Problems and Prospects of Use Multifunctional Centers in Improving Access to Justice

Abstract

The article is devoted to a fundamentally new direction of organizing citizens’ access to justice by contacting multifunctional centers for the provision of state and municipal services. The progress and preliminary results of the implementation of a pilot project on the interaction of courts and centers for the provision of state and municipal services in the Rostov region are described, prospects for improving the organization of filing documents to the courts in electronic form are outlined. A new algorithm of interaction between the citizen, the centers for the provision of state and municipal services and the court is proposed.
