Abstract

Differentiated learning strategy is one of the strategies in creating inclusive learning. Differentiated learning is an approach that aims to meet the individual learning needs of each student, so that all learners have equal opportunities to reach their potential in the learning process. The purpose of this research is to identify appropriate methods in recognizing students' individual needs, evaluate the impact of educational technology in supporting differentiation. The research method used is Systematic Literature Review, with a focus on collecting, assessing, and analyzing a large number of scientific articles relevant to the research topic. This research data collection technique uses search engines on Google Scooler, Garuda, Sinta, and obtains around 2,410 articles using the keywords "differentiated learning strategies" then this research validates and reviews the articles so as to get 11 articles in the period 2020-2023 that are in accordance with the discussion. The result of this research is that by utilizing differentiated strategies, schools have been able to create an inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and supported in their learning process. The implication is the utilization of technology, one of which is the use of genially to support inclusive learning. As a result, there was a marked improvement in students' understanding and participation in class, creating a solid foundation for their future academic and personal growth.
