The behavior of isolating others is the alienation of life self-organization of exclusion mechanism. Isolation in modern society has evolved into a daily political game pattern, and isolation, more generally, is a hidden psychological activity. This deep field of social philosophy has yet to be revealed and reflected so far. At the core of isolation is personality denigration, thus indicating the deep origin of the core concept of contemporary social science, “social exclusion”. The group custom of isolating dissidents suppresses the personality and innovation of free individuals and leads to gangs and closed rigidity of the community. Reflecting on and revealing the anti-modernization nature associated with isolation, while simultaneously indicating the institutional and mechanistic construction of China's modernized harmonious society goal. The division of labor and market exchange in modern society contains ethical implications neglected by popular understandings that emphasize individual competition: the differences formed based on functional differentiation and individual liberation in modern society not only stimulate competition, but also create an inherent need for solidarity among individuals in terms of complementary dependence and mutual attraction. The contemporary society centered on information exchange promotes this direction to a universal dependence mechanism. The modern concept of free personality is not individualism but the internal mechanism of collective social cohesion and innovative life. Exclusive isolation and its closed community no longer have the basis of a modern system.

Exploring the Impact of Authentic Personality and Social Media Posting on Self-Interested Charitable Behavior among Millennials Online Community through the Lens of Social Cognitive Theory

Various schools of thought within the field of psychology consider authentic personality to be an essential component of overall well-being. Similarly, people's behavior has changed since the advent of social media. Using Social Cognitive Theory as guidance, this conceptual paper aims to explore how authentic personality and social media postings affect individuals' self-interested charitable behavior, this research aims to delve into the person-centered concept of authentic personality. The sense of giving and charitable behavior includes giving to charity and involving in volunteer activity. This model is deemed appropriate because it further explains authentic personality and exposure to social media posting in an online environment. Throughout the entirety of this study, a search was conducted via a variety of literature on the fields of sociology, psychology, and social science. There was a discussion of the conclusions drawn from the research, and options for more research were outlined.

Organizational Overview of Maslow and Management Research

Maslow's theory of motivation or hierarchy of needs; has been the subject of much research on a global scale in the physiological, psychological, and sociological framework. This situation, especially in terms of organizations (public or private), concerns both the employees and the management mechanism. Maslow and management generally reveal the theoretical and relational results in the policies applied in organizations. In the literature, studies in which studies carried out in Maslow and management research are systematically expressed quite limited. The article is dedicated to the 140th anniversary of the birth of the outstanding scientist, thinker, jurist, public figure, the brightest representative of the Russian religious and philosophical tradition of the 20th century Ivan Alexandrovich Ilyin. Before his eyes, historical events were unfolding that shocked and changed the minds of people. They inspired the scientist to comprehend the archetypal in man: the problems of good and evil, masculinity and femininity, conscience, service, sacrifice, heroism, love for the Motherland, wisdom, holiness. He created a holistic philosophical and psychological concept of personality, permeated not only with a deep interest in a person, but also with internal unity and harmony. The values embedded in it are opposed to the pragmatic-individualistic ones that are universally dominant today. For this reason, attention to the personality and creativity of the thinker increases every year. Multiple public discussions, frequent citations, appeal to his ideas, especially those related to forecasts and theoretical developments regarding the future of Russia, its national tasks, testify to their importance, prospects, and, in the context of the heat of geopolitical conflicts, their super-urgency. The article discusses the philosophical and psychological ideas of Ilyin regarding the problems of a person's spiritual and moral experience, the psychology of communication, the psychology of conflict, legal consciousness, national identity, the psychology of moral and patriotic feelings, the psychology of education and pedagogical psychology, the causes of the spiritual and moral crisis of mankind and the psychological aspects of the exit out of him. The originality and uniqueness of his approach lies in the emphasis on the national, historical identity of Russia.

Formation Process and Spatial Representation of Tourist Destination Personality from the Perspective of Cultural Heritage: Application in Traditional Villages in Ancient Huizhou, China

Tourism destinations are cultural heritage and spatial landscape systems of organic coexistence between humans and the Earth, and are formed through the long historical evolution of a specific geographical environment. With the development of large-scale cultural and tourism projects and the construction of scenic areas, many tourist destinations face conflicts between people and the environment and the crisis of discontinuity in the landscape and the cultural context. The concept of tourist destination personality provides a perspective for studying the interaction between humans and the environment in tourist destinations. However, existing research has not delved into the mechanisms of temporal–spatial interaction and spatial representation of regional cultural heritage in regional systems. Therefore, from the perspectives of geography and urban–rural planning, this study selects traditional villages in ancient Huizhou as the research object and employs relevant theories from cultural ecology to construct a paradigm for analyzing the formation path of tourist destination personality based on a cultural core from a regional systemic perspective. Building on this, this study develops a coupling analysis framework for the “accumulation anchoring” of heritage landscape representation in traditional villages in ancient Huizhou based on a cognitive understanding of tourist destination heritage landscape and a ‘time–space’ interactive model. The research reveals that the formation of personality in traditional villages in ancient Huizhou centers around cultural cores such as production methods, social organizations, construction mechanisms, and social beliefs. It is driven by basic forces such as resource endowment vitality, a social structure driving force, and a historical choice regulatory force, with the logic of forming dominant functions and obtaining expected benefits such as the core. The spatial representation of traditional village heritage in ancient Huizhou exhibits a synergistic evolution mechanism between ‘culture and landscape’. The research process and conclusions provide a basic framework and methodological system for the study of tourist destination personality and heritage revitalization, expanding the understanding of the process of human–environment interaction and spatial patterns in tourist destinations.

The anthropology of Islamic modernism – Jadidism

Introduction. This article is an attempt to study the anthropological views of Jadidism, one of the trends of Islamic modernist reformism aimed at bringing Muslim fundamental religious values closer to secular European culture. In an attempt to bring traditional Muslim anthropological categories closer to the European humanistic understanding of man, Jadid thought forms an updated Westernized version of Muslim anthropology.Materials and Methods. The material for the article was the researches of R. S. Khakimov, H. Bekiri, A. H. Basyrov, D. M. Iskhakov, M. Iqbal, M. Аbduh, G. Marranci, devoted to the analysis of anthropological concepts of Jadidism, formulating the basic principles of human perception by Islamic modernism. The article uses methods of systematic and comparative analysis, generalization and historical and philosophical analysis.Results. The conducted research shows that Jadidism develops the concepts of human freedom and personality, overcoming the determinism traditional for Islam, rethinks the anthropic principle in religious Muslim categories. The emphasis is placed on the personal beginning of a person, the center of his activity, due to the rational component and the presence of free will. Using these tools, a person communicates with the divine principle through the knowledge of the universe, synergistically applying the religious precepts of Islam in combination with the current scientific picture of the world. At the same time, the process of self-knowledge of a person as essentially refracting the divine nature in his nature is also important.Discussion and Conclusions. The author of the study managed to conduct a comparative, systematic and historical-philosophical analysis of the anthropological positions of Islamic modernist reformism – Jadidism – in the works of both domestic and foreign thinkers. As a result, the author managed to carry out a comprehensive analysis of the basic anthropological principles of Jadidism, as well as to trace the influence of various factors on the formation of the anthropology of Islamic modernism.

Analisis Kepribadian Tokoh Utama dalam Novel Dangerous Romance Karya Daisy Ann: Kajian Psikologi Sastra

This research is based on the selfish side that exists in the personality of the main character in Daisy Ann's novel Dangerous Romance which can be studied more deeply with Sigmund Freud's psychoanalytic theory. The research method used is descriptive-qualitative, with the aim of describing the personalities of the main characters, Maura and Benny Arliansyah, based on the concepts of Id, Ego, and Superego. The research data are sentences quoted directly from the novel Dangerous Romance by Daisy Ann. The identity of Maura's personality includes the desire to possess, the desire for Ben's attention, the desire to be a good wife, and the desire to be a friend of Ben. The ego of the Maura personality encompasses selfishness, ambition, and reluctance to surrender, attention, openness, and jealousy. The superego in Maura's individuality involves the awareness of his egoism and the consciousness of releasing Ben. As for the superego that is seen in him, it is his awareness of his fault. These personality concepts can be used as a life lesson that one's selfishness can destroy everything. This finding is also a sign that Sigmund Freud's psychoanalytic theory can be used as a primary foundation in the study of novel literature so that it can be reimplemented in other literary works, whether drama or scripture. الشخصية القانونية للروبوت الجراحي ومدى إمكانية تحديد المسؤولية الجنائية

The study aimed to identify the concept of legal personality and the meaning of robotic surgery and to identify the possibility of robotic surgery bearing criminal liability. The study used the deductive approach and it study reached several results including that legal personality is the individual's ability to acquire rights and be obligated to obligations. It was also found that robotic surgery is a programmed robot to perform surgical intervention in the human body. Additionally, there is difficulty in determining the criminal liability of the robot, although it is possible to determine the civil liability of the manufacturer or the medical entity that used the robot in surgery. The study recommended several recommendations including the necessity of enacting criminal legislation that determines the entity or persons criminally responsible for the robot's actions and setting controls and conditions for granting the robot legal personality and rules of criminal liability arising from its actions.

The offender and the theory of legal personality: International and ukrainian contexts

The ability of a person to represent and protect his interests, and bear legal responsibility for committing administrative offenses and crimes, constitutes such a category as the legal personality. The article's purpose was to compare the legal personality of an offender and criminally punishable acts by the legislation of Ukraine and international legal acts. For this purpose, the following tasks have been set: 1) the concept and components of such a category as "legal entity" were defined; 2) the peculiarities of the concept of administrative legal personality are clarified, the limits of the administrative legal personality of a person who has committed an administrative offense are determined; 3) the limits legal personality person who has committed a criminal offense are characterized. The value of individual sources of the United Nations and the European Court of Human Rights for solving the specified tasks is clarified. Provisions are given that indicate that certain norms of Ukraine's national legislation do not correspond to the provisions of international law. This needs to be settled, because, for example, the right to a fair trial should be equal for everyone. The legal personality within the limits of administrative and criminal proceedings carried out by the legislation of Ukraine does not differ. However, in the case of bringing a person to justice, it is necessary to evaluate different components of legal personality.

THE MEDIATING ROLE OF CULTURAL INTELLIGENCE IN THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PERSONALITY AND CROSS CULTURAL ADAPTABILITY: A RESEARCH ON GRADUATE STUDENTS

Individuals' desire to live in different nations to improve their living standards grows as globalization accelerates and countries' environmental conditions change. Even though people have a strong desire to do so, it is extremely difficult to adapt to a new culture. There are numerous factors that influence people's cross-cultural adaptability. The concept of cultural intelligence, which plays an important role in helping individuals understand individuals from different cultures and behave appropriately in that culture, is the most important of these factors. Cultural intelligence analysis can help individuals overcome or avoid these challenges. Individuals' personalities, in addition to cultural intelligence, are considered as another factor that has a significant impact on the results. The analysis of personality structures can reveal whether or not they can adapt to different cultures. The purpose of this study is to investigate the concepts of cross-cultural adaptability, cultural intelligence, and personality in the context of Business Administration graduate students' intentions to live abroad and to determine the extent to which these three concepts are related.

Pitirim Sorokin's personality at the turn of historical eras

Introduction. The article explores the personality of the famous Russian-American scientist Pitirim Sorokin. His life was eventful and passed in Tsarist and Soviet Russia, Europe and the United States. He took an active part not only in the two historical eras of Russia, but also in changing events at the turn of the eras. His passionate personality manifested itself most clearly during the revolution of 1917. Thereafter he became a professor of the largest university in the world, Harvard University, president of many international conferences, author of dozens of scientific papers, including those about the factors of the revolution.Purpose setting. On the structural model of P. Sorokin's personality there is investigated his interaction with the socio-political structure of society. Watching events, passing them through his feelings, thinking, and behavior, he turned them into history. Thanks to the work and communication with talented Russian researchers such as V. M. Bekhterev, I. P. Pavlov, N. D. Kondratiev, the scientist worked out a unique concept of personality. He proposed the model of personality that had four layers and differed from many models of other researchers described in the scientific literature.Methodology and methods of the study. We can analyze this model in layers from the bottom to top. It can be described like that: Subconscious is biologically unconscious; Biological consciousness; Socio-cultural consciousness; Superconscious mind. Interpretation of historical events in line with this model of personality gives us the opportunity to retrospectively deeper understanding the behavior of the real person Pitirim Sorokin.Results. The analysis was carried out in the coordinates which are not studied enough at the moment. This is the interaction of the scientist with the society in the busy life path. He always found himself at the right time and in the right place in the bifurcation points of development of the society. The peculiarities of his behavior can be traced in the exclusive state of the socio-political environment. That means that it is in a stable state of order and unstable state of chaos. In the history of mankind such opposite sides of society periodically replace each other.Conclusion. The functioning of the structural model of personality is transferred to the interpretation of the real personality of Pitirim Sorokin. In particular, historical phenomena are interpreted through the prism of psychological approach in its system of revolutionary factors. This study was carried out in line with the reevaluation of the revolutionary events of 1917.

Concept of Personality and Factors Affecting the Formation’s Personality

In this article, we explain personality theorical problems arrcording to Marxist’s view. Personality is understanded related to action characterist different from individual such as a member of social. Personality has historical – social nature. Personality is cultural – spiritual measure level of human. Personality isn’t natural. It was born and developed in long process, associated with growth and development’s person by education, practical action, interaction between people and people. By action and communication, people awared own’s elevation and worth in social relation system. Then, people become subject of social relation.

Transdiagnostic clustering of self-schema from self-referential judgements identifies subtypes of healthy personality and depression.

The heterogeneity of depressive and anxiety disorders complicates clinical management as it may account for differences in trajectory and treatment response. Self-schemas, which can be determined by Self-Referential Judgements (SRJs), are heterogeneous yet stable. SRJs have been used to characterize personality in the general population and shown to be prognostic in depressive and anxiety disorders. In this study, we used SRJs from a Self-Referential Encoding Task (SRET) to identify clusters from a clinical sample of 119 patients recruited from the Institute of Mental Health presenting with depressive or anxiety symptoms and a non-clinical sample of 115 healthy adults. The generated clusters were examined in terms of most endorsed words, cross-sample correspondence, association with depressive symptoms and the Depressive Experiences Questionnaire and diagnostic category. We identify a 5-cluster solution in each sample and a 7-cluster solution in the combined sample. When perturbed, metrics such as optimum cluster number, criterion value, likelihood, DBI and CHI remained stable and cluster centers appeared stable when using BIC or ICL as criteria. Top endorsed words in clusters were meaningful across theoretical frameworks from personality, psychodynamic concepts of relatedness and self-definition, and valence in self-referential processing. The clinical clusters were labeled "Neurotic" (C1), "Extraverted" (C2), "Anxious to please" (C3), "Self-critical" (C4), "Conscientious" (C5). The non-clinical clusters were labeled "Self-confident" (N1), "Low endorsement" (N2), "Non-neurotic" (N3), "Neurotic" (N4), "High endorsement" (N5). The combined clusters were labeled "Self-confident" (NC1), "Externalising" (NC2), "Neurotic" (NC3), "Secure" (NC4), "Low endorsement" (NC5), "High endorsement" (NC6), "Self-critical" (NC7). Cluster differences were observed in endorsement of positive and negative words, latency biases, recall biases, depressive symptoms, frequency of depressive disorders and self-criticism. Overall, clusters endorsing more negative words tended to endorse fewer positive words, showed more negative biases in reaction time and negative recall bias, reported more severe depressive symptoms and a higher frequency of depressive disorders and more self-criticism in the clinical population. SRJ-based clustering represents a novel transdiagnostic framework for subgrouping patients with depressive and anxiety symptoms that may support the future translation of the science of self-referential processing, personality and psychodynamic concepts of self-definition to clinical applications.

Analisis Personal Branding Anya Melfissa Sebagai Vtuber Indonesia di Media Sosial

Today’s digital technology has developed and can be utilized by its users, one of whom is doing Personal branding by becoming a VTuber (Virtual YouTuber). This research aims to find the Personal branding of an Indonesian VTuber named Anya Melfissa by utilizing YouTube and Twitter/X in her career. This research uses a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive approach and is based on the Personal branding theory coined by Peter Montoya. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. In the interviews, three informants were obtained using purposive sampling technique. This research uses data analysis techniques from Matthew B. Miles and Michael Huberman. Based on the results of the study, Anya Melfissa’s personal brand has relevance to Peter Montoya’s Personal branding theory, which includes the concepts of specialization, leadership, personality, distinctiveness, visibility, persistence, and goodwill. The results showed that specialization in Anya Melfissa’s Personal branding, which is fluent in Indonesian, English, and Japanese, is the dominant characteristic in her Personal branding.

POJAM LIČNOSTI; SVETI OCI, ZIZJULAS I HAJDEGER

In this paper, we will try to show, relying on the works of Jovan Zizioulas and the Orthodox spiritual tradition, that the concept of personality is an original Christian concept of the early Church, according to which the Personal Triune God is assumed as a necessary condition for the existence of a human personality. We will try to determine what is a personality understood in this way, is it a being or a way of existence? We will give an answer to this question by indicating the constitution of its ontological structure, especially in relation to the concepts of freedom, love and community. In an effort to articulate the concept of personality as adequately as possible, we will show that the application of some of Heidegger’s ontological concepts and results from Being and Time is very fruitful for the performance of such a task. Finally, we will show what kind of theological and pre-philosophical notions this original concept of personality presupposes, and what consequences it entails in terms of designing human life.

The Doctrine of the Legal Subject in Russian Jurisprudence: From the Ideas of A. V. Mickiewicz to Modern Innovations

The article reveals the conceptual foundations of the formation of the modern theory of the legal subject on the basis of the achievements that were made in this area during the Soviet period. The main attention is paid to the analysis of A. V. Mickiewicz's teaching about the legal subject. It is emphasized that the scientist inextricably linked the understanding of the subject of law with the concept of legal personality and its structure. He considered social relations to be the leading determinant of the legal subject, bringing to the fore in the theory of the legal subject not the personal, but the social aspect. The ideas of A. V. Mickiewicz are compared with the corresponding ideas of S. N. Bratus, as well as other researchers. It is emphasized that in modern conditions, the development of the doctrine of legal subject is influenced by the principles of post-non-classical scientific rationality with its inherent anthropocentrism. It is also noted that the theory of the legal subject is actualized by modern technological development, primarily digital and bio-technologies. It is concluded that the teaching of A. V. Mickiewicz about the legal subject retains its relevance at the present stage of the development of legal science.

The influence of the Big Five, WOM communication and satisfaction on consumer loyalty in the Republic of Serbia

The concept of consumer loyalty plays an important role in business existence in the current competitive business environment. Consumer loyalty is researched in different ways by considering the characteristics of the consumer’s personality, mutual communication between consumers, and their satisfaction with the company, products/services and numerous other determinants. Consumer personality is a potential marketing strategy for increasing loyalty towards a company, product and/or service, because many customers choose products that match their personality. The manner of communicating and conveying the experience of the product also depends on the consumer’s personality traits, and this further affects a consumer’s loyalty. Also, consumer satisfaction is another concept of qualitative and quantitative assessment of consumers after purchase, and it is a predictor of consumer loyalty and a free source of promotion for the company. The authors’ goal is to examine the relationship between the concept of consumer personality, word of mouth (WOM) communication, consumer satisfaction, and loyalty on the mobile phone market in the Republic of Serbia, and then to make relevant conclusions about the mutual influence of the given factors in relation to the conducted empirical analysis. The data was obtained with the help of an online survey questionnaire, while the results were processed in statistical software packages for social sciences SPSS and AMOS. The research results show that all the researched variables included in the paper (Big Five, WOM communication, satisfaction) significantly influence consumer loyalty on the aforementioned market in the Republic of Serbia. The research explicitly builds on and contributes to previous literature on brand management, as it analyzes important predictors of consumer loyalty within a specific research area. Future studies could strengthen the existing literature by analyzing consumer loyalty towards a specific brand.

Бинарная личность как критический субъект самоорганизации современной экономики

The article is devoted to substantiating the need for a qualitative renewal of a personality-oriented approach to the study of modern economics. At the same time, the methodological basis was the evolutionary and behavioral economic theories, in which the main subject of activity is the personality. The novelty of the results of the work lies in the identification of a synergetic form of increasing economic complexity, as well as the designation of a critical entity with authority to carry out economic self-organization. The concept of a binary personality is substantiated, which represents the unity of the individual as a «collapsed» society and society as an «expanded» individual. The unity and interrelation of the phenomena of binary personality and binary quality of economic synergetics as the basis of progressive economic development in the process of ensuring dynamic balance of freedom of economic decision-making and the need to develop morally acceptable forms of their creative and labor realization is shown. The necessity of the «renaissance» of individualism is proved, since it is the unique individual who is the generator, first of all, of implicit knowledge as the cognitive basis of large-scale and radical innovations. The scientific and practical significance of the article's conclusions lies in the possibility of their use for further improvement of the disciplinary matrix of political economic analysis, as well as for qualitative updating of programs of all forms and types of modern education, the objective function of which should be to form divergent thinking among students and employees.

Cost of organizational citizenship behaviors: serial mediation model of citizenship fatigue

Purpose Recently, a shift regarding the negative consequences of organizational citizenship behaviors (OCBs) has put them forward as employees’ negative aspects carrying dangerous consequences for organizations. Considering this issue’s seriousness, the purpose of this paper is to examine the process through which compulsory citizenship behavior fosters citizenship fatigue. Design/methodology/approach A total of 370 nurses working in Pakistani public-sector hospitals were this study’s final data set sample using SmartPLS4. Findings Partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) results revealed that when employees are compelled to engage in extra-role actions, they frequently experience work-life conflict, which results in citizenship fatigue. The higher the employee’s age and the lower the education level, the lower his/her citizenship fatigue. On the other hand, findings revealed that workaholic personality aspects tend to reduce the strength of the relationship between work-life conflict and citizenship fatigue. Originality/value To the best of the authors’ knowledge, this paper is the first attempt to examine the recently emerged concept of citizenship fatigue among health-care professionals through conservation of resources theory. Besides, this research will highlight how the demand for voluntary actions in routine or forced citizenship behavior can become the reason for work–family conflict and ultimately create citizenship fatigue. Additionally, this paper presents the novel concept of workaholic personality and how it can play a positive role in the linkage between work–family conflict and citizenship fatigue.
