What are the payment methods available? 
We support payments via debit, credit or prepaid card through Stripe Payment Platform.
Can I pause my subscription? 
Yes, you can temporarily pause your subscription instead of cancelling it. Choose a pause duration of 1, 2, or 3 months, and your subscription will be paused from your next billing date. It will automatically resume after the selected period, and billing will continue at the original price unless canceled.
You won’t be charged during the pause period, and you can resume anytime from the Membership and Billing page.
Will my subscription be auto renewed upon expiry? 
Yes, your subscription will auto-renew upon expiry unless you wish to cancel the same. Users who sign up for a subscription will be billed on either a weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual cycle, depending on what was selected at time of purchase. The card details you enter will be stored on Stripe, and you will be automatically charged on the chosen payment method at the beginning of each new billing cycle. Can I cancel my subscription once I purchase it? 
You can choose to cancel your subscription at any point of time, if you wish to do so. If cancellation is done within 30 days of purchase for annual subscription, and 7 days of purchase for monthly subscription, you will be eligible for a refund. After the mentioned period, no refunds will be provided. Your subscription will continue until its expiry. Can I upgrade from monthly to yearly plan? 
Yes, you can. Navigate to the "Membership & Billing" page in your Paperpal account and click on "Upgrade to Paperpal Prime (Annual)". The balance amount from your monthly plan will be adjusted pro rata against your payment for the yearly plan.
I have a discount code, how can I apply it? 
You can apply the discount code in the 'Apply discount code' section of the payment page.
