Abstract
Objective To analyze the status quo of nurse practice permission management, and show clearly some problems about unsound qualification examination system, the lack of unified nurse practice permission standards, unsound continuing education system after the access,put forward to make the nurse practice access standards, reform nursing teaching in order to adapt to the new nurse qualification examination, set up access standards system of specialist nurse training base, from the aspect of the rule of law normalize nurse practice permission management system.
