposed.

К ВОПРОСУ О МОБИЛЬНОСТИ И ИММОБИЛЬНОСТИ РАБОЧЕЙ СИЛЫ В РОССИИ И В МИРЕ

The subject of the study is the impact of the introduction of innovative technologies on changes in migration activity. The purpose of the study is to clarify the role of information infrastructure in the sedentarization of labor resources. The relevance of scientific research is due to the development of information and communication technologies, which are changing labor relations. The scientific novelty lies in the attempt to explain the influence of telecommunication technologies on resolving the issue of internal migration and shadow employment. The research methods are economic and comparative analysis. In the course of the study, the author obtained the following results: a high level of internal migration persists due to the underdeveloped telecommunications infrastructure and low data transmission speed. The author concludes that the creation of free high-speed Internet zones in regions with high unemployment and levels of informal employment can lead to a decrease in the shadow sector and an increase in the investment attractiveness of the region.

Разработка концептуальной модели цифрового двойника для цепочки региональных транспортно-логистических центров

In 2019-2024 the Federal Project for the Development of Multimodal Transport and Logistics Centers proposed a possible solution to optimize cargo delivery. A drastic change in the realities of international and interregional interaction because of well-known events in recent years required adjustments to plans for the socio-economic development of the country and the introduction of innovative technologies to improve the controllability of the Russian Federation infrastructure. As for the transport industry and supply chains the tasks of implementing digital twins of the control object in automated control systems are relevant. The hierarchical organization of multimodal transport and logistics centers determines the need for content-conceptual modeling of the problems in development and implementation of distributed multi-agent systems of digital twins of logistics facilities which jointly ensure the coordinated operation of the supply chain. The work shows the applicability of digital twin logics for updating the logistics infrastructure in the Russian Federation. For this purpose we carried out a review of the modern conceptual device used to model logistics supply chains including digital twins, the state and prospects for the development of the logistics industry in the country. An algorithm for conceptual modeling of the digital twin of supply chains is defined on the base of AS-IS models arranged into hierarchy levels to define the problem and AS-TO-BE model to provide possible solutions. In the conclusion of the research work the proposed solutions were obtained according to the SWOT analysis methodology. It allows making it possible to give recommendations for the implementation of digital twins in transport and logistics centers.

The Insurance Market Transformation with the Assistance of Innovative Technologies

The present article is devoted to the study of the insurance market regarding the insurance services provided as a part of the digital economy transformation and the direction of Russian insurance companies’ innovative activities. The needs and prospects of digitalization of the economy insurance sector are justified and obstacles restraining the full introduction of innovative technologies are identified in the article. The considered factors relying on the review of the Russian insurance market in the period from 2019 to 2021 are: the current insurance market situation, its prospects and key trends in the near future. Nonetheless, the opportunities provided by digital technologies are far from ones fully implemented in the insurance sector that is hindered by both objective and subjective circumstances. The material and financial capabilities of insurers as well as the number of legislative and infrastructure restrictions of the country are mentioned among them.

Оценка психологической готовности преподавателей педагогических вузов к инновационной деятельности путем применения методов математической статистики

The psychological readiness of teachers of pedagogical universities for innovative activities was measured. The study covered 107 teachers aged 25-60 years at pedagogical universities in Novosibirsk and Omsk. The results of adaptation of mathematical methods and digital tools for assessing the psychological readiness of teachers for innovative activities are presented. It has been proven that the psychological correlates of the readiness of teachers of pedagogical universities for innovative activities can be combined when modeling by structural equations into two models: a one-factor model — “General Index” and a model that includes five factors: motivational, cognitive, operational, emotional-volitional, creative. The data from the conducted research can be used to develop programs for the introduction of innovative technologies in the educational process of a pedagogical university.
