Abstract
Modeling of the structural and organizational systems of the oil and gas complex based on the management of the interactions of participants makes it possible to assess the stability of the functioning of the enterprise and make management decisions during the restructuring of assets. A cognitive approach based on the use of cognitive maps allows you to streamline interactions between participants in business processes and determine their impact on the system. The calculation of impulse stability through the Mathcad software and calculation complex is a tool for quantifying the cognitive map and substantiating management decisions. The results of the study showed that the optimal value of the indicator tends to 1, but the ideal value is unlikely and can only be achieved in theory. The analysis made it possible to identify the key factors that should be paid attention to when managing the oil and gas complex. Important elements of the system are the production level, the segments of investment and technology development, as well as the provision of technical and resource support for activities. Interaction with equipment and service partners does not affect the structural stability of the system, so their exclusion from the unified system will not lead to damage. Interaction on new developments in the field of digital technologies and equipment improvements is also an important factor The obtained research results can be used to make management decisions on the strategic development of oil and gas companies and corporations. The optimal number of connections in the oil and gas complex system ensures structural stability and minimal dependence on the positions of the system participants. When building organizational structures, it is necessary to maintain a balance of interactions and support external inflows of investments for development and new developments. Thus, the study of the structural stability of the oil and gas complex on the basis of a cognitive map allows us to understand the state of the structural organization of the system and determine possible directions of development and management decisions.
