System analysis and testing of the benefits of online learning based on madrasah e-learning on physics subjects at MAN 2 Semarang City

This study aims to analyze the application of online learning systems in Physics subjects and test the usability of online learning systems in Physics subjects at MAN 2 Semarang City. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data was collected through interviews, questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The questionnaire was created using the PIECES framework and the USE Questionnaire, modified using google forms. The research results show that implementing online learning based on e-learning madrasah has been well. All aspects, including performance, information, economics, control, efficiency, and service, show good categories. The usability test with the USE Questionnaire shows a good level of Usability or Usability in all aspects. This study indicates that the e-learning system of MAN 2 Semarang City is feasible and good to use for online learning.

Evaluation of User Satisfaction in Electronic Service Manuscripts (TNDE) Using PIECES Framework Analysis

Official documents as a result of the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) of the activities are increasing in quantity, therefore, to handle this needs to be backed up with a capable administrative system, namely: a computerized system to be more efficient and effective in managing official documents that called the System Electronic Service Manuscripts (TNDE) at the Ministry of PUPR. However, many users when accessing the TNDE system, often experience problems. The average user has experienced slow processing (loading) when the system is being accessed. The problem usually lies in the server network that does not respond, hence it interferes with the running of the system. The authors investigate user satisfaction on TNDE system using the PIECES framework to 74 respondents. The results of the analysis state that the average value in the Performance domain is 3.82, Information and data is 3.93, Economic is 4.18, Control and Security is 3.49, Efficiency is 4.09, and Services is at a score of 3.9. This indicates that the user is satisfied in using TNDE system.

Analisis Tingkat Kepuasan Pengguna Whatsapp Sebagai Media Berbagi Informasi Menggunakan Metode Pieces Framework

The development of technology in this era brings changes in aspects of people's lives which are followed by the development of social media that makes individuals have the complexity of technological needs. One of the technological needs is the use of the WhatsApp application. WhatsApp is a cross-platform messaging application that allows us to exchange messages using the same internet data plan as email, web browsing, and others. Judging from the various features offered by WhatsApp, it is a unique feature, so this WhatsApp application has become the main medium used by the people of Balikpapan City as a medium of communication and information sharing. To find out the system owned is running well or not, there is a need for an analysis of the level of satisfaction of a system. One method that can be used in analyzing the system is the PIECES Framework where there are 6 indicators (Performance, Information and Data, Economical, Control and Security, Efficiency, and Service) by distributing questionnaires to the people of Balikpapan City, especially North Balikpapan getting 115 respondents. From the results of this study, it shows that WhatsApp gets an average value of 4.31 which shows that users are satisfied in using the WhatsApp application as a medium for sharing information

Analisis Kepuasan Penggunaan Aplikasi Classroom Pada Pembelajaran di Masa Pandemic Covid-19 menggunakan Metode Pieces

During the current Covid-19 Pandemic, there are many changes that occur in the learning process, the use of online learning media is currently widely used by all students in Indonesia. Media Knowledge Management System (KMS) is a must in every online learning. Online learning media is very much an option, one of which is google classroom. Google classroom is one of the most popular and used learning media. This study aims to find out the application of the google classroom as a learning media during the covid-19 pandemic, to analyze and know the level of google classroom user satisfaction by student of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Balikpapan Information System in the learning process. This research uses PIECES framework method consisting of Performance, Informations and data, Economics, Control and security, Efficiency and Service. The results of this study obtained the average value of each domain, namely the Performance domain got a value of 4.037 (Satisfied), Informations and data got a value of 3.995 (Satisfied), Economics got a value of 3.958 (Satisfied), Control and security got a value of 3.866 (Satisfied) , Efficiency got a value of 3.855 (Satisfied) and Service got a value of 3.868 (Satisfied). Meanwhile, the total average level of satisfaction from all domains is 3.929 (Satisfied).

Evaluasi Kinerja Sistem Informasi Aplikasi Shopee Menggunakan Metode PIECES Framework

Currently, the competition for E-commerce platforms is getting tougher since the outbreak of the covid-19 pandemic, so many E-commerce companies are faced with various opportunities and threats both from within and from abroad. The use of the Shopee Application as an object of research is because Shopee is most accessed by young people where in 2021, according to the author, the Shoppe Application will experience a problem if it is used simultaneously when holding a big sale campaign. This study aims to measure the relationship between System Performance Evaluation using the PIECES framework method which includes 6 dimensions of performance, information, economics, control and security, efficiency, and service variables on Shopee's E-commerce Applications, which aims to determine the level of Application System Performance in terms of weaknesses, strengths and analyze what components need to be improved. This study uses the PIECES Framework method in analyzing data, the use of the PIECES framework method is very suitable in analyzing each system variable under study because it can provide real results on the effectiveness of the system used by the company. User satisfaction with mobile application-based services is measured by the PIECES framework to determine the level of user satisfaction with services. The results of research using the PIECES Framework resulted in an average score of 4.26 with a Likert scale. So service users are categorized as PUAS for the Shoppe application information system service

Evaluasi Tingkat Kepuasan Masyarakat Terhadap Penggunaan Aplikasi DG Bankaltimtara Menggunakan Pieces Framework

Bankaltimtara is PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Kalimantan Timur and North Kalimantan operating under the trade name Bankaltimtara which has a banking application named DG Bankaltimtara. And intended for all Bankaltimtara customers who have savings. DG Bankaltimtara can be installed via smartphones, such as Android or IOS. That is, it is enough just to connect to the internet network and access DG Bankltimtara, especially users at the North Penajam Paser branch, so all banking matters can be easily completed in just a matter of minutes. There are several service features provided such as balance information, account mutation information, transfers between accounts and to other banks, payments, and purchases. With the DG Bankaltimtara application, it is necessary to identify problems to find out how satisfied the community or users are with the application. One method that can be used in evaluating is to use the PIECES Framework (Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, Service) method. Based on the PIECES method which consists of Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, and Service to measure the level of satisfaction with the use of the DG Bankaltimtara application, the North Penajam Paser branch can be seen from each of the existing variables, to see how much satisfaction the application user has. Analisis Kepuasan Pengguna Aplikasi Lazada Masyarakat Penajam Menggunakan Metode Pieces Framework

Lazada is one of the most popular mobile-platform-based e-commerce in Indonesia today with more than 100 million downloads. During the current COVID-19 pandemic, the Lazada application can be a very helpful application to meet user needs without having to leave the house. In this study, evaluation activities were carried out on a Lazada information system to assess whether the Lazada application used was able to meet the needs of its users, namely Lazada application users. In conducting an analysis or evaluation of a system, it is carried out with an analytical model. Data collection uses the PIECES Framework method, data calculation uses a Likert scale, and determines the average satisfaction. Based on the calculation results, it is known that the PIECES method can be seen in almost every variable getting results (PUAS).

The use of information systems requires special arrangements and management, so this system is commonly referred to as a website information system. Website information system is a representation of information technology which is a medium in obtaining information. One of the benefits of a website-based information system is to facilitate the presentation of data that can be accessed by all internet users. The role of a website-based information system is to produce information for all levels of management. The need for information for a management process must be analyzed, so that the information produced can function and be right on target. One application of a website-based information system is a notarial information system. This study aims to evaluate user satisfaction of the Online AHU (General Legal Administration) Website in relation to the Directorate General of AHU. With the application of AHU Online as a breakthrough in public services by the Directorate General of AHU, these problems can be overcome as a form of excellent service to the community. In this case, it cannot be separated from the information system used in the company, of course it cannot be separated from the impressions of users (notary employees) in registering legal entities using the AHU Online Website. The method used is the PIECES Framework analysis method, which consists of several points of analysis, namely: Performance, Information and Data, Economics, Control and Security, Efficiency, and Service. Analisa Efektifitas Kepusaan Penggunaan Aplikasi LARASKA ANRI Menggunakan Sistem Pengembangan Waterfall dan PIECES Framework

Family Archive Restoration Service (LARASKA) is a national archival institution that is present directly in the midst of people who have difficulty in handling community archives damaged by disasters. Since its launch in 2019, LARASKA has helped as many as 790 families and has repaired 33,193 archives. LARASKA ANRI is a service provided to the public free of charge by following established procedures. On February 21, 2021, exactly 1 day after the flood-hit Jabodetabek, the LARASKA ANRI team established a command post at the location to help people who have difficulty coming directly to ANRI. Thus, it is hoped that important public archives or documents as evidence of organizational accountability, both government and private, as well as evidence of community civil rights can be saved. The aim of the researchers from this study was to build a website-based LARASKA application to make it easier for the public to use the online application and conduct assessment analysis using the PIECES Framework.

Application of Augmented Intelligence Technology with Human Body Tracking for Human Anatomy Education

Technological developments have a positive impact on humans to improve their abilities in line with innovations in the field of education which are increasing day by day. One of them is by increasing intelligence through collaboration between humans and technology called augmented intelligence. In this study augmented intelligence is applied to assist humans in studying human anatomy by utilizing augmented reality technology to perform motion tracking that can control 3D assets to follow it. The anatomy learning platform that was built was named AIVE (Artificial Intelligence on Virtual Education) with an architectural system consisting of a frontend for interface needs and AR platform development, there is also a backend for streaming databases and AI algorithms. Measurement of satisfaction and interest based on the PIECES framework is also carried out to determine the user’s response to the platform being built. The results show a satisfaction level of 4.12 and an interest of 4.10 which means that users are satisfied and interested in the human anatomy tracking platform that is accessed via smartphones.

IMPLEMENTASI PIECES FRAMEWORK DALAM PERANCANGAN E-DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM WEBSITE PUSAT JAMINAN MUTU

The Quality Assurance Center (PJM) is an important unit in a university because it carries out activities in the context of improving the quality of higher education. STMIK AKAKOM as one of the universities also has a PJM Unit, but until now document management is still done in a simple way, namely storing the data and documents on the computer belonging to PJM. Meanwhile, specifically for monitoring results, document need to be printed to be distributed to related parties. Both of these things make it difficult to access by internal or external parties. Electronic Document Management System (E-DMS) is needed to facilitate good document maintenance and management so that documents will be easily stored, searched, updated or shared with other parties and has a security when accessed. In system development, proper analysis and design are needed in order to identify the problem and the solution. Evaluation of the condition of the existing system and result of the design are evaluated using the PIECES Framework. Based on the final results, it can be seen that the E-DMS design for the PJM STMIK AKAKOM obtained good results for the 6 evaluation components, namely Performance, Information, Economics, Controls and Security, Efficiency and Service.

Analisa Sistem Informasi Akademik Menggunakan WebQual dan PIECES Frameworks Pada Universitas XYZ

This study aims to provide recommendations or policy suggestions in order to improve the quality of the academic information system (SIAKAD) for university operator or management. SIAKAD is a website-based application created to assist the process of managing data related to academics and has uses in managing campus or college management. Policy suggestions are compiled based on the analysis of higher education information system assessments with a comparison of the dimensions of WebQual and the PIECES Framework in measuring the quality of SIAKAD as a guide in improving or developing the quality for the better. The results of the analysis using the WebQual method with a value of 3.50 and the PIECES Framework with a value of 3.97 on the quality of the SIAKAD website produced the same results which were in the Good category with a score of 4 (3.43 - 4.23) based on the assessment criteria. The results of the recommendations in this study are expected to contribute to higher education management as a reference or decision support in improving the quality of the website-based academic information system (SIAKAD) for the better

Internet of Things is a concept where internet connectivity can exchange information with one another with the existing devices around it. IoT can help humans in their daily activities. In general, Internet of Things-based devices can perform controlling and scheduling. In this research, an analysis of the level of power saving using smart lamp and smart plug devices based on the Internet of Things will be carried out. The analysis carried out in this study used the PIECES method which is a framework that can classify a problem, opportunity, and directives. Research on the efficiency of electricity savings based on IoT devices will be supported using devices and applications from Bardi Smart Home. In addition to the PIECES method, this analysis and research is supported by using the IoT framework: Conceptual Framework, and will be supported by IoT-based devices from Bardi Smart Home.

Integrated Monitoring System to Improve the Procurement Process through Provider with an End-User Development Approach (Case Study: XXX Institute)

This study aims to identify problems in procurement activities through providers at XXX Institute and to provide solutions to improve the procurement process through providers with an integrated system design to monitor the procurement process at XXX Institute. XXX Institute under the authority of Government that services in education and training. XXX institute are required to follow the procedures and rules set by the government to achieve the procurement objectives as stipulated in Presidential Regulation No. 16 Tahun 2018. Based on the identification problems, some obstacles is still existing in the procurement activities at XXX Institute due to negligence of procurement parties. An integrated monitoring system is needed for procurement parties to monitor the procurement process, so that the impact of procurement inconsistencies can be systematically resolved. In this research, the theories uses the PIECES Framework and the FAST method developed by Whitten and Bentley (2007) to identify problems in the system and create a system design to overcome these problems. The system design uses the end-user development system design process. According to Marshall B. Romney (2018) end-user development is a computer-based application which is the users can manage and develop the system. The result of the system design is a system to monitor every process of procuring goods or services at XXX Institute.

PIECES FRAMEWORK ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF RAPID ENUMERATION AND EVALUATION INFORMATION SYSTEM OF 2020 POPULATION CENSUS

In September 2020, Statistics Indonesia (BPS RI) carried out a major activity, namely the 2020 Population Census At the SP2020 data processing stage, Mobile Capture is one of the options for photographing data collection results. During the use of mobile capture, BPS West Java Province encountered several obstacles. West Java Province BPS created an application called the Rapid Enumeration dan Evaluation 2020 Population Census Information System (Sicepat32 SLS) to monitor the attainment of enumeration to the smallest level (local environmental unit). To find out whether Sicepat32 SLS is working and functioning properly, it is necessary to evaluate the performance of the information system. The purpose of this study is to measure the level of user satisfaction with the application of Sicepat32 SLS and to assess whether Sicepat32 SLS can meet the needs of users. In this study, the PIECES Framework analysis model will be used and has produced an assessment score in the Performance domain of 4.07; Information and Data of 4.17; Economy 4.1; Control and Security with a score of 4.03; Efficiency with a score of 4.18 and Service getting a score of 4.18

Evaluasi Penggunaan Supporting Applications For Quick Data Search (SuApQuDaS) Dengan Metode PIECES Framework

Aplikasi SuApQuDaS dibangun untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tim di salah satu biro dalam mengelola data khususnya proses pencarian data untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kepada customer. Evaluasi merupakan kegiatan terencana untuk menilai suatu permasalahan yang terjadi dengan menggunakan instrumen dan hasilnya dapat dibandingkan dengan tolak ukur untuk memperoleh kesimpulan sehingga ditemukan solusi untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang timbul. Sedangkan Evaluasi sistem informasi dapat dilakukan dengan cara yang berbeda dan pada tingkatan yang berbeda, tergantung pada tujuan evaluasinya. Tujuannya adalah untuk menilai kemampuan teknis, pelaksanaan operasional, dan pendayagunaan sistem. Untuk mempermudah evaluasi, ditawarkan cara analisis dengan kerangka PIECES yang menguraikan ke dalam 6 fokus analisis kelemahan yaitu Performance, Information and Data, Economy, Control and Security, Eficiency dan Service. Berdasarkan metode analisis kerangka kerja PIECES dalam mengukur tingkat evaluasi didapatkan nilai dari masing- masing domain yaitu domain performance memperoleh skor 4,09, domain information and data memperoleh skor 4,18, domain economics memperoleh skor 4,18, domain control and security memperoleh skor 4,11, domain efficiency memperoleh skor 4,17, dan domain service memperoleh skor 4,13.

ANALISIS TINGKAT KEPUASAN PENGGUNA APLIKASI GRAB KOTA LUBUKLINGGAU MENGGUNAKAN FRAMEWORK PIECES

The problem in this study was how consument satisfy level on Grab Application in Lubuklinggau based on consument perception measured by framework PIECES (Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, and Service). This study used collecting data method, by observation and record the research place, interview to interviewees and distribute the questionaires to the Grab service consument. The population in this study was all the Grab Application consument, it was 91 consument as the sample callculated by Slovin formula. The goal of this study was to know consument satisfy level on Information Technology Grab Application in Lubuklinggau, which measures by PIECES framework. The study result show that from validitas and reliability test all of the questionaires item were valid and reliable for multiple linier regretion test show that 6 (variable) have significant effect on consument satisty level except in economic variable.
