The article is devoted to the study of the conceptual and methodological foundations and conceptual and categorical analysis of the definition of “intellectual capital”, as well as the economic evolution of its formation and development. The scientific heritage of scientists representing classical and neoclassical schools of economics is critically rethought, and a comparative characteristic of theoretical and practical results, developments and recommendations on the formation and management of innovative activities and intellectual capital of enterprises is performed. In the course of the study, the causal relationship between intellectual capital and innovation was revealed and the high importance of the function of managing innovation processes in modern high-tech economic entities of the knowledge-intensive industrial complex was determined.

Review of the sustainable expectancy in the Covid-19 era

Within the framework of policies against climate change, expectations for sustainability in resource management have been a focal point of discussion and a central topic on the agenda of cities. This is exemplified in the dissemination of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through university governance and its impact on the formation of intellectual capital. Nevertheless, anti-pandemic policies have affected the dissemination of the SDGs, redirecting training towards self-management and self-care through confinement and social distancing. The objective of the study was to observe the structure of sociocultural and sociocognitive variables identified in the literature as determinants of behavior for sustainability. A nonexperimental study was conducted with a non-probabilistic selection of 100 students who responded to a self-report of their values, norms, perceptions, beliefs, attitudes, knowledge, and actions related to the SDGs. A factorial structure was identified, demonstrating a more symmetrical dissemination of the SDGs, contrary to university governance that promotes asymmetrical dissemination through the encouragement of critical thinking, artistic expressiveness, innovative entrepreneurship, and collaborative work.

Intellectual Capital of Humanities and Art Sciences and the Efficiency of its Formation at Scientific Institutions

In the present situation of the formation of intellectual capital (IC) of humanities and art sciences at scientific institutions (SIs) in Latvia, the theme of the research is highly topical. The object of the research is the formation of IC of humanities and art sciences at SIs while the subject of the research is the comparative analysis of the efficiency of the involvement of academic staff and students in the formation of IC of humanities and art sciences at SIs of Latvia. The objective of the research is to study the involvement of academic staff and students in the formation of IC of humanities and art sciences at SIs in Latvia in the period from 2013 to 2018. The followingtasks were determined to reach the objective: to study the formation of IC of humanities and art sciences at SIs; to identify the concept of the efficiency of the involvement of academic staff and students in the formation of IC of humanities and art sciences; to calculate main indicators thereof, and, to carry out the comparative analysis of indicators characterising the efficiency of the involvement of academic staff and students in the formation of IC of humanities and art sciences at SIs in Latvia. Research methods used in the paper are content analysis, economic analysis ,and economic experiment.

This article is devoted to the study of educational factors as an indicator of the development of intellectual capital of enterprises. Starting with the analysis of current economic and technological trends, the article identifies the role of education that is becoming more and more strategic for sustainable business development in the global environment. Particular attention is paid to the study of the interaction between enterprises and higher education institutions, revealing important aspects that affect the formation of intellectual capital. Conducted analysis of negative trends and problems in the education system, their impact on the intellectual capital of enterprises is determined. Important challenges, such as the instability of educational programs, the lack of effective interaction and strategic cooperation, are highlighted. On the basis of this analysis, innovative strategies and practices that can improve the use of educational potential to stimulate the intellectual development of enterprises have been identified. Promising solutions to these problems to ensure the maximum use of intellectual capital of enterprises are indicated. FEATURES OF THE CHALLENGES AND OPPORTUNITIES OF FORMATION OF INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL OF DOMESTIC ENTERPRISES IN THE ENGINEERING SECTOR UKRAINE IN THE CONDITIONS OF DIGITALIZATION

The purpose. The article examines the specifics of challenges and opportunities for the formation of intellectual capital of domestic enterprises of the machine-building sector of Ukraine in the conditions of digitalization. Industries are of key importance for the economy of Ukraine, indicators of its functioning are the main factor of the country's social and economic development. In particular, mechanical engineering is one of the basic branches of the Ukrainian economy and a strategically important branch that affects the development of the technological potential and competitiveness of the Ukrainian economy as a whole. The level of development of mechanical engineering is one of the main factors that allows to ensure the sustainable development of the Ukrainian economy, the development of the country as a whole depends on its level and dynamics of development. Therefore, the study of the current state of the machine-building industry, the efficiency of the machine-building enterprises, the identification of current problems will allow to determine the tools for the recovery and further sustainable development of the machine-building enterprises, as one of the key branches of the national economy. In the modern concept of economic development, it is intellectual capital that becomes a decisive factor in the growth of national wealth, competitiveness of the country, region, business entity, and quality of life. Despite the existing degree of study, today the issues of specific challenges and opportunities for the formation of intellectual capital are in dire need of continuing a deeper study and scientific justification, because this category is extremely dynamic. The analysis of digital transformations in the context of the formation of intellectual capital, trends of changes in the work of personnel management in the conditions of the digital economy is also given, an overview of the need for human resources in the conditions of the development of the digital economy is given. The rapid development of digital technologies and IT spheres lead to the automation of production processes, which determines the tendency for the disappearance of some professions. In the near future, many professions that are necessary now will lose their demand, the number of jobs will decrease, which threatens to increase unemployment if modern professionals do not have the skills necessary for work in the realities of the digital economy. This will significantly change the management of aggregate intellectual capital in the future, which determines the relevance of this article. The work analyzes publications and research on the formation and development of the main components of intellectual capital in the conditions of digitalization. On the basis of the research, conclusions are formulated about the need to apply mechanisms for effective management of the intellectual capital of machine-building enterprises in the future. Today, Ukraine is on the way to becoming an information society and the corresponding type of economic relations. Informatization of industry, the service sector, the entrepreneurial sector, science and education, and state institutions is a priority goal of the development of the economy of Ukraine. Information and knowledge are not only an effective catalyst for the transition to the sixth technological order, the basis of which is scientific research and development, but also its strategic resource. Informatization of scientific and research activity in the field of mechanical engineering is an important factor in the formation of modern information infrastructure of scientific and research organizations and the creation of a single information space, which is relevant in the conditions of the development of the information society, the network economy and the transition to the knowledge economy. The state of modern mechanical engineering was analyzed, the main trends and problems of the industrial complex in modern economic conditions were identified, and recommendations were made to solve them in order to ensure the sustainable development of mechanical engineering enterprises and increase the level of the economic potential of industry in general. The article presents the results of a comparative analysis of the works of Ukrainian and foreign scientists, economists and experts on the study of the intellectual capital of an industrial enterprise. In the process of researching the intellectual capital of the machine-building industry, conclusions and proposals were made under the prism of the specifics of the formation of its constituent elements in the era of the formation and development of the digital economy. The leading vector of the further development of the intellectual capital of enterprises in the conditions of the digital economy should be the issues of classification, measurement and transformation of knowledge capital, as well as the development of tools for transferring its elements into materialized and innovative assets of the enterprise.

Identity, Reputation, and Image of the Formation of Intellectual Capital in the Face of the Pandemic

In Economic and Administrative Sciences, factor analysis models are essential due to their explanatory capacity of institutional responses to a risk event. The objective of this article is to contrast a model that explains the emergence of corporate governance dimensions in the face of the pandemic. An exploratory study was carried out based on a systematic review of the literature, from 2019 to 2022, considering the search by keywords in Google Scholar and Microsoft Academic, as well as the validity by judges and the survey of 100 students from a public university in the center of Mexico. The results show that corporate identity explains the university's response to the pandemic. МОДЕЛИ ФОРМИРОВАНИЯ И ВОСПРОИЗВОДСТВА ИНТЕЛЛЕКТУАЛЬНОГО КАПИТАЛА

The article considers the key theoretical and methodological concepts and applied approaches to the conceptual essence of intellectual capital, the conditions of its formation and reproduction. It is noted that at present the concepts of formation and reproduction of intellectual capital are actively being formed, which is due to the trends of innovative development and the factors of the knowledge economy formation. In scientific practice, a single universal approach to the nature of such a phenomenon, its structure and forms of its functioning has not yet been developed. The author highlights that despite the variety of structural designs and approaches to the definition of the concept of “intellectual capital” and the variability of models of its formation and reproduction, there are common trends, factors and processes in forming and using the intellectual capital. It allowed to detail and clarify the features and content of those processes, to reveal their algorithms and essential characteristics. The main models of intellectual capital are considered, as well as the conceptual model of intellectual capital research, which includes goal-oriented and market approaches, is substantiated.

ІНВЕСТУВАННЯ ІНТЕЛЕКТУАЛЬНОГО КАПІТАЛУ В ІННОВАЦІЙНИЙ РОЗВИТОК ПІДПРИЄМСТВА

The article deals with current issues of intellectual capital investment in enterprise development, management practices and performance evaluation of investment of intellectual capital. The concept apparatus of the category "intellectual capital" is analyzed. Appointed to understand the holdings as tangible and intangible resources, which cannot be liquidity and formal registration of power. It is suggested to look at the structure of the intellectual capital of business in terms of specific elements, among them: human assets, market assets and assets, as well as structural assets and assets. In the following, a scheme for the formation and investment of intellectual capital of business is presented. It is proposed to attribute the efficiency of investment to intellectual capital in terms of commercialization of created innovative products, or additional income, taken away by the company after the implementation of projects for a variety of developments. The article defines that the effectiveness of intellectual capital investments cannot be considered only from the point of view of the obtained financial return due to the heterogeneity of its structure, therefore, an additional set of criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of intellectual capital management of the enterprise is highlighted, since the level of effectiveness of intellectual capital management will definitely affect the quality of innovative development of the enterprise. The author proposed to include the following as such criteria: criteria of financial security of the cycle of reproduction of intellectual potential with its subsequent transformation into intellectual capital, such criteria will allow to determine the degree of participation of the company's financial resources in the reproduction of intellectual potential; criteria for the quality of reproduction of the fixed capital, which allow to determine the level of technical and technological reproduction of the fixed capital; production sustainability criteria determined by the level of available innovation opportunities; criteria of socio-economic growth of the enterprise.

СТАН ІНТЕЛЕКТУАЛЬНОГО КАПІТАЛУ ХАРЧОВОЇ ПРОМИСЛОВОСТІ: ІННОВАЦІЙНА ДІЯЛЬНІСТЬ

In the article, the authors describe the state of innovative activity through the analysis of the dynamics and structure of organizations that carry out scientific and research activities. this was done to reveal one of the components of the intellectual capital of food industry enterprises and in general. The intellectual capital of the food industry directly depends on the level of innovation and stimulation to create innovations in the industry. A state favorable for the development of innovative activity is characterized by the presence of research institutions and laboratories, scientific organizations and enterprises that have innovative products or engage in innovation. The desire to find out the real number of organizations and enterprises of the food industry that carry out innovative activities as a component of intellectual capital prompted the research and analysis of the state described in the article. And also taking into account the trends to find out about the number of researchers and workers carrying out scientific and research activities with the aim of creating new innovative products and solving current technical and technological issues through the prism of scientific and technological progress. This information contributes to further broader and comprehensive analysis of the structure, state and prospects of the formation of intellectual capital of food industry enterprises; makes it possible to understand and highlight the main bottlenecks in the state of innovative activity, which affect the state of intellectual capital; to trace the connection between the creation of motivation for employees in the field of science and innovation and the volume of sales of innovative goods, increasing the activity of the economy. The authors highlight the main problems that, in their opinion, have a significant impact on the state of the intellectual capital of the food industry through innovative composition. Which take into account the non-realization of part of the expectations prescribed in the National Development Strategy precisely because of certain negative dynamics in the values of the parameters characterizing the state of innovative activity.

How socio-cultural transition helps to improve entrepreneurial intentions among women?

PurposeThe current research proposes a model that integrates certain psychological and demographic factors in developing and strengthening young Saudi women's perceptions of entrepreneurial resourcefulness, which eventually may lead to the development and enhancement of their entrepreneurial intentions. The study also examines the ways in which changing socio-cultural norms and values may augment investments and/or efforts to enhance cognitive enablers, including entrepreneurial resourcefulness, and thereby build and strengthen entrepreneurial intentions among female entrepreneurs (i.e. human capital) in a transitioning society. Saudi Arabia is a relevant research context because the Saudi government has invested enormous resources to develop the country's human capital, particularly Saudi government intends to enhance Saudi women's participation in entrepreneurial spheres to be enhanced significantly. Saudi Arabia is undergoing a radical socio-cultural transition, and the kingdom seeks to capitalise on this ongoing transformation to further encourage women to tap into their under-utilised potential. This study seeks to corroborate such moderation effects.Design/methodology/approachThe authors utilise the intellectual capital (IC) framework and theory of planned behaviour (TBP) to propose the conceptual model in this study. Using a sample of 628 young female respondents – potential entrepreneurs studying at various universities in Saudi Arabia, the authors test the hypothesised associations through partial least squares (PLS)-based path modelling.FindingsThe authors found a significant positive impact of psychological factors, such as perceived behavioural control, attitude towards entrepreneurship, subjective norms and entrepreneurial self-efficacy, on the development and enhancement of perceived entrepreneurial resourcefulness. In addition, demographic factors, including family income, family background, family business experience and entrepreneurship education, play a significant positive role in enhancing individuals' entrepreneurial resourcefulness perceptions. The authors further found that enhanced perceptions of perceived entrepreneurial resourcefulness develop and enhance entrepreneurial intentions among female entrepreneurs. However, the transformation in social and cultural norms significantly moderates this cause and effect relationship.Originality/valueThis study is among the first of its kind to investigate the moderating effects of social and cultural transformation on efforts and/or investments to enhance intellectual capital (more specifically, human capital) and thereby promote entrepreneurship. The study is also valuable for its focus on a unique context, i.e. female entrepreneurship in the Middle East and, more specifically, Saudi Arabia. The study offers useful insights and implications both for theory and practice, particularly for policymakers seeking to augment their intellectual capital formation efforts through an effective orchestration of socio-cultural transformation, which seeks to empower female entrepreneurs to succeed in the face of significant socio-cultural impediments.

Formation of intellectual capital in the context of an innovatively oriented educational organization based on the principles of quality management

The article describes the approach to the formation of intellectual capital in an innovative organization, based on the example of private educational organization of additional vocational education. Based on the principles of quality management, the author studies the mechanism of formation of intellectual capital. The empirical material of the study is scientifc and educational events in the format of international seasonal online schools – short-term programs of additional vocational education. The method of observation and organizational analysis made it possible to typologize the features and elements of intellectual capital, to identify the contexts of implicit and explicit knowledge and to outline prospects for further research. According to the results of the study, the author made the following conclusion: taking into account the external challenges affecting the educational services market, it is necessary to pay close attention to the formation and development of the intellectual capital of the organization. The approach to describing the mechanism of intellectual capital formation has prospects for further development and can be validated through other scientifc and educational organizational activities and/or a set of such activities. This approach has prospects for replication in the context of other organizations with appropriate detail and necessary adaptation. To do this, you need to get a larger sample and validate data taking into account industry specifcs.

The economic basis for the training of specialists in the field of personnel management: prospects for the future

The most expensive capital at all times has been and remains intellectual capital, which in today's economy allows you to adapt quickly to the fast-paced conditions of the external environment and find opportunities to develop even during economic downturns and crises. The basis for the formation of intellectual capital is the personnel, management of which in modern economic conditions to a new level, as on the correctly built system of personnel management depends on the performance of many companies. At the same time, training of specialists in the field of personnel management should take into account the real needs of the market in order to ensure that most graduates at employment possess a basic set of competencies necessary for successful work in this area. Consequently, for effective training in the field of human resource management, the requirements of the market and potential employers should be taken into account. The market requirements in this case are the maximum orientation of specialists to solve the problems in the field of personnel management, from recruiting to building a team management strategy of a large enterprise. Consequently, the basic economic basis for the training of specialists in human resource management is the need to solve a wide range of tasks and the ability to adapt to working conditions in companies of different levels and different orientations. And in recent years there is an additional extremely important competence - the ability to self-organize and work remotely, because during the COVID-19 pandemic and now under martial law in Ukraine, many specialists had to work remotely and form new approaches to personnel management in the online format. Therefore, the ability to combine professional qualities and effective self-organization is at the core of an effective training specialist's work.

The Dual-Natured Direction of Intellectual Capital Formation in the System of Higher Education

Introduction. In а modern world, higher education institutions (HEIs) play a key role in the development of science, technology, industry, economics and, most importantly, the development of humans, their individual and social consciousness, which are key innovative resources for sustainable development. At the same time, the specificity of the HEIs’ intellectual capital leads to the formulation of a paradox: higher education is both the most and the least (at least domestic one) intellectualized economic structure. HEIs are a source of knowledge, their staff, students and graduates – its carriers and, at the same time, domestic universities are stagnating in their development, not using this knowledge as a value-generating income factor.
 Aim and tasks. The purpose of the study is to develop a model in order to analyze the formation and implementation of HEIs’ intellectual capital in the entire structure of their economic activities. The model is proposed in order to identify the motives and ways of its development and the awareness of its main feature – a dual-natured direction, manifested for universities, scientific and teaching staff, students, business and state.
 Results. The article deals with an analysis of possible directions for achieving the goals of the HEI in the implementation of its chosen business model, as well as the relationship of elements of intellectual capital, should be based on the proposed model, which allows its management to ensure the synergistic effect of the totality of its components.
 Conclusions. The study presents the main sources of innovative advantage, and also describes how the intellectual capital of the HEI is related to its market value. It is a process of commercialization of knowledge, which generates intellectual capital at the HEI, giving it not only scientific and educational value, but also market value. Collaboration between HEIs and industry offers researchers the opportunity to increase the value of their intellectual capital through monetary or contextual support for research, which contributes to their greater scientific productivity. As for students, this allows them, in particular, to gain practice, learn to apply theoretical knowledge in practice and respond to business needs.

The impact of intellectual capital formation and knowledge economy on banking performance: a case study of GCC’s conventional and Islamic banks

PurposeThis paper aims to evaluate the impact of intellectual capital in terms of human capital, structural capital and capital employed on the financial performance of Islamic and conventional banks in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.Design/methodology/approachAlong with the measurement discussion, the empirical analysis examines the relationship between intellectual capital measured through value-added intellectual coefficient (VAIC) and the financial performance of banks in the GCC states by conducting a panel of six GCC countries, including 24 Islamic banks and 32 conventional banks covering 2012–2020 period.FindingsThis paper shows that while Islamic banks have similar VAIC, human capital efficiency and capital employed efficiency results to conventional banks, Islamic banks have lagged behind conventional banks regarding the impact of structural capital on financial performance. It is argued that this is in contradiction with Islamic ontology and epistemology, which essentialises intellectual capital formation.Practical implicationsIslamic banks should promote research and development for their intellectual capital at the product, operational and institutional levels, as Islamic banking is considered an alternative financing method, incorporating a new form of knowledge-based institutions inspired by capitalist institutions.Originality/valueThis study conducts a comparative examination of the intellectual capital performance and its impact on financial performance by using interaction variables to capture any differences between Islamic banks and conventional banks in the GCC countries. The paper also considers the knowledge economy impact as a novelty, which is prominent for the GCC countries. In addition, Islamic ontology’s essentialisation of knowledge and its articulation in the form of intellectual capital within modern understanding is widely discussed, as part of originality. Finally, the findings are located within Islamic ontology and epistemology.

Intellectual capital disclosure and financial performance nexus in Islamic and conventional banks in the GCC countries

PurposeThis paper aims to comparatively examine the impact of the intellectual capital performance on the financial performance of Islamic and conventional banks in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries by classifying intellectual capital as human capital, knowledge creation and innovation processes.Design/methodology/approachAlong with the theoretical discussion in essentialising the rationale for intellectual capital formation through Islamic norms, the empirical analysis is formulated through the data generated by disclosure analysis using a panel of five GCC countries examining 408 annual reports from 19 Islamic and 23 conventional banks covering 2010–2019 period. In the analysis of the generated data, both fixed and random effects regression models are used.FindingsThe findings of this paper suggest that Islamic banks perform better than conventional banks in creating intellectual capital through knowledge creation, human capital and intellectual contribution. While the intellectual capital disclosure index and its pillars are significant for Islamic banks, these variables are not significant for the conventional banks in the GCC countries.Research limitations/implicationsConsidering that disclosed information may not reflect actual experience and performance, factual data could also be used to overcome potential shortcomings of disclosure generated data.Practical implicationsThis paper demonstrates that Islamic banks in the GCC have been successful in their intellectual capital performance, whereby they seem to be performing in line with the Islamic ontology. In addition, the disclosure items used in this paper may guide the Islamic and conventional banks in the process of preparing their annual reports. Importantly, they may use these items as benchmarks in further developing their intellectual capital performance for better financial performance.Originality/valueThis paper essentialises knowledge development and innovation for Islamic banks through the Islamic cognitive system rather than as a requirement of the market mechanism. Secondly, a comparative analysis between Islamic and conventional banks is presented by acknowledging the peculiarities of Islamic banks in the methodology and disclosure index.

Forming the Structure of Intellectual Capital in the Business Enterprise

New conditions and requirements for business operation in the modern economic environment are determined by vectors like digitalization, social responsibility, ecology, sustainable development. Apart from traditional factors, business owners have to put more emphasis on intangible assets as factors increasing the value of business assets. New kinds of resources with importance for owner and investor are admittedly intellectual ones, including competencies of staff, intellectual property objects, new technologies, etc. The elaboration of a conceptual framework for intellectual capital building in business enterprises in the innovation-driven economy context, involving scientifically grounded approaches to the structuring of intellectual capital, is, therefore, an issue of vital importance. The article’s objective is to sum up approaches to interpreting and structuring the economic category “intellectual capital”, with elaborating the method for intellectual capital formation in the business enterprise.
 The economic nature of intellectual capital in the business enterprise is outlined by highlighting criteria of its recognition and key forms of its manifestations in the business enterprise through establishing the logic of their interaction. The characteristics of intellectual capital were classified from economic and management perspectives, with interpreting it as a business asset, a business resource and a business cost. The structuring of intellectual capital allowed to highlight its core economic features: tangibility and intangibility. A structural model of intellectual capital in the business enterprise, built on seven components representing criteria of its recognition, is proposed. The procedure of intellectual capital formation by the potential options of its import and generation is analyzed. It is concluded that growth in all the components of intellectual capital is supposed to have a positive effect for the financial indicators of a reporting period, as each of its components will be recognized as an economic category once it is capable to generate a result or a value in a short or long term.

ОСОБЛИВОСТІ УПРАВЛІННЯ ІНТЕЛЕКТУАЛЬНИМ КАПІТАЛОМ БУДІВЕЛЬНИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ

Intellectual capital as an economic category in modern studies is interpreted mainly as a determining factor of competitiveness and welfare of society. Such a position became a scientific justification for the priority of tasks of the state social and economic policy regarding the formation of favorable conditions for the reproduction of human intellectual capital in general, the intellectualization of labor, the growth of the scale and efficiency of investments in human capital. At the present stage of development of post-industrial society in almost all spheres of the national economy there is a desire for development and innovation. This encourages economic science to increase interest in human intelligence, which is realized through human capital. After all, human abilities, knowledge, skills, op-portunities, intellectual development are the basis for the formation of an innovative society and the economy of intellectual capital. The ability to effectively and efficiently apply new relevant knowledge makes it possible to effectively identify and strengthen comparative competitive advantages, to align internal development opportunities with external ones generated by the market. Since the concept of the formation and development of intellectual capital is insufficiently characterized in the already published scientific works, the purpose of this study is to determine the main aspects of the structure, main features and characteristics of the intellectual capital of construction enterprises in the domestic market. The main results of the conducted research are the determination of the main role of intellectual capital at the national level, the mechanism of intellectual capital management of construction enterprises is characterized, and the impact of the intellectual component on the development of the construction industry as a whole is determined as a result of the analysis of the main functions. In the process of forming a modern innovative society, the need for the formation of a new economy – an economy of intellectual capital – remains relevant, therefore there is a need to further improve and in-depth study of this problem, taking into account the needs of modern socio-economic development of society.

СТРАТЕГІЇ ОСВІТИ ДЛЯ КРЕАТИВНОГО СУСПІЛЬСТВА

The article is devoted to considering the conditions for building a creative society in Ukraine and the role of education in this. Since the main goal of a creative society is to identify and maximize the use of intellectual resources of people, this reveals a demand for professionalism, a high level of education and the realization of the creative potential of an individual. Such a concept marks the transition from individual creativity to creativity as a social phenomenon. A creative society is characterized by horizontal network connections, self-organization, the formation of a creative class, and the development of creative and cultural industries. All this provokes changes in education, which primarily has a social mission, and its "product" directly affects all spheres of life. So, it is not only about educational programs aimed at the technologies of the future, the spread of creative incubators and support for startups. It is about the formation of humanitarian intellectual capital of the country, its cultural diversity, strengthening of the culture of partnership and trust, creation of creative ecosystems in which higher education institutions are key institutions.
