Abstract

In this article we present a pedagogical experience in the university education of professionals from the development of innovation and research in human development processes. The proposal focuses on the advancement of science, technology and innovation in the professionalization process to turn education into a source of human improvement and a dynamic condition of sustainable development in the context of an innovative university. With this objective, criteria for the improvement of social practice are presented, taking into account the different perspectives of the improvement of Higher Education from the relationship between science, technology and social development, in terms of learning to know, to do, to coexist and to be, based on a humanistic and solidary ethic. To do this, it is based on experiential experiences in order to offer an education for life towards a contemporary pedagogical practice in the solution of professional problems. The main results have had an impact on the educational practice since its introduction and generalization as the strategic way to promote the transformations that raise, permanently, the quality of education.
