Investigation and Research on Pre-Examination Training of Preschool Education Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of National Examination of Teacher Qualification Certificate

Under the background of the implementation of the national teacher qualification examination system, preschool education major in higher vocational colleges, as the main force of training kindergarten teachers, is facing great challenges in talent training. In this paper, the students of preschool education major in Maoming Preschool Teachers College of Guangdong Province were investigated, and the current situation of pre-exam training (including the understanding of the exam, course certificate integration, training satisfaction, students' preparation before the exam) and pre-exam training suggestions were investigated, and it was proposed to master the exam content based on the real questions over the years. According to the characteristics of the school system, individualized teaching; Adjust the course plan and optimize the course content according to the module difficulty; To improve the quality of talents training in preschool education, the three forces of "integration of certificate and course + sprint before examination + independent preparation" are developed together.

적격심사제도에서 예정가격 공개 여부에 따른 입찰가격 균형에 대한 이론적 고찰

본 연구는 우리나라 공공조달시장의 낙찰자 선정 기준으로 활용되는 적격심사제도에서 예정가격을 공개할 때와 복수의 예정가격 중 임의로 예정가격을 선정할 때의 입찰균형을 이론적으로 살펴보고 구매자와 입찰자 측면에서의 성과를 비교한다. 분석 결과, 복수의 예정가격이 활용되는 경우 발생하는 예정가격과 낙찰하한율의 불확실성은 모두 발주자의 기대비용이 낮아지는 방향으로 작용하게 되며, 이에 따라 발주자의 기대비용 관점에서 복수의 예정가격 중 임의로 예정가격을 선정하는 것이 예정가격을 공개하는 경우에 비하여 우월한 성과를 갖는 것으로 분석되었다. 한편, 낙찰자가 받는 최저비용의 관점에서는 입찰자들이 높은 낙찰하한율 이상으로 입찰하므로 이때 받게 되는 비용의 최저가는 공개된 예정가격에서의 균형과 같게 된다. 따라서 발주자의 기대비용과 낙찰자가 받는 최저비용의 관점을 모두 고려할 때 적격심사제의 성과는 복수의 예정가격 중 임의로 선정되는 것이 예정가격이 공개되는 경우에서 보다 우월하게 된다. 본 연구의 이론적 분석 결과는 현행의 적격심사제도에서 예정가격을 선정하는 방식이 타당함을 이론적으로 뒷받침한다.

China's K-12 teacher qualification system

A strict teacher qualification system is vital to ensure a steady stream flow of high-quality human resources. In 1993, the People's Republic of China established the Teacher Law demanding that teachers must have legal status and qualifications. It has put into effect a system of qualification that could determine the readiness of K-12 teacher candidates to be practitioners of education. This country's teacher qualification system has experienced changes and adaptations until it has reached the current form in 2016's Teacher Qualification Examination, as more than a tool merely for formality or evaluation of rote learning, but an actual assessment of pre-service teachers' knowledge and abilities to conduct classroom teaching in authentic settings. This paper introduces this qualification examination system, while also mentioning some important and distinguishable aspects of teachers' situations in China, in the hope that it will shed some light on how this Asian giant is currently conducting its education.

It has brought both opportunities and challenges for China’s legal education. The Legal Professional Qualification Examination System has also caused the formation of “double school “ phenomenon in China’s legal education. Some training school, specialised in researching the LPQE and helping student pass the LPQE, may form the so called “double school” phenomenon. Exploration of the Non-normal Students’ Attitude to Taking Part in the Teacher Qualification Examination in China

As the teacher qualification examination has been extensively spread in China in recent years, a "national examination fever" is rising among non-normal students. A large number of non-normal college students have obtained the teacher certification by taking the qualification exam. It is found that there are all kinds of attitudes to the students’ participating in this exam. Firstly, they once had to choose a non-normal major on account of different reasons, although they expect to be teachers. Secondly, they hold a blind attitude that all their friends take part in it. Thirdly, it is a practical way to have a job choice after graduation. Therefore, we have a responsibility to remind the students to treat the examination rationally, because it can’t ensure them the capabilities required for a qualified teacher even if they have passed three or four subjects. Meanwhile, those who participate in the exam only plan to increase the possibility of getting employed instead of genuine enthusiasm for education can hardly enjoy satisfaction and happiness. Therefore, the non-normal students should recognize and understand the true purpose of the examination and make a rational career planning. At the same time, the government needs to improve the teacher qualification examination system.

Introduction and reference of pharmaceutical education and pharmaceutical qualification examination system of Korea

Improvement of pharmaceutical qualification system is important for systematic and professional development of pharmaceutical industry. Korea has set up the pharmaceutical qualification system including pharmacy education eligibility and pharmacist state ex-amination. Pharmacy education eligibility test aims to select talents to get 2+4 years' pharmacy higher education and the competitiveness showed a trend of increase implemented since 2010. The candidates always major in engineering/natural/agriculture, chemistry, biology, humanistic society and ect, during preparatory course. While average pass rate of pharmacist state examination was only 73.7%, which act as the passport to becoming a pharmacist of Korea, showed high difficulty compared to physicians and nurses. The pharmaceutical professional talents selection system in Korea was established through the diffi-cult and sustainable pharmacy qualification system, and achieved the systematic, professional development of pharmaceutical industry, which can be used for reference for China. Doctors' Professional Competence and Qualification Examination System

Taking paradigm shift in modern medicine as background, and based on McClelland's occupation competency theory and international standards for medical education, this paper analyses the composition of doctors' professional competence. It also summarizes the standards for doctors' professional competence assessment methods based on Miller's Pyramid model. The paper also makes a comparison between Chinese and American's Medical Licensing Examination System from the perspectives of examination qualification, examination pattern, exam type, exam content, test methods. The paper, from three dimensions, which are validity, reliability, and the guiding role, assesses Chinese medical qualification examination. This paper argues that, from the content of the examination, the current medical qualification exam has the following problems: the content of how to be healthy are not rich; humanities, social and managing knowledge are not abundant; the lack in information access, management and analysis capacities. Regarding test method, the practical skills test reliability in Chinese Medical Licensing Examination is not enough, which requires the establishment of a sound basis for a variety of conditions and the promotion for the standardization of practical skills exam as soon as possible.

Due to the rapid pace of globalization and business relationships management of companies become more and more complex and provoke many changes in the way business is run. It also increases the need for true and fair accounting information as the main source of information about an entity. Therefore the role of reliable and honest accountants in management of companies and worldwide economy is important as never. Therefore, knowledge, skill and qualification of accountants are important topics of discussion among researchers and professionals. According to the national Law of Accounting as of 2016 Lithuania introduces new requirements regarding qualification of chief accountants. According to these requirements all the accountants who sign financial statements of an entity have to pass two compulsory exams and have to comply with the requirements of Code of Professional accountants. However, despite the fact that provisions of the law come in force in less than two years, accountants’ qualification examination system is not yet clear. It raises many questions to the participants of Lithuanian accounting market, such as what will be the content of the exam, should such exams be specialized based on size and sector of entities, etc. Analysis of Lithuanian and foreign scientific literature revealed a lack of up to date scientific research on qualifying examination for accountants. However, as such Lithuanian requirement sets many discussions among practitioners and as it will strongly influence future of accounting profession in Lithuania, a scientific discussion on the problem is required. Research on Identification of Chinese Kindergarten Qualification Examination

The research in the thesis is based on the background of reform of Chinese kindergarten teacher qualification examination system, and is conducted as to the identification of new Chinese kindergarten teacher qualification examination by qualified pre-school teachers unit in Zhejiang Province. The research finds that: 1) The degree of identification of teacher qualification examination reform this time by cultivation organization is high on the whole. 2) The results of identification of kindergarten teacher qualification examination system by pre-education qualified teacher cultivation unit in all dimensions are: the average grades of organization form is the highest, followed by average grades of evaluation mode, and the rest dimensions are: timeliness, examination objects, examination contents, value and recognition of qualification. 3) There is no obvious difference in identification of kindergarten teacher qualification examination system by different types of qualified teacher cultivation units.

In this study, it is to contribute to Korean aviation safe system as well as the improvement of the domestic(Korean) aviation mechanic qualification examination system by comparing and contrasting with the advanced aviation mechanic qualification examination system of ICAO, FAA and EASA. In addition, by reforming and improving Korean aviation mechanic qualification examination system, it can be achieved to keep the international competitiveness and can be authenticated even in international standardized countries in aviation mechanic qualification examination system.
