Motor rehabilitation of children with down syndrome by means of physical culture

The aim of the study was to develop and experimentally test the process of motor re-habilitation of children with Down syndrome in the practice of their adaptive physical education. To achieve it, such re-search methods were used as the design and modeling of the pedagogical process, the as-certaining and forming experiment, medical and pedagogical testing of the specifics of the development of students. The study involved about 80 children with Down syndrome aged 7-12 years. The results of the work carried out were the definition of the main directions of motor rehabilitation, the technology of this process, the structural elements of the pedagogical process of adaptive physical education, the algorithm of its organization and implementation, the classification of physical exercises, data on morphofunctional development, motor competence of children with Down syndrome. The experimental data obtained confirmed the possibility of motor rehabilitation of children with Down syndrome by means of physical culture.

General characteristics of training programs at different individual and motivational levels of the swimming training system for students of higher education institutions

Within the increasing of practical significance and efficiency of physical education, it is necessary to develop certain methodic thesis and programs of swimming training for students of higher education institutions and to carry out these experimental checks. Purpose: to provide a general description of training programs at different individual and motivational levels of the swimming training system for students of higher education institutions. Methods: theoretical analysis and generalization (it was clarified the degree of disclosure research issues in the scientific and methodological literature), study of documentary materials (it was founded requirements to the structure and content of student swimming training), system analysis (it was detected signs and characteristics of swimming system for students of higher education institutions). Results. Within the methodical part of the swimming training system, we have identified the possibility of using in the natural environment the educational process of physical education for students of four interconnected by type of sequential combination of training programs. This programs cover different levels of individual and motivational orientation of swimming lessons for students of higher education institutions and, accordingly, swimming preparedness. Considering, that the means and methods of swimming are widely known and thoroughly disclosed in the special literature, our attention we turned to setting tasks for individual classes of different, consistently combined programs at the individual and motivational levels of swimming training system students of higher education institutions. Conclusions. Within the implementation of the methodical component of the swimming training system for students of the higher education institutions, it have been identified four individual and motivational levels of classes. For each of these levels it was carried out a selection of goals, tasks, means and methods of training. For students at the first level, the characteristic difference is the presence of a significant fear of being in the water and the lack of ability to swim. For students at the second level - a low level of fear of being in the water and lack of ability to swim. For students at the third level - the presence of skills to stay afloat and swim in any way (original methods without the use of swimming techniques or a separate style of swimming). For students at the fourth level - the possession of swimming skills and the desire to engage and improve techniques in the future.

Research of the problem of involvement of technical university students in the process of physical education: students' opinions

Introduction. The study of the problem of students' involvement in physical education is important in the research environment of universities. Modern students, studying for 8 hours a day at the university, are also forced to do homework, carry out scientific work, and it is physical culture and sports that are one of the most important factors for maintaining and promoting health. The purpose of this study is to identify the interest of students of the research university in physical education classes in the aspect of sociological analysis. Materials and methods. Students from the 1st to the 4th year of full-time study (150 people) of the Stupino branch of the Moscow Aviation Institute (National Research University) took part in an anonymous sociological survey by filling out Google forms. Results. The analysis of the results of the survey of students showed that the level of involvement in physical education is not fully formed (only 48,7% regularly attend physical education classes, 40,7% attend from time to time and almost 10,6% do not attend at all). Students do not have enough internal attitudes to realize the importance of physical culture classes. Nevertheless, 73,3% show interest in physical education, noting that they do it to improve general physical qualities. Conclusion. Physical education at the university is carried out throughout the entire period of study and is implemented in various forms that are interrelated, complement each other and represent a single process of physical education of students. The purpose of physical education at the university is the formation of physical culture of students as a systemic quality of personality, an integral component of the general culture of future specialists who are able to implement it in educational, social and professional activities and the family.

Педагогічні умови упровадження здоров’язбережувальних технологій у дозвіллєвій діяльності студентів

The article defines the pedagogical conditions for the introduction of health technologies in the leisure activities of students. Implementation of the developed pedagogical conditions will ensure successful physical culture and health activities of students, will supplement the content of the methodological system of fitness technologies in physical education classes with the author's vision of prospects and opportunities for further development, and determine its place in the educational process of physical education.

Modern Information Technologies in the Process of Physical Education in Universities of Ukraine

The relevance of the study is determined by the need to update the methods of teaching physical culture in universities based on information technologies in accordance with the socio-cultural conditions of the present time. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the need to use information technologies in physical education in Ukrainian universities, followed by the development of a conceptual model based on the experience of foreign higher education institutions. The research of the selected problem was conducted in two stages based on systematic and innovative approaches using the method of analysis, synthesis, generalisation, systematisation, and comparison. The paper identified the need to introduce information technologies in the educational process of physical culture in universities based on the research of Ukrainian and foreign authors. The article analysed and compared the practices of using information technologies in physical education classes in universities of European countries, such as Spain, Ireland, Portugal, the Russian Federation, as well as Asian countries, among which are Japan and China. It was found out that the introduction of informatisation tools in the educational process of physical education in Ukrainian universities is accompanied by certain difficulties, and at the same time, the actualisation of the search for solutions to these problems was identified. The main ways of introducing information technologies in physical education classes in leading Ukrainian universities were considered. Based on the experience of Ukrainian and foreign universities, a conceptual model of information technologies usage in the educational process of physical education was developed, which is based on improving individual and collective skills using a universal mobile application and fitness games. The value and prospects of further research lie in creating a universal mobile application and implementing the author's methodology in practice

Research on Methods of Improving Teaching Efficiency of Physical Training Based on Sports Biomechanics

Today, with the continuous development of science and technology, sports biomechanics has also made some progress. The application of various new materials and technologies has made the test of sports biomechanics more accurate and fast, especially the application of computer technology has accelerated the development of sports biomechanics automation. Sports biomechanics plays its own unique role in physical education, and it is an important part of physical education. Studying sports biomechanics is helpful to speed up the reform process of physical education. This spaper introduces the methods of improving the efficiency of physical training teaching. Applying sports biomechanics to physical education and training in Colleges and universities is conducive to students to understand and grasp the essential rules of movement and improve the learning and training effect. Therefore, we should carry out the teaching reform of sports biomechanics course, and apply it to the physical education and training of colleges and universities better, so as to improve the sports technology level of college students.

Construction of WeChat Mobile Teaching Platform in the Reform of Physical Education Teaching Strategy Based on Deep Neural Network

Physical education is an important part of school education. Doing a good job of physical education can not only increase students’ interest in sports but also improve their physical fitness. However, traditional physical education methods lack new ideas and fail to reach the goals of physical education. Therefore, it is extremely urgent to conduct physical education teaching strategies. Based on this, this paper proposes the construction of WeChat mobile teaching platform in the reform of physical education teaching strategy based on deep neural network. This paper adopts literature method and experimental analysis method to conduct in-depth research on the application of deep neural network in physical education and its characteristics, shortcomings, and improvements and build a WeChat mobile based on deep neural network in physical education strategy reform teaching platform. The comparison between the control group and the experimental group is used to compare multiple physical test indicators before and after the test to reflect the teaching effectiveness after the change in the physical education strategy of this paper. This paper mainly analyzes the results of the physical education teaching scale and the results of the students’ physical fitness test, including the students’ learning motivation, learning attitude, and learning process in the physical education process, as well as the male and female students’ results of the experimental group and the control group before and after the test compared. The P values of the boys in the experimental class and the control class are all greater than 0.05, which is limited to the relatively short time of the experiment. The data of the boys in the two classes on these three items show no significant difference. The t-test was performed on the posttest results of the three items of the girls, the P values were all less than 0.05, and there were significant differences, especially in the comparison of the results of the postthrowing solid ball and the corner running. The P values of the two test items were all less than 0.01; there is a very significant difference.

Study Regarding the Planning Process in Physical Education and Sports

AbstractThe planning process in every domain represents the first fundamental process; also, the physical and sport activity needs meticulous planning of the activity so that the density of the physical lessons and the efficiency to be at a high level. Our study is based on a questionnaire undertaken by ten physical education teachers from Sibiu City regarding planning the PE activity, the efficiency of the methods used in planning the activity, and other essential problems that occurred in the process of planning the PE activity. The research found out that the planning activity must be changed and adapted to children’s new needs in teachers’ opinion. Also, the documents are often too many and sometimes useless occupying teachers’ time and not being so efficient. The research conclusions are that planning the PE activity is a significant activity and new ways of planning and new curriculum should be added, and many inefficient documents should disappear so that the teachers’ time is used more efficiently.

АНАЛІЗ ПРОГРАМИ ФІЗИЧНОЇ ПІДГОТОВКИ КУРСАНТІВ ВІЙСЬКОВОЇ АКАДЕМІЇ США ВЕСТ-ПОЙНТ

The article offers the analysis of the physical training Program for cadets in the US Military Academy West Point. Recently, Ukraine gained access to the best military experience of NATO. An important factor in strengthening the combat potential of the army is the future officers’ physical training. The analysis of the physical training Program for cadets in the US Military Academy West Point will allow the gradual implementation of NATO standards in higher military education in Ukraine. West Point accepts boys and girls, U.S. citizens, ages 17-22. Applicants are recommended to pass the camp Summer Leaders Experience. The governing body that organizes, implements and controls the entire process of physical education is the Department of Physical Education. The guiding document for the entire process of physical education is the physical training Program. The strategic goals laid down in the physical training Program are: cadet skills, teaching staff responsibilities, military skills, program implementation. The physical training Program consists of three sections: the physical education curriculum or "training course"; physical fitness testing; and participation in sports competitions. The first section in the Program has three main courses for cadets’ working: basic motor activities; basic fitness; and daily physical activity. The second section in the Program is regular physical fitness testing, it provides cadets the opportunity to demonstrate personal physical perfection and emphasizes the importance of physical fitness for a military profession. The third section in the Program is participation in competitions, it encourages each cadet during every semester to participate in competitions according to their own abilities and interests: team, club, Inter-academic. The physical education curriculum has four levels for cadets’ training. The transition to a new level is allowed only if a cadet meets all the standards from the previous level. The fourth level provides the development of self-confidence that gives cadets the opportunity to meet the requirements of the Academy and the army in physical training in the future. The third level ensures cadets’ development of basic competence in movement and water skills. The second level designs a final combat experience that is closely related to the Army combat program in the modern army. The first level provides the culmination in one of many cycles in cadet’s physical activity that is cadet’s physical movement throughout life.

THE EFFECTIVENESS OF ZUMBA KIDS IMPLEMENTATION INTO PHYSICAL EDUCATION OF ELEMENTARY SCHOOL PUPILS

The demand to improve physical education process of elementary school pupils by the tools of innovative dancing fitness branch – Zumba Kids is described in the article. Positive changes in dynamics among children have occurred in indicators of functional and physical preparation in conditions of the experiment. The goal of the work is the optimization process of physical education of elementary school pupils by Zumba Kids tools. There were investigated children’s physical development, functional and physical preparation and experimentally was checked the effectiveness of the implementation program of Zumba Kids tolls into process of physical education. There were 54 participants, 26 among them are boys and 28 are girls (the children’s age is 9 years old). The methods of the research are theoretical analysis and literature sources generalization; physiological research methods; pedagogical observation (passing of control standards); pedagogical experiment and mathematical statistics methods. There are presented and scientifically justified the program of implementing Zumba Kids tools into physical education lessons of elementary school pupils. The content of the program consists of the synthesis of energetic modern dances with aerobics, fitness exercises, stretching and also exercises for breathing exercises and muscle relaxation. The elaborated program is realized in the educational process and proved its effectiveness. The results of investigation have shown its positive influence on the functional and physical preparation of elementary school pupils. It was proved by mathematical statistics methods.

THE INFLUENCE OF BOXING EXERCISES ON THE COGNITIVE PROCESSES AND SPEED OF SENSORIMOTOR REACTIONS OF 15-17 YEARS OLD BOYS

The article is dedicated to studying of the influence of boxing trainings on thinking processes of the process of physical education and speed of sensorimotor of 15-17 years old boys. The goal of the research is optimization process of the physical education and improvement of the cognitive processes of 15-17 years old boys. The methods of the research are methodological literature analysis, psychophysiological reaction testing, applying computer complex, pedagogical experiment and mathematical statistics methods. It was proved that boxers have better ability to fast reacting (t=2.513 with p0.05), higher indicators of functional level of central nervous system (t=3.165 with p0.05), stability of reaction (t=2.248 with p0.05), better indicators of average reaction time with sound and visual interferences (t=3.104 with p0.05), better indicators of attention capacity (t=2.317) with p0.05). Attention diversification (t=2.793 with p0.05), that prove positive impact of boxing exercises on the thinking processes. There was implemented author program, applying no-contact special boxing exercises. There were 30 students, 15-17 years old, in the experiment. The indicators of the average time of the reaction (Wilcoxon criteria T.emp.=144 with p0.05) and stability of reaction (Wilcoxon criteria T.emp.=133 with p0.05) become better after the experiment. Other indicators like indicators of average reaction time with sound and visual interferences (Wilcoxon criteriaT.emp.=112 with p0.05), indicators of attention capacity (Wilcoxon criteriaT.emp.=61.5 with p0.05) and indicators of attention diversification (Wilcoxon criteriaT.emp.=7 with p0.05) become better as well. The conclusions are: the results of the research prove the effectiveness of the experimental program.

Organization of the educational process of physical education during quarantine: problems and prospects

The article substantiates the organization of the educational process of physical education of students of higher education institutions in the conditions of quarantine restrictions. The need for urgent adaptation of the process of physical education to the new challenges that accompany the "quarantine" training, requires solving the problems of pedagogical, methodological and organizational content of the educational process of higher education. The purpose of the study is to identify the main aspects of the organization of the educational process of physical education of students by means of remote technologies. The research is based on the use of a set of general scientific theoretical methods: analysis, synthesis, systematization, generalization. The views of researchers on this issue, set out in the latest scientific literature. The didactic potential of distance learning technologies in the formation of information educational environment of physical education of students is determined. It is established that the transition from traditionally used to multidimensional distance learning expands the use of vector information technology, opens new prospects for the development of physical education of students in higher education. The factors of organization of the educational process in the conditions of distance learning are singled out and ranked. The influence of the latter is multi-vector, which necessitates timely detection and prompt response to them to avoid them if possible. Among the advantages of organizing the educational process of physical education of students by means of distance technologies: the possibility of using leading educational technologies; increasing the efficiency of the educational process by intensifying the process of cognition and interpersonal interactive communication; development of a conscious and motivated approach to classes; the possibility of diversifying the educational process; increasing the efficiency of students' independent work; realization of the educational function of physical culture; development of the need for self-education through the mobility of knowledge and ideas; expanding and updating the role of the teacher, who must coordinate the process of physical development and improvement of students. It is proved that the introduction of new pedagogical technologies of distance learning will change the paradigm of physical education and creates the conditions for the most effective implementation of the opportunities inherent in such forms of physical education.

DEVELOPMENT OF PHYSICAL QUALITIES OF PRESCHOOL CHILDREN

This article introduces a special set of exercises for the effective organization of the process of physical education for preschool children, the development of their physical qualities in relation to their age, as well as the development of levels of physical fitness. The purpose of our research is to carry out a study into the development of physical qualities of children aged 5-7, as well as the analysis of indicators of physical development of preschool children. As the correct physical education of preschoolers is one of the most significant importance, this article intends to assist with providing general and specific ways in order to preserve the health of preschoolers. Furthermore, their positive impacts on physical development, the formation of motor skills, physical qualities of them.

Calculation of kinds of reaction and level of stamina of UIAS students during realization of Letunov’s test physical load

The study is devoted to relevant problems of maintaining the healthy lifestyle of students of young age of Ukrainian Institute of Arts and Sciences. Calculating the kinds of reaction and level of stamina of students towards physical load according to Letunov’s test to discover the functional state of cardiovascular system.
 Moving activity is a necessary part of healthy lifestyle and is determined and stipulated by totality of physical activity of a person. Both excessive and lacking physical load can be negatively marked on health state of students under the conditions of term control. Rational usage of the means of physical education has its positive influence and irrational usage can cause pathological changes in the system of blood circulation. Results of medical examination of first year students claims that the quantity of students with deflections of health state increases every year. Correct organization of the process of physical education can become driving force of all the studying process by forming and strengthening the physical education of a personality. It happens by means of stimulating the development of the most significant biological and social needs of a person such as movement, development, self- affirmation, self-education. Nowadays during practice coordination of the studying process for teachers of physical education in school and also teachers of physical education in higher educational institutions unconventional cases happen in terms of admittance of a pupil for the physical education lesson or a student for a physical education lesson, taking into account a few accidents that happened at physical education lessons at schools, which are connected to the low level of health state of majority of students. Certainly, nowadays unfavorable ecological factors, high level of stressful situations, low level of water quality, low level of food quality, poor life standards influence negatively the city residents.  The implementation of modern technologies considerably fosters the decrease of physical activity, which stimulates notable rejuvenation of many diseases, that were typical for older population 10 years ago. [2,7,8]

Organization of educational process of physical education according to the conditions of remote education

A comparative analysis of the educational and pedagogical processes of NUPh and KHNURE in physical education using distance learning technologies during quarantine was carried out. The subject of the study was an educational process of physical education. The goal was to carry out a comparative analysis of the organization of the educational process on physical education in NUPh and KHNURE during distance education. The research methods were the analysis of scientific literature and Internet resources, the method of descriptive statistics. Coclusions. Distance education exists along with a full-time learning form and is its logical complement. It has significant advantages in the continuity and systematic of the educational process of students; increases the effectiveness of control by the teacher; promotes self-development, the acquisition of new practical skills in an information and communication educational environment, which contributes to the improvement of pedagogical skills improves the quality of theoretical and practical knowledge; provides students with the right to choose a convenient time for classes; provides equal opportunities for students involvement with different health status. Remote learning technologies cannot fully replace the communication of the teacher and higher education applicants, however, they it is a powerful mechanism for motivating to self-education, which is an important milestone in the process of becoming a future specialist, as a professional. The similarities and differences in the organization of the educational process on physical education are identified.

Integration of Information Technology and PE Teaching Process

Since entering the new era, with the rapid development of information technology and the acceleration of the process of global economic integration, many aspects of my country’s social life and economic fields are undergoing profound historical changes. The integration of information technology and physical education is becoming a hot topic in my country’s current information technology education and even the entire education informatization process. The purpose of this article is to study the integration of information technology and physical education process. This article uses modern information technology to integrate with physical education. The teaching effect produced by it is significantly better than the traditional teaching model. It can more effectively solve the difficulties in the textbook, and can help students establish movement representations and understand movements faster. Essentials to stimulate students’ interest in learning. This research systematically elaborates the connotation and significance of information technology and the impact of information technology on middle school physical education, and scientifically explores the physical education curriculum, analyzes the basis and conditions of the integration of physical education and information technology education, and studies the information technology and middle school through teaching experiments. The mode and effect of physical education integration. This article takes the university’s physical education major curriculum integration as the research object, and conducts research and analysis through literature method, questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method to define the level of information technology and physical education major curriculum integration. Investigation and research show that more than 30% of physical education humanities teachers can often find a suitable resource bank and obtain relevant teaching materials, but the lack of targeted physical education software largely affects teachers’ access to resources.

Organization of Work on Promotion of a Healthy Lifestyle and Physical Culture: Potential of Continuing Education Complex

The article consider the issues of organizing the process of physical education in the context of lifelong education, the continuity of programs, methods and approaches in physical education, providing the relationship between the learning process at school and university. It is noted that continuity is the most important component of the educational process, a necessary condition for the unity and consistency of training. Achievement of continuity is possible only on condition of humanization and democratization of the educational process, competence-based and personal approach, as well as the integrity of physical education curricula. It is noted that the effective solution of these problems is impossible without providing a scientific approach to the organization of physical education classes, both at school and at the university, as well as without the formation of a physical educated personality, which is a problem within the framework of the traditional system of physical education. The main contradictions in the existing system of physical education and the components that negatively affect its development are analyzed. The pedagogical conditions for the formation of continuity are indicated. The article summarizes the experience of teachers of the Department of Physical Education and Sports of the Kharkiv Humanitarian University "People's Ukrainian Academy", describes the distinctive features and positive aspects of the system of physical education formed at the academy, as well as possible directions for further improvement of the system of physical education in the context of continuous education. It is noted that on the basis of 20 years of work at the academy, the "Author's integrated program of continuous training in physical education and the implementation of health-forming technologies at the Kharkiv Humanitarian University" People's Ukrainian Academy" has been developed and implemented.

Professional training of physical culture teachers for sports work

The article presents the generalized results of research on the formation of professional preparation of future physical education teachers for organizing sports events in the context of the leading trends in the development of physical-pedagogical education and physical education in the framework of extra-curricular sports activity. The content of education is enriched with new methodological skills, the development of the ability to operate with information, the creative solution of problems of science and pedagogical practice with an emphasis on the individualization of educational programs, the role of pedagogical science in the creation of educational technologies that are adequate to the level of public knowledge. Updating the content of education and teaching technologies, the emergence of many problems in improving the quality of teaching physical education lessons, the development of extracurricular sports and the management of the process of physical education require the restructuring of the education system, the improvement of which ultimately depends on the level of professional training of teachers.

Implementation of introduction of innovative mobile games in the educational process of foreign students in higher education institutions

The proposed article is devoted to the introduction of innovative mobile games in the educational process of foreign students of higher education institutions to identify interest in innovative author's creation of mobile games for use in the educational process during academic physical education classes. The purpose of the work is to implement the introduction of innovative mobile games into the educational process of foreign students of higher education institutions. A scientific novelty consists of a creative approach in the use of 16 new mobile games with standard sports equipment and non-sports equipment during academic physical education classes. The team of authors of this article are scientific and pedagogical workers of three Kharkiv Universities and have been working on the creation of an author’s complex of the most modern universal mobile games for students with different levels of physical fitness and di fferent levels of health. The objectives of the study were to identify students' interest to innovative author's creation of mobile games for use in the educational process during academic physical education classes. Conclusions. An objective analysis of the results obtained from the previous questionnaire provided specific data for the rapid management decisions to optimize the educational process of physical education. The questionnaire conducted after the experiment proved that the students liked the lessons with the use of new moving games, and the students noted the creative approach of teachers to their work. The introduced author's mobile games of a wide range helped teachers to establish relationships with students, to establish communication and interaction between students of different nationalities, to promote the development of motor skills, to involve students in academic classes who enjoy attending them. Thus, the purpose of the research is realized and the efficiency and social benefit of using modern, new mobile games in the educational process of students is proved.

Epistemologia da prática pedagógica no esporte

Ciência do conhecimento humano, a epistemologia, também sustentáculo da prática pedagógica e das teorias da aprendizagem,é amparada por três vertentes conceituais - a inatista ou apriorista, a empirista e a interacionista - que, por sua vez, dão luz à diferentes abordagens de ensino e saberes pedagógicos que sustentam o processo de aprendizagem e ação docente na Educação Física e no esporte. O objetivo do estudo, assim, passou por elucidar os procedimentos de construção de um instrumento metodológico que mapeie as bases epistemológicas de profissionais e futuros profissionais de Educação Física e esporte, materializado pela aplicação de um questionário fechado com estudantes de graduação e pós-graduação dos cursos de Educação Física e Ciências do Esporte. O estudo, desse modo, tem natureza quali-quantitativa e caráter descritivo-exploratório.Ainda que tenham denotado maior aproximação aos preceitos pedagógicos interacionistas, houve, em maior ou menor medida, relevante identificação dos estudantes com as outras teorias do conhecimento. Evoca-se, assim, a importância de se fomentar reflexões quanto às teorias pedagógicas e epistemológica que sustentam a prática de ensino esportivo, de modo a minimizar contradições na ação docente.
