Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the convergent utilization characteristics of the six psychotherapy approaches shown in the CERAT stage of IT Integrative Arts Therapy and intra-sessional structure OMCA. As a research method, the characteristics and properties of six psychotherapy theories and each stage of IT Integrative Arts Therapy were phenomenologically analyzed and connected, and the core functions of the therapist required at each stage were derived. The conclusion is that an eclectic and Integrative·Integral Psychotherapy approach is used throughout all stages of IT Integrative Arts Therapy CERAT and OMCA, and that Gestalt, Client-centered, Adlerian Psychotherapy, Behavior Therapy and REBT Psychotherapy approaches are used in each detailed stage. In addition, the core functions and attitudes of the therapist as Moderator, Coordinator, Buffer, Expander, Mediator, Emitter, Contactor, Acceptor, Facilitator, Creator, Director, Connecter, Practice Encourager, Linker, Confirmer, and Supporter are required respectively.
