Pengembangan Media Berbasis Site dalam Pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila Kelas 4 di SDN Plampang

The importance of improving the quality of Pancasila education learning in grade 4 at SDN Plampang has triggered the development of site-based media as an innovative solution. This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of this media in increasing students' understanding of Pancasila values. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D). The research results show that site-based media has succeeded in increasing student involvement and making a positive contribution to understanding Pancasila concepts. Pancasila Education Teachers also recognize the key role of this media in presenting material dynamically and accommodating diverse learning styles. Although effective, research identifies barriers, including limited access to technology and teachers' technology skills. Therefore, training and technical support are needed so that site-based media can be used optimally. These findings provide a basis for further development of this media or adjustment of learning methods according to classroom dynamics and technological developments.

URGENSI RECHTERLIJK PARDON DALAM PEMBAHARUAN HUKUM PIDANA DI INDONESIA

This research discusses changes in Indonesian criminal law regarding legal forgiveness, as one type of decision in criminal cases. The journal aims to understand the urgency and purpose of studying the values of Pancasila that underlie the regulations and implementation of legal forgiveness. The research uses a normative juridical approach with a legislative and conceptual approach. The journal finds that judicial forgiveness is a manifestation of Pancasila values in the process of enforcing criminal law and is part of an effort to Indonesianize those regulations. Criminal law, which has hitherto been based on principles of colonial states.

LGBT Movement: Existence and Responsiveness of Marriage Law In Indonesia

This research examines the LGBT movement which is at odds with the issue of marriage law in Indonesia. With a library research approach, this research collects data and information through journal literature, news, and books. The research results show that the existence of lesbians or the like is contrary to the values of Pancasila. The responsiveness of marriage law to the LGBT movement is very firm in rejecting it, whereas, in Law No. 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage, marriage is only permitted for men and women. In the view of the Al-Qur'an and Hadith, the existence of LGBT harms the nature that Allah has given. Because the legal aim of marriage is to form a happy, eternal family and a means of channeling biological desires. So the existence of the LGBT movement destroys the values that have been built into marriage law.

Economic Compatibility of Islamic Economy and Pancasila: Implications for the Postgraduate Curriculum

This article aims to develop the Sharia Economics Curriculum in Indonesia which has a unique relationship between religion and state and the compatibility of both in the postgraduate curriculum in Indonesia. The integration of Islamic Economic values into the Pancasila economic framework supports the Islamic economic industry in Indonesia. The analytical method in this study will utilize literature studies by collecting and evaluating relevant theoretical sources to understand the compatibility between Pancasila economics and Islamic economics. The data will be analyzed through classification, synthesis, and pattern tracing in the literature to fill the research gap. The research concluded that there are several critical points in the alignment of the curriculum of the Master of Sharia Economic Law in Indonesia, including discrepancies in the integration of the economic values of Pancasila and Islamic Economics, a focus on legal aspects rather than ethics, a lack of concretomatic details on the redistribution of wealth and property rights, and a lack of emphasis on social welfare. The recommendations involve developing detailed strategies to integrate these values into the curriculum, collaboration with Islamic economic experts, practitioners, and experts, and ongoing monitoring and evaluation to ensure comprehensive alignment. It is necessary to create graduates with a holistic understanding of the compatibility of Islamic Economics and Pancasila in Islamic economic law.

Analysis of PROSPER Strategy in the Implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project in Senior High School

The Pancasila learner profile strengthening project in Senior High School is an important initiative to improve the understanding and practice of Pancasila values among students. In this context, PROSPER strategy analysis is used as a relevant framework and focuses on students' psychological well-being. This article aims to outline the application of the PROSPER strategy in the implementation of the Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project). The research approach used is descriptive qualitative, while the research locus is carried out at SMA N Semarang, the data collection technique uses interviews, observation and documentary studies. Data validity testing uses triangulation techniques. The results of the study outlined that the PROSPER element was adapted to the educational context with the aim of strengthening the understanding and application of Pancasila values among students. Positivity is emphasised to develop positive attitudes towards Pancasila, and healthy social relationships are promoted to build collaboration among students. In addition, expected academic outcomes were linked to the understanding of Pancasila, and student strengths were identified and utilised in the project. Project objectives are linked to school goals, and students are encouraged to actively engage in activities that support understanding of Pancasila values. Students' resilience is confronted with social and emotional skills training to overcome challenges. The implications of the implementation of the PROSPER strategy contribute to the formation of a younger generation that better understands and practices the values of Pancasila in the daily and future lives of students.

The rapid development of the current era of globalization is increasingly suppressing the process of cultural acculturation, especially the influence of western culture, which seems to dominate and is always the trend-centre, the habits and lifestyle of western people seem to be a modern mirror in people's lives. This situation continues to erode local culture and wisdom which is the heritage of the Indonesian archipelago. The ability to face challenges that are very basic and will hit national, social and political life, even mental and national life, the final stronghold is national belief based on the State of Pancasila. Pancasila is a bulwark in facing challenges in the current era of globalization which is increasingly developing. Applying Pancasila values to society, Pancasila is an ideology and foundation of the Pancasila state which is the foundation of all decisions made by the Indonesian nation. Which also means that Pancasila also represents the personality of the Indonesian nation itself. The word Pancasila originates from Indian Sanskrit, namely the word panca which means five, while the word sila has a basic meaning. So the term Pancasila according to each meaning of the word is five basic, from which each symbol of Pancasila is created, which is five, and the contents of Pancasila are also 5 according to the meaning of the word Pancasila.

In line with this, humanistic government becomes a relevant and urgent concern when dealing with government functions. Humanistic government focuses on, apart from the legalistic dimension, also the dimension of democratization and the wisdom and culture of society that lives and is practiced in people's lives according to the values of Pancasila and not on a rigid and formal approach to power based on authority.

The National Legal System currently being built is the Pancasila Legal System, namely a legal system based on the 1945 Constitution of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia with the spirit of Pancasila. The aim of this research is to clarify the national legal system from the perspective of Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution. The methodology of this library reseach will explain Pancasila values from the national legal system and in statutory regulations which can be reviewed comprehensively in this paper. The results of this research will explain the need for the development of a sustainable national legal system with the character of the Indonesian nation based on legislation and Pancasila. To understand the national legal system well, you must first be equipped with the basics. This is important as a first step in studying the national legal system in more depth.

The Ideality of Pancasila and Reality of Maqaashid Syariah

This study discusses the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, which is not a religious state, but the Pancasila, produced based on a formulation of taste, nobility, customs, culture, religion, and beliefs that exist and grow in Indonesia. Because Pancasila was born from the womb of the Indonesian nation, even though the majority of the population is Muslim, Pancasila has succeeded in establishing itself as the basis of the state, state philosophy, and state ideology for many years now. It shows how powerful and great Pancasila is. However, recently, Pancasila has again clashed with Islam. Pancasila is considered a taghut system, created by infidels, and a secular system that is no longer relevant to the life of the Indonesian nation, which is predominantly Muslim. This research uses a qualitative approach with literature research methods. Primary and secondary data are from books, articles, news, and journals. The theory used in this research is the maqashid sharia approach as a cognitive, open, comprehensive, hierarchical, multidimensional, and purposeful system. Hence, it is found that the ideality of Pancasila rests on the reality of the Indonesian nation's activities in implementing the substantive values of Pancasila and Islam, not on its format. So, it was found that Pancasila and Islam met simultaneously in protecting their people, especially in protecting religion, soul, reason, property, lineage, and honor.

Implementation of Pancasila Values in Civics Learning in the Digital Era

Pancasila must be actualized in various areas of life, one of which is education. Objective this research to review implementation, obstacles, and challenges in implementing Pancasila values in Indonesian Civics learning in the digital era. The data collection techniques used were observation and interviews. Test the validity of the data using source triangulation. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that students have understood the form of understanding Pancasila values in the digital era.The values of Pancasila are implemented for students, including efforts to build student character, emphasizing the learning process based on living values by utilizing developing technological advances, making learning interactive, linking Pancasila values with technological developments, discussing contemporary issues relevant to Pancasila. The Pancasila values that have been implemented refer to the Pancasila principles.Obstacles in implementing Pancasila values include low awareness and lack of awareness filtering of information, internet connection problems, device limitations, difficulty in motivating students, lack of supervision, lack of experience with technology,absence of study friends, deviation from Pancasila values, and differences in student abilities.The challenge is lack of social interaction between students, limited scope, limited direct experience, minimal control over information, different technological capabilities, and the presence of globalization.

Progressive Consderation of Judges in Deciding Sentencing Under Indonesia New Criminal Code

The WvS Criminal Code of the Dutch colonial legacy does not formulate the objectives and guidelines of punishment in it, there are only rules for retaliatory criminal provision. The National Criminal Code has formulated explicitly the purpose and guidelines of punishment in it as a reference for judges in sentencing crimes. The purpose of this study is to analyze the basic idea of the objectives and guidelines of punishment which then the objectives and guidelines of the punishment will be a progressive consideration of judges in deciding the criminal conviction of criminal offenders. The research method used is normative legal research. The focus of the research analysis is on the concept of norms Article 51 to Article 54 of the National Criminal Code concerning the objectives and guidelines for punishment. Using the Law approach and analytical approach in explaining problems with the study of literature literature. The results of the study concluded that the basic idea of the purpose and guidelines of punishment is how criminal punishment can be humanist and in accordance with the values of Pancasila. There are at least 3 points that are considered as the basic idea of the goals and guidelines for punishment, namely uphold goals, strengthen principles and review guidelines. Furthermore, the purpose and guidelines of sentencing will be the affirmation and progressive consideration of the judge in sentencing the crime. Digital Clipping Learning Media Based on the Practice of Pancasila Values in Theme 5 Sub-theme 1 for Class V Elementary School

21st century learning is closely related to the development of technology, information and communication. The lack of innovation in the use of technology in learning which is packaged into learning media causes learning to be less enjoyable, thus having implications for learning outcomes. The aim of this research is to develop valid, effective and practical digital clipping learning media based on the practice of Pancasila values for fifth grade elementary school students. This type of research is quantitative research with a research design developing the Borg and Gall model. The research subjects were 49 grade V elementary school students, 20 students were test subjects for product use. The data collection methods used were interviews, observation, questionnaires, learning outcomes tests, and documentation. Data collection instruments are interview guides, observation sheets, questionnaires, questions and documents. The data analysis techniques used are product validation, instrument reliability testing, analysis of the distinguishing power index and difficulty index, effectiveness testing and practicality testing. The results of this research are digital clipping learning media based on the practice of Pancasila values. The conclusion is that this research produces an educational product, namely digital clipping learning media which has been tested for validity, effectiveness and practicality, so that it can be used in the learning process.

This article explores the issue of the Mount Bromo fire, including its environmental impact, the risk of fire, and the ensuing social and economic impact. This article analyzes the Mount Bromo fire case in the context of Pancasila ethical values, emphasizing the importance of applying these values in everyday life. The research methodology involved a qualitative and descriptive approach using the literature study method, with data collected from various sources about the fire and its relation to the application of Pancasila values. This study endeavors to explore the application of Pancasila values in pre-wedding photoshoot scenarios that cause fires on Mount Bromo, and how implementing these values can raise social responsibility and environmental awareness. Additionally, this article illuminates the measures taken to tackle these issues and promote sustainability in Indonesia, a nation abundant in natural beauty.

Harmony in Citizenship Education in Building Peaceful Schools for Students' Social Welfare

This article discusses the importance of citizenship education in building a peaceful and harmonious school environment for the social welfare of elementary school students amidst the challenges of global diversity and complexity. The article describes the concept of Citizenship Education in elementary schools, and its role in shaping student character, democratic values, and active participation in society. The research method uses a literature approach by exploring and analyzing the concept of harmony in Citizenship Education in the context of peaceful schools. The results and discussion found that Citizenship Education plays an important role in forming attitudes of tolerance, mutual respect, and awareness of the rights and obligations of students in elementary schools, so it needs to be ensured that it is integrated with character education in the school curriculum as an effort to overcome challenges such as religious intolerance and fundamentalism, and lack of awareness, towards the values ​​of Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution by teaching the values ​​of peace, conflict resolution skills, and respect for human rights. Schools also play an important role in creating a peaceful environment and supporting the welfare of socially active communities through environmentally based school programs, namely adiwiyata, health assistance such as brushing teeth properly and correctly, and helping to improve student welfare by providing group therapy therapeutic (TKT) in elementary school students before facing problems and obstacles to socializing in society. It is hoped that peace education in elementary schools can play a role in forming students who are harmonious, peaceful, and prosperous.

REINTERPRETASI PANCASILA

Constitutional change and democratization in Indonesia have reopened dialectics and dynamics among religious, cultural and philosophical traditions in the country. Contemporary scholars tend to agree that Pancasila and democracy are compatible with Islam. The interpretation of Pancasila have been widely discussed by a number of contemporary Indonesian scholars. They use their own paradigms and methods in their interpretation of Pancasila. Some scholars urge for the formalization of sharia in a Pancasila state, while others develop the ideas of religious moderation in a Pancasila state. The smaller groups of scholars interpret Pancasila in the secularistic paradigm. This paper discusses the interpretation of Pancasila among Muslim intelligentsia and civil society organizations. It seeks the most relevant and coherent paradigm for interpreting Pancasila. Hence, this paper shall examine the three paradigms of the relation/dialectic of religion and state. This paper maps out the thoughts and models of interpretation of Pancasila, that are discussed by Muslim intelligentsia and civil society organizations. The assumption built at the beginning of this paper is that the symbiotic paradigm has relevance, coherence, and correspondence with the values of Pancasila itself. Therefore, this paper shall examine the assumptions mentioned above. This paper is based on a library research, and also a qualitative research. It is, therefore, a basic/philosophical research as well. The sources of research data in this paper are collected from related documents and other related writings.

Webtoon-based online comics in measuring the Pancasila student profile at Madrasah Tsanawiyah in Riau Province

<span lang="EN-US">The objectives of the Pancasila student profile are a number of characters and competencies that are expected to be achieved by students, which are based on the noble values of Pancasila. The purpose of this article is to measure the Pancasila student profile at Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Riau Province and to find out its effect through the use of webtoon-based online comics. This study conducted a quantitative descriptive approach and focus group discussions in six State MTs. The research instrument used in this study was a Pancasila student profile questionnaire, which was distributed to students. The findings show the six indicators and their implementation in each madrasa. The six MTs in this study were categorized as very good, which indicated the need to increase Pancasila student profile. There are considerable disparities in indices of religion, fear of God Almighty, and noble character, global variety, mutual collaboration, independence, critical thinking, and creativity for Pancasila student profile policies. The use of webtoon-based online comics in measuring the Pancasila student profile studied in this study is based on madrasa policy and it has not been thoroughly tested in all MTs in Riau Province. Furthermore, it can consider its use in a wider Madrasah Tsanawiyah frame. MTs in Indonesia can measure the Pancasila student profile through the use of webtoon-based online comics to achieve student character standards that are in line with educational goals in Indonesia. This research provides a webtoon-based online comic framework to measure the Pancasila student profile.</span>

Inequality in the Human Rights of Mothers and Children in Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection Violates the Fifth Principle of Pancasila

Pancasila as a value that is aspired to and used as the ideology of the nation and state and becomes the basis of laws and regulations in Indonesia. One of the development sectors guaranteed by Pancasila is development in the field of social welfare. The fifth precept of Pancasila contains the right of every citizen to have freedom of property rights, social security rights, the right to get a job and health protection. However, there are still inequalities in the right to health and education rights received by children. Child and maternal deaths and many children who drop out of school and some rural school children have not enjoyed the facilities and infrastructure of the government. The research method used is the normative juridical method. The research approach uses the statutory approach method (statute approach), concept approach (conceptual approach) and case approach (case approach). The realization of human rights in accordance with the fifth principle of Pancasila is maintaining a balance between rights and obligations, respecting the rights of other people, respecting the rights of other people including the right to education and the right to health of children. The implementation of SJJN and the APBN budget for education is an embodiment of the Pancasila values from the fifth principle so that children no longer experience inequality in their health and education rights. Legal protection for mothers and children for unequal rights based on Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection, which includes unequal health rights and educational rights received by children and mothers. In overcoming inequality of rights, the government should optimize the implementation of UUPA regulations regarding maternal child health and the right to education.

IMPLEMENTATION OF PANCASILA VALUES IN SUPPRESSING THE RADICALISM MOVEMENT

Pancasila, as a state ideology, encourages unity, tolerance and diversity in society. The Indonesian government has played an important role in promoting and maintaining Pancasila values ​​as a tool to prevent radicalization. This includes education, laws, regulations and outreach that support these values. Society also plays a key role in maintaining Pancasila as the foundation of unity and stability. Despite success in many aspects, challenges in suppressing radicalism movements remain and require continued efforts. Awareness of Pancasila values ​​and commitment to them is key in ensuring that Indonesia remains a peaceful and diverse country.

Identification of International Human Rights Principles in Indonesia’s New Criminal Code

Human rights have a broad dimension, but in practice in the domestic sphere (state practice) is often different. In fact, various universal human rights principles are clearly regulated in various international law regulations which have also been ratified into various laws. The reform of criminal law through Law Number 1 of 2023 concerning the Criminal Code also has a significant impact on Indonesia's criminal law enforcement paradigm which is more humanitarian-oriented and Pancasila values. This study aims to identify and analyze various international human rights norms in the Indonesian National Criminal Code. The method used in this study is in the form of a mixed method that combines normative juridical research with empirical data in the field. The projected results of this study are in the form of real data on the implementation of regulations related to the topic to be studied. The output of this research is in the form of articles published in accredited national journals.

Implementasi Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila Profil Pelajar Rahmatan Lil Alamin di MtsN 6 Agam

The quality of Indonesian education is currently very worrying. Changing times have a big impact on the direction of education, the curriculum is expected to be able to respond to these changes so that students can learn in accordance with the direction of changes that occur. The Pancasila student profile is the embodiment of Indonesian students as lifelong learners who have global competence who behave in accordance with Pancasila values. . Of course, to achieve this, students throughout Indonesia need to work together to achieve international quality students with local cultural values. This research uses a descriptive method with the aim of combining information related to the research subject and the behavior of the research subject in a certain era. It is hoped that this activity will give birth to commendable morals in students. By understanding what is read during prayer, it will create solemnity and enjoyment in worship which will radiate praiseworthy qualities in students. Some students are quick to remember and learn things, but on the other hand there are some students who have difficulty understanding and memorizing.
