Pengadaan Tanah Untuk Kepentingan Umum Diatas Tanah Wakaf (Studi Kasus Proyek Jalan Tol Di Musholla Qubatul Jannah Desa Adiwerna Kecamatan Adiwerna Kabupaten Tegal)

The provision of land in the development process is referred to in law as land acquisition. This land acquisition process generally involves property owned by various parties, including waqf land. In the construction of the Trans Java Toll Road in Central Java Province, there are 85 waqf lands, including 9 waqf lands in Tegal Regency, one of which is the Qubatul Jannah mosque in Adiwerna Village, Adiwerna District, Tegal Regency. This study aims to examine the existing legal regulations in Indonesia regarding waqf land affected by land acquisition for toll road construction at Qubatul Jannah musala To examine the procedures for waqf land affected by land acquisition for construction of toll roads for public purposes at Qubatul Jannah musala in Adiwerna Village. The type of research is library research. The approach used is a case approach in normative research. Data collection techniques through literature studies, interviews and qualitative data analysis. The results showed that the regulation of waqf land affected by land acquisition for the construction of the Qubatul Jannah mosque toll road in Adiwerna Village refers to Law Number 41 of 2004 concerning Waqf jo. Government Regulation Number 25 of 2018 concerning Amendments to Government Regulation Number 42 of 2006 concerning the Implementation of Law Number 41 of 2004 concerning Waqf. And for the procedure, the nadzir must submit an application for a permit to change the status of the exchange of waqf land to the Ministry of Religion of Tegal Regency which has been equipped with a waqf land valuation document. Based on the results of this research is expected to be information and input for students, academics, practitioners and all parties in need within the Faculty of Law, Pancasakti University Tegal.

Factors Affecting Customer Loyalty: An Empirical Evidence from the Toll Road Industry in Indonesia

Toll road rest areas are one of the main pillars of the toll road industry, and higher interest in buying at toll road rest areas is one of the keys to their financial success. The research aimed to identify and analyze the relationship between revisit intention and customer loyalty, as well as perceived price fairness, perceived satisfaction, and service quality. These variables were believed to be the main drivers for toll road users to make purchases at toll road rest areas. A statistical analysis approach was used with the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) method for 573 respondents. They were consumers of the Trans Java toll road rest area. The survey was conducted directly on customers of the Trans Java toll road rest area at 15 locations. The results show that perceived price justice and satisfaction positively and significantly impact revisit intention. Then, revisit intention has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty. Service quality has a positive and significant impact on perceived satisfaction and customer loyalty. The findings show that service quality, which is most strongly influenced by assurance, responsiveness, and empathy, is the main factor influencing customer loyalty. Based on the research results, the practical application is how managers can improve service quality, perceived price justice, and perceived satisfaction for price-sensitive consumers, who also tend to be sensitive to the service quality they get.

Analisis Penyelidikan Tanah Box Culvert STA. 4+550 dan STA. 8+575 dengan Sondir Manual Paket I.4 – Pembangunan Jalan Kawasan Industri Terpadu (KIT) Batang

The Government of the Republic of Indonesia is developing the Batang Integrated Industrial Estate (KIT), a national strategic project in the shape of an industrial park. A particularly vital industrial region, the Batang Integrated Industrial Estate (KIT) is situated in the northern economic corridor of Java and has access to the Trans Java Toll Road, the rail network, as well as nearby dry ports and port facilities. In order to connect the roads in the Batang Integrated Industrial Estate (KIT) with district roads and national roads or North Coast roads (Pantura), Package I.4-Road Construction of the Batang Integrated Industrial Estate was constructed. In order to ascertain the pertinent stratigraphic and physical characteristics of the soil on which the construction site was built, a soil investigation was conducted during construction. Location of Sta. 4+550 has a Box Culvert with sufficient embankment height so that it needs to be replaced as deep as -2.00 meters, while the location of the Box Culvert is at Sta. 8+575 embankment height is higher, it requires analysis of soil bearing capacity and settlement so that the replacement depth and use of mini pile foundation can be determined.

Collective Memory of Java's North Coast Road (Pantura) in Central Java in the New Order Period: A Historical Study

Jalan Raya Pantai Utara (commonly referred to as Pantura) has given rise to a multitude of phenomena that have since embedded themselves as shared memories among the communities residing along its route, as well as those who have journeyed along this roadway. These collective recollections encompass a range of elements, including the historical Jalan Raya Pos, notorious for the harsh policies enacted during Daendels' era, instances of criminal activities, traffic accidents, the presence of prostitution, vibrant graffiti art, the distinctive strains of Pantura's Dangdut music, and various others. However, this reservoir of collective memory is gradually dissipating, largely due to the Pantura highway making way for the Trans Java Toll Road. The distinctive phenomena and symbols that once adorned the landscape of Jalan Pantura have the potential to be pieced together into a comprehensive narrative within the annals of collective history. Employing historical methodologies and conducting oral history interviews served as the foundation for sourcing information in this study. Through meticulous exploration of archival records and engaging in dialogues with carefully selected informants, this research underscores that the intricate web of recollections surrounding the complexities of Pantura's history was shaped incrementally, parallel to the evolution of its economic, social, political, and cultural facets. The findings of this research underscore that the collective memory encapsulating the multifaceted essence of Pantura's past has been an evolving creation intertwined with the progression of economic, social, political, and cultural dimensions. Significantly, we continue to encounter traces of this collective memory in a myriad of artistic expressions, melodious songs, and numerous other manifestations that persist even today.

The Impact of the Trans-Java Toll Road Development on Spatial Planning in the Northern Region of Java Island: A Study Utilizing NDBI and Google Earth Images

The primary objective of toll roads is to stimulate economic growth. As the pivotal road network on Java Island, the Trans-Java Toll Road has a significant impact on regional development and spatial planning. However, there has been a lack of research focusing on the specific influence of this toll road on spatial planning. Therefore, this study aims to comprehensively examine the spatial and temporal implications of the Trans-Java Toll Road. To achieve this goal, the Normalized Difference Built-Up Index (NDBI) method is employed using satellite imagery. This method is widely recognized for its effectiveness in detecting changes in built-up areas through remote sensing techniques. The calculated NDBI values reveal substantial expansion of built-up areas in the cities and regencies traversed by the Trans-Java Toll Road. Notably, two specific areas with the highest rates of change are investigated: Gresik Regency and Bekasi Regency, where the built-up areas have experienced remarkable growth of over 186.9% and 61.8% respectively over a five-year period. To validate these findings, Google Earth imagery is utilized for two different years, namely 2016 and 2021. The observed changes in these regions are predominantly attributed to the economic growth facilitated by the establishment of industrial areas. Consequently, the expansion of industrial zones and settlements has resulted in a notable reduction in wetland areas and a simultaneous increase in built-up areas.

Structural Equation Model (SEM) of Social Capital with Landowner Intention

The continuous loss of farmland in Indonesia is a major problem in the food production industry. The Gempol-Pandaan road, which is a section of the Trans Java toll road and connects the major cities of Surabaya and Malang, gives the Pandaan District of Indonesia its strategic location. Sustainable Food Agriculture Land (SFAL) in the Pandaan District is one strategy for expanding wetland farming. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the connection between social capital and landowners’ intention to alter SFAL in Pandaan District, Pasuruan Regency, hoping to resolve existing land-use conflicts. The purpose of this study was to use partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) to the question of how landowners’ social capital is related to their intention to change land use. The PLS-SEM analysis shows that there are less opportunities for SFAL landowners to shift land use when social capital is high. Conversely, greater intentions among SFAL landowners to convert agricultural land to nonagricultural uses are associated with weaker or lower relationships among social capital characteristics.

Impact of Toll Road Development on Modern Retail Growth In Indonesia

This study would like to see the impact of toll road development toward retail industry growth especially modern retail by taking the construction of the Trans Java toll road in Indonesia. Using a difference-in-differences (DID) approach, this study analyzes the effect of Trans Java Toll Road in 7.656 villages crossed by toll road from 2006 to 2018. The result shows that, on average, after Trans Java toll road program, the trend of increasing the number of minimarkets in villages crossed by the Trans Java toll road is 0.53 units larger compared to The villages that doesn't crossed by Trans Java toll road. But the results show that there is no significant effect of the Trans Java toll road on the number of traditional stores, namely the grocery store as traditional retail. It can be seen that toll road development programs tend to open up access to the growth of the modern retail industry in Indonesia.

Set Cover Model with Path-Segment Concept to Determine the Optimum Rest Areas on Toll Road as the Location of Electric Vehicle Battery Charging Stations

The rapid adoption of electric vehicles (EVs), especially battery-based electric vehicles (BEVs), requires battery recharging facilities. Battery charging station (BCS) is an important component in EVs ecosystem. EVs requires BCS infrastructure for battery recharging. Limited battery range in one full charge is a concern for EVs users which is often called range anxiety so the number and placement of BCS must be adequate to prevent EVs from running out of battery in the middle of the trip. This study uses the real data of Trans Java toll road network, specifically the Semarang-Ngawi section for running numerical experiment to test the performance of the proposed model. Rest areas on toll roads are considered as candidate points for BCS locations. The proposed model is a set cover model formulated into binary integer programming. The Simplex algorithm in Microsoft Excel Solver is used to find the optimum solution on numerical experiment. Four locations are found as the optimum locations of BCS, i.e rest area r3, r6, r9, and rest area r12. The novelty of this study is combining the path-based approach with node-based approach to get a more compact set cover model.

The effect of toll road operation on national road performance in Central Java province

One of the major infrastructure development programs of the Indonesian government is the construction of toll roads, such as the Trans-Central Java toll road. The construction of these toll roads subsequently affects various aspects of the country, including the capacity and performance of the national road network. However, the government needs to analyze the effect of the toll road network on the performance of the national road network both in the existing and the coming years. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of the Trans Java toll road network on the performance of national roads. The study area used was the Central Java Province with a specific focus on toll roads and national roads. The analysis was processed on the EMME/3 software to form a road network with Gravity Model. The findings showed that the largest movement between 2022 and 2048 is in internal zones. It was also discovered that the Volume-Capacity Ratio value of the road network in 2022 was stable while 512 roads were projected to be unstable in 2048. Moreover, the average travel speed on national road sections in 2022 with toll roads was found to be stable up to 2030 but the speeds started reducing from 2035 to 2048 where the value was recorded to be less than 40 km/hour.

The efficiency of semarang – pekalongan toll road in goods transportation

Trans Java toll road belongs to a strategic development program of the Indonesian Government. Towards toll roads, the time of travel can be shorted, hence the transportation cost becomes lower. Semarang – Pekalongan Toll road is part of the trans java program. It connects Semarang City and Pekalongan City. Semarang is identified as the trading city. In this city, many of product be promoted in the national or regional area. In the other side, Pekalongan is known as the centre of Batik. The connectivity between them aims to promote Batik to the large market. However, the travel cost by toll road is higher than by Pantura Road. By that fact, the toll road could be less efficient compare to Pantura road. Thus, this research wants to ensure the efficiency of Semarang – Pekalongan toll road. The research is conducted by deductive – rationalistic approach. The analytical method is statistic descriptives. Based on the analysis, the toll road is inefficient on goods movement in mid-distance (up to 100 km). The average cost of goods movement in the mid-distance in Pantura Road is 70 % lower compared to the toll road. Refer to that fact, the toll road pricing should be evaluated to improve efficiency.

The tourism sector can be one of the mainstay sectors in the economic growth of the Dieng Plateau. Administratively, the Dieng Plateau is located in the Batur District and part of the Pejawaran District, Banjarnegara Regency, Kejajar District, Wonosobo Regency, and the southern part of Pranten Village, Bawang, Batang Regency, with the core tourist area located in the Dieng Kulon Village area (in Banjarnegara). ) and Dieng Village ("Dieng Wetan" in Wonosobo). To visit this destination, tourists need about 9 - 10 hours from Jakarta / Bogor. Access from the Jati Asih Toll Road, Bekasi to the Weleri Toll Exit Gate can be reached using the Trans Java Toll Road. To go through the Trans Java Toll, drivers have to pay toll fees which are quite expensive. And road users are also required to always prepare enough fuel because the distance between the Rest Areas is quite far. It should also be remembered that motorists who pass this route must remain vigilant and careful and pay attention to the condition of their vehicles because the bumpy road and the many potholes on the Trans Java Toll Road are very prone to traffic accidents. Optimalisasi Biaya dan Waktu Proyek Kontruksi Pelebaran Jalan Menggunakan Earned Value

In a construction project, there are several aspects that cause the project not to go according to plan. Cost and time are aspects that need to be considered to avoid losses incurred in a project. Jombang-ploso-legundi-gresik road project is one of the road widening projects carried out by PT. Mix Pro Indonesia. The project was carried out with the aim that access to (Surabaya-Mojokerto) or further trans Java toll road is quicker safe and smoother. This research aims to optimize the cost and time on the project using the Earned Value method. Calculations include the calculation of ACWP (Actual Cost of Work Performance), BCWS (Budgeted Cost Work Schedule), and BCWP (Budgeted Cost for Work Performed) using the Earned Value method. From these parameters, estimate aspects of cost and time. As well as project analysis of acceleration on a critical trajectory of work. The results of calculations in the 12th week obtained a BCWS value of Rp 1,216,677,846,400 BCWP = Rp 3,040,372,140,080, ACWP = Rp 3,678,560,000. Pengaruh Employee Engagement terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dengan Work Life Balance sebagai Variabel Intervening

Land public transportation modes are experiencing a significant increase after constructing the Trans Java toll road. Many bus companies maximize the use of the Trans Java toll road to serve the community, one of these companies is PT. Haryanto Motor Indonesia. This company is engaged in Autobus Transportation. This study aims to determine the effect of employee engagement on job satisfaction with work-life balance as an intervening variable. This type of research is quantitative with 66 employees using purposive sampling technique with criteria is all of the respondents have worked in east java. The statistical analysis technique used is Partial Least Square with the help of SmartPLS 3 software. The results obtained from the study explain that employee engagement has a positive but not significant effect on job satisfaction, employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on work-life balance, work-life balance has a significant positive effect. On job satisfaction and work-life balance can mediate with full mediation category. The implication of this research is in terms of job satisfaction; the company may be able to add labour guarantees to its employees to increase the sense of security and satisfaction of the employees.

Risk analysis of toll road KPS project with SSM (Soft System Methodology) at Gempol – Banyuwangi toll road

Indonesia has a big dream of catching up with infrastructure development with other countries such as Malaysia and Thailand. The toll road as a pioneer of economic development in the future was built to connect Merak to Banyuwangi through the infrastructure of the Trans Java Toll Road. Gempol-Pasuruan, Pasuruan-Probolinggo, and Probolinggo Banyuwangi Toll Roads are the last tipping points and one of the concessionaires is PT. Jasa Marga Probolinggo Banyuwangi. Toll road construction is not free from limited infrastructure financing in Indonesia and the risks of this project disrupt project performance and affect the cost of the project, project time, and building quality. Soft System Methodology (SSM) method can help solve the problem of project risks starting from identifying the risks of project implementation and analyzing the risks that might occur. This research was conducted using the purposive sampling technique to collect respondent data from 3 toll roads and then analyze it with a probability risk test, consequence risk test, and soft system methodology (SSM). It can be concluded that the risk of obstacles in the mountainous region, relocation of roads that intersect with community social facilities is the most extreme risk which hinders the implementation of the construction of these 3 toll road projects.

Predicting the impact of Trans Java Toll Roads on demand for intercity air travel in Indonesia

This paper aims to explore the factors influencing a potential air passenger shift to autos due to the completion of the Trans Java Toll Road and an increase in airfares. The study focuses on intercity trips for nonbusiness purposes. A face-to-face interview survey of 751 air passengers was conducted in three main airports on Java Island, Indonesia. Both the theory of planned behavior and the discrete choice model were applied to understand the factors for influencing toll road use among air passengers. The empirical results reveal that psychological factors, consisting of attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived moral obligations significantly influenced intentions to use the toll road. Meanwhile, perceived control of external resources was essential for airline passengers in their intention to use toll roads. Sociodemographic factors such as age, gender, income, frequency of airplane use, travel time, and cost also significantly influenced the decision to drive. Female, older passengers, high-income passengers, and frequent flyers were more likely to continue flying. The finding confirms that the Trans Java Toll Road affected a decline in air demand on Java Island. However, traveling with family members, rather than airfare hikes, became a more substantial reason for air passengers to switch to driving the toll roads. This research found that air passengers were inelastic related to changes in travel time, while 6% were willing to switch due to airfare increases of 10%.

DAMPAK PEMBANGUNAN JALAN TOL TERHADAP FAKTOR SOSIAL, EKONOMI DAN LINGKUNGAN PADA USAHA BATIK DAN PERHOTELAN DI KOTA PEKALONGAN

The construction of the Trans Java toll road is a national program which is expected to have a 
 positive impact on economic development for the Java region. Toll roads are built with the hope of 
 reducing congestion as well as income of the state treasury. But on the other hand, the construction of 
 this toll road raises new problems, namely reduced income, changes in the environment for batik 
 traders, hotels, restaurants and other problems, because in the pantura area there are many small to 
 medium-sized businesses that rely on business from visitors who pass through the northern coa st road.
 For this reason, with the construction of the Trans Java Toll Road, it is necessary to examine whether 
 the construction of the Trans Java Toll Road has had an impact on economic, social and 
 environmental changes. By using purposive sampling a samp le of 140 respondents was obtained. 
 Respondents were drawn from batik businesses, batik consumers, hotels, hotel guests and the public. 
 By using descriptive analysis the results of the study found that the greatest impact of toll road 
 development is the economic impact. From questionnaire, 54.5% of batik businesses stated that their 
 businesses had decreased and 72.7% of respondents from hotels stated that their room rent had 
 decreased. Whereas from the elements of batik buyers, hotel guests and the public, the construction of 
 this toll road has had a positive impact. Recommendations from the results of this study can be given 
 that the Pekalongan City Government needs to hold national level events, need to hold religious 
 tourism periodically, need improvemen t and promotion of Pekalongan tourism, it needs to be assessed 
 if it is proposed to build a batik shop in a rest area, canting pillars or landmarks in the road to the 
 Pekalongan toll exit as well as the batik businesses asking for real and immediate action from the 
 government with this economic impact.

PERUBAHAN PERKEMBANGAN WILAYAH SEBELUM DAN SESUDAH PEMBANGUNAN JALAN TOL

Dampak ekonomi dari infrastruktur transportasi secara umum diterima dalam teori di mana dijelaskan bahwa investasi transportasi mempunyai pengaruh yang kuat dan positif pada output ekonomi di tingkat nasional atau negara bagian. Pemerintah Indonesia pada periode 2015-2019 gencar untuk melaksanakan pembangunan infrastruktur jalan tol di berbagai wilayah salah satunya adalah jalan tol Trans Jawa. Setelah beroperasinya jalan tol Trans Jawa wilayah yang berada di jalur pantura Jawa mengalami perubahan aktivitas ekonomi yang berbeda-beda. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan perkembangan wilayah pada aspek ekonomi dibandingkan antara kondisi sebelum dan kondisi setelah beroperasinya jalan tol dan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perkembangan wilayah setelah beroperasinya jalan tol. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembangungan jalan tol lebih banyak dinikmati oleh wilayah yang merupakan tujuan pergerakan, sedangkan pada wilayah yang bukan merupakan tujuan pergerakan cenderung kurang diuntungkan dengan terjadinya penurunan aktivitas ekonomi setelah beroperasinya jalan tol. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa jalan tol berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan penerimaan pajak daerah dan banyaknya kendaraan truk yang tidak menggunakan jalan tol karena mahalnya tarif tol. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perkembangan wilayah setelah beroperasinya jalan tol diantaranya adalah: (1) kelengkapan fasilitas wilayah; (2) lokasi wisata; (3) lokasi geografis.

Infrastructure Development and Food Security in Indonesia: The Impact of the Trans-Java Toll Road on Rice Paddy Farmers’ Desire to Sell Farmland

This paper addresses the implications of infrastructure development for regional food security. The development of the Trans-Java toll road threatens food security in Indonesia, especially in the northern part of Java, the largest producer of rice paddy in the country. This development can raise land prices near the toll road, particularly near the toll gates, which tends to encourage farmers to sell their farmland. Thus, farmland will likely be converted to non-agricultural uses. The farmers’ decisions have a major influence on food security, related not only to a decline in productive agricultural land area but also related to the ability of the region to supply rice to other parts of the country. This research analyzed the characteristics of rice paddy farmers who desire to sell their farmland. Using the Mann-Whitney U test statistical technique this research focused on Gantar District, the highest paddy producing district in Indramayu Regency, which is passed by the Trans-Java toll road. The respondents were farmers who were members of farmers’ groups in the area; the sample was selected using random cluster sampling. The results show that farmers who desire to sell their farmland are those who can get a high price for their farmland, have low income, and are less active in farmers’ groups. From these results, we suggest that the government should more actively implement programs to make farmers’ groups more attractive in order to ensure that the members will be more active, thereby facilitating the promotion of the importance of food security in Indonesia. Abstrak. Makalah ini membahas implikasi pembangunan infrastruktur untuk ketahanan pangan regional. Perkembangan jalan tol Trans-Jawa mengancam ketahanan pangan di Indonesia, terutama lahan sawah di Jawa utara yang merupakan penghasil padi terbesar di Indonesia. Ini dapat menaikkan harga tanah di dekat jalan, terutama di dekat gerbang tol dan cenderung mendorong petani untuk menjual tanah pertanian mereka, sehingga kemungkinan akan mengubah lahan pertanian menjadi kegiatan non-pertanian. Keputusan petani ini memiliki pengaruh besar pada ketahanan pangan, terkait tidak hanya dengan penurunan lahan pertanian produktif, tetapi juga pada kemampuan daerah untuk memasok beras ke daerah lain. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menganalisis karakteristik petani padi yang ingin menjual tanah pertanian mereka. Dengan menggunakan teknik statistik uji Mann-Whitney U, penelitian ini berfokus pada Kabupaten Gantar, kabupaten penghasil padi tertinggi di Kabupaten Indramayu yang dilewati oleh jalan tol Trans-Jawa. Responden adalah petani yang merupakan anggota kelompok petani di daerah tersebut, dan sampel dipilih menggunakan cluster random sampling. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa petani yang ingin menjual tanah pertanian mereka adalah mereka yang dapat mendapatkan harga tinggi untuk tanah pertanian mereka, berpenghasilan rendah, dan kurang aktif dalam kelompok tani. Kajian Waktu Penyelesaian Metode Crane Dan Metode Launcher Dalam Pelaksanaan Erection Girder Jembatan (Studi Kasus : Pembangunan Jalan Tol Semarang – Solo Ruas Salatiga – Boyolali Sta 40+409 – Sta 71+785)

<em><span>The Semarang-Solo Toll Road Project for the Salatiga-Kartasura Section is one part of the Trans Java toll road development project, one of the jobs in the form of an erection girder with the method used, namely the Crane and Launcher methods. The purpose of this study is to compare the completion time between Crane and Launcher Methods with field studies and analysis. Stages of research include literature studies, primary data collection in the form of variable time of completion and secondary data then analyzed by comparing the completion time of the second method of erection girder on girder with a span of 20.8 meters and 40.8 meters. The results of the comparison of completion time were obtained on a 20.8 meter span erection girder seen from the shortest time Crane Method was more efficient 61.44% than the Launcher Method, the longest time Crane Method was more efficient 32.13% of the Launcher Method, and Method average time Crane is more efficient 52.15% than the Launcher Method. Then on the span erection girder 40.8 m seen from the shortest time Crane Method is more efficient 61.48% than the Launcher Method, the longest time Crane Method is more efficient 29.82% than the Launcher Method, and the average time of the Crane Method is more efficient 41, 81% of the Launcher Method.</span></em>

Logit and probit model in toll sensitivity analysis of Solo-Ngawi, Kartasura-Palang Joglo segment based on Willingness to Pay (WTP)

Solo-Ngawi toll road project is part of the mega project of the Trans Java toll road development initiated by the government and is still under construction until now. PT Solo Ngawi Jaya (SNJ) as the Solo-Ngawi toll management company needs to determine the toll fare that is in accordance with the business plan. The determination of appropriate toll rates will affect progress in regional economic sustainability and decrease the traffic congestion. These policy instruments is crucial for achieving environmentally sustainable transport. Therefore, the objective of this research is to find out how the toll fare sensitivity of Solo-Ngawi toll road based on Willingness To Pay (WTP). Primary data was obtained by distributing stated preference questionnaires to four wheeled vehicle users in Kartasura-Palang Joglo artery road segment. Further data obtained will be analysed with logit and probit model. Based on the analysis, it is found that the effect of fare change on the amount of WTP on the binomial logit model is more sensitive than the probit model on the same travel conditions. The range of tariff change against values of WTP on the binomial logit model is 20% greater than the range of values in the probit model . On the other hand, the probability results of the binomial logit model and the binary probit have no significant difference (less than 1%).
