Военизация физической культуры и спорта в 1920-е годы:способы организации, итоги

The military reform of the Armed Forces of the Soviet Union in 1924–1925 was aimed at improving leadership and improving the quality of training of command personnel, creating a new system for recruiting the Armed Forces, and organizing a coherent system for military service by the country's citizens. Physical education organizations were tasked with militarizing physical culture and sports and solving the problem of military physical training of pre-conscription youth. Based on materials from the central and regional periodicals of the pre-war period, the article presents the methods and forms of militarization in the European North of the Soviet Union. The novelty of the study is determined by the fact that the work is the first to analyze the problems of the development of physical education and sports in the light of the policy of militarization in the northern regions of the country. The author proves that in the 1920s this direction was at the initial stage of its development, limited to agitation and propaganda among the population and holding demonstration sports competitions in certain sports.

Additional Physical Education, Sport and Wellness Classes in the System of School Physical Education

The contemporary modernization and humanization of physical education implies radical changes in the stabilized traditions of physical education organization in public schools. According to authors, one of such ways, is the extension of conducting additional physical training classes. An attempt was made to observe the place of extracurricular physical-training classes in the public school physical education system. The researches show that through additional physical-training classes, it is possible to solve a number of pedagogical and social-psychological problems: to improve the health, to satisfy students’ physical and sport interests, to develop motor skills purposefully, to acquire knowledge and abilities to do physical exercises independently.

К вопросу о развитии научно-исследовательской деятельности в студенческом спорте: обзор научных публикаций за период с 2000 по 2022 год

In accordance with the Concept of Student Sport Development in the Russian Federation until 2025, one of the priority directions is the improvement of scientific and methodological support of the subjects of the student sports system. In the context of scientific and methodological support of student sport it is significant not only to intensify research in this area, but also to match the direction of the research with the key tasks of student sport development. In order to form approaches for the development of the research studies taking into account priority directions of student sports development, the authors have carried out and systematized 8083 papers on student sport and physical education of students. The papers were published in scientific journals and materials of research conferences for the period from 2000 to 2022 and placed in scientific electronic library. Based on the results of the study, the authors identified key trends in the development of scientific research activities in the field of student sports. The authors formed a model of interaction between the department of physical education and other structural units and organizations to expand the directions of scientific research.

MODERN DEVELOPMENT TRENDS OF THE ORGANIZATION OF OWNERSHIP STRUCTURE IN AZERBAIJAN

FEATURES OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION CLASSES AND THEIR EFFECTS ON INCREASE OF PHYSICAL WORKABILITY OF FEMALE STUDENTS AND THE COURSE

The article analyzes the influence of physical education classes on the improvement of physical performance of female students of higher education institutions. It has been proven that the inadequacy of the content and volume of physical education in institutions of higher education is not able to fully solve the complex of tasks of physical improvement, spiritual and intellectual development of students of higher education. It was established that the low effectiveness of the implementation of the physical education program in institutions of higher education is caused not only by the lack of time allocated for mandatory physical education classes, but also by the insufficient development of scientifically based methods of building the educational process of physical education. In this regard, the indicated shortcomings in the system of compulsory classes are intended to compensate for self-active and independent forms of physical education organization under the conditions of leisure time, the potential possibilities of which attract the increased attention of modern theoreticians and practitioners. The independent process of physical improvement of female students determines the strengthening of the educational and methodological orientation of the pedagogical process, the assimilation of knowledge by female students that would allow them to rationally carry out physical and sports activities using various means of physical culture, traditional and non-traditional methods of physical education, as well as the full use of free time, increasing educational orientation of physical education specifically in the conditions of leisure time

Multisensor Data Fusion System for Wushu Sanda Teaching in Higher Education Institutions

Classical data fusion methods can be roughly divided into two categories: one is based on random methods, such as weighted average, least squares, Kalman filtering, Bayesian estimation, DS evidence inference, and production rules; the other is based on artificial intelligence. Intelligent methods include fuzzy logic reasoning, artificial neural networks, and support vector machine methods. This paper introduces, analyzes, and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the above methods, as well as the level of use of these methods, and then introduces the current trend of data fusion technology toward the mixed development of multiple methods. This article is aimed at carrying out a research on the innovation of Wushu Sanda teaching mode in colleges and universities based on multisensor data fusion technology. This article puts forward the innovative theory of youth sports training in Sanda in the new era, combined with the current status of physical education in Chinese colleges and universities, and analyzes the practicality of the theory and the effect of system integration. This article accelerates reforms and collects data from four aspects: the policy system at the macro level, the integrated governance system at the meso level, the teacher service system at the micro level, and the digital industry system at the functional innovation level, and proposes innovative strategies for youth sports training and teaching in the new era. The results of the study show that people with 5.99 are more interested in the World Cup, accounting for the largest proportion, while the number of people who are interested in martial arts is the least, only 1.63. The innovative theory of youth sports training in Sanda in the new era improves the training effect of students by 60% compared with ordinary college Sanda training. It can to a large extent protect students from reluctant exercises that do not receive physical education in traditional teaching. Physiologically, it has unique advantages for the development of students. The teaching innovation model of this article can effectively solve the problems of physical education organization difficulty.

What Recess Policy? Assessing Arizona Schools’ Adherence to Senate Bill 1083

Children’s health is affected by physical activity (PA) opportunities throughout the school day. Schools are a central venue for children meeting physical activity recommendations, and multiple areas, such as recess, have been established to protect against childhood obesity and overweight. Senate Bill 1083 is a law that addresses recess policies in Arizona that calls for students in Grades K–5 receive at least two recess periods per day. The purposes of this study were to explore Arizona charter and public elementary (K–5) school’s adherence to Senate Bill 1083 as well as investigate the barriers, if any, to implementing recess. A modified version of the School Physical Activity Policy Assessment survey was administered to members of the Arizona Health and Physical Education organization. Findings from the survey show that Arizona schools are not providing the recommended number of recess periods per day, and there are multiple barriers to recess implementation. Further investigations and bill modifications are needed.

Aim. The paper aims to determine the status of self-regulation in physical education and sport based on state regulation. Materials and methods. The norms of Russian legislation in physical education and sport, as well as in self-regulation were studied. Attention is paid to Russian and foreign doctrine on lex sportiva and self-regulation in sport. Moreover, world practices in sports management were studied. Results. It was proved that there was no single regulatory system for physical education and sport in the Russian Federation. It was established that there was no common understanding of the activities that made up physical education and sport. Researchers believe that this domain consists of a professional and entrepreneurial activity that is regulated by both public and private law. The national sports federations, which set standards and rules independently, also play an important role in such regulation. The autonomy of the issue can be also demonstrated through the existence of a specialized permanent arbitration institution. Conclusion. The existing regulatory system has sufficient prerequisites for establishing self-regulatory physical education and sport organizations. If Russian sports federations acquire the status of self-regulatory organizations and sports clubs become the members of such organizations, when the best way of regulating public relations in physical education and sport can possibly be achieved.

Exercise Behavior and Self-Efficacy of Medical Students Based on Stages of Change Model

Introduction: Despite the benefits of exercisemany people in different countries specially students, have not enough physical activity. The aim of this research is to study exercise behavior of medical students in Rafsanjan University of Medical Sciences based on stages of change model and assess itsrelationship with students’ self-efficacy.Method: All of the 309 students of Rafsanjan University of Medical Sciences participated in this cross-sectional study. The data collection methodwas a questionnaire which consistedof four parts: demographic characteristics, the pattern of weekly physical activity, the level of exercise behavior which was based on stages of change model and finally the questions which assess exercises self-efficacy. Results: Atotalof 309students(46.6% male and 53.4% female) participated in this study. The mean (SD) of their age was 21.57 (2.20). Based on the stages of change model 117 (37.9%) students were on the pre-contemplation stage. 78 (25.2%), 45 (14.6%), 27 (8.7%) and 42 (13.6%) students were on the contemplation, readiness, action and maintenance stage, respectively. The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between students’ exercise self-efficacyand their stages of change (p< 0.001).Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, exercise self-efficacy had an important role in students’ exercise behavior. Therefore, it seems to be important for related institutions such as Physical Education Organization tofocus a part of their activities on improving thelevel of exercise self-efficacy in students. Current approaches to comprehensive assessment of child and adolescent health in hygiene and clinical practice

The relevance of improving the quality of preventive medical surveillance of children and adolescents is undeniable, which provides the basis for the search for methodologically sound approaches to an integrated assessment of the health of the child population. The purpose of the study was to develop and create the software product «Computer Program «Comprehensive Assessment of the Health of Children and Adolescents». For realization of the purpose, patent search, compilation of a technical specification on the basis of criteria of assessment of children’s health and assignment to a particular group of health, writing of a software product using modern programming libraries, as well as preparation of accompanying documents for registration of an intellectual property object were performed. The result of the work was the «Computer Program «Comprehensive Assessment of the Health of Children and Adolescents», designed for the integrated assessment of the state of health of children and adolescents during screening and preventive examinations. After filling in all fields, the program processes the received data and displays the final result — assessment of the child’s health status with the definition of the health group. Information about the examined patient is sent to the program database. The built-in database allows you to systematize the data obtained, analyze the health indicators of the surveyed contingents both in one-step and in longitudinal studies. This program product can be used in the work of medical organizations, higher educational institutions of a medical profile, physical education organizations and institutions of the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare in the Russian Federation.

ACTIVITIES OF CHILDREN’S FITNESS CENTER AND ITS MARKETING SUPPORT

The purpose is to systematize and compile information, data and materials on marketing support for the activities of children's fitness center. Materials and methods of the research. We have studied statutory and regulation documents of children's fitness center, protocols for monitoring the activities of the center, conversations with employees and managers of the organization. We used the following study methods: analysis and synthesis of literature data and Internet materials, the work experience of domestic physical education organizations, including children's fitness clubs and centers, high-quality content analysis of planning documents and reports of children's fitness center, monitoring center’s activities and its content analysis results, conversations with employees of children's fitness center and specialists in the field of sport marketing. Results of the research. The paper presents and discloses the content of the main activities of children's fitness center, including: medical and pedagogical diagnostics (children's fitness testing), implementation of fitness programs, implementation of development programs, economic activities, personnel policy and personnel management, communicative and managerial activity. We have characterized the main areas of marketing activity: product or services produced and offered by children's fitness center, price - pricing policy, place - marketing methods for fitness center services, promotion - center’s activities for disseminating information about its advantages and fitness programs, people - work with target audience. We have developed the program of communication campaigns including promotions, PR and publicity, sales promotion. Conclusion. The findings related to the marketing support of the activities of children's fitness center can be used for organizing and carrying out communicative actions in such sports organizations.

РАСПРОСТРАНЕНИЕ ФИЗИЧЕСКОЙ КУЛЬТУРЫ КАК ЧАСТИ СОВЕТСКОЙ КУЛЬТУРЫ В СРЕДЕ ТРУДЯЩЕЙСЯ МОЛОДЕЖИ ЗАПАДНОЙ СИБИРИ В ПЕРИОД ИНДУСТРИАЛИЗАЦИИ И КОЛЛЕКТИВИЗАЦИИ (1930-е гг.).

The study analyzes the transformation of physical education in the 1930s, the involvement of the working youth in it, and the implementation of the social functions of physical education on the example of Western Siberia. The development of physical culture during the period of rapid economic transformations, which predetermined a multiple increase in the industrial capacity of the USSR, is considered on the basis of regional archival material and periodicals. The study showed that the years of industrialization and collectivization became a period of essential transformations in the field of physical culture, including: the creation of a normative basis for physical education and the All-Union Council of Physical Culture and Sports, the inclusion of physical education in socialist competition, the transition to the production principle of building physical education organizations, the creation of labor physical education links, etc. Exercises in the workplace and physical training breaks were recognized as the most appropriate forms of physical culture activities. In accordance with specific economic tasks, the restructuring of the departments activities in the field of physical culture in the region became the agenda of the III Plenary Session of the West Siberian Regional Council of Physical Culture in 1930. Physical training shock-brigades, overfulfilling production plans, were to become the main power to turn Siberian Krai into an industrial-agricultural and cultural territory. Trade unions and the Komsomol had an active position in this issue. In 1932, in Western Siberia, there were 75 thousand members of shock-brigades, combined in 356 self-supporting physical training brigades. Despite its great socioeconomic role, the organization and distribution of physical education in the agricultural sector were faced eith significant difficulties. Some improvement in the situation of the region resulted from measures taken to increase the number of physical education movement members: restructuring of the management of physical education of peasant youth; creation of political departments, introduction of rates for physical education workers in the staffing of machine tractor stations and state farms; holding of mass events. However, the simplest sports facilities appeared only in very few economically strong collective and state farms, the staffing was minimal, and the physical culture movement at the end of the decade was in the process of organizing collectives. Thus, in the 1930s, serious transformations took place in the field of physical culture. They became the prerequisite for the formation of physical culture as part of the Soviet culture and lifestyle of workers, for the solution of economic, social, and political problems. The involvement of Siberian peasant workers in this sphere, increases in workers’ labor productivity and health, among other factors, contributed to the industrialization and collectivization of the state in the short term.

Specifics of the impact of les mills fitness programs on the women’s physical fitness of 30-35 years of different somatotypes

At present, the increasing role of women in all areas of modern society is obvious. In this regard, the issue of preserving their health in the circumstances of a negative environmental situation, the intensification and computerization of labor activity is important and actual. Regular physical activity based on health-improving physical culture helps to improve the physical condition of women. There are some shortcomings in the physical education organization for women of the first Mature age. It leads to a lack of systematic growth in physical fitness indicators, and a decrease in motivation for physical education. It is important to find effective ways to improve the physical training of the first Mature age women and evaluate the effectiveness of various motor activity types. The article discusses the characteristics and influence of fitness programs in the Les Mills direction on the development of women physical qualities, taking into account different somatotypes. The results of the study made it possible to determine the somatotype according to the metric scheme of R. N. Dorokhov, body components, their severity and ratio, the physical capabilities of women 30-35 years old, depending on their somatic characteristics. In order to increase the level of physical fitness for each somatotype of women, fitness programs were selected based on the popular Les Mills direction. As a result of the study, the effectiveness of combining fitness tools that help increase the physical capabilities of women 30-35 years old with various somatotypic parameters was proved.

Predictors of physical activity among employees in Tehran: a cross-sectional study based on the trans-theoretical model

The present research aimed to explore the level of physical activity among the employees of Melli Bank in Tehran in the light of the trans-theoretical model in 2018. This cross-sectional study followed a multi-stratified sampling method and selected 612 employees from Melli Bank in Tehran. The data collection instrument was a tripartite questionnaire, the reliability and validity of which was statistically tested and confirmed within this research. SPSS16 was used to statistically analyze the data through independent-samples t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation coefficient and multiple regressions. The significance level was set at p < .05. In this study, 532 male and 78 female participants were included. Two hundred and ninety-five participants (48.4%) had inadequate physical activity. From among 610 employees, 111 were at the pre-contemplation stage, 164 in contemplation, 160 in preparation, 65 in action, and 110 in maintenance stage. The foremost predictor of performing physical activity was found to be self-efficacy (r = .682, p < .0001). As the results showed, self-efficacy played a major role in the rate of physical activity. To promote self-efficacy among employees, senior management of banks and related organizations such as physical education organization and universities need to support employees.

Identify the factors affecting the outsourcing of information systems with a multi-criteria decision-making approach and present its implementation strategies

The purpose of this article is to identify and prioritize the factors affecting the of outsourcing of information systems and provide strategies for its implementation in order to increase the quality, accuracy and productivity of outsourcing in Nezaja Physical Education Organization. In this research, first factors Examining the outsourcing of information systems for sports managers of the Nezaja Physical Education Organization will be examined to identify and rank the role of outsourcing in the promotion of the Physical Education Organization. In the following, the factors in the field of outsourcing, including quality, management, strategy, economy, technology, accuracy in outsourcing decisions will be considered as a criterion for measuring the effectiveness of decisions for outsourcing information systems. Offer. For this purpose, the research approach is done using multi-criteria decision making methods with network analysis process and fuzzy wikor. Due to ambiguities in the opinions of various experts, this decision-making model produces fuzzy numerical values ​​to compare criteria, sub-criteria and options so that managers can better plan outsourcing strategies for each of the desired information systems. Legal bases of sports activity as an object of the theory of system organization

Today, the state of development of the sphere of physical culture and sports is characterized by the presence of organizational and legal problems at the level of functioning of all its components (physical education, professional or mass sport, etc.) on the way to solving socially significant social problems. The lack of an objective assessment of the current state of the public relations industry, which is covered by physical education and sports, taking into account the state policy of Ukraine’s integration with the international community, leads to the process of assimilation of this industry in favor of a stronger partnership, which is being formed. Purpose: to analyze the activities of physical education and sports organizations from the position of conceptual provisions of the theory of system organization. Material & Methods: analysis of literary sources; analysis of documents; system analysis; historicism method; a method of analogy of observed patterns; mathematical modeling method. Results: the problem of managing complex social systems in the context of the functioning of the sports law industry is considered. The theoretical foundations of self-organization of collective interdependent relations in the field of physical culture are substantiated from the position of conceptual provisions of the theory of system organization . Conclusions: it has been established that at the present stage of development of public sports associations, the international sports movement and international sports federations, successful managerial activity can only be based on the condition that it is built on the basis of systems theory. It is established that the process of formation of interdependent relationships is based on the general principles of interaction of the object in question and its environment. It is the interaction of the object and the environment as a whole that acts as one of the determining principles of effective management and the key to maintaining the equilibrium state of the system.

Pedagogical Animation: Educational Practices of Ukraine and Poland

Abstract The article analyzes the essential characteristics of the concept of pedagogical animation in the context of Ukrainian and Polish educational practices, specifies the peculiarities of pedagogical animation, studies the vectors of developing the phenomenon under study and compares relevant approaches to its implementation in the systems of the Ukrainian and Polish teacher education. The conducted analysis on the interpretation of the concept of pedagogical animation concludes that the Ukrainian education system unilaterally uses the functionality of this phenomenon. Pedagogical animation is mainly a part of the problems of socio-pedagogical, socio-cultural, cultural and leisure nature and issues of physical education organization. The underestimated importance of the phenomenon under study in the context of the educational process can significantly affect the implementation of the analyzed programme for updating the system of general secondary education. The use of pedagogical animation as a method of interaction between teachers and students based on child-centeredness and partner pedagogy contribute to implementing the main components of the Concept of the New Ukrainian School. The range of using pedagogical animation in educational practices of Polish teachers is more expanded. Along with the traditional socio-cultural and activity-based one, pedagogical animation is an integral part of the educational process. High social standards in the country urge pedagogical science and practice to implement a variety of training programmes, which incorporate animation skills as components of professional competencies. The variability of special pedagogies in Polish educational practices highlights the issue of pedagogical animation development both at theoretical and methodological levels. The results of the comparative analysis show that the use of pedagogical animation in Ukrainian and Polish educational practices contributes to developing pedagogical interaction at various stages of education, namely from preschool education to adult education. The development of pedagogical animation and its justification as a didactic structure will help to bring this phenomenon to a new level of educational significance and promote it as advanced pedagogical experience.

JUSTIFICATION FOR HYGIENIC OPTIMIZATION OF PRIMARY SCHOOL STUDENTS' PHYSICAL EDUCATION ORGANIZATION BASED ON THE DIFFERENTIATED ASSESSMENT OF THEIR PHYSICAL FITNESS

We evaluated the physical fitness of 146 primary school students (68 boys and 78 girls) in the dynamics of the school year in order to substantiate the hygienic optimization of physical education organization based on a differentiated approach taking into account the sex of students. Results' analysis revealed that the age period of 8–9 years is a sensitive period for the development in children of speed, power, speed-strength and coordination body capabilities. It is shown that in order to increase the efficiency of physical education, it is advisable to conduct physical education classes differentially depending on the gender of the students.

Foreign experience in organizing physical education of students in countries with high level of the population involvement in health related motor activity

The present state of physical education in higher education institutions of Ukraine has been analyzed. Examples of optimal forms of physical education organization have been presented in the light of the reform of higher education in Ukraine. The content of the main legal documents defining the vector of the state policy of Ukraine on the way of integration into the European educational space, which determines the need for mo­ dernization of physical education, has been analyzed. Objective. To study the experience of organizing physical education in countries with high level of the population involvement in motor activity. Methods. Analysis and ge­ neralization of data of scientific and methodical literature. Results. It has been established that any changes in the process of physical education in educational institutions should be based on objective scientific data with account for the experience of leading countries in the organization of student youth to practicing motor activity. Today, one of the most successful is the experience of the United States of America in attracting students to physical culture and health related, and especially to sports activities. The priority orientation of the process of physical education of students in the United States can be judged from its organizational structure, which indicates a clear separation of sessions aimed at improving the athletic skill and those of health-related direction. One of the positive features of physical education process in Australia is the use of a wide range of health related fitness means during the organization of sessions, which induce steady interest not only among students, but also contribute to the involvement of other categories of people. Types of motor activity of traditional orientation are cultivated in Asian countries, in particular in Japan and China. Studying the peculiarities of physical education system functioning in foreign countries will enable to enrich and improve the national experience and create a practical basis for the study, analysis and implementation of the leading achievements in the system of student youth physical education in Ukraine
