ANALYSIS OF THE EXPERIENCE OF DESIGNING THE ARCHITECTURAL ENVIRONMENT OF FILM STUDIOS

The article examines and reviews the construction practice of the two largest film studios of the East and West, as well as the studio of Ukraine. The importance of building a “cinema village” on the territory of the studios, establishing an entertainment sector for visitors, an office area and a residential area was studied. The layout of these studios, their location and development prospects were reviewed and analyzed. The peculiarities of each of the film studios are considered. Their advantages, which are planned to be used in the design of the thesis in the future, are analyzed. The materials on the perspective of the development of the considered film studios and their generalization for the further application of this information in design were reviewed. The purpose of the study is the analysis of foreign and domestic experience in the design and operation of cinema complexes. Research methods: analysis of literary sources, study and generalization of obtained information, study and analysis of architectural and construction practice, synthesis of obtained information, comparative analysis, method of analogies. Results: Projecting practice of film studios of different countries and sizes was analyzed. The regularities of the volume of construction of film towns in relation to the capacity of studios are characterized. The influence of film towns on the design of film studios and tourism to them has been clarified. Scientific novelty: the factors affecting the architectural and planning organization of cinema complexes have been identified and characterized. Practical significance: this article can be used when designing a film studio and when conducting research on this topic.

Low-Cost Measurement of Electromagnetic Leakeage in Domestic Appliances Using Software-Defined Radios

Concerns regarding long-term effects of stray electromagnetic fields emitted by household appliances have been usually covered by mainstream and social media outlets, even though biomedical exposure studies have conclusions leaning towards low-risks. The quick deployment of Internet of Things (IoT) shows that the number of connected devices is likely to increase even more. Though most systems operate with very low-amplitude field levels, the coexistence of several different devices and continuous operation near the human body is seen as a possible cause of illnesses, particularly in children. This study shows a method of addressing fields at the 2450-MHz range using low-cost and easily constructed devices, based on a software-defined radio operating as a receiver. It allows the investigation of hot spots inside residential or office areas, with measured amplitude field levels found after proper conversion using the sensor antenna factor.

Supply Chain Improvement of Mud crab Industry in Northern Mindanao, Philippines

The study was conducted to assess the existing supply chain for mudcrab in Region 10 and to identify areas for improvement. The study covered major mudcrab producing areas in Region 10. Reconnaissance survey, courtesy calls and visits to the Local Government Units, Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources, and Department of Agriculture Offices in the mudcrab producing areas were done to identify the study sites. Results revealed that almost half (49.42%) of the mudcrab production in the country is from Region 10 which were majority caught/sourced from Panguil Bay. There are four specific supply chains traced. Computation of the marketing cost and margin for each key player revealed that the profit margin is higher towards downstream key players (traders). Also, the shorter the supply chain the more equitable distribution of income is observed. There is no face to face interaction between the local traders and the metro manila traders which resulted to information asymmetry. Some of the issues included mortality of mudcrabs during transport, price fluctuation, opportunistic behavior of the fisherman, and political intervention. Finally, common perception of the interviewed respondents pointed out that mudcrab supply is decreasing in Region 10. Therefore, the need for further intervention project on the production technology/ reinforcement of mudcrab industry should be done.

Analysis of Noise Levels Due to Vehicle Traffic Sounds in the Environment Around Merauke City Arterial Roads Before and During the Pandemic

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of noise generated by motorized vehicles passing on arterial roads in Merauke City before the pandemic and during the pandemic. The method used in this research is the observation method. Measurement of vehicle traffic sound using Sound Level Meter.The equipment is placed 5 meters from the edge of the road, and 1.2 meters from the road surface.Measurements were carried out for 3 days for 7 hours. The measurement data is then processed to obtain the value of the noise level (Leq). The results of the analysis show that the noise level beside the arterial road before the pandemic (in 2019) was 72.21 dB and during the pandemic (in 2021) it was 68.54 dB. There was a decrease in the noise level as a result of a decrease in vehicle activity during the period of implementation of the community activity restriction (PPKM). Environmental conditions besides the arterial road are office and trade areas, so based on the noise level standard, the noise level value obtained has exceeded the quality standard, which is 65 dB.

Development Guideline for Professional Education Administrators in the 21st Century of School Administrators in Loei Province

The objectives of this research were to study 1) desirable characteristics and development guidelines for Professional Education Administrators in the 21st Century, and 2) guidelines for developing Professional Education Administrators in the 21st Century. This is mixed methods research. The research population was the school administrators of the Loei Primary Education Service Area Office, District 1 for a total of 130 people. The researcher collected the data from the total population. The key informants were 30 school administrators in the Loei Primary Educational Service Area Office, District 1. The research instruments were questionnaires and interview forms. The statistics used in the research were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The content analysis was the analysis of data obtained from interviews with key informants. The results showed that: 1. The results of the research on desirable characteristics and guidelines for developing professional education administrators in the 21st century found that the desirable characteristics and guidelines for developing professional education administrators in the 21st century were overall at a high level. When considering each aspect, it revealed that every aspect had a high level of opinions of desirable characteristics and guidelines that can be sorted in descending order: behavior and leadership, morality and ethics, skills, and roles and duties. 2. Results from research on the development of professional education administrators in the 21st century of school administrators in Loei Province is an era that has changed rapidly. There is the management of information technology in skills and abilities. There is a coordination initiative, innovation, and communication technology of 21st-century learning management skills. There is a coordination of supervision, monitoring, and performance assessment. School administrators can develop their potential in education administration independently, as well as support and promote the development of the morality and ethics of administrators. Moreover, school administrators must follow the moral principles as the basis, have good governance and professional ethics, and learn to develop themselves.

Rehabilitasi Tebing Sungai Guo Akibat Banjir Bandang di Area Bypass Kota Padang

After an earthquake hit the West Sumatra Province in 2009, Padang, as the provincial capital, moved the centre of its government activities to Bypass. Following the government's relocation, the community also moved to the Bypass area. Gradually this caused the area, which was initially a rain catchment area, to turn into a residential and office area. The loss of rain catchment areas increases the amount of runoff drastically. On August 18, 2021, the flood incident was also the cause of flash floods that hit many areas in Padang City, one of which was the Guo River area. The impact of this flood destroyed the cliffs of the Guo River. The cliffs were damaged due to sediment carried from upstream of the Guo River in the form of large rocks and the swift flow of water hitting the cliff walls of the Guo River. Not only destroying the cliff walls but also the access roads around the upper reaches of the Guo River. Therefore, Andalas University and the Guo River community members carried out rehabilitation activities for the Guo River. It was started by survey activity of the level of damage from the collapsed cliff. This was followed by sustainable planning related to the rehabilitation of the cliffs of the Guo River area and planned activities to be carried out to increase and develop the potential of Sugai Guo as a natural tourist attraction.

THE EFFECT OF LAND USE UTILIZATION ON TRAFFIC PERFORMANCE ON THE NATIONAL ROAD SEGMENTIN PALU CITY

Economic improvement in Palu City has an impact on changes in the structure and general view of transportation facilities, by technological advances, as well as engineering in the field of transportation, so that the public's need for transportation can provide maximum service. This study aims to analyze the degree of saturation and identify the use of land use, as well as to analyze the influence of land use development along the National Road Corridor Jalan Jenderal Sudirman – Pelabuhan Pantoloan? The results of the study show that the development of land use will cause attraction and generation from an area, increasing accessibility and intensity of traffic flow using this road corridor with the largest degree of saturation in Segment 3 - Jl. Yos Sudarso is 0.65 and Segment 5 - Kebonsari – Tawaeli is 0.63. It is found that the generation of movement, residential areas, gives a figure of 1737 smp/hour. As for the pull of movement, it is strongly influenced by the trade and service area with 2041 smp/hour. In the Office Area for attraction of movement of 838 junior high school/hour, Education Area of 22 junior high school/hour and Health Area of 26 junior high school/hour. Pendampingan Perencanaan Bangunan Gedung Masjid Al-Awwabin Kelurahan Karang Balik Kota Tarakan

Al-Awwabin Mosque is a mosque built in 1967. Currently the condition of the building is no longer able to accommodate pilgrims. Based on this, the mosque administrator took the initiative to build a new mosque, with a more adequate capacity. However, the mosque administrator experienced some obstacles in planning process of the mosque, including 1. Complexity of land topography problems, 2. Form of architectural design, structure, and preparation of the necessary budget plan, 3. The absence of human resources that have adequate competence in building planning. Based on this, the PKM team from the Department of Civil Engineering, University of Borneo Tarakan strives to make a scientific contribution in the planning of the mosque building, which aims to produce a mosque design with adequate capacity and has architectural value and structural strength in accordance with applicable standardization. The method is initiated by mapping the land, soil investigation (CPT), making preliminary architectural designs, analyzing building structures, making detailed drawings of building construction, and finally calculating the value of the required cost budget plan. The results of this activity is to provide an alternative design with a capacity of 659 worshippers, greater than the capacity of the mosque today. The resulting design of the new mosque consists of 3 floors of the building, where the 1st floor serves as a vehicle parking area and secretariat office, the 2nd and 3rd floors function as the main worship space. The construction of the mosque uses reinforced concrete material with a deep foundation that is Strouss Pile at a depth of 13,00 meters. The estimated value of the cost budget plan is Rp. 10.735.848.000,- based on the basic price of employment and material wages in the Tarakan City area. All design documents consisting of detail drawings, structure design, and DED are submitted to the mosque administrator, which will further serve for the management of building permits as well as references in the implementation of mosque construction. A review of electrostatic standards

The majority of national and international standards with electrostatics in their scope are concerned with controlling the hazards and undesirable effects of static electricity. There are some standards that relate to applications of static electricity, electrophotographic printing for example, but these are not included in this review. This review is far from comprehensive, but is confined to some of the standards with which the author is most familiar and in the development of which the author has participated. Many of these are in the IEC 61340 series of electrostatic standards [10-27], including the core system standard for protection of electronic devices, IEC 61340-5-1 [23]. Also in the IEC 61340 series are standards for healthcare facilities and new projects to develop guidance for office areas and public spaces. The system standard for controlling electrostatic hazards in explosive atmospheres is IEC TS 60079-32-1 [2], which is supported by a testing standard IEC 60079-32-2 [3]. These two standards are under revision at the time of writing and some issues that might be considered in the revision are also discussed in this review.

THE MENAGEMENT MODEL FOR DEVELOPMENT TO QUALITY SCHOOL OF BAN KHONKEANNONSAWAN SCHOOL (SMARTS MODEL) UNDER THE LOEI PRIMARY EDCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 2

The objectives of this article were to create to implement and to evaluate the management model for development to quality schools of Ban Khonkeannonsawan school under the Loei Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 by 3 steps of research and developmentmethodology; (1) creating the management model by literature reviewing, the scholars interview, drafting the models suitability and feasibility assessment by 7 the academic experts. The data were collected by interviewing and questionnaires. (2) experimenting the management model in the first semester of academic year 2020 by 20 teachers and 190 students. The research tools were the model manual, questionnaires and summary form. (3) evaluating the management model. The data was collected from 9 teachers by questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were mean and standard deviation. The finding showed as follow: (1) The management model for development to quality schools of Ban Khonkeannonsawan school under the Loei Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 consist of 6 elements; (a) Principle, (b) objectives, (c) 7 quality school elements (d) 7 steps of the management process (e) outputs and (f) success factors and the management model’s suitability and feasibility in overall were the highest level. (2) The implement results the management model showed the self-assessment based on the quality school elements was high level, the students had higher academic achievement than academic year 2019 and the stakeholders satisfaction in overall were the highest level (

INTERNAL SUPERVISION MODEL WITH PROFESSIONAL LEARNING COMMUNITY TO DEVELOP BAN HUA FAI STUDENTS' BASIC WORDS READING AND WRITING BY USING 6-STEPS TEACHING TECHNIQUE

The objectives of this research were 1) To develop learning management for Thai language subject by using 6-steps teaching technique, 2) to improve teachers' teaching and learning management with quality, 3) to improve students' reading and writing skills, and 4) to develop internal supervision to be strong continuously performed. The administrators and teachers of Ban Hua Fai School had the commitment to develop the students' learning to make them more competent in reading and writing since these skills are important foundation leading to learning other subjects. In addition, this is to operate in accordance with the policy of the Loei Primary Educational Service Area office 2 and the Office of the Basic Education Commission for driving educational innovation along with internal supervision by using the Professional Learning Community process to improve the higher quality of education. The results of the internal supervision using the Professional Learning Community process to improve the reading and writing of the students' basic vocabulary with the 6-steps teaching technique at Ban Hua Fai School.

MANAGEMENT OF STUDENT SUPPORT SYSTEM IN THE SITUATION OF CORONAVIRUS DISEASE 2019 (COVID-19) OUTBREAK, SAMUT PRAKAN PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 1

The outbreak of COVID-19 in the academic year 2020-2021 has resulted problems in learning and living of students under the Samut Prakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, Thailand, who need to assistance urgently. The objectives of this research were to1) analyze students' problems during the COVID-19 situation 2) develop a management system to assist students and 3) study the results of management of student support system in the COVID-19 pandemic. The research was conducted in 3 phases: Phase 1 analyzed students' problems by stakeholders focus group discussion comprising of 30 school directors, teachers, and supervisors. Phase 2 developed the management of student support systems through stakeholder meeting to define activities and practice guide line. Phase 3 studied the results of the administration of the student support system using the CIPP Model evaluation. Quantitative data were analyzed with descriptive statistics and qualitative data were analyzed by content analysis. The results showed that the students' problems consisted of 1) the readiness of communication devices; 2) the internet connection 3) parents’ capacity and 4) home environment for learning and living. The development of the management of student support system in the COVID-19 pandemic was carried out in the form of a project. It consisted of four activities: 1) Development 2) Helping 3) Promotion and 4) Addition. Finally, the results of the administration of the student support system using the CIPP Model evaluation found that Context, Input, Process and Product reached the highest level of average.

UTILIZATION OF JKN DENTAL PROSTHETIC SERVICES AT FIRST LEVEL DENTAL HEALTH FACILITIES IN BALI

Background: The utilization of dental prosthesis services in Indonesia is rare, compared to other dental and oral health services. The use of prosthesis services in Bali is still relatively low compared to other parts of Western Indonesia. Based on data from BPJS Kesehatan Denpasar Branch Office, the demand for dental prostheses services by participants in the three working areas of BPJS Kesehatan Denpasar Branch Office is still low. Method: This research was conducted using quantitative research. The population were all participants providers of FKTP BPJS Kesehatan Badung Regency, and samples were taken through purposive sampling. Quantitative data were analyzed using binary logistic regression. Result: The results that the predisposing factors for JKN program participants (income, knowledge of dental prostheses, knowledge of JKN dental prosthesis services, perceptions of service quality, and perceptions of cost); enabling factor (access), and the need factor (the perception of pain when losing a tooth) contributions have a significant positive effect on the utilization rate of JKN dental prostheses. The predisposing factors (age and education) and enabling factor (social support) do not have a significant effect on the utilization rate of JKN dental prostheses. Conclusion: The results that the predisposing factors for JKN program participants contributions have a significant positive effect on the utilization rate of JKN dental prostheses.

THE EFFECT OF GROUP PROCESS THROUGH "O4MAT" TECHNIQUE TO COMMUNICATIVE ENGLISH ACHIEVEMENT OF GRADE 7TH STUDENTS

The Effect of Group Process through "O4MAT" Technique to Communicative English Achievement of Grade 7th Students aimed to (1) create and develop a communicative English reinforcement exercise using a group process through "O4MAT" technique for the grade 7th students (2) determine the efficiency index of a communicative English reinforcement exercise using a group process through "O4MAT" technique (3) study the communicative English achievement of the students and (4) study the satisfaction of the students toward learning process. The participants of this study were 23 students of grade 7th in the first semester of academic year 2021 at Chearavanon Uthit 3rd School, Pha Khao District, Loei Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 by purposive sampling. The tools used in this study were lesson plans with exercises, achievement test. The statistics used were percentage, mean standard deviation and dependent samples t-test for data analysis. The results of the study found that
 
 The efficiency of the communicative English reinforcement exercise using a group process through "O4MAT" technique was 87.20/87.17.
 The students had higher communicative English achievement after studying than before with statistical significance at the .05 level.
 The students had satisfaction with the English communication learning at the highest.

Futsal Field Selection Application Using Mobile-GIS and GPS with Dijkstra's Algorithm Method (Lhokseumawe City Case Study)

Futsal field rental is a business engaged in the field of community service in the field of futsal sports. Currently in lhokseumawe city there are 10 futsal fields located in various places, ranging from around campus, office areas, to densely populated settlements. This resulted in many of the people who do not know the location of the futsal field and also the nearest route that can be passed. So it takes an application that can provide information on the futsal field in lhokseumawe city along with the nearest route that can be passed. Determining the nearest route passed to the location of the futsal field can only be done on nodes that have been defined by the system. Dijkstra's algorithm was chosen because it operates thoroughly against existing nodes, and generates the shortest trajectory of all nodes so that it will produce the nearest route optimally. To test the accuracy of the nearest route the results of dijkstra algorithm implementation are used another software that is quantum GIS. This is done to see if the resulting path is correct. From the test results obtained the path obtained is the same as quantum GIS calculations with a similarity value of 100%. Black box testing is used to test the functionality of the menus in the system, and the test results in terms of the functionality of the menus on the system run as desired and run well. The system is good to use.

DEVELOPMENT OF POLICY RECOMMENDATION FOR EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC

The objectives of this research were to analyse the context and make a policy recommendation on educational management in the situation of the Coronavirus 2019 pandemic for schools under Loei Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 by using policy research methodology. The research was divided into 2 phases: Phase I, context analysis of educational management in the Coronavirus 2019 pandemic situations by group discussion, and phase II, policy recommendation making by connoisseurship. Data were analysed by content analysis method. The results showed that 1)There were 3 aspects of educational management problems in the situation of Coronavirus Disease 2019 pandemic as 1) educational management methods 2) learning management and 3) caring and helping students. 2) Educational management policy recommendation in Coronavirus 2019 pandemic situations of Loei Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 had 3 components: 1) the educational administration; 2) learning management and 3) caring and helping students, there were total 14 policy recommendations.

Penerapan Ciri Khas Arsitektur Melayu Pada Fasad Bangunan Kontemporer Di Kota Pekanbaru (Kasus Perkantoran Pemerintahan Di Tenayan Raya)

Pekanbaru City is the capital of Riau Province which has a majority of the population of Malay ethnicity. In maintaining its cultural characteristics, in the city of Pekanbaru there are many contemporary buildings that have the implementation of Malay characteristics on the facades of the buildings, which one is the object of this research, government offices in Tenayan Raya and Balai Payung Sekaki buildings, because the culture in an area is not only can be seen on thel Traditional House building, but other buildings must also be able to reflect regional characteristics such as a regional government office building which is one of the markers of an area. However, the application of Malay architecture must be done as well as possible so that there is no mistake because it can change the meaning contained in each characteristic feature of Malay architecture, meybe on roof components, ornaments or others. Misunderstanding or ignorance of a role in building also has a fatal impact on these formations. Although in plain view, these forms seem beautiful to feel, but philosophically and the meaning can be wrong. This research will be conducted with a descriptive approach to interpret an existing condition with a related theoretical basis to see the implementation of Malay architecture on the facades of contemporary buildings in Pekanbaru City. The entire implementation of Malay in buildings in the Tenayan Office area can be categorized as quite good in terms of authenticity because all the roofs and ornamental designs have the same motifs as the original motifs in traditional Malay buildings. The technique of applying ornament to the object of this research also varies, some are done by means of Stilation, Distortion or Repetition. However, he could not find any ornamental motifs that were applied using Decoration techniques.
