Economic improvement in Palu City has an impact on changes in the structure and general view of transportation facilities, by technological advances, as well as engineering in the field of transportation, so that the public's need for transportation can provide maximum service. This study aims to analyze the degree of saturation and identify the use of land use, as well as to analyze the influence of land use development along the National Road Corridor Jalan Jenderal Sudirman – Pelabuhan Pantoloan? The results of the study show that the development of land use will cause attraction and generation from an area, increasing accessibility and intensity of traffic flow using this road corridor with the largest degree of saturation in Segment 3 - Jl. Yos Sudarso is 0.65 and Segment 5 - Kebonsari – Tawaeli is 0.63. It is found that the generation of movement, residential areas, gives a figure of 1737 smp/hour. As for the pull of movement, it is strongly influenced by the trade and service area with 2041 smp/hour. In the Office Area for attraction of movement of 838 junior high school/hour, Education Area of 22 junior high school/hour and Health Area of 26 junior high school/hour. Almost all of these interactions are carried out with trips that will result in traffic flow, thus causing a problem with increasing traffic volume along the road which causes the performance of the road segment to decrease.
