Abstract
The article is devoted to the methods of economic analysis of the state and prospects for the development of the labor market for agricultural organizations. The work considers the main trends and problems associated with employment in this industry, as well as factors influencing the formation and development of the labor market. The authors analyze the current situation of the analysis methodology, assess the prospects and offer recommendations for improving the state of the labor market in agricultural organizations. It is noted that a number of methods are not so effective and are little used. In practice, organizations prefer to use complex methods for assessing the labor market and its prospects or methods for assessing future needs for staffing based on economic and resource indicators. The article will be useful for researchers, specialists in the field of human resource management, employees of agricultural enterprises and anyone interested in employment and labor market development in this industry.
