The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of combined exercise on blood lipids, serotonin and dopamine in adult obese men. For obese men in their 30s, exercise intensity (60-80% HRR) of 1 to 6 weeks (50-70% HRR) for 12 weeks for a total of 20 subjects (n=10) and control group (n=10) 7-12 weeks. After calculating the mean value (M) and standard deviation (M±SD) for the measured variables, the difference between the before and after mean values within the group was verified based on the paired t-test and the main effect test. Differences between groups and the interaction effects between groups(2-WAY ANOVA repeated measure).BR As a result of analyzing blood lipids, serotonin and dopamine after complex exercise, the following conclusions were obtained. Blood lipids significantly decreased TC, TG, LDL-C and increased HDL-C in the exercise group. Serotonin and dopamine were significantly increased in the exercise group, and serotonin was significantly decreased in the control group. As a result, participation in complex exercise for 12 weeks had a positive effect on blood lipids, serotonin and dopamine, and compound exercise is considered to have a positive effect on improvement and prevention of obesity in obese men.
