Організаційно-педагогічні умови оптимізації використання дистанційних технологій у процесі самоосвітньої діяльності студентів

The article deals with the necessity to optimize self-education activity of pedagogical university students’ in the context of innovative technologies introduction, time deficit, and the need for continuous professional development of the specialists. It presents the approaches of major Ukrainian researchers to the definitions and features of higher education students’ independent work. The attention is drawn to the project technology, in particular to the web-quest, which is considered to be an effective method of organizing students’ independent work at a pedagogical university. The organizational and pedagogical prerequisites for optimizing the effectiveness of pedagogical university students’ independent work are defined as follows: involvement of students in project activities based on an interdisciplinary approach; application of cloud network technologies in the organization of project activities of future teachers based on an interdisciplinary approach; the use of universal cognitive and metacognitive strategies of self-education in the process of project activities organized by means of cloud technologies; combination of both collective and individual forms of cognition in the project activities, which provides opportunities for self-actualization of the future teacher’s personality. The article summarizes the features that prove the feasibility of using web-quests in the independent study activity of prospective teachers: problem-based tasks; the role guidance; combination of individual and group forms of independent work; accumulation of different types of activity (cognitive, data search, analytical and exploratory). The study discusses a modern effective form of organizing students' independent work – an interdisciplinary web-quest, aimed at finding solutions to specific problems, the scope of which goes beyond the limits of a particular field of knowledge. The peculiar features of students’ and teachers’ activities are analyzed in accordance with the structure of the interdisciplinary web-quest (objectives, content, information, presentation components). Problems of long-term care system implementation in the conditions of a psychoneurological residential institution

The article presents the results of the study of the problem of long-term care system implementation, taking into account the specific conditions of a psychoneurological residential institution. Today, the longterm care system is relevant and in demand due to the fact that it provides an opportunity for people with disabilities to enjoy a better and full quality of life. It is especially important for people suffering from neuropsychiatric diseases, who are unable to lead independent life activities and need longterm care. The greatest successes in theory and practice in the implementation of long-term care systems have been achieved in developed foreign countries: the USA, Japan, and Europe. In Russia today we can observe the formation of a comprehensive system of long-term care in the conditions of a psychoneurological residential institution. Therefore, the aim of our work was to study the specifics of the implementation of long-term care in the conditions of a psychoneurological residential institution on the basis of an integrated approach. The study is based on the scientific works of various domestic and foreign researchers of this problem. Research methods: analysis, generalization, systematization. The results obtained - a detailed analysis of the essence of the problem under study, allowed to identify and analyze the specifics of the implementation of this system.

Lipid droplets dependent or independent cytoprotective activities of unsaturated fatty acids, Lorenzo’s oil and sulfo-N-succinimidyl oleate on 7-ketocholesterol-induced oxidative stress, organelle dysfunction and cell death on 158N and ARPE-19 cells: Cell targets and benefits of sulfo-N-succinimidyl oleate

7-ketocholesterol is a cytotoxic oxysterol which is frequently increased in many chronic inflammatory and age-related diseases. Thus, the inhibition of the toxicity of 7-ketocholesterol is a major challenge to treat these diseases. 158N oligodendrocytes were used to evaluate the cytoprotective effects of lipids: ω-3 and ω-9 fatty acids (α-linolenic acid (C18:3n-3), eicosapentaenoic acid (C20:5n-3), docosahexaenoic acid (C22:6n-3), erucic acid (C22:1n-9) and oleic acid (C18:1n-9)), Lorenzo's oil (a mixture of oleic and erucic acid, 4:1) and sulfo-N-succinimidyl oleate (SSO, a synthetic derivative of oleic acid). On 158N cells, the ability of these molecules to inhibit 7KC-induced oxiapoptophagy (plasma membrane alteration, loss of ΔΨm, peroxisomal dysfunction, reactive oxygen species overproduction, induction of apoptosis and autophagy) were determined. ARPE-19 epithelial retinal cells were also used to evaluate the cytoprotective effect of SSO on 7KC-induced cell death. Unlike ω-3 and ω-9 fatty acids and Lorenzo's oil, sulfo-N-succinimidyl oleate had no cytotoxic effects over a wide range of concentrations. Noteworthy, unlike fatty acids and Lorenzo's oil, the cytoprotective effects of sulfo-N-succinimidyl oleate on 7KC-induced oxiapoptophagy, a caspase-dependent mode of cell death on 158N cells, were not associated with an accumulation of lipid droplets. In addition, on ARPE-19 cells, sulfo-N-succinimidyl oleate prevented 7KC-induced oxidative stress and cell death. These different characteristics of SSO make it possible to envisage its use for therapeutic purposes in diseases where 7-ketocholesterol levels are increased without eventual secondary side effects due to lipid droplets formation.

The Application of Multimedia Network Teaching Based on Big Data in Physical Education Teaching in Colleges and Universities

Abstract The integration of educational information technology presents novel opportunities for revolutionizing traditional pedagogical approaches in college physical education (PE). This study leverages big data analytics through the application of the OpenPose algorithm to meticulously map human postural features, thereby refining instructional design within the college PE framework. In parallel, to align pedagogical resources more precisely with the unique demands of college education, a decision tree algorithm is employed to derive comprehensive user profiles from a cohort of college students, which aids in the targeted recommendation of educational materials. Moreover, this research incorporates online teaching methodologies to develop and implement a big data-driven multimedia network teaching platform tailored specifically for college sports education. Empirical evidence underscores substantial benefits following the platform’s deployment. Post-implementation metrics revealed a marked increase in both the duration and frequency of students’ independent physical activities; the proportion of students engaging in 91-120 minutes of exercise escalated by 15%, and those exercising between three to five times per week saw an increase of 16%. Additionally, the platform significantly enhanced the PE performance of students. Users of the platform attained an average score of 89.29 in their assessments, surpassing the control group’s average of 83.23, who did not utilize the platform. Consequently, this multimedia network teaching platform emerges as a formidable enhancement to college physical education, delivering significant pedagogical advancements and fostering increased physical activity among students.

The relevance of the research work is related to the development by students of methods of mental activity, mental operations, the integrative compatibility of which manifests itself as analytical and synthetic activity, the development of a culture of thinking, increasing its productivity. Based on the research of educational psychologists, the development of analytical and synthetic activity in the educational process is considered as a unity of the processes of analysis and synchronization, as well as conscious mastery of the operations of analysis, synthesis and generalization, as an indicator of critical thinking. Mental operations and actions based on them reflect the procedural nature of thinking, since they act as generalized methods for solving cognitive tasks. The knowledge gained in the course of analytical and synthetic activities will be classified as qualitative. Students develop the skills of active and independent cognitive activity. Cognitive actions such as analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization and abstraction form analytical and synthetic actions. When studying a mathematics course at a school of elements of higher mathematics, it is difficult to study the abstractness of the educational material, the complex logical structure in their definition. Many teachers did not consider the method of presentation to be correct, and promoted the principles of education and activity. The students wrote that the ready-made truth should be rejected, and the truth itself should be revealed in the process of solving applied problems. Solving problems of an applied orientation contributes to the formation and development of analytical and synthetic activities.

The corpus callosum and creativity revisited.

In 1969 Joseph Bogen, a colleague of Roger Sperry and the neurosurgeon who performed commissurotomy on Sperry's "split-brain" study participants, wrote an article subtitled "The Corpus Callosum and Creativity." The article argued for the critical role of the corpus callosum and hemispheric specialization in creativity. Building on a four-stage model of creativity (learning, incubation, illumination, refinement) and Sperry's innovative studies, the Bogens posited that in the intact brain, creativity relies on two opposing functions of the corpus callosum: (a) interhemispheric inhibition to facilitate simultaneous and independent activity of uniquely-specialized processing centers during learning and incubation and (b) interhemispheric facilitation to support the increased bi-hemispheric integration and coordination which produces illumination. This article revisits the Bogens' theory considering scientific discoveries over the past 50 years. We begin by reviewing relevant findings from split-brain studies, and then briefly consider findings from studies that examine the association of creativity with callosal structure and function in neurotypical participants. Finally, we provide an in-depth discussion of creativity in persons with agenesis of the corpus callosum (ACC)-the congenital absence of the corpus callosum. These three lines of inquiry strongly support the theory suggested by Bogen and Bogen in 1969 and provide further clarification regarding the critical and unique role of the corpus callosum in creative cognition.

Community resilience through partnership after the Great East Japan Earthquake: cooking classes by Iwate Co-op and a food company.

This case study aimed to demonstrate how cooking class activities held in collaboration with the Ajinomoto Foundation (TAF) and a consumer cooperative after the Great East Japan Earthquake contributed to the resilience of the affected community. With reference to the logic model, evaluation indicators for the case study were established. We focused on the Iwate Seikatsu Kyodo Kumiai (Iwate Co-op). We organized 120 continuation cases out of the eight-and-a-half-year activity records of the project owned by TAF (April 2012 to March 2020). The Iwate Co-op was one of the 120 continuing cases and had special features, including awareness that its members were responsible for the community. The collaboration revealed three effects. First, owing to the encounter and collaboration with TAF, the cooking class was continuously conducted even after TAF withdrew from the disaster-affected areas. Second, the Iwate Co-op trained some of its members as food support staff to run the cooking class independently and was actively involved in obtaining the necessary budget for the operation, consequently leading to the independent activation of member activities. Third, they developed a cooking class project in inland areas other than disaster-stricken areas, assuming that they could incorporate the project into their existing activities, as food problems affected people beyond disaster victims. The collaborative food support project of the Iwate Co-op and TAF contributed to the resilience of the affected people and communities by strengthening bonds and solidarity among residents and organizations. The key to success was the fusion of a traditional sense of independence in the co-op with TAF's mission and technical know-how. The partnership between the Iwate Co-op and TAF allowed the former to aim toward developing food support activities in the affected areas, accelerating the resilience of the community in the Iwate Prefecture.

“Atypical child” in an educational environment in the Murmansk region

This article aims to identify the current state of the educational environment in the context of realizing its inclusive potential and ensuring the inclusion of children with disabilities. The inclusion of this category in the educational environment is guaranteed by Russian legislation and is an important element of the socialization and social rehabilitation of the child. However, today there are many difficulties in building an inclusive environment in educational institutions, taking into account the needs and requirements of an “atypical” child, which indicates the need to assess the features of the development of inclusive education at the present stage and identify difficulties among subjects of educational relations. To achieve this goal, the article presents the results of a survey of the authors conducted in the Murmansk region (Russia) in 2022. During the questionnaire survey, teachers of general education and special schools, as well as kindergartens in the region (n=417) were interviewed. The results of the study showed that today teachers attach greater importance to the formation of social skills than to the development of the abilities and cognitive activity of children with disabilities. The state of readiness of the infrastructure of educational organizations in the region for children with disabilities is assessed as average, as is the quality of the education they receive. Among the main difficulties in teaching children with disabilities, respondents noted problems with the pace of completing tasks and memorizing material. Teachers most often experience difficulties in organizing the independent activities of children with disabilities, ensuring the pace of work in the classroom, and in directly organizing the child’s work in the classroom.

Synergistic integration of histone deacetylase inhibitors apparently enhances the cytokine-induced killer cell efficiency in multiple myeloma via the NKG2D pathway.

The rapid recognition of epigenetic manipulation's potential in restricting cancer cell capabilities spurred translational initiatives, including histone deacetylase inhibitors (HDACis). Clinical trials on multiple myeloma (MM) demonstrated substantial benefits of HDACis, coupled with promising outcomes from cytokine-induced killer cell (CIK) immunotherapy. Intriguingly, the unexplored synergy of HDACis and CIK cell immunotherapy in MM prompted our study. We examined clinically relevant HDACis (panobinostat/LBH589 and romidepsin) alongside CIK cells derived from peripheral blood mononuclear cells across diverse MM cell lines (U266, RPMI8226, OPM-2 and NCI-H929). Utilising various in vitro methodologies, we investigated how HDACis enhance CIK cell lysis of myeloma cells through NKG2D/NKG2D ligand interactions. The results of our analysis indicated several key findings. (1) Enhanced cytotoxicity of CIK cells in MM cells when combined with HDACis. (2) Significant increase in apoptosis, suggesting HDACis and CIK may together enhance apoptotic effects in specific MM cell lines. (3) Elevated IFN-γ secretion and alterations in granzyme Bsecretion because of the independent activity of HDACis. (4) Notably, HDACis increased the expression of MICA/B and ULBP2, crucial for inducing antitumor cytotoxicity of NKTcells. Validation through NKG2D receptor blocking in CIK cells with a purified mouse antihuman NKG2D antibody further supported our findings. Our analyses provide sufficient evidence to consider this clinically forgotten instance (HDACis-CIK cell combination) as a therapeutic priority for MM treatment. Furthermore, we suggest that NKG2D/NKG2D-ligand interactions activating NK/NKTcells may contribute to enhanced myeloma cell lysis in response to HDACis treatment by CIK cells.

Student associations are organizations in which students of educational institutions carry out independent activities based on common interests and hobbies. They have such distinctive characteristics as openness, independence and commitment. University associations can well meet the development needs of the time and contribute to the ongoing training of highly qualified specialists. Nowadays, as a rule, there are more problems in the management of student associations in most universities in our country. In order to better develop student associations at universities, the authors in this article analyze the problems in the management of student associations at universities in our country. Based on the prospects of scientific developments, we discuss problems at universities.

Novel PI(3)K-p85α/p110δ-ITK-LAT-PLC-γ2 and Fyn-ADAP-Carma1-TAK1 Pathways Define Reverse Signaling via FasL.

The role of FasL in initiating death signals through Fas is well characterized. However, the reverse signaling pathway downstream of FasL in effector lymphocytes is poorly understood. Here, we identify that FasL functions as an independent activation receptor in NK cells. Activation via FasL results in the production of LFN-γ, GM-CSF, RANTES, MIP-1α, and MIP1-β. Proximal signaling of FasL requires Lck and Fyn. Upon activation, FasL facilitates the phosphorylation of PI(3)K-p85α/p55α subunits. A catalytically inactive PI(3)K-p110δD910A mutation significantly impairs the cytokine and chemokine production by FasL. Activation of ITK and LAT downstream of FasL plays a central role in recruiting and phosphorylating PLC-γ2. Importantly, Fyn-mediated recruitment of ADAP links FasL to the Carmal/ Bcl10/Tak1 signalosome. Lack of Carma1, CARD domain of Carma1, or Tak1 significantly reduces FasL-mediated cytokine and chemokine production. These findings, for the first time, provide a detailed molecular blueprint that defines FasL-mediated reverse signaling.

THE USE OF INTERACTIVE EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS OF A PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITY

The article reveals modern approaches to the training of higher school students based on the use of interactive tech- nologies. The strategy of restructuring the system of organization of educational process in the university is defined taking into account the requirements of federal state educational standards, including expansion of the range of forms of organization of educational process, introduction of active methods of education, organization of scientific research and independent activity of students, use of various interactive educational technologies. The experience of implementing interactive educational technologies such as the theory of solving inventive problems (TRIZ), the development of critical thinking through reading and writing (RCMFP), game technologies in training future pri- mary teachers is described in detail.

Priming from within: TLR2 dependent but receptor independent activation of the mammary macrophage inflammasome by Streptococcus uberis.

Streptococcus uberis is a member of the pyogenic cluster of Streptococcus commonly associated with intramammary infection and mastitis in dairy cattle. It is a poorly controlled globally endemic pathogen responsible for a significant cause of the disease worldwide. The ruminant mammary gland provides an atypical body niche in which immune cell surveillance occurs on both sides of the epithelial tissue. S. uberis does not cause disease in non-ruminant species and is an asymptomatic commensal in other body niches. S. uberis exploits the unusual niche of the mammary gland to initiate an innate response from bovine mammary macrophage (BMMO) present in the secretion (milk) in which it can resist the host immune responses. As a result - and unexpectedly - the host inflammatory response is a key step in the pathogenesis of S.uberis, without which colonisation is impaired. In contrast to other bacteria pathogenic to the bovine mammary gland, S. uberis does not elicit innate responses from epithelial tissues; initial recognition of infection is via macrophages within milk. We dissected the role of the bacterial protein SUB1154 in the inflammasome pathway using ex vivo bovine mammary macrophages isolated from milk, recombinant protein expression, and a panel of inhibitors, agonists, and antagonists. We combine this with reverse-transcription quantitative real-time PCR to investigate the mechanisms underlying SUB1154-mediated priming of the immune response. Here, we show that SUB1154 is responsible for priming the NLRP3 inflammasome in macrophages found in the mammary gland. Without SUB1154, IL-1β is not produced, and we were able to restore IL-1β responses to a sub1154 deletion S. uberis mutant using recombinant SUB1154. Surprisingly, only by blocking internalisation, or the cytoplasmic TIR domain of TLR2 were we able to block SUB1154-mediated priming. Together, our data unifies several contrasting past studies and provides new mechanistic understanding of potential early interactions between pyogenic streptococci and the host.

The use of information computer technologies in the independent consolidation of knowledge in younger schoolchildren in the correction of dysgraphy

The relevance of studying the formation of independent consolidation of knowledge in children with disabilities is presented in a reasoned manner. Information and communication technologies are proposed by the authors as a tool for self-consolidation of knowledge. The authors consider such categories as independence, skills formation and children with disabilities, students with disabilities. Three directions in the theory of independent activity of P.I. Pidkasisty are revealed. The following authors made a great contribution to the study of self-consolidation of knowledge in children with disabilities: A. I. Herzen, V. G.Belinsky, N. A. Dobrolyubov, N. G. Chernyshevsky, D. I. Pisarev, E.Ya. Golant, Ushinsky K.D., Kaptereva P.F., Vakhterova V.P. In the study, the authors selected subcategories of children with disabilities, especially children with oral and written speech violation. L.S. Volkova’s classification of written speech is revealed. The group of 40 primary school students (second grades) took part in the study. The analyzed speech disorders in children of primary school age revealed the importance of independent consolidation skills of knowledge at all stages of remedial work. The results of studies revealing the peculiarity of using information and communication technologies (ICT) in the process of forming of independent consolidation skills of knowledge in children are considered. Special attention is paid to the consideration of the speech therapy program for the correction of written speech in primary schoolchildren with developmental language disorder (DLD) and using of computer technology, and the peculiarity of consolidating new knowledge at each stage of the study. The possibilities of using ICT as an effective resource for the formation of the of self-consolidation skills of knowledge in children with speech disorders are shown.

Comparative Antimicrobial Activity of Lactobacillus acidophilus and Lactobacillus rhamnosus on Clinically Isolated Escherichia coli: An In vitro Study

Aim: The aim of present study is to evaluate the comparative antimicrobial activity of Lactobacillus acidophilus and Lactobacillus rhamnosus on clinical isolates of Escherichia coli.
 Study Design: Cross-sectional observational study.
 Place and Duration of Study: This study was conducted in Department of Medical Microbiology, School of Medical Education between January 2023 to September 2023.
 Methodology: A total of 100 E. coli isolates collected from various diagnostic laboratories were included in the sample population and the prevalence of XDR, MDR, and non MDR isolates among them were determined by Kirby-Bauer disk diffusion method. The inhibitory activity of untreated and treated (pH adjusted) suspension of standard strains of L. acidophilus and L. rhamnosus on E. coli were determined by agar overlay method and the data was statistically analysed using ANOVA single-factor.
 Results: The antimicrobial activity was confirmed for untreated and treated suspension of Lactobacillus spp. by measuring the zone of inhibition surrounding E. coli strains spotted on MRS medium but treated suspension exerted greater inhibitory activity than untreated suspensions of both Lactobacillus spp. and among the treated suspension L. rhamnosus exhibit greater inhibitory activity. Statistical analysis of this data using ANOVA single-factor was found to be not significant (P >0.05), that is treated suspension of both L. acidophilus and L. rhamnosus has the independent activity against E. coli. While untreated suspensions of both L. acidophilus and L. rhamnosus was significant (P =0.03), that is untreated suspension of L. rhamnosus (mean inhibition of 12.19 mm) has greater inhibitory activity than untreated cell cultures of L. acidophilus (mean inhibition of 11.39 mm).
 Conclusion: This result, disclosed that even if both Lactobacillus spp. exhibit antimicrobial activity against E. coli, L. rhamnosus showed greater inhibition than L. acidophilus. The study suggested the use probiotic Lactobacillus as a biotherapeutic in antibiotic resistant E. coli infection and should be further studied for their human health benefits.

The aim of this study is to investigate, from multiple perspectives the life and contemplative world of HongWa(弘窩) Li Doo-hun(李斗勳, 1856~1918) who was born in Seongju, Gyeongbuk, Korea and active mainly in Goryeong, Seongju, Geochang, and Hapcheon during the late period of the 19th century and the early period of the 20th century. The man, a scholar out of government office, dedicated his whole life to studying and writing literary works, carrying out independence activities, during the turbulent times of the intervention in domestic affairs from foreign powers and the deprivation of national sovereignty by the Japanese imperialism.
 After having joined Hanju academic circles, at the age of 20 years, he held Ganghoe(講會), Hayangeumjur(鄕飮酒禮), Gyeolgye(結契) and others, together with his colleagues, to create the academic atmosphere. Also, he actively confronted the deprivation of national sovereignty and domestic affairs from foreign powers. In February 1896, Li stated ｢Pogocheonhamun(布告天下文)｣ which requested western powers to strictly judge the atrocities of the Japanese imperialism, based on the international law of Mangukgongbeop(萬國公法). He prepared and completed its draft, before sending it to the American, British, and Russian legations in Seoul. With Eulsaneukyak(乙巳勒約) (Japan-Korea Treaty) signed in 1905, he and his colleagues made a written appeal of Cheongjujeoksinpaneukyakso(請誅賊臣罷勒約疏)｣ led by Lee Seung-hui to the king to repeal the treaty. As Gukchaebosang- undong(National Debt Redemption Movement) was proposed on January 29, 1907, he undertook the role as the leader of Goryeong area.
 Hong Wa Li Doo-hun was active, cultivating the acquaintance of his colleagues from Jumunpalhyeon School to publish Ganghoe(講會), Gangron(講論), Gyeolgye(結契), scripts that his mentors had recorded during his life, and travel essay. The purpose of these activities can be examined according to three aspects as follows. The first purpose is to build up solidarity between colleagues, for Hanju academic circles that faced crisis. The second and third purposes are to secure the framework the academic work of the mentor and to expand the extension of Hanju-Hakpa

A Collective Tooth Brushing Activity With Special Needs Children Using A Motor-Skill Toothbrush

Abstract. This collective toothbrushing activity aims to improve the dental and oral hygiene of SLB N 1 Bantul by practicing independent toothbrushing activity in maintaining their oral and dental health. It started with a dental hygiene screening, followed by training on collective toothbrushing and making squishy according to the students’ creativity attached to each toothbrush. The collective toothbrushing was supervised by the class teacher and service team. Furthermore, the simple scoring after the activity was conducted. Significant changes were identified in the students' oral hygiene after brushing their teeth. The spirit of brushing teeth properly and correctly appeared along with the students’ happiness in making squishy creations attached to their toothbrushes.

Student Perceptions toward Eight Forms of Independent Learning Activities in Independent Learning Independent Campus Program (MBKM)

Exploring educational opportunities beyond the official curriculum and campus environment is a means for students to enhance the competencies of future graduates who can thrive in both national and international industrial settings. This study's objective is to assess students' awareness and engagement with the Independent Learning Independent Campus Program (MBKM) policy and its consequences. The research methodology employed in this study involves a survey using descriptive analysis techniques. The study involved 350 undergraduate students as participants, and data collection was conducted through a questionnaire comprising two sections: one for capturing respondent demographics and the other for inquiring about their perspectives on the Independent Learning Independent Campus Program (MBKM) policy. The study's findings suggest that students exhibit a considerable level of awareness regarding the Independent Learning Independent Campus Program (MBKM) policy, and their participation is also notably high. Moreover, the feedback regarding the impact of the MBKM policy on students is positively inclined. This positive response is rooted in the advantages offered by the MBKM program, such as enhanced learning experiences, the allocation of 20 credits, and the development of soft skills. Consequently, the MBKM policy holds the potential to encourage greate.r student involvement in extracurricular learning activities outside the official curriculum and campus. Hence, the outcomes of this study carry several important implications. First, because students are so aware of the MBKM policy, they will continue to attend the program with great enthusiasm. Second, because there is a lot of student interest in the Independent Learning Independent Campus Program (MBKM) program, the quality of learning that takes place off campus will improve. Third, the study program will successfully maintain the Independent Learning Independent Campus Program (MBKM) program. This is based on the advantages of the Independent Learning Independent Campus Program (MBKM) program, which can offer a variety of skills, knowledge of different cultures, and adaptability, including leadership skills.

Abstract. Efforts to develop entrepreneurship education based on character education in the Madrasah curriculum are based on three things; First, prepare students to become graduates who have an entrepreneurial spirit. Second, entrepreneurial values are seen as being able to shape a person's character to become strong and independent. Third, no matter how free a person is to carry out independent activities, these activities must remain controlled so that the results are beneficial and valuable, and this is where Islamic values play the role of filling and framing them. These three premises seem to be aligned with the goal established by Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah Tijarotul Qur'aniyah (MAMTQ ). Its main objective is to provide broad spaces for students and the entire community to initiate the reformation of ideas as well as to show concrete actions to achieve optimal graduate competency. The field that is focused on as its characteristic is entrepreneurship provision. This curriculum development concept requires at least two preparations; First, design local content in condition that entrepreneurship is not yet a national content. Second, the preparation of competent teaching staff, in this case, those who can integrate entrepreneurship education with character education. In conclusion, curriculum development should be carried out to optimize graduate competencies. Realizing the entrepreneurial characteristic roadmap requires an upstream and downstream pilot project. Starting from the creation of 14 semi-permanent fish ponds, fish management, and the development of processed fish products of high economic value. This is also continued with branding and professional management so that the sustainability of the pilot project can be realized in other fields.
