Abstract
In this study, in order to find development strategies for musical industry of China, the SWOT method was used to analyse internal and external environment. In addition, the analytical hierarchy process(AHP) was used to fine strategic priority among SWOT based development strategies. As a method of utilizing the research results, when establishing policies and strategies with limited resources such as the government, musical-related organizations, and companies, SWOT-AHP analysis results can be used to easily determine policy priorities.
