Village governments need to apply the principles of transparency and accountability in order to produce quality accounting information, villages must also manage their finances which come from natural resources which have a large role accepted by the village government. This research aims to find out how the competence of village officials and leadership style influence the quality of village financial reports. This research uses descriptive research. The data collection technique in this research is by conducting a field survey, namely using a questionnaire. The results of this research indicate that there is a significant positive influence of the village apparatus competency and leadership style variables on the quality of financial reports

The Influence of Organizational Culture, Leadership Style, and Remuneration on Improving Employee Performance At The Regional Office of The Directorate General of Customs and Excise (DJBC) Banten

This study aims to analyze and prove the influence of organizational culture, leadership style, and remuneration on improving employee performance at the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise (DJBC) Banten. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive research method, data collection using a questionnaire. The sampling technique uses saturated samples, namely taking the entire population of 131 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression—data processing using SPSS 26 analysis tools. The results of partial data testing using the t-test show that organizational culture has a positive effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.000 <0.050, leadership style has a positive effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.032 <0.050. Remuneration has a positive effect on employee performance, with a significant value of 0.048 <0.050. The results of the F test show a positive and significant influence between the variables of organizational culture, leadership style, and remuneration on the performance of employees of the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise (DJBC) Banten. This is based on the results of the F test, which obtained the Fcount value of 47.18 and Ftable of 2.60. The size of the contribution contributed by the influence of organizational culture variables, leadership style, and remuneration can be seen in the R Square value of 0.527, which means that the influence of these three variables simultaneously on employee performance variables is 52% and 48% is influenced by other factors which were not examined in this study.

The Influence of Leadership Style, Education and Training (Diklat) and Work Discipline on Perumdam Tirta Kencana Employee Performance, Samarinda City

Training is an inseparable component in efforts to improve employee qualifications in an organization. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of leadership style, education and training (training), and work discipline on employee performance at Perumdam Tirta Kencana, Samarinda City. The type of research in this research is a descriptive quantitative and associative approach. Data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. With a sample size of 100 respondents from various levels of positions ranging from managers, and assistant managers to employees. In this study, the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique was used, namely random sampling taking into account the existing strata. This means that each stratum is represented according to its proportions. The analysis technique in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis and is analyzed using SPSS version 29 software. The results of this research show that both leadership style, education and training (training), and work discipline partially have a significant positive effect on the performance of Perumdam Tirta Kencana Kota employees. Samarinda. Meanwhile, simultaneously the variables of leadership style, education and training (training), and work discipline have a significant effect on the performance of employees of Perumdam Tirta Kencana, Samarinda City with a significance level of less than 0.05 (0.000<0.05). The research results also show that the work discipline variable has the most dominant influence on employee performance with a β value of 0.451 and a significance value of less than 0.05 (0.000<0.05).

The success of a business unit depends on leadership, teamwork and employee performance. Leadership style and teamwork in leading is very influential and is a determining factor in the ups and downs of employee performance, therefore it is clear that every company needs an effective leadership style and perfect teamwork. The aim of this research is to simultaneously and partially determine the variables of leadership style and team work on employee performance at Kopsyah Raya Banda Madani Curug Branch. The type of data in this research is associative, namely research that asks about the relationship between two variables. The population in this study was all 14 employees. Data collection techniques include interviews with employees and distributing questionnaires to all employees. From the explanation above it can be concluded that the role of leadership and teamwork is important in achieving organizational goals, because in this case apart from depending on the reliability and ability of employees in operating, work units in an organization, leadership effectiveness and the influence and role of leadership are very necessary because in essence success An organization is determined by a good leadership style and teamwork so that it is developed within the organization to achieve organizational goals.

PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT INTI BARA PERDANA (IBP) TABA PENANJUNG BENGKULU TENGAH

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and work environment on employee performance at Pt Inti Bara Perdana (IBP) Taba Penanjung Central Bengkulu, either partially or simultaneously. The sample in this study was 85 respondents, the data collection method used was Total Sampling. Data collection techniques with observation and questionnaires, data analysis techniques with multiple linear regression. The tcount for the Leadership Style Variable for the Leadership Style variable is 9,305 which means that there is a positive influence between Leadership Style on Employee Performance at PT Inti Bara Perdana (IBP) Taba Penanjung Bengkulu Tengah. Work Environment Variable The tcount value for the Work Environment variable is 2,342, which means there is a positive influence between the Work Environment and the Decision to Visit PT Inti Bara Perdana (IBP) Taba Penanjung Bengkulu Tengah. Based on the results of calculations using SPSS, the F test was used to test the coefficients as a whole by using a significant level of 0.05 to obtain a Fsig of 0.000 while the calculated F value was 49,241, this indicates that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, thus the overall influence variable namely Leadership Style and Work Environment have a significant and positive influence on Employee Performance at PT Inti Bara Perdana (IBP) Taba Penanjung Bengkulu Tengah. HUBUNGAN ANTARA GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DENGAN WORK ENGAGEMENT PADA PERSONIL KOREM 092/MAHARAJALILA BULUNGAN

The Indonesian National Army (TNI) is a servant of the state that upholds the sovereignty and defense of the territory of the State of Indonesia. The Military Resort Command (KOREM) is a territorial unit under the supervision of the Military Regional Command (KODAM). Ideal work engagement provides strong attention energy so that employees provide the best expertise they have in their work. Leadership style is the process of influencing people intentionally. The relationship between leadership styles illustrates the effectiveness in increasing the work engagement of members. Researchers used quantitative methods with a correlational approach with the subject of 64 members of the Army located in KOREM 092 / Maharajalila Bulungan. The data collection technique that researchers use is a questionnaire. The results of hypothesis testing showed a positive relationship between work engagement variables and leadership style variables with a significant value of p=0.000 (<0.005) with a correlation of R = 0.812. It can be concluded that there is a positive relationship between leadership style and work engagement at KOREM 092/Maharajalila Bulungan. The higher the leadership style, the higher the work engagement of KOREM 092/Maharajalila Bulungan personnel.

The Influence of Leadership Style, Job Stress, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Turnover Intention Level

This study aims to determine how much influence Leadership Style, Job Stress, and Job Satisfaction have on Employee Turnover Intention (Case Study at PT. Freight Cargo Logistics). This study uses an associative research strategy with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Freight cargo logistics and there are totaling 42 employees. The method used for sampling is the non-probability sampling technique with the saturated sample technique and the number of samples used in this study is 42 respondents. The data used in this research is primary data. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and observation methods. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis through SmartPLS 3.3.9 software which includes testing the outer model, inner model, and testing the hypothesis. The results of the study prove that partially the variables of Leadership Style and Job Stress have a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention, while Job Satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention.

PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL TERHADAP KINERJA GURU MELALUI KEPUASAN KERJA GURU SMP NEGERI DI KECAMATAN PENAJAM PASER UTARA

The research aims to analyze the influence of motivation and transformational leadership style of school principals on teacher performance through job satisfaction of State Middle School teachers in North Penajam Paser District, East Kalimantan. This research method uses a quantitative research approach. The research population was 36 teachers, hereinafter referred to as research respondents. The research results show that teacher work motivation has a significant effect on teacher performance. Transformational leadership has a significant effect on teacher performance. Work motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Transformational leadership has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on teacher performance. There is an indirect relationship between work motivation variables and teacher performance through job satisfaction. There is an indirect influence between transformational leadership style variables on teacher performance through job satisfaction.

School Principal’s Leadership Style and Teachers’ Job Performance: A Systematic Review of Literature

The leadership style of the school principal plays a vital role in an institution because its primary goal is to guide, motivate, direct, and influence the school community—which includes teachers, staff, and other stakeholders—to fulfill the institution's vision, mission, and goals. As a result, the researcher conducted this systematic literature review to identify the effective leadership styles of school principals and how they connect to teachers' job performance, as successful teachers can transform an institution. The researcher thoroughly reviewed twenty (20) research articles, and the results revealed that the school principal uses a variety of leadership styles. Three of these—democratic, transformational, and autocratic— show potential and positively correlate with teachers' job performance. However, using an authoritarian leadership style should be conducted cautiously by the school principal as it can decrease teachers' job performance if not properly practiced. Furthermore, it has been concluded from the studied researchers that certain leadership styles have no substantial association, or a negative relationship, with teachers' job performance. Therefore, the authors of the reviewed literature did not recommend that school principals use it in their leadership roles within an institution.

The Influence of Leadership Style on the Performance of Muhammadiyah Sinjai University Lecturer

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of transformational and transactional leadership styles simultaneously on the performance of lecturers at Muhammadiyah University of Sinjai. The population is limited to a number of employees or individuals who have at least the same characteristics. Based on the definition above, the population for this study is all lecturers at Muhammadiyah University of Sinjai with a total of 40 people. The sample in this research is all lecturers at the Muhammadiyah University of Sinjai, because the population is small, the author uses a total sampling method, namely all lecturers are members who will be observed as a sample, because a large sample tends to give or is closer to the true value of the population or can be said to be the smaller the error (deviation from the population value). The variables used in this research are transformational leadership (X1), transactional leadership (X2) and performance variables (Y). The transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the performance of lecturers at Muhammadiyah University of Sinjai. This can be seen from the t value of 7.219 which is greater than the t table value of 2.02439, so Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means that the transformational leadership style has a significant effect on the performance of the lecturers. The correlation index value of 0.578 means that the Transformational Leadership Style variable influences lecturer performance by 57.8% and the remaining 42.2% is influenced by other factors. The application of a transactional leadership style has a significant influence on lecturer performance, this can be seen from the t value of 5.467, greater than the t table value of 2.02439. Thus, Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means that the transactional leadership style has a significant effect on lecturer performance. The correlation index value is 0.440, which means that the transactional leadership style variable influences lecturer performance by 44% and the remaining 56% is influenced by other factors. Based on the results of the F test, the Fcount value of 25,995 is greater than the Ftable value of 3.25 with a significance value of 0.000, which is less than <0.05. Thus, the transformational leadership style and transactional leadership style variables simultaneously influence performance. Lecturer.

The Influence of Autocratic, Participatory, and Delegation Leadership Styles on The Work Motivation of TNI ADMembersat Yonif 100/PS, Military Regional Command I/Bukit Barisan

This research aims to analyze the autocratic, participative, and delegative leadership styles on the motivation of the Indonesian National Army (TNI) Army (AD) personnel in Yonif 100/PS Kodam I or Bukit Barisan. This research is based on the significance of leadership styles in increasing the motivation and ability of personnel in the military area. Each leadership style has a different impact on the enthusiasm for activities and the effectiveness of the organization in carrying out their duties. This research examines how each leadership style authoritarian, participative, and delegative influences the motivation of the organization's activities, and the factors that may mediate or moderate the effects. In addition, this research aims to identify the most effective leadership style in increasing the motivation of personnel activities in Yonif 100/PS. A quantitative approach was used in this research, with data collection through questionnaires distributed to the Indonesian National Army (TNI) Army (AD) personnel in Yonif 100/PS. Data analysis was attempted using statistical methods to test the relationship between leadership style variables and motivation. The research results prove that participative leadership style has a significant positive impact on the motivation of organizational activities, compared to authoritarian and delegative leadership styles. Authoritarian leadership style tends to reduce motivation of activities, while delegative style has various effects related to the atmosphere and character of personnel. The area of activity and organizational culture are also found to influence the relationship between leadership style and work motivation. This research recommends the application of participative leadership style to increase the motivation of Indonesian National Army (TNI) Army (AD) personnel in Yonif 100/PS. This research provides meaningful participation for the development of efficient leadership strategies in the military context and becomes a reference for leaders in creating a more productive and harmonious work environment.

This research aims to find out how much influence Leadership Style and Employee Discipline have on Employee Performance at the South Solok DPUTRP Office. Research variables are Leadership Style (X1), Work Discipline (X2), Employee Performance (Y). The data collection method is through surveys and distributing questionnaires to a sample of 40 people. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method. The influence of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance simultaneously has a positive and significant influence between the variables of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance. Where Fcount> Ftable namely 45,202 > 3.252 and significant at 0.000 < 0.05 then HOrejected and Ha accepted. It is known that the R value is 0.842. This shows that there is a strong relationship between leadership style and work discipline on employee performance. Meanwhile, the R valueSquare of 0.710 or (71%). This shows that there is a positive and significant influence of leadership style and work discipline together on employee performance in the South Solok land and spatial planning public works department.

The Influence Of Communication, Leadership Style And Organizational Culture On Job Satisfaction With Work Motivation As Intervening Variables At PT Hki Binjai Project Brandan Zone 2

The purpose of this study is to see the influence of communication, leadership style and organizational culture on job satisfaction with work motivation as an intervening variable in PT Hutama Karya Infrastruktur Project Binjai Brandan Zone 2. This research uses a quantitative approach, with statistical methods of path analysis. The population in this study is all contract and permanent employees of PT Hutama Karya Infrastruktur Project Binjai Brandan Zone 2 totaling 86 people. The sampling technique uses saturated samples so that the number of samples is 86 respondents. Partial Least Square (PLS) data analysis technique with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) equation model. The results showed organizational culture, leadership style, communication, and motivation had no effect on job satisfaction. Leadership style variables have no effect on motivation, while organizational culture and communication affect work motivation. The results of the indirect influence test show that leadership style and organizational culture affect job satisfaction through work motivation as an intervening variable, and communication has no effect on job satisfaction through work motivation as an intervening variable.

Faktor-Faktor Determinan dalam Produktivitas Karyawan di BP Swalayan: Studi Analisis Kinerja pada Usaha Ritel

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, work discipline, motivation, income, on morale in improving employee performance at BP Swalayan in Peureulak District. The data used in this studyis primary data using a questionnaire and distributed to the respondents in the study. The data analysis technique in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this studyshows that the variables of work discipline, motivation, income have no effect on employee performance. For work discipline and motivation variables have no effect on morale. Meanwhile, leadership style and work enthusiasm affect employee performance. Leadership style and income variables influence work morale. The variables of work discipline and motivation have no effect on morale through employee performance. Leadership style and income variables affect morale through employee performance. The adjusted R Square value of the variable leadership style, work discipline, motivation, income, and morale is able to explain the employee performance variable of 85.3% and the Adjusted R Square Value of the morale variable is 40.5%.

This study aims to determine the simultaneous effect and partial work ability of employees which include leadership style, promotion on employee performance at PT Global Jet Cargo Surabaya and determine the leadership style variable that has a dominant influence on employee performance at PT Global Jet Cargo Surabaya. The sample in this study were employees at PT Global Jet Cargo Surabaya, namely 98 employees. This type of research is explanatory research (explanation), that is, if the data is the same, the researcher explains the causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing. The sampling technique used in this study is non-probability sampling, namely the entire population is used as the research sample. Data analysis using the F test and t test. The conclusion from the research results can be seen that there is influence of leadership style and promotion both simultaneously and partially on the performance of employees at PT Global Jet Cargo. The Influence of Leadership Style, Organizational Commitment and Organizational Culture on PT SOS Indonesia Employee Job Satisfaction. Office Administration Education Undergraduate Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University.The aim of this research is to determine the influence of leadership style, organizational commitment and organizational culture on the job satisfaction of PT SOS Indonesia employees. The type of research carried out uses quantitative research methods. The data collection technique used was through a questionnaire which was measured using a Likert scale from a value between one to five with a total of 16 questions. The population in the study was 135 employees of PT SOS Indonesia with a sample size of 100 employees at PT SOS Indonesia. This research uses a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling with the Slovin formula with a difficulty level accuracy of 5%. The analysis technique used in this research is SEM PLS (Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares) which was carried out using SmartPLS 4.0 software. Data The analytical methods used in this research include measurement model analysis, structural model analysis, and direct influence hypothesis testing. The results of data analysis show that the leadership style variable has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, the organizational commitment variable has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.

The Influence of Transformational Leadership Style, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance

This study aims to determine the influence of Transformational Leadership Style, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance in a study on the National Institute of Statistics Timor-Leste. This type of research used is quantitative research with the method of distributing questionnaires. The sample in this study were 80 respondents and data processing used the SPSS processing program. This research has met the requirements of validity and reliability. Data analysis used in this study is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and adjusted R square test. The variables used in this study are Transformational Leadership Style, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline. The results of this study concluded that the variables of Transformational Leadership Style, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline have both a simultaneous and partial effect on employee performance.

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style and work environment on employee performance with the mediation of teacher and employee work motivation at Sagrado Coração de Jesus/Sacred Heart of Jesus, Becora, Dili, Timor Leste. In this study, the research method used is quantitative research. The population obtained is 130 people with an incidental sample, allowing the researcher to find a sample of 110 teachers and employees. The data used in this research are primary data, collected through the distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis technique is quantitative data analysis using statistical methods. The statistical method used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The research results show that the leadership style variable has a significantly positive effect on the performance of teachers and employees at Sagrado Coração de Jesus/Sacred Heart of Jesus. The leadership style variable also has a significantly positive effect on the motivation of teachers and employees at Sagrado Coração de Jesus/Sacred Heart of Jesus. The work environment variable has a positive but not significant effect on the performance of teachers and employees at Sagrado Coração de Jesus/Sacred Heart of Jesus. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of the variables Transformational Leadership Style, Emotional Intelligence, Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance mediated by Job Satisfaction. Case study on the DIY Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD). The population in this study amounted to 45 people. The sampling technique used the saturated or census sampling method, totaling 45 people. This research method uses descriptive analysis by evaluating the measurement model (out model), structural model (inner model) and the results of hypothesis testing test the hypothesis directly output images and values ​​contained in the output path coefficients. Data processing uses smartPLS (v.3.2.9). The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership style and emotional intelligence have no significant effect on employee performance, because the value is less than 1,960, while the organizational mindset and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance with a value of more than 1,960. The variables of transformational leadership style, emotional intelligence and organizational trust in employee performance which are mediated by job satisfaction are both significantly affected with a value of more than 1,960. The head of the Yogyakarta Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) office needs to provide motivation to employees so that the company's vision and mission are achieved. Employees need to pay attention to emotional intelligence variables with indicators such as self-awareness, self-management, self-motivation, empathy and social skills (relationship management).
