FORMATION OF COMPETENCE OF FITNESS AND RECREATION SPECIALISTS IN INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION

The relevance of the study is the challenges of the fitness industry in recent times. Having suffered significant losses due to quarantine restrictions and the continuation of military operations on the territory of Ukraine, priority directions for the development of fitness and recreation were determined. These vectors require interested organizations and heads of higher education institutions of physical culture and health profile to take into account the modern demand of the population for fitness and recreational services and to contribute to the development of a system of training relevant personnel. The purpose of this work is to study the state and modern requirements for the training of fitness and recreation specialists in higher education institutions. Methods: theoretical analysis of literary sources, questionnaires, pedagogical observations, methods of mathematical statistics. Results. According to the results of the study, regarding the determination of the professional training of masters of the Institute of Health Care, it was possible to state that only in 9.43 % of respondents found a basic level of fitness skills, 13.2 % of higher education graduates have a threshold level, and 77.37 % have not developed clear abilities for professional growth, which does not allow them to effectively carry out fitness and recreational activities. According to the results of a survey of fitness clubs administrations in Rivne and Vinnytsia, the categories of specialists that are most needed in the fitness industry today are determined:51 % are fitness trainers, 22 % – service sales manager, 21 % – marketers, 6 % are administrators. As a result, it was possible to establish that the respondents give preference to a specialist with an educational and qualification level when selecting personnel: specialist junior bachelor – 24 %, bachelor – 33 %, master’s degree – 36 %, 7 % believe that the level of education is not important. In addition, the majority of respondents give preference to specialists with up to 3 years of work experience – 16 %, from 3 to 5 years – 60 %, over 10 years – 24 %. Based on the analysis of the state of training of fitness and recreation specialists, we have proposed a technology for the formation of fitness and recreation competence in future specialists. Conclusions: the state and requirements for quality training of fitness and recreation specialists to satisfy the requests of service consumers are determined.

Іnformation technologies as a factor of educational transformations in higher educational institutions of physical culture and sport

Modern information technologies have led to the emergence and intensive dissemination of fundamentally new models of social integration, communication, socio-political activity, lifestyle, education. Over the past decade, Ukraine has succeeded in creating a legal and regulatory basis for the development of the e-education sector. In the real educational process at higher education institutions, modern information technologies are either hardly used or utilized unsystematically and sporadically. Objective – to investigate the problem of information technologies implementation in the educational space of higher education institutions. Methods: analysis of special, scientific and methodological literature, Internet data, surveys, systematization and generalization. Conclusions. Despite the high dynamics of the increase in the number of Internet users in Ukraine, up to 50 % of the population does not use computers. In general, all positive dynamics of increase is provided mainly by young people, while the older generation is virtually marginalized from the processes of informatization, which gives rise to the problem of digital divide. At the same time, overindulgence of young people in computer technologies leads to the emergence of such problems as Internet addiction, which a few years ago was irrelevant for Ukraine. The computer and the Internet in Ukraine today are mainly a source of entertainment and communication, and the number of those for whom the connection “computer + Internet” is the main source of income (the new place of work) is still not enough. The most significant achievements of Ukraine in social transformations, achieved through the introduction of modern information technologies, are noted by both domestic and international experts related to the sphere of education (school and higher). For the further development of the market of educational services, the solution of a number of social problems, the real introduction of training on the basis of Internet technologies in higher education institutions of physical culture and sports, it is necessary to create a scientifically substantiated system of education and conditions that will ensure its stable functioning and further development.

ПЕДАГОГИЧЕСКИЕ ОСНОВАНИЯ ПОДГОТОВКИ СПОРТИВНЫХ МЕНЕДЖЕРОВ В ВУЗЕ ФИЗИЧЕСКОЙ КУЛЬТУРЫ

The relevance of the paper lies in the contradiction between the need in specialists for the various branches of social sphere of national economy and the low level of skills of the graduates of physical culture universities. This contradiction can be presented at the social, scientific, and methodical levels. It is integrally connected with the competence-based approach to educational process. The purpose of the paper is to specify the formation of Master’s students, sport managers in the sphere of physical culture and sport. Special attention is given to the humanitarian component of the competence and the review of the literature about the modern condition of pedagogical science and practice of economic education in higher education institution of physical culture. The methods used are supervision, conversation, analysis, generalization, questioning, analysis. Authors give the rationale for the content of the professional training of sport’s managers enabling to increase the efficiency of the process of knowledge acquisition and skills’ formation. The authors suggest that the educational process should be organized on the basis of competence approach with modular and competence model of education using rating system. The need to increase the competence of educators is emphasized. It can be achieved by developing new evaluation criteria based on the competence approach. The results of the study can be used in higher education institutions of physical culture and sport.

Pedagogical technology of management of development of communicative abilities among the students of higher education institutions of physical culture

Аннотация В статье представлены результаты исследований по обоснованию педагогической технологии управления развитием коммуникативных способностей у студентов вузов физической культуры. Данная технология состоит из четырех этапов, имеющих свои це-левые установки, задачи, средства, методы и формы развития коммуникативных способ-ностей у студентов вузов физической культуры. На первом этапе осуществляется оценка уровня развития коммуникативных способностей, а также проводится выявление уровня развития способностей связно высказывать свои мысли. На втором этапе осуществляется формирование и развитие необходимых навыков свободного общения в профессиональ-ной сфере. На третьем этапе осуществляется определение наиболее слабо развитых ком-муникативных способностей у студентов и их корригирование. На четвертом этапе про-водится оценка эффективности развития коммуникативных способностей у студентов. В процессе педагогического эксперимента доказана высокая эффективность разработанной педагогической технологии управления развитием коммуникативных способностей у студентов вузов физической культуры. Аннотация В статье отображены результаты исследования отражающего характер взаимосвязей компонентов познавательной активности и профессионального самоопределения студентов, занимающихся спортом. В результате проведенного исследования выявлены те компоненты профессионального самоопределения и познавательной активности, которые оказывают существенное влияние на профессиональное самоопределение студентов физкультурных вузов. С другой стороны определены те компоненты профессионального самоопределения, которые наиболее чувствительны к проявлениям различных компонентов познавательной активности. Ключевые слова: профессиональное самоопределение, познавательная активность, самостоятельность в учебе, организация учебы, волевые усилия, конспектирование лекций, выступление с докладом, подготовка научных рефератов, изображение текста таблицей и схемой, поиск ответов.

Knowledge of the individual characteristics of athletes from the point of view of their endurance and exposure to mental stress is of great im-portance in the individualization process of preparing for the start of important competitions. Effective stress resistance is provided by the rational use of the available resources of the individual and is assessed in terms of effectiveness of spent energy and resources, achievement of the goal of combating stress and renovation of functional status, personal development in a way of raising capacity and self-esteem. Аннотация В статье отражены результаты эмпирического исследования отражающего характер взаимосвязей компонентов учебной познавательной активности и профессионального самоопределения студентов вузов физической культуры. В результате данного исследования выявлены те компоненты профессионального самоопределения и учебной познавательной активности, которые имеют наиболее тесные корреляционные взаимосвязи и которые являются ведущими в плане влияния самоопределения на познавательную активность и активности на самоопределение. Кроме того, здесь показаны значения выраженности и вариативности пяти профессионального самоопределения. Отражен и характер их внутренних взаимосвязей. Ключевые слова: профессиональное самоопределение, познавательная активность, самостоятельность в учебе, организация учебы, волевые усилия, профессиональная целенаправленность, удовлетворенностью выбранной профессией, интерес к учебе, профессиональное будущее, устойчивость профессионального выбора, профессиональное мастерство.
