Welcome to 2020 4th International Conference on Electrical, Automation and Mechanical Engineering (EAME2020). The first EAME was successfully held on July 26-27 in Phuket Island, Thailand; the second EAME was held from April 23-24 in Shanghai, China; the third EAME was held during June 24-25, 2018 in Xi’an, China. On the basis of three great success of previous EAME, this year the forth EAME will stick to establish a professional and beneficial platform for all the academic scholars and scientists to present their latest research findings. It will strengthen the communication and cooperation with relevant scholars and scientists in these areas, focus on improving the quality and seek for the innovation on Electrical, Automation and Mechanical Engineering, promote the establishment of brainstorming academic atmosphere and achieve its long-term development in the future.In view of the severe impact of COVID-19 and the travel restrictions, most of the authors can’t attend the conference physically. Considering this situation and ensuring the safety and health first for all participants, EAME2020 was taken place in the form of virtual conference on August 05, 2020. Indeed, this is a very difficult decision for us, but we firmly believe that it also provides an opportunity to innovate a new way of conference in a safer way during this particular period.EAME2020 was held virtually via the platform “Zoom”. In order to ensure the conference can be held smoothly, the organizing committee has opened a test room for all keynote speakers and authors to test the Zoom, video, audio and the screen before the official opening. The conference model was divided into two main parts, including Keynote Speeches and Oral Sessions. To facilitate interaction between the participants, each part contains 10-15 minutes Q&A discussion after every presentation. In the first part of Keynote Speeches, the speakers were allocated 40 minutes to deliver their speeches. In the second part of Oral Sessions, the participants were given 10-15 minutes to present their papers one by one.We are very pleased to invite two senior experts here to give us keynote speeches. The first expert is Prof. Mohd. Hudzari Bin Haji Razali from University Technology MARA (UiTM), Malaysia, shared his speech on Sustainable irrigation through dynamically and mechanically of smart ramp pump water system. The second expert is Prof. Kalyana C. Veluvolu from Kyungpook National University, South Korea. His speech title is the Intelligent Hand-held Robotics for Microsurgery. In the oral sessions, all the attendees have shared their academic researches in the areas of Electrical Science and Engineering, Automation and Control Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and so on. During the discussion, a part of participants have put forward some interesting questions after the presentation. And the speaker have clearly explained it. Hence, there is a favorable academic atmosphere under the hot and effective discussion. The result of EAME2020 online conference is out of our expectation.The authors of EAME2020 came from all over the world, such as, China, Colombia, Honduras, South Korea, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Russia, North Korea, Australia, UK and so on. On behalf of the organizing committee, we are very grateful to the authors for their participation and support in this conference. All the submissions of EAME2020 have gone through a double-blind peer reviewing, the editors and reviewers were responsible to make sure the scientific equality, verification and high standard. There are 125 relevant professors and experts join in the Technical Program Committee for paper reviewing and checking. According to the main theme and topics, each submission was delivered to be reviewed by at least two or three reviewers under a critical reviewing process for scientific paper publication based on the paper contents, topic relevance, structure, language standardization, originality and more aspects. Besides, EAME2020 uses the iThenticate software to detect instances of overlapping and similar text in all submitted papers. Finally, after the detailed reviewing, 199 submissions were accepted for publication. Here are 4 parts in EAME2020 proceedings below:1. Electronic Engineering and Communication Technology2.
