Peran Green Human Resource Management Terhadap Green Service Behavior Dengan Green Psychological Climate Sebagai Pemediasi

Background- Recently, societies are more concerned about green service behavior and green management for supporting sustainable development. Less research in Indonesia focused on that area even though the government has pushed company to implement eco-management for delivering service. This study aims to examine the effect of Green Human Resource Management on green service and to know farther the role of Green Psychological Climate as the mediator of Green Human Resource Management on Green Service (intra role and extra-role Green Service). Aim- This study aims to examine the effect of Green Human Resource Management on green service behavior (Extra role Green Service Behavior and Intra role Green Service Behavior) and the role of Green Psychological Climate as the mediator on that relationship. Methodology- This research was conducted at PT PELNI Surabaya Branch by using quantitative methods. The research involved 200 employees and ata was analyzed by using SmartPLS. Findings- Green Human Resource Management directly affects Intra role Green Service Behavior, but not effect directly on Extra role Green Service Behavior. Green Psychological Climate has a significant effect on Intra role Green Service Behavior and Extra role Green Service Behavior and as a mediator the relationship between Green Human Resource Management on Intra role Green Service Behavior and Extra role Green Service Behavior. Conclusion- Green Human Resource Management has an important role for enhanching psychological climate and Intra role Green Service Behavior. Green Psychological Climate as mediator between Green Human Resource Management and green service behavior. Research Implication- Company should implement Green Human Resource Management properly and develop psychological climate for boosting Green Service Behavior. Limitations- This study only involved workers at PT PELNI Surabaya Branch so that future researchers should conduct similar research in a wider area for more comprehensive results. Особенности климата в классе и возможности его изучения у подростков

<p><em>The article is devoted to the problem of studying and evaluating the psychological climate in the class. It presents the results of a study on class climate variability in secondary school grades and the relationship of the peculiarities of its perception with the perfectionism of adolescents. Total of 167 students from four parallel 5th and three 7th grades aged 11-14 years participated in the study. The questionnaire “Climate in the class” (N.B. Shumakova, E.I. Shcheblanova, M.G. Sorokova, 2023) and a three-factor version of the perfectionism questionnaire (N.G. Garanyan, A.B. Kholmogorova, 2018) were used. The results show the significant variability of climate indicators in the parallels of 5th and 7th grades of the same school, which indicates the uniqueness of the learning environment created by the teacher. Perfectionism of adolescents is associated with their perception of teacher support and rivalry with classmates. The data obtained are important for interpreting the results of climate diagnostics in the class in the practical activity of psychologists.</em></p>

Factors in preventing violence in schools

Relevance. It becomes important to search for factors and determine their role in the organization of a favourable educational environment in schools in Kosovo, to develop a methodology that contributes to the prevention of violence among schoolchildren based on mutual help and mutual respect. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the factors that can influence the eradication of bullying, mobbing and cyberbullying in the school environment of Kosovo. Methodology. The methodological approach of the research is based on theoretical methods (comparative analysis, synthesis and generalization of theoretical data); empirical (questionnaires, testing, observations, surveys, heuristic conversation, dialogue, discussion, psychological and pedagogical trainings, seminars, debates); diagnostic (pedagogical observation and pedagogical experiment (diagnostic, formative, control). Results. In the course of an experimental study conducted at the stage of ascertainment among students of 6-9 grades in Lower Secondary School No. 1, Lower Secondary School No. 2, Lower Secondary School No. 3, problems of violence between schoolchildren in classes were identified, and methods of creating a favourable educational environment to prevent bullying were outlined. A methodological toolkit was developed to improve the educational environment, which will contribute to the eradication of bullying among students of 6-9 grades. In particular, four elements of creating a favourable educational environment were highlighted: creating a favourable psychological climate, updating the content of education and learning technologies; favourable about food environment; providing opportunities for development. The outlined levels were assessed at high (5 points), medium (4 points) and low (1-3 points) levels. Conclusions. After conducting an experimental study, promising directions for improving the favourable educational environment in schools in Kosovo were formed. The practical value of the work lies in the development of methods of organization and implementation of a favourable educational environment in schools in Kosovo, which contributes to the eradication of bullying among students.

ФОРМИРОВАНИЕ БЛАГОПРИЯТНОГО ПСИХОЛОГИЧЕСКОГО КЛИМАТА НА ЗАНЯТИЯХ ПО ИНОСТРАННОМУ ЯЗЫКУ В ЯЗЫКОВОМ ВУЗЕ

The article is devoted to description of the most significant components of a favorable psychological climate in a foreign language class at the linguistic university. These components were identified on the basis of a survey carried out among students. The authors consider modern approaches to the notion “psychological climate”, analyze its compositional structure and factors, which determine it. The paper puts a special emphasis on the idea that a favorable climate plays a crucial role for mastering a foreign language, as emotional disposition of the participants of the educational process determines considerably the work of students in a foreign language class, demotivating, or on the contrary, motivating them for an initiative participation in a classroom conversation, which is an obligatory condition of mastering a foreign language. The foreign language as an academic subject has its obvious specificity and it enables the authors to suppose that it is possible to single out the components of the psychological climate which are perceived by students as the most essential for a foreign language class. The article presents the results of the survey among senior students, specializing in learning foreign languages. Thanks to this survey the mentioned above components have been identified. They are the following: 1) personality of the teacher; 2) the style of the pedagogical activity;3) the forms how the work is organized in class; 4) the range of tasks offered to students;5) the ways the mistakes are corrected. The interpretation of the obtained results makes it possible to make a concussion that psychological climate in a foreign language class has a manageable character, as the teacher can influence its key components which seem to be the most significant for students. All these constituents to this or that degree are connected with communication. All they promote transformation of a rather regulated formalized classroom conversation into a livelier personal communication, making it more similar to natural interpersonal communication.

Методика корректировки уровня профессионального риска по результатам трехступенчатого контроля

A methodology enabling the introduction of changes into risk assessment results based on the operative data on violations of safety requirements detected during control and prompt risk management has been proposed. It has been observed that the labor safety level is determined by both internal and external factors; and any changes in production affect labor safety. Changes can be explicit, such as new technologies implementation, or less explicit, such as changes in management systems or social and psychological climate. To assess risks associated with such changes indices such as the frequency of safety requirements violations can be applied; the objective is to prevent negative events and promptly respond to changes in occupational risk. The methodology developed at the Private organization of Federation of Independent Trade-Unions of Russia «Scientific-Research Institute for Labor Protection in Ekaterinburg» is presented; its source data are the operative data on safety requirements violations detected; the calculation formulas are provided. It has been demonstrated that the proposed methodology enables both occupational risk assessment and prompt response to changes and taking measures to eliminate them resource- and cost-efficiently.

ВПЛИВ ПСИХОСОЦІАЛЬНИХ ЧИННИКІВ НА РОЗВИТОК СТРЕСУ ПРАЦІВНИКІВ

Purpose. Determining the impact of the presence of psychosocial factors on the development of stress among employees when performing production tasks to develop recommendations for reducing their impact. Methodology. To identify stress resistance, some methods were used to determine «Resistance to stress», and to find out their relationship to work, the «Burnout Syndrome» questionnaire was used. The applied methods were developed by specialists of the Institute of Psychology named after H.S. Kostiuka. Based on the recommendations of the ISO 45003:2021 standard, a special questionnaire has been developed to determine dangerous psychosocial factors that lead to the appearance of stress in a worker, the answers to which were evaluated on a Likert scale with points from 0 to 4. Results. The developed system for assessing psychosocial factors will enable users to systematically observe the state of psychological health of employees, the psychological climate in the organization, respond in a timely manner to expected problems, and develop preventive and corrective actions to normalize the situation. The results of the study showed that the majority of respondents (61 %) determined the presence of unrealistic deadlines set by their managers. Another largest group of occupational hazard factors is «aspects of work organization», where almost 39 % of participants complain about overtime work. It was determined that 82.2 % of employees struggle to maintain a work/life balance, and 17.8 % feel imbalanced due to the need to work in their free time and the negative impact of work on the ability to recover. Scientific novelty. The relationship between the development of the stress load and the group of factors called «aspects of work organization» in terms of setting unrealistic deadlines for the performance of a given number of production tasks has been established. Practical significance. As a result of the research, it has been found out that in order to improve the psychosocial climate and reduce the level of psychosocial risks, it is necessary to: balance work in the field of psychosocial support at the enterprise; increase the level of stress resistance of employees; improve their mental health; improve the efficiency of the enterprise. The Influence of Leadership Style on the Socio-Psychological Climate in the Production Team

The author examines the influence of the leadership style (authoritarian, democratic or liberal) on the management of the labor collective, the author proposed the hypothesis of the study, which consisted in the assumption that the socio-psychological climate in the team directly depends on the leadership style of this team and has its own characteristics inherent in each leadership style separately. In the course of an empirical study based on qualitative and correlation analysis methods, the influence of leadership style on the formation of the socio-psychological climate in the team was studied. In conclusion, the main trends confirming the influence of leadership style on the psychological climate in the team are noted. In the experimental study, 128 subjects, 56 of them men and 72 women, working in three organizations and performing executive functions: an organization in the field of public catering, in the field of beauty and health and in the banking sector aged 20 to 42 years. The study was conducted through the subjects filling out a Google form online. The data obtained showed that the leadership style is influenced by both subjective (personal) and objective factors (a combination of social and economic requirements of production). Therefore, the effectiveness of the management process will largely be determined by the intelligence and general culture of the manager himself, his professional training, character, temperament, as well as the level of formation and well-being of the socio-psychological climate in the team.

КОМПЛЕКСНЫЙ ПОДХОД К ПРЕДУПРЕЖДЕНИЮ ДЕПРИВАЦИИ ПОДРОСТКОВ

This article analyzes an integrated approach to the prevention of adolescent deprivation, including evochomological, behavioral, and prosocial components. The importance of objective and subjective factors in the deprivation development of personality is shown. The definition of adolescent “deprivation” is interpreted by the authors as a lack of attention, attitudes necessary for the full development of personality. The inability of an individual to build a constructive dialogue with the institutions of social space initiates the development of a sense of detachment, dislike, abandonment, uselessness to others, including family institutions and schools. As a result of deprivation, a teenager loses the ability to empathy, tolerance, cannot listen and hear another, initiates destructive conflicts, cynicism, snobbery, aggressiveness, indifference, abuse, lack of self-criticism. The author of the article argues the importance of the symbiosis of teachers, psychologists, doctors, lawyers, juvenile psychologists, mediators, evohomologists, preventologists in preventing and minimizing adolescent deprivation. It is necessary to treat not the disease, but the patient, therefore, before making a plan for the prevention and leveling of adolescent deprivation, it is necessary to identify the psychological and pedagogical causes of its occurrence, the specifics of the course and consequences for the development of the personality of minors. Institutions of education and socialization should remember that deprivation as a psychological and pedagogical phenomenon is a reversible phenomenon. The main trends in the prevention of deprivation, taking into account individual factors, should be aimed at creating a favorable psychological climate in the family, supporting constructive communication between adults and children, self-actualization of adolescents, the development of their social maturity, social immunity, and responsible behavioral strategy.

Система комунікацій підприємств та організацій: основні складові та особливості функціонування

The aim of the article is to study the communication system of enterprises and organizations, to define its main components, interconnection and interaction, as well as its role in the process of ensuring an effective management process. In modern conditions, the effective functioning of enterprises and organizations is impossible without an established system of information and communications management. The performance of managerial functions is accompanied by information exchange both within the organization and externally. It is determined that the organization’s communication system contains subsystems of internal and external communications that provide information exchange within the organization and outside of it. Within these subsystems, social, technical, information and managerial subsystems, their constituent elements and characteristics are allocated. The internal communication system of the enterprise is designed to provide access to information in the process of making managerial decisions, while maintaining the optimal level of information protection. In addition, its further purpose is to create a favorable psychological climate in the team, increase the degree of staff involvement and loyalty, and overcome resistance to changes in the organization. The system of external communications is designed, first of all, to ensure the possibility of communication influence on external stakeholders, as well as effective circulation of information flows and information security of the enterprise. A conclusion is made regarding the need to take into account the influence of all factors and conditions of the internal and external environment, the formation of a complex of information transfer methods and tools, the optimization of communication channels, which will allow the most effective communication influence on target audiences.

Conditions for the provision of psychiatric care under compulsion: civil law aspect

The article is devoted to the issues of compulsory psychiatric care and ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of a person suffering from mental disorders and subjected to compulsory medical measures. It is noted that the level of a person’s mental health is determined by the influence of many factors – social, biological and psychological. The analysis of current legislation and specialised literature are allowed the author to argue that the issue of mental health of people, the population as a whole, is relevant today also because humanity is faced with various stress factors which can negatively affect human health, and in particular, mental health, worsen the moral and psychological climate in the family due to illness or death of loved ones, devastating natural disasters with a huge number of victims, military conflicts, military operations, including in Ukraine, which entail huge human losses and cause suffering for many.
 The author is substantiated the conclusion that compulsory psychiatric care is possible and necessary on the following grounds: the presence (assumption) of an acute mental illness or exacerbation of a chronic mental illness requiring inpatient treatment; danger of a mentally ill person to others or to himself/herself (psychomotor agitation with a tendency to aggressive actions, systematic delusional syndromes if they determine the patient’s socially dangerous behaviour, depressive states with suicidal tendencies, epileptic status, manic and hypomanic states that cause violations of public order or aggressive behaviour towards others, etc. etc.); inpatient examination (labour, military, forensic psychiatric).

Implementation of the updated Federal State Educational Standards: The native (Tatar) language teaching

The article discusses issues related to the organization of the educational process in the native (Tatar) language in the context of the introduction of the updated Federal State Educational Standards of General Education. A review of methodological literature and federal curriculum plans on academic subjects “Native (Tatar) Language”, “State (Tatar) Language of the Republic of Tatarstan” allowed us to come to the conclusion that in order to achieve personal, meta-subject and subject learning results, modern native language teachers should have certain general pedagogical and methodological skills, be competent in their subject area, as well as in the field of modern pedagogical technologies. In general, the main activity of the Tatar language teacher is to organize collective speech communication and update knowledge based on the creation of a positive psychological climate in the classroom; to assist students in achieving learning outcomes; to use interactive techniques and activity-based types of work; to positively evaluate students’ activities; to stimulate interest in learning their native language; to improve the quality of scheduled and extracurricular work on the subject. It is also important to note that currently the study of the native languages of the peoples of the Russian Federation is one of the priorities in the system of general education, which emphasizes the relevance and significance of this study.

The article highlights the characteristic features of the management activity of the ex-director of the Dovzhok Lyceum of the Kamianets-Podilskyi City Council – Galina Hryhorivna Madych, a Methodist teacher, an excellent student of education in Ukraine. Attention is focused on the features of Halyna Madych’s interaction with pedagogical, student and parent groups.During the management of the educational institution, Halyna Madych ensured systematic intra-school control over the productivity of teaching activities and the me-thodical level of teachers. The School of Mentors was operating in the Dovzhok NEC, a branch of the Small Academy of Sciences of Ukraine was organized, and the “Peace Corps” program was implemented within the framework of the agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the United States.In 1999, the Dovzhok school was reorganized into a collegium, and later – into the GSE «secondary school of I-III degrees, collegium» with a philological and cul-tural-aesthetic direction. Also, on the basis of the school, the Dovzhok educational association was created – a school educational district, aimed to ensure equal access to specialized education for children in rural educational institutions.Due attention was paid to the spiritual education of students. The teaching of the optional course «Christian ethics» was introduced, the «Ukrainian spiritual music» circle was active. Every year, the students of the school took an active part in all-school folklore holidays, charity fairs, and excursions to spiritual centers of Ukraine.Halyna Madych enabled teachers to develop new approaches to the organization of the educational process, develop original programs, conduct pedagogical experi-ments on the basis of the educational institution. She created conditions for the unity of the pedagogical, student and parent team. She regularly held school-wide parent meetings, concerts of amateur artists.Characteristic features of Galina Madych’s managerial activity were democracy, demandingness, honesty, frankness, diplomacy, openness to new things, creative and humanistic orientation, innovative potential.The director of the Dovzhok secondary school of I-III degrees, collegium aimed her work at achieving compliance of the school’s activities with the requirements of the education standard, reforming the school, introducing advanced innovative tech-nologies, meeting the teachers’ need for self-expression, creating a favorable social and psychological climate in the teaching staff .The head teacher assigned an important role to work with parents, extracurricular work, education of students, creation of appropriate conditions for the development of student self-government.

Accounting team climate in the formation of play of high league basketball players

The article examines the role and importance of the psychological climate in women's basketball and its impact on the players' performance. It was established that teamwork is determined by the level of joint work, interaction and common goal between the players in the team. This work highlights key aspects of psychological climate consideration, such as trust, understanding of roles, effective communication and psychological preparation.
 It is substantiated that the positive climate in the team contributes to the improvement of the players' performance, which can be seen from the more successful performances of the team in basketball, the decrease in the percentage of lack of technical and tactical actions and the improvement of the effectiveness of actions in attack and defense.
 The study also examines the prospects for further research in this area, including the role of the coach, the development of psychological skills, the impact of different training methods and the use of modern technology. The results of this study can contribute to the improvement of the psychological climate in the teams of basketball girls and contribute to the improvement of the game and performance in this sport.

Exploring the Interplay of Competition and Justice: A Moderated Mediation Model of Competitive Psychological Climate, Workplace Envy, Interpersonal Citizenship Behavior, and Organizational Justice.

The competitive psychological environment that arises within an organization is widely recognized as a crucial factor impacting employee performance and, indirectly, overall business productivity. Nonetheless, mishandling this environment can result in unforeseen challenges. Thus, a moderated mediation model was employed in this study to ascertain the adverse effects of competitive psychological climate and how to mitigate said effects. Data were collected via a survey of 523 employees of four- and five-star accommodation establishments in Alanya and Manavgat using convenience sampling. This study revealed that a competitive work environment leads to increased workplace envy, which adversely affects interpersonal citizenship behavior. Additionally, it was discovered that workplace envy mediates the effects of competitive climate on interpersonal citizenship behavior. The negative impact of competitive psychological climate on workplace envy and interpersonal citizenship behavior is mitigated by organizational justice. This study's results offer significant contributions to both theoretical and practical understandings of the potential effects of competitive psychological climate and how to handle them.

A Study on the Correlation between Self-directed Learning and Classroom Psychological Climate among Undergraduate Nursing Students

Objective: To study the correlation between self-directed learning ability and the classroom psychological atmosphere of undergraduate nursing students. Methods One hundred and sixteen undergraduate nursing students from a college in Pingdingshan City, Henan Province, were selected, and the study was carried out through the Chinese version of the Self-Directed Learning Rating Scale and the Class Psychological Atmosphere Scale. Results The total score of nursing undergraduate interns' self-directed learning ability was (221.43±10.59). The score of the class psychological atmosphere was (151.17±7.92), and self-directed learning ability and class psychological atmosphere were positively correlated (rs=0.793, P=0.000). Conclusion Nursing undergraduates' self-directed learning ability is at a medium level, the class psychological atmosphere is at a medium-high level, and the two are strongly positively correlated, so it is recommended that colleges and universities take direct or indirect ways to improve the class psychological atmosphere and promote students' self-directed learning ability.

Big Data Analytics' Influence on Competitive Advantage: Mediating Green Creativity and Green Commitment, Moderated by Individual Green Values and Green Psychological Climate

This study explores the influence of big data talent capability, business analytics and capacity manage net on competitive advantage through mediating role of green creativity and green commitment and moderating role of individual green values and green psychological climate. For the current research, a quantitative survey with 400 respondents was conducted as part of the investigative strategy. Data were investigated through SPSS Version 26 and SEM by utilizing Smart PLS Version 4 software. The integration of data-driven tools and methodologies, specifically big data analytics (BDA) talent capability, business analytics, and BDA capacity management, has been shown to have a substantial and beneficial influence on green human resource management (GHRM). GHRM has optimistic impact on green creativity and green commitment. Individual green values positively moderate the impact of GHRM on green creativity and green commitment. Green psychological climate positively moderates the impact of GHRM on green creativity and green commitment. Green creativity and green commitment have significant influence on competitive advantage.
