Abstract
In the modern educational context, artificial intelligence acts as a catalyst for change, allowing to significantly expand the horizons of the educational experience. The purpose of this work is to study the educational potential of artificial intelligence services and tools, to identify the features and prospects for their implementation in the educational practice of higher education in the context of the digital transformation of education. Theoretical, empirical and mathematical methods were used to conduct the research. The methodological basis of the study was made up of classical and modern works of domestic and foreign scientists in the field of digital transformation of education and artificial intelligence. The article provides definitions of artificial intelligence, reveals the essence of its main technologies in relation to educational activities. A SWOT analysis is presented that describes the conditions and factors for the introduction of artificial intelligence technology in the field of education. The educational potential of intelligent digital services and tools (services for analyzing educational data, generating educational content, personalizing learning, language recognition and natural language analysis, assessing the competencies of students) has been identified and described. For each group, a number of representatives of popular AI services are considered and their functionality is described. The results of a survey of educators on the knowledge and use of AI services and tools in educational practice are presented. The conclusions of the article emphasize the importance of introducing AI services into educational activities based on an integrated approach that takes into account technical, technological, methodological and ethical aspects, training teachers to work with new intelligent technologies. The results obtained can serve as a basis for the development of guidelines for the integration of artificial intelligence services and tools into pedagogical practice, as well as for further research in the field of creating innovative educational solutions
