Abstract

The purpose of the article is to consider the relationship between social capital, human resources and personnel professionalism, to determine their impact on the state and development of the enterprise. The relevance of scientific work is due to increased competition in the local market, the restructuring of enterprises, the introduction of innovative technologies and organizational strategies. The article describes the modern views of domestic and foreign researchers on the problem of forming social capital and human resources potential of an enterprise. An analysis of empirical data obtained on the basis of the results of a sociological study, which was carried out as part of the implementation of State Contract No. 74 of November 24, 2022, «The role of corporate education in the formation of the social capital of an organization in the labor market of the Bryansk region» is presented. The study was conducted with the participation of the author during the period from November 24 to December 26, 2022. As a result, effective ways to improve the professionalism of personnel in the surveyed enterprises were identified. A correlation analysis was carried out between the three categories «personnel potential», «social capital» and «personnel professionalism». The author identified enterprise development indicators and developed a graphical diagram of the relationship between them.
