In the conditions of the new government demand for training foreign specialists of various profiles in Russian higher education, the task of optimising the existing educational paradigm in the field of teaching Russian as a foreign language for special purposes is actualised, the most important link of which is the methodological goal set for the formation of the learners' (foreign or Russian universities’ students) ability to overcome the ideological threshold in professional interethnic (intercultural) communication. The analysis of research and methodological literature gives grounds to assert that Russian linguodidactics is ready to ensure the convergence of the pedagogical process, in which formal language teaching, professional training and education in line with the Russian culture and value paradigm can be presented syncretically within the framework of problem-based and / or interactive approaches in one (unified) teaching tool — a textbook / workbook / training manual / training course / educational-methodical complex. As one of the possible strategies for a comprehensive solution to the problem of compliance of educational resources with the latest social challenges, the potential of a new method of creating teaching tools — the method of casual illustrated narrative (CIN), which provides synergetic presentation of the language and culture of business (professional) communication in the framework of the scenario form and thus determines the possibility of building a model of the space-time continuum of professional communication, is substantiated. As a proof of the success and practical significance of the proposed strategy — the SIN method — we present the online course "Russian for Life and Work" developed in 2024 for migrant workers from CIS countries (SPbU, Uzbek national version), the results of the approbation of which led the Russian government to instruct a number of Russian universities to create additional national versions.

ANALYSIS OF SCIENTIFIC-THEORETICAL APPROACHES TO THE EVALUATION OF EDUCATIONAL TASKS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF TEACHER KNOWLEDGE IN SPECIFIC SUBJECTS

In this article, a lot of work has been done on a national scale in the field of creating a new generation of textbooks for general secondary schools and educational-methodical complexes corresponding to it. Today, based on the requirements of the competency approach, it is required that the textbooks be compatible with the improved educational programs and express the democratic models that update the educational content and are directed to the student's personality. Because, inthe new models of the content of education, the social order set by the state and society for the educational process will be expressed. In the actual educational context of general secondary education, students' knowledge, skills, qualifications, competencies checked and evaluated mainly with the help of test tasks.

Взаимообусловленность развития критического мышления и образовательной субъектности в структуре совокупности метапредметных компетенций у обучающихся на ступени высшего образования

The purpose of the research is to theoretically conceptualise the educational potential of higher education in the development of a set of metacompetencies as an ability to realise productive activity not only in specific areas of education, but also in all spheres of life in accordance with modern socio-cultural challenges. The article deals with the essence of meta-skills, their key role in the life activity of a person in post-industrial society, his/her self-realisation in professional activity. Special attention is drawn to the development of critical thinking and educational subjectness of students as significant meta-skills in the implementation of independent cognitive activity, providing life-long learning. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the substantiation of the importance of the development of critical thinking and educational subjectness as components of the meta-goal of the educational process at the level of higher education on the basis of working out the means of their realisation via the pedagogical design of the educational-methodical complex of each academic discipline.

Methodological characteristics of professional-oriented teaching of mathematics and physics to higher education students

Relevance. The modern stage of socio-economic changes in the society of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the need for transition of higher education to a new level, the issue of updating the system of methodological training of future specialists capable of developing new and optimising existing solutions in the field of mathematics and physics determine the research relevance.Purpose. The study aims to develop pedagogical conditions for the implementation of the methodological system of teaching mathematics and physics students based on professional orientation in higher education as a guarantee of competitive specialists in the labour market.Methodology. The following methods were used in the process of experimentation: analysis, synthesis, comparison, systematisation, classification, generalisation, and experimentation: establishing, forming, and controlling, as well as methods of mathematical statistics.Results. Development and introduction, based on Narxoz University and Asfendiyarov Kazakh National Medical University, of the methodology of organisation of professionally directed teaching of mathematics and physics in the context of professional training of future specialists of the technical direction of higher educational institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan is carried out. The results of the obtained data in the process of experimental research conclude that the proposed methodology is effective because it allowed to increase in the level of learning physics and mathematics in the process of professionally directed training of students of higher educational institutions. The study presents pedagogical conditions for the implementation of the proposed methodology: the development of motivation to study mathematics and physics, the development and implementation of the methodology of professionally oriented teaching of mathematics and physics, and the use of effective computer technologies.Conclusions. The practical value of the study consists of the developed methodical system and computer programs, which are recommended to be used in the organisation of independent work of students, preparation of educational programs, syllabuses, and educational-methodical complexes for various technical specialities.

UPGRADING PRE-SERVICE FOREIGN LANGUAGE TEACHERS’ PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCES BY MEANS OF THE 4C’S EDUCATIONAL MODEL IN XXI CENTURY

This research is aimed at studying the process of professional and pedagogical preparation of pre-service foreign language teachers for the implementation of the 4C’s model of education in secondary school. The aim of the article is to present the results of the study of trends, directions and pedagogical conditions of effective organisation of the process of preparing students of the educational program 6В01730- “Foreign Language: two foreign languages” for the implementation of the 4C’s concept of education at school, to offer scientifically-based recommendations on the subject of professionally-oriented formation of flexible skills in future teachers. In order to study the problem, a control survey and questionnaire survey of students on the level of their knowledge and perceptions in the aspect of 4C’s concept, its implementation in school practice was conducted with the participation of 169 students of the educational program 6В01730 -“Foreign Language: two foreign languages”. The method of expert evaluation revealed the formation of pre-serviceteachers’ methodological and technological skills of teaching and training schoolchildren in 4C’s skills. Educational program, educational-methodical com-plexes of disciplines of the training direction “Foreign language teacher”, methodical recommendations on the organisation of the educational process in order to form 4C’s competences were used as research materials. In the course of analysing the university practice, information was obtained about the current trends, directions and gaps in the preparation of future foreign language teachers for teaching and train-ing students in 4C’s skills. The key directions of pedagogical efforts and pedagogical conditions were identified, the integrated use of which increases the possibilities of effective design and organisation of the educational process in the university aimed at the formation of professionally- oriented 4C’s compe-tences in students of educational program of pedagogical direction. The obtained results contribute to the development of modern models of training teachers of a new formation in higher education institu-tions of different countries. Also, the described approaches and models will allow university teachers, teachers’ retraining and professional development courses to design and implement innovative content and methods of developing 4C’s competences in students.

Information Technologies in Education E- Learning Methodocal Complex for the Discipline “English For Specific Purposes ”

In this article the concept of an electronic educational-methodical complex (e-EMC) as an important tool for teaching methodologies in various disciplines, including the overall purpose and content of a subject or course, didactic processes, and forms of organization for training of the specialists for IT sphere is considered. Components and structure of the e-EMC are proposed and described in details.

Theoretical and methodological bases of teaching the course «Medical and preventive support in sports activities» in training masters at the faculties of physical education of pedagogical higher educational institutions

The article deals with theoretical and methodological bases of teaching optional course «Medical and preventive support in sports activities» for masters of the Faculty of Physical Education and sports of Poltava V.G. Korolenko National Pedagogical University. The goal, objectives of the course, the list of professional competencies and skills which are obligatory after the completion of the course are defined. The components of educational-methodical complex of the subject was determined: training and content syllabus, supporting lecture notes with questions for self-instructional training, materials for practical classes and independent work, tests for current and module control of students knowledge, final tests.
 The system of training highly qualified specialists provides classroom (lectures and practical classes) and independent work. In order to promote research activities a master student has 2/3 from all kind of training time. According to the educational subject syllabus the teacher suggested the following ways of evaluation of educational achievements of master students as current, modular, final control. Current knowledge assessment and control module are performed in the forms of different tests.
 The final assessment consists of all points earned during the current testing and modul controls, as well as the performance of individual work. Overall evaluation of bachelor students success is rating and is set by 100-scale system and totraditional scale accepted in Ukraine. A range of points that students may get for the topics of content moduleswere given.

STRUCTURE OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS ON THE BASIS OF THE INTEGRATIVE APPROACH IN THE PROFESSIONAL TRAINING SYSTEM OF MEDICAL STUDENTS

The article presents the results of a study of the specifics of the structure of the educational process in the format of an integrative approach to modern medical education. The role of integration in the development of personal and professional potential and the formation of competencies of medical students is determined. The importance of designing and implementing educational-methodical complex of disciplines on the basis of an integrative approach is substantiated. It is proved that the outlined approach is the basis on which the optimal model of modern medical education is based, as a complex, dynamic, integral system. It has been investigated that its implementation will contribute to the formation of the personality of a modern graduate as a successful specialist in the medical field with an active life position, a conscious sense of responsibility for oneself, the fate of the state, the ability to generate and implement new ideas and solutions into practical activity. It was determined that the integrative approach contributes to the integration of the elements of the educational process into a whole, optimal modeling and forecasting of the course of positive dynamics of the formation of the personality of the future doctor, conducting complex developments of technologies, strategies and tactics of theoretical and practical training of students. The effective influence of the approach on the direction and organization of the educational process, the formation of a competitive personality of a competent medical worker who is fluent in the profession and oriented in related fields of activity, ready for constant professional growth and social mobility is characterized. It was established that integration determines the interaction of the teacher with the medical student as a subject capable of self-development, self-improvement of professional and personal life. The approach is aimed at strengthening the personal orientation of the content and learning technologies, the individualization of students' educational trajectories, the creative and developmental orientation of the educational process, the transition from the concept of supportive to the concept of anticipatory education, oriented to the future - to the conditions of life and professional activity. An analysis of educational and methodological support of disciplines was carried out according to the structure of the educational process with integration and organic interconnection of their components.

Topical issues of modern didactics of regional professional education in native language teaching

The article analyzes the actual problems of the methodology of professional education in the humanities field of knowledge, in particular, the Surgut dialect of the Khanty language in Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug-Yugra. In modern vocational education, the study of native language becomes an integral part of national culture, which absorbs history, spiritual values, moral norms and models of speech etiquette. That is why it is important to preserve the native language of each ethnic group. There is an urgent need for the socialization and development of the student's personality as a subject of ethnicity and as a citizen of the Russian Federation. Preservation and development of native languages and traditional culture of indigenous peoples of the North is one of the state tasks facing Russia and Yugra as a subject of the Federation at the present stage. The absence of the uniform approved alphabet on the Khanty language and the educational-methodical complexes recommended by the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation does not allow studying a native (Khanty) language in vocational education. We believe that it is unacceptable to study the subjects Native Language and Native Literature (subject area Native (Khanty) Language and Literature) at the expense of the academic time allocated by the educational organization within the framework of extracurricular activities and educational work. Hence, there is a need to develop the content and methodological organization of the educational process of the Native Language discipline at vocational and specialized secondary educational institutions and universities, as well as for the course training in Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug-Yugra. Native language serves not only as a means of communication and cognition of the surrounding reality, but also as a means of recording, preserving national and cultural traditions and introducing them to future generations. That is why the quality of education of the native (Khanty) language at professional institutions in general depends on the quality of education of the modern generation of indigenous peoples of the North of the Russian Federation. We believe that the improvement of skills and development of abilities in the subject Native language will be successful if we implement an effective methodological system based on integration of phonetic, word-formation, lexical, grammatical and syntactical levels of Khanty language.

On the Use of Language Case Studies in Educational-Methodical Complexes in Teaching Russian as a Foreign Language

The article analyzes the theoretical basis of the requirements to the content of cases, considers the stages of work with cases, analyzes cases designed to teach Russian as a foreign language, their use in classes at non-linguistic universities. The use of the case method as a means of teaching various disciplines became popular in the 20th century in all schools and universities worldwide. The ability to communicate across cultures is the goal of foreign language teaching. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to use tools that form elements of communicative competence. The case method creates the basis for improving the elements, so the case as a method of developing communicative competence should play a significant role in the methodology of teaching Russian as a foreign language. The case method develops the four language skills: reading, listening, writing, speaking. It helps students improve their communication skills, organizational skills, grow independence in studying. The case study method is focused on practical application of knowledge acquired in the process of learning. The purpose of the study is to analyze and describe in detail cases used in teaching Russian as a foreign language. The study has shown the need to develop a base of cases, which meet the case study structure requirements and fulfil the purpose of case application. It has also shown the necessity of introducing language case studies in educational-methodical complexes for teaching students Russian as a foreign language and applying them to boost students’ motivation for learning a foreign language and developing all the elements of foreign language communicative competence.

Interactive Methods in Teaching of the Elective Discipline “Fundamentals of Patent Law” as an Element of the Legal Education of Future Doctors

This article is devoted to the consideration of interactive tests and games in elective course of the discipline “Fundamentals of Patent Law”. This discipline is aimed at training specialists of the second (master's) level of higher education, field of knowledge – 22 “Health Care”, specialty – 222 “Medicine“. “Fundamentals of Patent Law” (FPL) is intended to develop in future professionals the skills of legal regulation of intellectual property, application of basic regulations in the field of intellectual property regulation, to study the role and significance of intellectual activity in modern society. Fundamentals of patent law, intellectual property and technology transfer determines peculiarities of intellectual property application in medicine, namely – copyright and related rights, patent law, the right to secret of production, the right to individualization of legal entities, goods, works and services, the right to use intellectual activities as part of a single technology, legislation on the protection of rights over the results of intellectual activity and individualization means; main ways of using intellectual activity as an additional source of financial resources for of economic entities, types of liability for violation of rights over the results of intellectual activity. In addition to involving in practice for the training of future doctors a professional-oriented methodology for teaching FPL and the development of an educational-methodical complex aimed at providing didactic support for all types of educational and cognitive activities teachers analyzed the modern system of interactive techniques and related methods. This article reveals some proven interactive techniques based on the Quizzes platforms.

САМООСВІТНЯ ДІЯЛЬНІСТЬ ВЧИТЕЛЯ ІНОЗЕМНИХ МОВ ЯК ФАКТОР АДАПТАЦІЇ ДО ІНДІВІДУАЛІЗАЦІЇ ПРОФЕСІЙНОЇ ПІДГОТОВКИ У ЗВО

This study was conducted to determine and outline the main theoretical characteristics of the concepts of «self-education», «self-educational activities of future foreign languages teacher», «adaptation», «professional adaptation of foreign languages teacher», «individualization of professional training of future foreign languages teacher» at institutions of higher education. The author defined self-educational activity as: internal, conscious, purposeful process of personal improvement and professional growth of future teachers-philologists in the field of foreign languages ​​based on the processes of self-knowledge, self-education, self-control and self-realization in the process of professional training through the development of psychological-pedagogical qualities of the personality of a foreign language teacher. The self-educational activity of a foreign languages teacher in the experimental environment of an educational institution is considered productive. It is characterized by creative initiative, pedagogical search, development of pedagogical skills, motivation of self-education, interest in the results of their activities. It was noted by the author that the self-educational activity in the process of individualization of professional training of future foreign languages teacher is a process characterized by: multifunctionality and multi-activity of a university teacher who implements advanced pedagogical-methodological experience, forms own experience, creates new didactic sources of information (educational-methodical complexes, methodical manuals, monographs, electronic teaching aids); multi-vector training of future foreign languages teacher and creating a model of individualized learning trajectory (independent and self-developing activities - group work on a foreign language; writing abstracts, articles and participation in national and international conferences on foreign languages; academic mobility and grant activities; internships abroad).

Об ИЗУЧЕНИИ ОРФОГРАФИЧЕСКИХ ПРАВИЛ В СРЕДНЕЙ ШКОЛЕ: ИСТОРИЯ И СОВРЕМЕННОСТЬ

The article is devoted to the main problems of studying the rules of Russian spelling at secondary school at different stages of its development. It is presented a general overview of scientific and methodological works, from the 19th century to the present day, which consider the history of formation, streamlining of methodological thought in the study of spelling rules, determining their significance for the formation of literate writing of students. In addition, in the process of research, problems are raised: why spelling rules are necessary; if it is possible to teach schoolchildren to write literally without memorizing the wording of spelling rules; if you teach students on the basis of rules, then what should be the requirements for the formulation of spelling rules from a linguistic, methodological and psychological-pedagogical point of view. The author’s analysis of thesis research from 2000 to 2020 made it possible to determine the basic approaches to the study of spelling rules in a modern secondary general education school: the communicative-activity approach, the cognitive-activity approach, the programmed approach (or programmed teaching) - and to identify the linguodidactic principles underlying the study of spelling rules within each of these approaches. In the course of the study, special attention was paid to the analysis of the spelling course in the new educational-methodical complex (EMC) in the Russian language (authors: M.M. Razumovskaya, S.I. Lvova, V.I. Kapinos, V.V. Lvov). It is concluded that the study of spelling rules (and this has been proven by leading scientists-methodologists of the past and present times) form the basis of the school spelling course, which is therefore called rule-oriented. Learning spelling is impossible without rules and dictionaries. The formation of the relative literacy of students, which is formed in secondary school, requires time, observance of stages and reliance on spelling rules studied as educational and scientific texts of linguistic content, taking into account the development of all types of speech activity in unity and interconnection. Each lesson of the Russian language, in which the spelling rule is studied, is a lesson in the development of students’ speech, where their literacy is formed in the broad sense of the word.

PRINCIPLES OF USING NETWORK TOOLS IN IMPROVING THE METHODS OF DISTANCE TEACHING “HUMAN ANATOMY AND PHYSIOLOGY” IN HIGHER EDUCATION

The article presents the foundational didactic principles that are the theoretical basis for the organization of distance teaching in the field of "Human Anatomy and Physiology" using network teaching aids. In particular, the scientific principle of the teaching material is described. The application of this principle guarantees a comprehensive knowledge of facts and concepts that are scientifically proven, have a worldview and practical significance. The principle of comprehensibility involves the layout and design (presentation of material), the interaction with the educational content, elements of the network educational-methodical complex, developed taking into account the mental and physical age of students. The principle of systematization ensures goal-oriented regulation of students' knowledge and skills. The principle of visualization of the educational material provides demonstration of the studied objects, processes and events. The principle of variability of educational material allows to individualize the process of distance teaching of the subject "Human Anatomy and Physiology" on the basis of a network of educational and methodical complexes.

Forming extended linguistic competence among students of economic specialties at Moscow aviation institute

The article analyses various interpretations of the concept "linguistic competence" and formulates the authors' attitude to this issue. The paper substantiates the need for forming the extended linguistic competence among the students of economic profile at an aviation university. The authors describe the history of creation and development of the concept of teaching two foreign languages in the specialty "Organization and planning of foreign economic activity" (2008), "Organization of foreign economic activity / international business" (2009), "International management" (2012) at Moscow Aviation Institute, share their practical experience in teaching students in this area. The advantages and disadvantages of the educational-methodical complexes used both for teaching English and the second foreign language – French are revealed. The ways of improving the methodology of teaching students in this specialty are outlined in order to fulfill the main task – to train highly qualified specialists in the economic field, who will be in demand in the aviation industry in conditions of severe competition.

Methods of Using Programmed Means to Organize Practical Training for Improving the Professional Skills of Future Teachers of Fine Arts

The combination of theoretical and practical knowledge in the professional training of future teachers of fine arts, the importance of theoretical and practical exercises in the subject of Composition. The theoretical basis for improving the professional training of future teachers of fine arts is systematically analyzed in the article.
 The didactic possibilities of further increasing the scientific motivation of students through the use of software means in the educational process were studied.
 To form the virtual practical training in the teaching of the subject "Composition" in the direction of education 5110800-Fine Arts and Engineering Graphics in higher education, to develop the methodological recommendations for its use, are pedagogically based.
 Methodology for developing a programmed, electronic educational-methodical complex on the subject of "Composition" which covers (introduction, normative documents, lectures, practical classes, self-study topics, presentations, animations, programmed control test, keywords and terms, used literature, information about the authors) is recommended.
 Thoughts about the actual tasks of the development of the educational system in increasing the efficiency of the acquisition of the subject “Composition” are stated.

THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL BASIS OF TEACHING THE DISCIPLINE "PHYSICAL REHABILITATION" IN THE PREPARATION OF BACHELORS IN THE SPECIALTY "PHYSICAL CULTURE AND SPORTS"

Defining the role of the educational program in the educational and methodological support of the study of disciplines in higher education institutions (Review)

At the moment, the creation of methodological support for academic disciplines is an urgent problem of organizing the educational process in higher education institutions. As you know, the methodological support for the study of an academic discipline consists of four independent methodological documents: the program of the academic discipline, the working program of the academic discipline, the syllabus and the electronic educational and methodological complex of the discipline. The purpose of the study is a comparative analysis of these documents to determine their role in the organization of the educational process. The program of the academic discipline is the main normative document that determines the place and significance of the discipline in the implementation of the educational and professional training of the student, its content, the amount of knowledge, skills and abilities determined by the relevant competencies, as well as the sequence and organizational forms of studying the academic discipline. It is developed by one of the highly educated teachers of the department, discussed at a meeting of the department and approved by it, after which it becomes a working methodological document of the department. Based on a comparative analysis of the structure and content of the program, work program, syllabus and educational-methodological complex of the discipline, which are the main components of educational and methodological support for the study of the discipline, it has been established that all components of the work program in one form or another are repeated in the syllabus and educational-methodological complex discipline. At the same time, in contrast to the work program of the discipline, in the last two methodological components, these components have a large semantic content that is necessary in the educational work of students. In addition, the information contained in the syllabus and the educational-methodical complex of the discipline, the student can use at any time, since these documents are contained in electronic form on the websites of libraries of higher educational institutions and departments, which own the discipline, and the work program of the discipline is stored in paper form at the department and students' access to it is limited. The conducted comparative analysis leads to the conclusion that the work program of the academic discipline is not a necessary link in the methodological support of the discipline study.

Factors in the development of logical thinking in mathematics lessons

This article describes the views formed on the basis of science and experience aimed at developing independent thinking and creativity in students in the educational process. In this regard, it can be said that the teaching module of the subject in the education system: educational-methodical complex, electronic educational-methodical complex (syllabus), glossary in many respects has the ability to provide students with a variety of additional information. Such cases are quite common in the interpretation of data types and additions, data classifications. This is probably necessary for transition textbooks, but they cannot be justified from a mathematical and didactic point of view. Therefore, such withdrawals should be phased out of textbooks.

Modern trends in the use of information and digital technologies in education lead to processes of transformation in teaching and methodological provision in general and a classic school textbook in particular. The educational and methodological maintenance of the educational process in the unity of its meets, content, didactic process and organizational forms is a combination of information and teaching materials designed to provide all its main stages. Creation of a new generation of the educationalmethodical complex, in which, along with traditional educational means use electronic, today is an urgent problem of the organization of the educational environment. The article aims to highlight the features of the process of transformation in the educational and methodological maintenance of the educational environment of the institution of general secondary education and the role of a school textbook in it. The educational-methodical complex should be characterized by a systematic statement of educational material, which corresponds to the educational program, contains digital objects of different formats and provides interactive interaction. The development of a textbook content in the structure of such a new generation complex, based on the achievements of modern science and digital pedagogy, requires a special study. Pedagogical practice testifies that the combined using of a printed textbook with electronic educational products promotes the intensification of educational activities of students and largely increases its efficiency.
