The Meaning of The Shen Nong Da Di's (神农大帝Shen Nong Da Di) Birthday Ceremony at Ngo Kok Ong Temple Cibarusah, West Java

<p>This article discusses the meaning of the tradition Shen Nong Da di’s birthday ceremony (sejit) at Ngo Kok Ong Temple, Cibarusah, West Java. Ngo Kok Ong temple put Shennong Dadi in Hokkien dialect is called Sin Long Tay Te which means Agricultural Emperor as the main deity. The research methodology and data collection techniques used are qualitative methods. Data collection by indepth interviews and participant observations. Observations and participant observation carried out during the ceremony of Shen Nong's birthday from 26 June 2019 to 29 June 2019 with a descriptive analysis design. The purpose of this research is to describe the meaning of traditions at the Shen Nong’s birthday ceremony. The results of the research show that there are various traditions during this ceremony, prayer together, mediumship such as making amulet, slashing the tongue, stamping on coals lion dance and liong performances, and the tradition of electing locu. These various traditions have religious functions, social functions and psychological functions. Apart from that, the contained meaning in this tradition is the symbolic meaning and philosophical meaning for every Chinese community.</p>

The Phenomenon of Sleeping in Sand Based On Culture In Elderly With Osteoarthritis

Background: Pain in the elderly with osteoarthritis requires alternative therapy to fulfill their comfort. The purpose of this study was to explore the culture of sleeping on the sand among the coastal elderly with osteoarthritis pain. Methods: This research method used a qualitative research approach with phenomenological research design and data collection techniques using in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. The time of the research is from April to May 2023, located in Legung Village, Batang-Batang District, Sumenep Regency. The technique was judgment sampling, with nurses as key informants, the elderly as main informants, and traditional and community leaders as supporting informants, so the informants in this study were 18 participants. Data analysis uses athematic analysis based on values, activities, and artifacts. Results: 1. Cultural elements in the form of values and ideas in the culture of sleeping on the sand include sleep history, belief in sleeping on the sand, and concepts or values in society. 2. The form of activity can be seen in several sand extraction activities or the implementation procedure of preparing sand to be used as the basic material for bedding. 3. The form of the artifacts is related to the tools and materials used in this case, which are related to sleep culture. Conclusion: The culture of sleeping on the sand has a comforting effect on older people based on three forms of culture, including ideas and values, activities, and artifacts. The culture of sleeping on the sand can be used as a daily activity to overcome the problem of osteoarthritis in older people. This research can be developed regarding the implementation of culture-based transcultural nursing care.

Determinasi Keputusan Pembelian Produk Body Lotion Nivea Di Kota Semarang

This study aims to determine the effect of price, brand image and promotion on purchasing decisions for Nivea body lotion products in Semarang City, The population in this study were people in Semarang City who decided to buy Nivea body lotion products. Determination of the number of samples was carried out by purposive sampling method as many as 105 respondents. The research data collection technique was carried out through a questionnaire as well as processed using the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS). The results showed that: (1) price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, (2) brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, (3) promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Penerapan Elektronik Pendapatan Asli Daerah (E-PAD) dalam Meninjau Penerimaan Pajak Daerah pada UPT BPKD Wilayah Cihaurbeuti

The research aims to determine the application of the government accounting information system (electronic local revenue application/e-Pad) to the review of regional tax revenue at the UPT BPKD Ciheurbeuti Region. The research method use in this research is the qualitative method. The data sources used in this research are primary data and secondary data, then using field study and library research data collection techniques. The results of the research show that the UPT BPKD Office has imolemented an electronic application for local original income (E-Pad) with the benefits of a system for knowing the list of taxpayers, registering new taxpayers, determining taxes for raxpayers, registering tax bills for taxpayers, track record of taxpayer deposits, and also provide convenience to taxpayers in Ciamis Cihaurbeuti Regency. However, in its implementation there are still several concerns that must be addressed.

Implementasi Penggunaan Media Wordwall Pada Mata Pelajaran Pai Untuk Meningkatkan Motivasi Dan Minat Belajar Siswa di SMPN 3 Kecamatan Guguak

Many students have not fully participated in PAI learning optimally, due to the lack of use of learning media that is able to accommodate students' motivation and interest in carrying out learning in class. Therefore, there is a need for interactive learning media that is able to form students' enthusiasm and interest in learning in PAI subjects. One of the interactive learning media that can be used is wordwall media. This article was written based on Field Experience Practice (PPL) activities using qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Qualitative research is research intended to understand certain phenomena. Research data collection techniques can be carried out through several methods, such as observation, interviews and documentation. Observation data shows a higher level of student involvement and active participation during PAI learning. Implementing Wordwall encourages students to complete their assignments immediately. Students show a greater willingness to ask questions and seek clarification during PAI learning. The findings show that the application of Wordwall media at SMPN 3 Guguak District has a positive effect on students' motivation and interest in learning PAI. The interactive and gamified nature of Wordwall engages students, encourages active participation, and fosters a positive learning environment.

Communication Psychology in the Frame of Da'wah: Urgency and Theory

The role of communication psychology is certainly very important in providing advice and input related to the problems of each individual, including a preacher in delivering his da'wah message to mad'u. When preaching a da'i needs to understand the psychological condition of the object of da'wah (mad'u) as well as himself as a communicator so that the messages conveyed take place effectively in achieving the desired goal. This study aims to understand and analyze the psychology of communication in the frame of da'wah by describing urgency. In addition, it analyzes the theories of communication psychology in da'wah. This research uses library research methods and data collection techniques using documentation. The results showed that the psychology of communication in the process of da'wah is very important, because without the psychology of communication a da'i cannot convey the message of da'wah effectively and maximally. Some of the psychological theories of da'wah communication contained in these findings include persuasion theory, planned action theory, elaboration of likelihood model (ELM), systematic heuristic theory, cognitive response theory, cognitive dissonance theory, and learning theory.

Student Caricatures: A Teaching Tool For Character Development

Early childhood education is an important part of the 4.0 industrial era, and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is essential to ensure that knowledge is disseminated rapidly. To keep up with scientific advances and integrate local wisdom and Islamic values into teaching materials, developing visual communication skills through the use of design software is an effective solution. This study has employed the development research method and data collection techniques such as observation, questionnaires, and focus group discussions, as well as training, to develop a visual communication model for early childhood character development. The results of the study suggest that using Inkscape software can help early childhood teachers to create independent teaching materials effectively. The tracing image method used in the visual communication model for teachers to create illustrated stories is simple to understand and uses the Inkscape application for drawing. This model can enable early childhood teachers to gain the skills required to better integrate Islamic values and local wisdom into their teaching materials and to create visual materials suited to the 4.0 industrial era

Patterns of Inheritance Distribution in Tlogoharjo Village, Giritontro Subdistrict in the Review of Islamic Law

The pattern of inheritance distribution in rural communities is a complex phenomenon, especially when viewed from the perspective of Islamic law. With the diversity of ethnicities, races, languages, religions, and traditions in Indonesia, differences arise regarding the pattern of inheritance distribution in the community. The fundamental thing about the inheritance system is the distribution of inheritance that is in line with the current legal regulations. This research aims to analyze the pattern of inheritance distribution in the community of Tlogoharjo Village, Giritontro Subdistrict, with a focus on related aspects of Islamic law. This research was conducted using field research with a qualitative method with a descriptive approach which is one of the qualitative research methodologies and data collection techniques by means of observation and interviews. The results of this study are that the pattern of distribution of inheritance property both before and after the heir dies is allowed in Islamic Law as long as there is no element of harm, this is because Islamic Law accepts culture and custom as legal norms that must be obeyed if there is no deviation in it and Islamic law is flexible which can be developed according to the needs of people living in the modern era today. Furthermore, the pattern of inheritance distribution in Tlogoharjo Village is still strongly influenced by customary values and local traditions, although Islam is formally the legal basis. However, there is a tendency for adjustments to the principles of Islamic law in the practice of inheritance distribution. For example, the inheritance rights stipulated in the Qur'an and Sunnah tend to be respected, although sometimes with interpretations adapted to the social and cultural context of the village community. This research also highlights some differences between the practice of inheritance distribution in village communities and the ideal principles of Islamic law. Factors such as lack of understanding of religious teachings, hereditary traditions and economic factors play an important role in shaping inheritance distribution patterns.

Penerapan Strategi Card Sort Terhadap Hasil Belajar IPA

This study aims to determine whether the application of the card sort strategy can complete the science learning outcomes of grade V students of SD Negeri 22 Lubuklinggau. The research method used is quasi-experimental. Data collection techniques in research using essay tests. Data analysis techniques with steps: determining the mean and standard deviation, normality test and one-sample test type t test calculated using SPSS 24 calculation. The results of the analysis using the one-sample test t test at a significant level ∝ = 0.05 and dk = 24 showed a p-value value of < 0.05 (0.003 < 0.05) so that it can be concluded that Hₒ was rejected and Hₐ was accepted, meaning that the average science learning outcomes of grade V students of SD Negeri 22 Lubuklinggau after the application of the significant card sort strategy were completed with categories more or equal to 75 (μₒ≥ 75). So it can be concluded that the results of science learning for grade V students of SD Negeri 22 Lubuklinggau after the implementation of the card sort strategy are significantly complete.

Implementasi Sistem Kenaikan Pangkat Otomatis Berbasis Online pada Kantor Regional VI Badan Kepegawaian Negara di Kota Medan

The implementation of a system of automatic promotion based online is one of the policies formulated by the state human resources agency in the letter to be no d-26 / 30 / v-99, explained one about the automatic promotion. This policy was made with the aim of accelerating, promotion because previously promotion often. The purpose of this study to described the made in automatic promotion system based on online and implemented in regional offices VI employment agency state in the city of Medan. This study using theory Van Meter van Horn. Descriptive methodes used is the method with a qualitative approach using theory Van Meter van Horn policy covering standards and objectives, resources, the in automatic promotion system based on online and implemented in relationship between organization (communication), characteristic of implementing agent, the social conditions, economic and political implementor and disposition. In this research data collection techniques used technique interview, observation and documentation . The result of the research indicated that the implementation of a system of automatic promotion based online at regional offices VI national civil service agency in the city of Medan was doing well, conforming to the standards and objectives set policy. Although the performance of the employee has been optimized with computerized there are still some obstacles in implementing this policy, because there are a lot of the implementing agency involved.

Expressive Study on The Novel "Dear Oppa" By Nurima Thama

This study aims to get results to describe the expressive approach to the novel entitled Dear Oppa by Nurima Thama. The purpose of this study is to describe the expression of the author who expresses his ideas in the work he has created. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive. Data analysis techniques used in this study are data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. This research data collection technique is by reading carefully, marking data findings in dialogue or narrative, reading other references that have a relationship with the topic of research discussion and presenting research findings. The results of this study are in the form of an analysis of expression studies which are divided into two parts, namely the personality of the main character and the description of the author's expression in the novel.

Improving Understanding of Rectangle Perimeter Concepts Using Teaching Aids Through a Realistic Mathematical Approach Grade III students at SD Negeri 4 Napabalano, Muna Regency

This study aims to improve students' understanding of the concept of the perimeter of a rectangle using visual aids through a Realistic Mathematical Approach in class III SD Negeri 11 Napabalano, Muna Regency. This research is qualitative in nature. The research data collection technique was carried out by tests, interviews, observations and field notes. The type of data collection used was a class action research type. The results of the study show that learning the concept material and the circumference of a rectangle using visual aids through a Realistic Mathematical Approach can make students relaxed, happy, and not tense in learning. The learning is carried out by: (1) showing objects around which are rectangular and which are not rectangular; (2) students complete the LKS by using the visual aids that have been given; (3) Each group presented the results of their discussion while the other students gave their responses; (4) students construct the perimeter of a rectangle through the teacher's guidance; (5) students solve questions and other realistic problems. So that the provision of learning actions can be concluded that learning using visual aids by applying a realistic mathematical approach can increase students' understanding of the material around rectangles

Pengaruh Latihan Resistance Band Terhadap Kemampuan Menembak Pemain Bola Basket Klub Rongqing Yayasan Fuqing Banjarmasin

This study aims to examine the effect of resistance band training on the shooting ability of basketball players at the Rongqing Banjarmasin club. The research method used was pre-experimental with the form of a one group pretest-posttest design. The population of this study was 20 people, sampling was carried out using a total sampling technique. The instrument used for the test is to put as many balls into the ring as possible within 30 seconds. This research data collection technique uses SPSS. Treatment was measured from the pretest-posttest difference using the paired samples t-test. The results of the paired samples t-test showed a significance value of 0.000, smaller than 0.05 and the average result data was 3.35, the standard deviation was 1.899, the test results obtained the highest score of 7 and the lowest score of 1. After being treated with muscle strength training arms through resistance band training there is a significant increase in basketball shooting results. This is proven by the results of their final three point shooting test with an average of 6.50, the highest score was 13, and the lowest score was 3. It was concluded that there was an influence of resistance band training on the shooting ability of basketball athletes.

STRATEGI PEMBELAJARAN BERDIFERENSIASI DAN IMPLIKASINYA UNTUK MENCIPTAKAN PEMBELAJARAN YANG INKLUSI DI SETIAP JENJANG PENDIDIKAN

Differentiated learning strategy is one of the strategies in creating inclusive learning. Differentiated learning is an approach that aims to meet the individual learning needs of each student, so that all learners have equal opportunities to reach their potential in the learning process. The purpose of this research is to identify appropriate methods in recognizing students' individual needs, evaluate the impact of educational technology in supporting differentiation. The research method used is Systematic Literature Review, with a focus on collecting, assessing, and analyzing a large number of scientific articles relevant to the research topic. This research data collection technique uses search engines on Google Scooler, Garuda, Sinta, and obtains around 2,410 articles using the keywords "differentiated learning strategies" then this research validates and reviews the articles so as to get 11 articles in the period 2020-2023 that are in accordance with the discussion. The result of this research is that by utilizing differentiated strategies, schools have been able to create an inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and supported in their learning process. The implication is the utilization of technology, one of which is the use of genially to support inclusive learning. As a result, there was a marked improvement in students' understanding and participation in class, creating a solid foundation for their future academic and personal growth.

The Role of Fulfilling Affiliation Needs as a Mediator of the Effect of E-Learning Learning Model Experience on Student Motivation in Makassar City

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of fulfilling affiliation needs as a mediator of the effect of E-Learning learning model experience on learning motivation in public high school students in Makassar City. The research sample collection technique used Multistage Cluster Random Sampling. The research data collection technique used (1) User experience questionnaire (UEQ) to measure the experience of E-Learning learning model. (2) Interpersonal orientation scale (IOS) to measure the fulfilment of students' affiliation needs. And (3) Learning Motivation Scale to measure students' learning motivation. The research data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the research data analysis showed (1) There is a very significant effect of e-learning experience on affiliation needs (β = 0.476; p < 0.001), (2) There is a very significant effect of affiliation needs on learning motivation (β = 0.336; p < 0.001), (3) There is a very significant effect of e-learning experience on learning motivation (β = 0.378; p < 0.001). (4) There is a highly significant role of affiliation needs as a mediating influence of e-learning experience on learning motivation (β = 0.160; p < 0.001).

PENGARUH GREEN MARKETING MIX TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN PRODUK BEACH VOLUNTRIP DI PT. GEMILANG MEDIA WISATAMA DI YOGYAKARTA


 
 
 Green marketing mix is an important field of study for companies because it provides opportunities for competitive advantage that can influence consumer purchasing decisions. This research aims to determine the effect of green marketing mix on purchasing decisions for Beach Voluntrip product at PT. Gemilang Media Wisatama (Travelxism) partially and simultaneously. This research uses quantitative research methods and data collection techniques including observation, documentation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature study. Data analysis techniques in this research include research instrument tests, classical assumption tests, descriptive statistical analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The sampling technique in this research uses probability sampling technique and saturation sampling by distributing questionnaires to domestic tourists aged ? 17 years who had purchased Beach Voluntrip product at Travelxism. The results state that green marketing mix variable has a significant and positive effect on the purchasing decision variable partially and simultaneously. Based on the research results, Travelxism is advised to intensify promotions targeting tourists with an age range of 17-25 years on social media, diversify eco-friendly tourism products and provide competitive prices so they can compete with alternative tourism products and other conventional tourism products.
 
 

Pengaruh Kualitas Layanan E-Form terhadap Tingkat Kepuasan Nasabah pada PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Kantor Cabang Mataram Pejanggik 1: Studi pada Mahasiswa Perbankan Syariah 2020/2021 UIN Mataram

This research is a descriptive quantitative study which aims to examine the effect of e-form service quality on the level of customer satisfaction. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The research population used 106 Islamic Banking students from the 2020/2021 Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, UIN Mataram and the sample used was 85 people. Data collection techniques in research are observation, documentation and questionnaires. The data in this research was obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to a sample of 85 people, all of whom were 2020/2021 Islamic Banking students at the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, UIN Mataram. Based on the results of the hypothesis test that has been carried out, the research results show that the electronic service quality variable has a significant effect as proven by the results of data analysis, namely, tcount 9.462 > ttable 1.992, which means that there is an influence of electronic service quality on customer satisfaction. And, based on the results of partial analysis in simple linear regression, it can be seen that the significance value (Sig.) of 0.000 is smaller than <0.05 and it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means that there is an influence of electronic services on the level of customer satisfaction. And the results of the path analysis showed that the influence of electronic service quality had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with a coefficient of 0.519. And it can be concluded from the data obtained that the quality of electronic services has a significant and positive influence on the level of customer satisfaction.

Model Pembelajaran Inquiry Learning dengan Media Quizizz untuk Meningkatkan Berfikir Kritis Siswa

This study aims to increase IPAS learning interest in students who are still low, because IPAS learning is a subject that is considered quite difficult for students. This is what encourages researchers to develop creativity in learning. Learning media can be used to make students interested in learning. the media used by researchers is the quizizz application. This study aims to see the effect of the quizizz application on the interest in learning IPAS of class X students of SMKN 2 Bagor. This research is quantitative research using Inquiry Learning learning media to improve students' critical thinking skills. Data collection techniques in research by conducting observations and tests. This test technique is done using a test test using the Quizizz application in the form of multiple choice. The research was conducted with 31 students in class X Culinary 2 SMKN 2 Bagor. The results obtained in this study were an increase in students' critical thinking skills from the pre-cycle stage, 35.29% of 11 students for the first cycle stage obtained 51.6% of 16 students, and at the second cycle stage amounted to 80.6%. This study proves that the application of the Inquiry Learning model using the Quizizz Application can improve students' critical thinking skills.

Permasalahan Matematis Siswa Kelas VIII MTsN 3 Kuningan Ditinjau dari Motivasi Belajar Siswa

The purpose of this writing is to analyze the mathematics problems of class VIII students based on student learning motivation. This research is qualitative research, namely research that presents data as a collection of words, images and not numbers. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The subjects of this research were MTsN 3 Kuningan students in class VIII VIII 8. Interviews and questionnaires were used as tools in this research. This research data collection technique was carried out by researchers who went directly to the field. The results of the analysis of 27 students showed that students whose average score was less than 3, their answers were included in the negative answer category, namely. 6 people, while students whose average score is more than 3, the answer is. Included in the positive response category, namely 20 people and students with an average of 3 people, namely. 1 person. The conclusion of this research is that students' disinterest in learning mathematics is caused by several factors, namely students' learning difficulties which cause students to not want to answer questions asked by the teacher

The Role of the Reading Terrace in Increasing Village Children's Reading Interest

Books and libraries play an essential role in the democratization of information, even in the dissemination of knowledge, especially for today's children and youth who are more familiar with mobile phones than reading books. This paper aimed to investigate the role of the reading terrace in increasing village children’s reading interest. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach using the participatory action research method to determine the role of reading terraces in increasing children's interest in Balingka Village. This research data collection technique used observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used the Miles and Huberman models in this study. The results of this study show that the availability of terrace facilities can influence the reading interest of Balingka children to be more effective and optimal for carrying out activities related to sustainable reading.
