In the public sector, strategic partnerships are essential to improve service delivery and foster innovation. Often formed between government and private sector organizations, these alliances play an important role in sharing knowledge, resources, and capabilities to address complex challenges that individual organizations cannot address without government support. Such collaboration can lead to the development of more efficient public business services, which ultimately benefits society as a whole. Multifunctional centers (MFCs) are a successful example of synergy between government and business aimed at improving the quality of public services and increasing their accessibility. This article examines the mechanisms of interaction between government and the private sector in the creation and operation of MFCs, as well as the impact of this partnership on the efficiency of the center and citizen satisfaction. The practical significance of the article lies in the fact that the study of the partnership between the state and business on the example of multifunctional centers will allow us to develop and implement the most effective areas of implementation, which will eventually lead to the greatest effectiveness of relations between the parties.
