Abstract

The article is devoted to the development of a concept for the formation of a digital business model of a cluster formation of the agro-industrial complex, which involves the creation of a digital ecosystem/platform for the integration of all participants in business processes in this area, aimed at obtaining mutually beneficial values and developing network effects from interaction. The necessity of forming digital models (platforms) that allow integrating all participants in the business process, the implementation of which should be economically feasible, is substantiated. A comparative analysis of business processes in classical and digital business models has been carried out. The key business processes of digitization in the crop cluster are analyzed and its digital business model is presented. On the example of one of the control blocks of a crop cluster, the structure and mathematical description of its information system are presented, on the basis of which it is possible to identify effective and appropriate links between potential elements of a cluster formation.
