Personal development and self-actualization of different employee generations-important key to the organizations success

The presented paper presents the results of the project VEGA No. 1/0721/20 "Identification of priorities for sustainable human resources management for disadvantaged employees in the context of Industry 4.0". It focuses on the importance of personal development and self-realization for employees in industrial enterprises in the Slovak Republic about generation groups. The aim was to identify the preferences of employees in the subject area and their fulfillment by employers. The following research methods were used to process the paper: a comparative analysis of literary sources, questionnaire survey, statistical evaluation of results using IBM SPSS 22.0 (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences), and interpretation of research results in industrial enterprises in Slovakia.

Information Security in Information Systems Among Employees of Industrial Enterprises as Societies 5.0

Abstract The article presents the results of research on employee awareness of information security. The essence and methodology of society 5.0 was discussed. The study was an introduction to the study and was carried out in two groups of enterprises, the so-called ordinary and tycg constituting employees of the society 5.0. The strength of the relationship between individual security elements and those supporting society was also presented. 5.0.

On Prognosis of Profit with Changing of Quantity of Employees of In-dustrial Enterprises

This paper presents a model for choosing of quantity of employees of an industrial enterprise, which necessary to obtain the required profit. This model allows predicting the possibility of reducing the losses of the enterprise associated with working in the enterprise of an excessive number of employees (wages, payment for the treatment of sick employees, training new employees, ...). An analytical technique is proposed for solving the differential equation used in the model.

Development of a module for identifying a person by photography to improve the quality of the machine-engineering plant in remote mode

A machine vision performs a variety of face verification tasks in different infrastructure environments. A facial recognition system is technically implemented as an image recognition program. It serves to automatically identify a face in an image, and then identify the person by comparing and analyzing the biometric data of the human face. Cameras are able to capture an image at a distance, which is perfect for building monitoring systems and contactless biometrics. Such software systems are particularly important in the context of remote work of employees of industrial enterprises. The purpose of research is to develop and implement a facial recognition web service for the staff department of a machine-engineering enterprise. The web service should work in conjunction with the existing data bank. Tasks of research are: to consider the fundamental algorithms of facial recognition, to formulate the basic requirements for the development and implementation of the corresponding automated web service. The significant result of research is that the developed module uses library of computer vision algorithms, image processing and general-purpose numerical algorithms with open-source code. Identification system was checked by testing on the company’s website.

SUSTAINABLE HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT AND GENERATIONS OF EMPLOYEES IN INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES

Sustainable human resource management is one of the distinguished approaches for ensuring the organizational performance of an organization in today's turbulent business environment. Human resource management ensures the achievement of the organizational goals through practices of managing human resources. Sustainable human resource management thereby ensures the development and maintenance of the potential of all employees in the organization. The main goal of this paper is to present the results of research in the field of human resource management with respect to different generations of employees in industrial enterprises operating in the Slovakia. The research sample consisted of n = 1 471 respondents (employees of industrial enterprises). The most important results of the prezented research is the finding that employees of industrial enterprises consider work performance, which influences their remuneration, to be important. The research showed that there are statisticaly significant relationships between employees at managerial and production positions and the perceived importance of work performance when determining the income of managers and production employees (rs = 0.274 and rs = 0.363).

Improving the competitiveness of domestic enterprises is based on the introduction of advanced business and management information technologies. The current business environment is increasingly causing an urgent need for managers to expand the horizon of digital vision not only for current, but also for future management of the company. Today, it is not enough for a Manager to simply have proper professional knowledge in certain functional areas of activity and have a broad managerial Outlook. A modern Manager should be able to initiate the introduction and use of advanced information systems and technologies in almost all implemented business processes of his company. When preparing the article, the materials of research conducted at a number of domestic industrial enterprises were used. Conclusions and main provisions are based on the results of analysis of real practice of implementation and operation of corporate information systems. The results obtained in the course of the research, including the opinions of experts, which were made by employees of industrial enterprises, were used in conducting targeted work to establish a priority list of the most relevant and significant professional areas of knowledge and professional qualities that can help a modern Manager achieve success in the implementation and practical use of corporate information systems. The main result of the research should be considered the formation of such a priority list.

INCREASING COMPETENCIES WITHIN INFORMATION STRUCTURAL COMPONENT OF THE INTELLECTUAL POTENTIAL INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES

The intensification of the introduction of information technologies in all areas of industrial production predetermines the relevance of this study.
 The formulation of the research problem is to identify the factors that ensure the adaptation of information technologies to the industry specificity of production.
 The purpose of this article is to determine the structure and composition of information competencies, as well as their detailing by categories to control the level of training of specialists and employees of enterprises.
 As a result of the study, the structure and composition of information competencies have been determined in the context of three categories: basic, professional and complementary. It is concluded that the specification of information competencies in the context of these categories will help to unify approaches to assessing the level of training of specialists and employees of industrial enterprises.

Test Results for Ventilation Units

The article presents the findings of the tests conducted for the forced air heating unit of a supply ventilation system. The supply air system is designed to feed clean air into the industrial facility of the oil-gas field of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District. The tests were performed in five modes at the ambient air temperatures of -5, -10, -15, -20, -25 °C. The mode throughout the tests was steady, i.e. the temperatures of water and air remained unchanged within 30 minutes before the tests. Since the capacity of the heater unit was proved to be 24 - 41.5% according to the test results, recommendations were made to improve the capacity. With the said measures having been taken, control measurements of test parameters were carried out, the actual U-value was calculated and the capacity of the heater unit was determined. The performed work is relevant in view of theoretical and practical significance for engineers and employees of industrial enterprises servicing the ventilation systems.

ORGANIZATIONAL AND ECONOMIC PROVISION OF THE MOTIVATIONAL COMPONENT IN THE CONTEXT OF STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT OF ENTERPRISE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

The article is devoted to the study of organizational and economic support of the motivational component of the divisions of the industrial enterprise in the context of strategic management of its sustainable development. Theoretical and methodological aspects of formation of the effective mechanism of material encouragement in the system of management of structural divisions of the industrial enterprise are investigated. The systems of material incentives in the organization are considered and analyzed. The shortcomings of the current system of material incentives for employees of industrial enterprises are formulated. Theoretical bases for construction of effective system of motivation of the personnel taking into account the real contribution of each production division and each separate employee of the enterprise in final results of activity of the organization are offered. The general scheme of distribution of the fund of additional salary at the industrial enterprise is reflected in the form of algorithm. The approach to distinguishing the criteria for determining the coefficient of labor contribution and the coefficient of labor participation is systematized. The optimal structure and approaches to the quantitative assessment of indicators that characterize the motivational efforts of employees and departments of the enterprise are formed. The main types and limits of material responsibility are considered and the basic conditions of involvement of employees in material responsibility are generalized. The significance of the system of internal material responsibility at the enterprise in the context of the motivational component is substantiated. The requirements to the elements of the motivational subsystem of the production enterprise in the aspect of strategic management of sustainable development are generalized. The recommendations and prospects of further research in the approaches to the construction of the motivational component of enterprise management as a basis for increasing the labor activity of employees for strategic management of sustainable development of the organization are formulated.

Automation of Production Planning in the Context of Digitalization in the Aspect of Employees Continuing Education

This article is devoted to continuing education and analysis of approaches to the study of the production planning automation process in the context of digitalization. The article contains the results of a survey of 40 employees of various industrial enterprises of one of the single-industry towns in the Urals. Employees combine work in the field of production and training at the university in engineering specialties. Respondents are students of evening and correspondence departments of the Ural Polytechnic Institute of the Ural Federal University named after the first President of Russia B.N. Yeltsin (a branch in the city of Kamensk-Uralsky). The aim of the research is an attempt to show that automation of operational planning of production at an industrial enterprise and the development of a system of personnel’ continuing education are the requirements of the very near future. The authors consider the initial basis the message that the establishment and development of professionalism of employees is possible when creating a system of continuous and advanced education. Theoretical research methods are the analysis of philosophical, managerial, sociological, pedagogical literature on the problem; systematic factual analysis; generalization; classification; and thought experiment. Empirical methods are the study and generalization of practical experience; questioning; qualitative and quantitative analysis of research results. Issues of researching ways to digitalize operational production planning at industrial enterprises are becoming increasingly relevant. The digital transformation of production is considered as a tool for collecting data that will be used to solve the tasks of operational planning of production using smart systems through built-in models and algorithms. The study has fixed that organizations need staff who are able to work in the context of digitalization and automation of the production process. Industrial enterprises create a system of continuous and advanced education. Such a system can function with the successful interaction of universities and enterprises. Employees of industrial enterprises who combine their professional activities with studying at a university are aware of the need to study during their life.

The article reviews the documents collection “The Path to Victory. Evacuation of industrial enterprises to the Chelyabinsk region during the Great Patriotic War of 1941–45,” dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the Victory. The book provides information about the enterprises evacuated to the Chelyabinsk region. The book structure is analyzed. The publication begins with a historiographic overview presenting the context for the history of wartime evacuation, its causes, scope, mechanisms, difficulties, and results. Besides the historiographic review, the collection contains two major documentary sections. The first one includes articles on departments evacuated to Chelyabinsk and on heads of the People’s Commissariats. The second section contains articles on enterprises relocated to the region. It includes bibliographic reference with data on the leaders of the Chelyabinsk region and employees of industrial enterprises. Each section contains unique archival documents from the fonds of the United State Archive of the Chelyabinsk Region (OGAChO). The collection is complemented by memoirs and photographic documents representing a comprehensive impression of the era. The review concludes that the collection is of great practical importance. The collection of historical documents prepared by the OGAChO team reconstructs the complex evacuation process and provides an incentive for further study of the economic history of Russia during the Great Patriotic War.

Control by the Special Services in the Communal Services of Leningrad and the Labor Discipline (1918 — beginning of the 1930s)

The article examines tense relations between the state, managers, and employees of industrial enterprises, concretely at the Vodokanalizatsiya Trust. The trust was engaged in the design, construction, and operation of water supply and sewage systems, the most important systems for modernizing urban space in the whole of Europe. Technological innovations were to be followed by social changes that could have their own specific traits in relation to other enterprises, since the trust did not belong to any of the most important branches of Soviet industry. Materials from the Central State Archives of St. Petersburg regarding activities of this department in the “Vodokanalizatsiya” trust show that a so-called Secret Department (Sekretnaya chast) or Secret Police, a branch of the OGPU — NKVD, gradually began to play an increasingly important role in managing these enterprises. Through these Secret Departments, new principles of hiring and dismissal from work, as well as imposing disciplinary sanctions, were introduced in the late 1920s. The special attention of the Secret Department was received by so-called “former people,” as well as by representatives of peoples. All this took place under conditions of an acute shortage of skilled labor in Leningrad. Thus, the state’s interests in economic development came into conflict with other interests, which in state literature are labelled as “ideological” and are rarely analyzed in detail. The article discusses the real case of anti-Soviet agitation, of which the central figure was a worker in the communal services of Leningrad. Thus, the role of the OGPU — NKVD in the development of the Soviet industry in the 1930s is studied using the example of the Vodokanalizatsiya Trust.

Влияние российской модернизации на систему управления в Коми крае в XVIII в.

The article addresses major issues of influence of the modernization on the management system in the Komi region in the 18th century The relevance of the study is due to the fact that today in historical science there are a number of interesting concepts explaining interaction and mutual influence of all levels of government, both central and local. This refers to the theory of modernization, which allows us to identify local variants in regional management and to emphasize their alternativeness against the industry morphology. In this case, the state actively included the annexed territories into socio-economic relations and active administrative and state construction. The Komi region, as well as its neighboring regions, experienced a transfer of management technologies from the center and its neighboring regions, which resulted in formation of several local forms of management. The first one was represented by heads of administrative structures, officials of the uezd administration. Their main functions were administrative and economic, judicial and supervisory. Their sphere of responsibility varied and changed to follow the trend of strict regulation of their activities; all adjustments were made exclusively by the governor. Alongside with this first group, there was peasant volost administration, which had been operating on the territory of the Komi region for a long time. Its main functions lay in solving fiscal, land, economic, residential and other issues. Both were administrating authorities, constantly changing in the studied period. The second local administrative structure was represented by managers and employees of industrial enterprises: Seregovo saltworks and Kazhym metal works (mines in Nyuvchim, Nyuchpas and Kazhym). The key functions of their employees were administrative and economic, supervisory, and supply ones. Their sphere of responsibility varied and was adjusted by the plant owners. Yet another local model, characteristic for the 18th century, was represented by officers and heads of garrison offices in military camps. Their main activity was solution of various defense and supply tasks. When analyzing the influence of modernization on these elements of management in the Komi region in the 18th century, its progressive convergence should be noted. There was a complex administrative and managerial framework. Its formation was influenced by impulses coming to the periphery (in our case to the Komi region) from the central government.

ПРОФЕССИОНАЛЬНО-ПЕДАГОГИЧЕСКИЕ КАДРЫ: НОВЫЕ ТЕХНОЛОГИИ ПОДГОТОВКИ

The article deals with the issues of training professional and pedagogical personnel for the system of vocational education, analyzes the methods used to attract teaching staff in the USSR in the 1970s–1980s and in the system of intra-company corporate training in the modern period. Determining potential candidates for involvement in teaching activities in technical schools and colleges of the country, special emphasis is proposed to be placed on employees of industrial enterprises as well as winners and prizewinners of professional skills championships. The involvement of such categories of personnel requires the development of innovative education techniques that allow to eliminate professional deficits in the field of pedagogical and psychological knowledge effectively and in the shortest possible time. The personalized learning model is presented.

Safety behavior of employees in industrial enterprises based on evolutionary game and fuzzy system simulation: Evolution from passiveness to obedience

In 2020, under the major impact of the global COVID-19 epidemic, people are paying more and more attention to safety issues including health and personal safety, and relevant supervision and testing methods are also constantly updated across different countries. In industrial enterprises, both spread of diseases and occurrence of accidents are largely caused by unsafe state of things and unsafe behaviors of people, among which, human factor is the most important factor. In recent years, many scholars have conducted theoretical and practical research on individual behavior from the perspective of individual psychological characteristics. Where, individual initiative as an important individual psychological trait is increasingly incorporated in the research category of safety behavior. A close correlation exists between individual initiative and evolution of safety production behavior. According to constraint conditions and replicator dynamics equation, this paper uses evolutionary game method and computer fuzzy system Matlab simulation software to conduct numerical experiment analysis on the ideal state of the game between organizations and individuals, thereby studying the behavior evolution trend. The basic idea of fuzzy control is to use computer to realize human’s qualitative control experience. Research is found that whether an individual adopts safety obedience behavior will be directly affected by whether the organization adopts regulatory safety production management model. And if the organization adopts regulatory safety production management model and the individual does not implement safety obedience behavior, it is impossible to achieve a stable state. The evolution process of the two to the ideal state is affected by multiple factors.

МЕТОДИЧНІ ЗАСАДИ ВДОСКОНАЛЕННЯ МОТИВАЦІЙНОГО МЕХАНІЗМУ НА ПРОМИСЛОВИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВАХ

In the conditions of further transformation of the national economy, which are accompanied not only by political and social instability but also by the inhibition of entrepreneurial activity at the national level due to the threat to life and health of citizens, the problem of motivation in industrial enterprises has become even more urgent. Preservation of human resources with forced cost savings requires improvement of the motivational mechanism in the conditions of each individual enterprise. The purpose of the study is to summarize theoretical developments on the practice of staff motivation in Ukrainian enterprises, the formation of analytical basis and development of methodological principles for improving the motivational mechanism in industrial enterprises, in particular to reduce human resources losses caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. To form the theoretical foundations of improving the motivational mechanism in industrial enterprises used methods: induction and deduction, comparison and systematization - in the study of the essential characteristics of the terms "motivation" and "motivational mechanism"; synthesis and analysis - to form an analytical basis for improving the motivational mechanism in industrial enterprises; morphological analysis - to clarify the content of tangible and intangible incentives for individual motivation of employees of industrial enterprises; abstract-logical - for theoretical generalizations and conclusions of the study. Taking into account the practice of staff motivation used in Ukrainian enterprises, and taking into account foreign experience, it is proposed to make changes in the motivational mechanism by adjusting tangible and intangible incentives. The expediency of allocating three components is substantiated. The first component - material reward - is focused on creating opportunities for employees to meet their own physiological needs, as well as the needs associated with the welfare of their families. The second component - additional material incentives - is focused on professional development, improvement of physiological and psychological condition and meeting the needs of the highest order. The third component is intangible incentives, which should be targeted, ie meet the individual needs of each employee. The expediency of increasing the share of material remuneration for high-quality performance and over fulfillment of tasks and more active use of intangible incentives in accordance with the individual needs of employees is substantiated.

ЛОГИСТИЗАЦИЯ – НЕПРЕМЕННОЕ УСЛОВИЕ РАЗВИТИЯ ЭКОНОМИКИ РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ

The relevance of the problem under study is due to the need for the growth of the economy of the Russian Federation on the basis of the development of transport, infrastructure, improvement of logistics routes, the use of innovative developments, the use of cluster technologies. The purpose of the article is to prepare recommendations for the creation of a transport and logistics system in Russia and participation in the implementation of an innovative development path. The leading approach to the study of this problem is the use of the results of the analysis of foreign and domestic experience in economic management. The article presents the conceptual directions of the development of the logistics system of the Russian Federation, the formation of a unified system of commodity movement, the creation of logistics infrastructure and on this basis – the rise of the entire economy. The application of innovative directions of improving transport and its infrastructure to ensure the development of the Russian economy is considered. The ways of organizing and managing innovative development based on the cluster approach of integrating manufacturers with scientific institutions and suppliers, as well as the organization of competence centers that manage innovative development are shown. The materials of the article can be useful to employees of industrial enterprises, state management bodies, as well as students and undergraduates of universities.

IMPACT OF INDUSTRIAL HEALTH HAZARDS ON THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF EMPLOYEES INVOLVED IN INDUSTRIAL ACTIVITIES

The article is devoted to the study of industrial health hazards and their impact on employees of industrial enterprises. It also presents the share of industrial pathology, distribution of occupational diseases and intoxication cases depending on the impact of industrial health hazards. Measures for the prevention of occupational diseases were specified.

Assessment of professional ability to work in occupational diseases of the peripheral nervous system

According to Rosstat forecasts for the period up to 2026, in the next 15–20 years, the population will decrease due to a decrease in the number of people of working age due to a low birth rate, a high death rate of the working-age population, an increase in morbidity and disability. One of the most common diseases among employees is the peripheral nervous system, which is detected in 32.3–58.0% of the surveyed employees of industrial enterprises. They make up 55.7–66.0% of the total occupational morbidity.The purpose of the study is to assess the degree of professional disability in occupational diseases of the peripheral nervous system. The analysis of occupational diseases of the peripheral nervous system for the years 2015–2017, its structure on the materials of the Occupational Medicine Centre of the Republic and the results of their primary medical and social examination (MSE) according to the acts of examination the national Bureau of MSE to assess the occupational disability in occupational diseases of the peripheral nervous system.It was found that in 2015–2017, the average level of occupational morbidity due to diseases of the peripheral nervous system was 0.54 per 10 thousand working population of the Republic. The most frequent are sciatica of the lumbosacral level–0.29 o / o, which occupy more than half (53.4%) of the total occupational morbidity due to diseases of the peripheral nervous system. Occupational diseases of the peripheral nervous system were detected in the machine-building, metallurgical, mining, agricultural, oil-producing and construction sectors of the economy. Almost all (93.9 per cent) who applied to Bureau of MSE was installed, the percentage of occupational disability for a period of one year. The vast majority (73.2%) of those who applied to the MSE office found 30% loss of professional ability to work. In the year of establishment of an occupational disease, 65.0% of professional patients are referred to the Bureau of medical and social expertise (MSE). They continue to work at their previous workplace and are exposed to the same harmful and dangerous working conditions.Effective prevention of occupational diseases and labor losses from them requires building an integrated system that combines primary, secondary and tertiary measures (rehabilitation by individual program) of prevention with the development of clear measures of responsibility for all those interested in a healthy employee.

DIRECTIONS FOR IMPROVING OF THE LABOR MOTIVATIONAL SYSTEM THROUGHT ANALYSIS OF WORKERS’ MOTIVES AND NEEDS AT THE NATIONAL ENTERPRISES

Object of research: the article presents the results of a study conducted by the authors by interviewing employees of industrial enterprises on such important issues as satisfaction with the level of work organization, work performed, motives of job attractiveness, equipment of workplaces, job satisfaction and wages, work motives and the relationship of wages with the final results of work. Solved problem: increasing the level of work motivation by creating motives for attractiveness, job satisfaction and wages of workers at industrial enterprises of Ukraine. Main scientific results: a close connection between value orientations and motives of human activity is proved. The need to improve the system of labor motivation at enterprises, increase employee satisfaction with their work by optimizing the level of wages, creating optimal working conditions, sufficient equipment of workplaces. The existing organization of work does not fully correspond to the manifestation of the abilities of employees and work with full efficiency, only with rare exceptions, most respondents said they were satisfied with the work performed. Scope of practical use of research results: research results can be used for increase of level of motivation of work of workers, perfection of the organization of work, creation of motives of attractiveness, increase of satisfaction with the work and wages of workers at the industrial enterprises of Ukraine. All measures to improve the organization of labor should be primarily aimed at increasing social and creative activity, independence in work. In a market economy, it is not enough just to follow their job descriptions, without initiative and independence. Therefore, the requirements for employees and their qualities are growing.
