Sustainable development of the land use system in the agricultural sector

The specific of the agrarian sector in the general system of the state manifests itself in relief in solving the problems of land and property relations. In the context of increasing intensity of land use there are processes that lead to a decrease in the efficiency of land use. In this regard the problem of sustainable development, organization of rational use and protection of land resources is particularly relevant. Large areas of land especially for agricultural purposes have been used for non-agricultural activities in recent years. This is of particular concern since the area of fertile land is very limited. The article discusses the main strategic directions in the field of land use in which decisions are needed which in the future will contribute to the sustainable development of not only agro-industrial production, but also rural areas in general. The role of the components of the land management system as interrelated links in the process of regulating land relations is revealed. Assessment of the role of innovative activity as a method of increasing the financial performance of an enterprise (on the example of textile industry enterprises)

This article analyzes the indicators of economic and innovative activity of all enterprises, including enterprises of the textile industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also the volume of services for financing enterprises and their impact on the activities of enterprises was studied. The study purpose is to assess the volume of domestic enterprises’ innovative activity in the textile industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan and identify the financing sources for innovative projects, their effective directions. The scientific and practical significance of the work lies in the study of the current volume of financing of innovative services of domestic light industry enterprises and the costs of general innovation, in determining the process of increasing the profitability of enterprises by improving product quality and using innovative opportunities. The innovative measures’ correspondence with the volume of production costs, production quality, costs, market demand, adhering to certain requirements, is considered. The methodological basis of the study was the following general scientific and special methods:  the method of system-structural analysis, scientific abstraction, induction, economic-statistical, logical and comparative analysis. The research is conducted by authors on the significance of innovation in all light industry enterprises in global and national, regional economic development, the financial deficit of enterprises and the volume of financial dependence on external sources, and also analyze the amount of funds allocated for innovation in foreign companies (USA and EU), the necessary recommendations. The ability and volumes of financing the innovation activity of domestic enterprises were assessed, the effectiveness of increasing the innovative activity of enterprises was assessed, the main factors and directions that increase the innovative activity of enterprises were identified. A comparative analysis of performance indicators of enterprises providing innovative services has been made. INVESTIGAÇÃO CIENTÍFICA DE MODELO DE TREINO SOBRE A FORÇA NO CORE DO ATLETA

ABSTRACT Introduction The muscular structure that makes up the core is responsible for the central stabilization of the human body and controlling the movement of the body’s center of gravity. Core training is indispensable for improving physical performance in competitive sports. Objective To analyze the concepts, methods, and results of core strengthening in athletes. Methods Controlled research among several athletes for three months. The experimental group was approached with a training model for core strengthening of 30 minutes four times a week. The relationship between core strength and traditional strength training was confronted with the literature, logical analysis, and comparative analysis methods. Results After the core strength training, the athletes’ sports quality was improved, especially the abdominal strength and the strength of the dorsal muscle groups. The stability of deep core muscles, motor coordination, and core balance capacity was improved (P<0.05). Conclusion The presented model for strengthening running in athletes showed a high value of applicability and dissemination. Evidence Level II; Therapeutic Studies – Investigating the results.

Development of e-learning resources for distance learning in the field of radio engineering

The article presents the analysis of the results of electronic educational resources development in the field of “Radio Engineering”, registered by the authors of Ryazan State Radio Engineering University after V.F. Utkin in the United Foundation of Electronic Resources «Science and Education». Under epidemic constraints, the higher education system is faced with the need to provide distance or blended learning, with no loss of quality. The basis of distance learning consists of electronic educational resources of different formats, which allow providing information interaction of all participants of the educational process: students, teachers, administration. The object of research is electronic educational resources. The subject of the study is electronic educational resources in the field of radio engineering, developed at Ryazan State Radio Engineering University. The research methods are statistical, logical and semantic analysis methods. The information on electronic resources is selected from the database of the United Fund of Electronic Resources «Science and Education» for the period from 2019 to 2021. Statistical processing of database records is automated, carried out with the help of software developed by the specialists of the “Science and Education” pool of electronic resources.

Legal security of investors in the process of financing housing construction in Ukraine and some European countries

The purpose of the article is to find mechanisms that would guarantee the protection of investors’ rights in the process of housing construction. Methodology. In the process of conducting the research, the following methods were used: theoretical generalization, grouping method, methods of dynamic, statistical and comparative analysis, comparative method, method of structural and logical analysis, calculation and analytical method. Research results. The works of scientists who studied the problem of risks associated with investing in construction were analyzed. A comparative study of investor security in France and Germany was conducted. The legislation of Ukraine on this issue was examined. Practical implementation. It was determined that in order to prevent the misuse of funds in housing construction in foreign countries, there is a mechanism for attracting funds by opening escrow accounts and transferring funds from them to the developer. Value/originality. It was proven that the use of escrow accounts in house-building can become an effective mechanism for protecting the rights of investors in Ukraine.

ANALYSIS OF ECONOMIC SECURITY THREATS TO ENTERPRISES IN THE TRANSPORT INDUSTRY

The purpose of the article is to study internal and external factors related to the negative impact on the activities of enterprises in the transport industry, which form potential threats to its economic security. The methodological basis of this article is scientific works of outstanding scientists and materials of periodicals. During the study, the method of logical analysis was used to substantiate the threats to the economic security of the transport enterprise by the nature of the realization of the negative impact. For the purpose of unanimous acceptance of the object of research and a comprehensive assessment of the relations of elements within the defined problem, the method of system analysis was used.
 The conducted research shows the significant role of road transport in the system of the transport industry and the economy of Ukraine as a whole. It should be noted that the state of motor transport enterprises is unstable and is under the influence of a significant number of external and internal factors. Such a situation causes fluctuations and affects the level of economic security of enterprises in the transport industry, and therefore they need a system of monitoring and maintaining economic security at a satisfactory level. The study of the economic security of the enterprise from an objective standpoint makes it impossible to analyze the state and main development trends of the economic sector to which it belongs. Therefore, in order to formulate an objective and thorough conclusion regarding the state of economic security of transport enterprises, it is necessary to study the current state of development of this industry. Threats to the economic security of a motor vehicle enterprise arise not only due to their financial and economic activities, but also from the factors that can lead to losses or bankruptcy. And that is why we should not delay the factors of the internal and external environment, but react on them as quickly as possible and protect the enterprise from undesirable consequences in the future. Taking into account the entire range of external and internal threats will allow to form an objective model for determining the level of economic security of enterprises of the motor transport industry in Ukraine.

Organization of a single digital platform for agro-industrial and fisheries complexes

Subject. The article investigates digital platform solutions in agro-industrial and fisheries complexes as a tool for building a digital ecosystem. Objectives. The purpose is to search for a possible option for building an industry-specific digital platform for the fisheries complex and creating a single digital platform for agro-industrial and fisheries complexes of Russia. Methods. The study rests on the principle of consistency. I apply methods of comparative, statistical, and logical analysis of scientific publications and achievements reflecting the process of sectoral digitalization of the economy. Results. The paper discloses possibilities of organizing a digital platform of the fisheries industry, consisting of several sub-platforms. Each sub-platform is responsible for its part of the common market and is controlled by a specific set of software modules. The paper also proposes an architecture of the single digital platform of agro-industrial and fisheries complexes with strengthening the role of the situation center for decision-making. The underdeveloped digital infrastructure and the low level of use of digital technologies are constraints in achieving the digital maturity in the near future. Conclusions. The unified principles of building industry-specific digital platforms of agro-industrial and fisheries complexes make it possible to combine them into a single digital platform, thereby ensuring synchronization of state management of complexes and the use of digital services, increasing the efficiency of the use of production, financial and other resources.

Development and testing of a diagnostic model of innovative organizational culture

Aim. This study presents the results of the development of a diagnostic model of organizational culture, which makes it possible to assess innovativeness as a formal characteristic that can be calculated using empirical methods.Tasks. The author systemizes methods for diagnosing and studying organizational culture; based on the resulting classification, proposes a diagnostic model of innovative organizational culture as a method for conducting socio-psychological research of organizational changes and assessing the organization’s innovativeness.Methods. The study uses general scientific methods of logical, structural, comparative, and systems analysis, qualitative methods of survey, observation, questionnaire, documentation analysis.Results. A review of methods for analyzing and diagnosing organizational culture in terms of innovativeness shows that in modern practice of organizational research there are many methods characterized by mosaic structure and absence of an empirically based model.Conclusion. The proposed model is a reliable tool for assessing the readiness of organizational culture for changes at the individual, group, and organizational level that have passed a psychometric test and are applicable for assessing socio-psychological phenomena in the context of organizational changes.

Methodological Approaches in Training Specialists of Professional Education of Motor Transport Profile for Teaching Road Safety

The relevance of the study is due to the dynamism of changes in all areas of activity, including the automotive industry. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the main ways of providing professional education in the field of motor transport, considering the current needs of the digital society. Among the methodological techniques used, theoretical and functional approaches, logical analysis, synthesis, deduction, and comparative methods are notable. In the course of the study, it is determined that now the intensity of the educational process and the activation of cognitive activity require new forms of training from future specialists, which provide an opportunity to learn a lot of material in a short period of time. It is proved that the need for new productive approaches to learning is due to the fact that today the amount of information and knowledge that students should possess has increased. The main reasons leading to an insufficient level of road safety in Ukraine in comparison with the countries of the European Union are highlighted. An important aspect of the work conducted is the identification of the main ways and methods to improve this indicator, primarily during the training of specialists in the professional education of the motor transport profile for teaching road safety. The main problems of training future specialists of this profile are investigated, in particular, the competence indicator is analysed. The use of modern innovative tools in the process of training future specialists is considered to overcome certain negative aspects. Features and prospects of digitalisation of the educational process are considered. The practical value of the results obtained lies in the fact that they provide an opportunity to improve the quality of knowledge provided in specialised disciplines and change the training system for higher education applicants in Ukraine

Digital Technologies: New Reality of Counterparty Reliability Analysis

The research carried the potential analysis for using digital tools to verify the due diligence of a counterparty out at the stage of pre-contractual interaction with the organization, which allows for reduced possible financial, legal, reputational and tax risks. When using specialized platforms and online services, it can reduce the expected time spent on such an assessment by preparing a comprehensive report that reflects the fundamental aspects of the activities of a potential business partner. The digital products presented on the market are able to provide a detailed analysis of the financial position of the audited economic entity, its legal status, business reputation and affiliation with other legal entities. The information obtained allows us to determine the vector of further cooperation. The aim of the work is to consider the possibility and prospects for the use of digital tools during the procedure of contractual due diligence, carried out by specialized organizations; the authors identified the primary advantages of using these technologies, which are to reduce the time spent on collecting and analyzing information about the counterparty and providing expanded access to various databases. The study used methods of synthesis, comparative and logical analysis. The practical significance of the research is because experts have been conducting the contractual due diligence procedure when deciding on the possibility of using a particular online service in their work can use the presented results of the comparative characteristics of the considered digital tools.

Information and Analytical Support of the Bank reporting: Methodological Aspects of Electronic Technologies Application

The key factor in the development of a modern bank is the modernization of its information and analytical system, based on the application of modern technologies for working with information. In fundamental changes in ways and forms in providing banking services, traditional approaches to information generating no longer meet modern requirements, which causes the search for new ways to organize data and using them. Digitalization innovations change the quality of service in commercial banks, expanding the range of services and increasing their comfort. In the meantime, they are associated with the emergence of additional risks in banking that should be identified and eliminated. This determines the need for the development and improvement of electronic technologies and analysis of the processes of the information generating and analytical support (IAS) for activities, considering the specifics of modern information requirements; generating data that meets the needs of various categories of users, as well as providing a reliable assessment of the financial condition of the bank and protecting it from risks. The paper’s aim is to substantiate the methodological aspects of the application of electronic technologies to improve the efficiency of the accounting and analytical support of the bank. Being a part of the study, the tasks would have to identify the problems of digitalization in the processes of generating information in accounting and reporting. The author considered substantiation of the direction of development of banking information systems, as well as methodological approaches to the implementation and use of information technologies in the bank. Using logical methods of cognition, system analysis and synthesis, modeling, the author substantiates the need to revise the methods of accounting and analytical support, the processes of their measurement, as well as identification for decision-making and risk reduction. The research proposed the methodological provisions on the use of electronic technologies which would improve the work efficiency in generating the information for management and control and also, reduce information risks in the bank.

Criticality Identification in Power Distribution Networks with Voltage Stability Index based on Apparent Power

—As a network of systems, electrical grid is complex in nature and requires sophisticated control structures to manage the network in stable operating region. These control structures depend on processing of data pertaining to states of the network, derived from voltage levels and power flow studies. Control actions invariably require logical methods of data analysis covering selected regions of the network. This paper investigates the role of a proposed new instability prediction index in characterizing the operating condition of a defined electrical network. The proposed instability calculation method is developed from the defining equations for real and reactive power flows in AC networks to characterize the network under consideration. By using the dependence of power flow on the network branch impedances, an indicator of the nodal voltage stability and weak line detection is developed. Analytical solution constraints for the power flow equations are utilized to derive the criticality of electrical networks in general, irrespective of the topological aspects. Analysis of typical network configurations, like three node, IEEE − 14, 69, 34 and 123 bus systems using the proposed method demonstrates the fast and easy determination of criticality of network operation.

Application of risk management technology in the formation and implementation of retail enterprises marketing strategy

Uncertainty, new modern challenges, the nascence of new risks and the strengthening of existing ones require the use of adequate risk management technologies in all management processes, including the development of marketing strategies. This issue is especially relevant for retail companies that have faced a drop-in sales volume due to the emergence of new risk-generating factors. The purpose of the paper is to determine the features of the application of risk management technology when choosing a marketing strategy of retail enterprises, to identify the main types of risks and to establish their priority at each stage of its development. To achieve the goal the methods of logical generalization, analysis and synthesis, survey, comparative analysis was used. It was determined that the main risks that should be taken into account when developing the marketing strategy of retail enterprises include sales, resource, information, organizational, price, logistic, distribution, commodity, marketing communications, HR risks. A survey of retail enterprises marketing staff in the Kharkiv region was conducted to establish the relevance of risks types to specific stages of marketing strategy development. The respondents were asked to determine the importance of the risks that have the greatest impact on the implementation of the marketing strategy. It was outlined that when developing a product strategy, product, price and sales risks are the most significant; for price strategy – price, resource and logistics risks; for sales strategies – communication, information and sales risks; for promotion strategies – information risks. When developing a marketing strategy for retail enterprises, it is proposed to allocate risk management to a separate management function. Management methods should be based on the exchange of risk information and monitoring results. Risk management technology is developed for each enterprise taking into account its specifics. DUE DILIGENCE В СИСТЕМЕ ПРАВОВОГО АУДИТА КОМПАНИИ

The research was conducted in order to assess Due diligence in the system of legal security of companies' activities as one of the stages of economic control and, in particular, audit and improvement of its methodology. Due diligence audit is more associated with the analysis of investment objects, which includes an assessment of investment risks, an independent assessment of the investment object, a comprehensive audit of the financial condition of the company, and, to a lesser extent, with its position on the market and, most importantly, with the legal security and security of both the company and its management. The legal audit is not fully developed for practical use and does not contain research questions that are in demand by company executives and investors. Based on proposals for Due diligence by audit companies and the requirements of the parties interested in the audit, tools were proposed, a step-by-step risk assessment of the company, a checklist and an algorithm for conducting Due diligence audit as one of the areas of legal audit, and typical violations were identified that contribute to orientation in the search for illegal actions, including for preventive purposes, which in general, it allowed to improve the methodology of Due diligence audit. In the course of the research, general scientific methods of logical analysis and synthesis were used, in particular, analogies, typologies, generalizations. Based on the study of extensive empirical material, the features of the implementation and detected violations during Due diligence audit are investigated. The practical significance of the article is that the conclusions and proposals are aimed at the development of modern economic control and contribute to business optimization. The study conducted by the authors revealed that the new reality has changed the attitude to the use of standard methods that do not take into account the specifics of the functioning of companies, and requires the modernization of old and the introduction of new approaches to Due diligence audit methods.

Volunteer Movement in Germany (Current Aspects)

This article covers the topics of volunteer movement, its social essence and significance in the modern world, as well as the shifts in its concept as a response to global social and cultural changes in the 21th century. This study is conducted using historical data and current experience of the volunteer movement in Germany. The goal of this article is to define the organizational specifics and nature of modern volunteering, based on the present-day reality and its most significant global challenges, as well as to summarise the latest experiences of volunteer movement in Germany associated with the forced mass migration of Ukrainian refugees. The results of the study made it possible to outline some guidelines for the non-governmental organisations that provide social support to vulnerable populations, in particular, people who have been exposed to a trauma caused by life-threatening events. To achieve the goal, such research methods as analysis and synthesis, generalisation, comparison, logical analysis method, survey, content analysis were used. Special attention has been paid to the support provided to refugees fleeing from countries where hostilities are taking place (on the example of refugees from Ukraine). The article uses data from special monitoring surveys of Ukrainian refugees conducted by the Institute for Economic Research (Germany), as well as the author’s own experience of volunteer work in Munich. In addition, as an illustration to the topic, the results of a small online survey of Ukrainian refugees are presented. The participants of the survey were women who were forced to leave Ukraine for Germany due to hostilities and received support from volunteers — the owners of local hotel businesses. The source of data on the number and composition of volunteers in Germany is a survey that has been carried out every 5 years since 1999. The 2019 study covered 27.7 thousand people aged 14 years and older. Based on the data, it was possible to draw conclusions regarding the advantages and disadvantages of the modern volunteering movement in Germany, as well as provide practical guidelines, which are primarily aimed at improving the effectiveness of volunteer work. In particular, the authors have identified the main features of modern transformations of volunteering. These transformations are characterized by transition from associative, unstructured forms to well-organized and highly specialized ones. The changes also affected the motivational characteristics of volunteers — the transition from altruism to pragmatism. One of the conclusions of the study is the identification of conflicting assessments of such changes: along with an increase in the effectiveness of volunteer work, its complication and excessive bureaucratization are observed. As a result, a negative attitude towards such work may be formed. The conclusions of this article can be useful for increasing the effectiveness of volunteer organizations in other countries, as well as scaling up experience through greater specialization, increasing the professional level of volunteers, and expanding activities.

Stock Market in Uzbekistan: Current Situation and Development Prospects

The article analyzes the development trends of the stock market at the national and international level, the current state of operations in the stock market, and determines the factors influencing the development of the stock market. The stock market is an important tool for economic growth, as it is able to transform savings into investments. Therefore, in the context of globalization, the study of the conditions for the formation and development trends of the stock market is relevant.Objectives. Assessment of the current state of the stock market, identification of key problems hindering its effective development, and development of measures to eliminate them. Methodology. Used logical, statistical and graphical methods of analysis. Results. Problems that impede the effective development of the stock market are identified. First of all, it is the low level of capitalization of the stock market, the lack of developed infrastructure, failure to establish an effective mechanism for issuing and selling securities, the abundance and complexity of legal documents related to the stock market sector and the existence of many restrictions, insufficient improvement of the mechanism of protection of investors' interests and absence of institutional investors and professional market participants. Concrete proposals have been formulated to eliminate the problems of the development of the stock market: attracting domestic and foreign investors, increasing the dividend yield on shares by issuers, improving the legal framework and taxation system, developing a system for insuring transactions in the stock market, and implementing the principle of information openness. Conclusions. Further development of the stock market is possible only with an integrated approach both on the part of the market itself and the state. In order to attract new investors to the domestic stock exchange, it is necessary to regularly carry out activities to improve the financial literacy of the population and develop new tools to involve citizens in investing.

Studying how to Combine Education with Sports, based on the Era's Characteristics

The rapid development of the times has pointed out the development direction and forward momentum for the integration of sports and education. This article uses research methods of literature and logical analysis to in-depth and meticulously explore the basic principles of the integration of sports and education based on the characteristics of the times. On this basis, it proposes to consolidate the organizational foundation for the integration of physical education and "integration" to optimize sports and education. A series of integration methods based on the characteristics of the times, such as the integration of the operational mechanism of "integration" promotion, and the establishment of a guarantee system for the integration of sports and education and the promotion of "integration".

COMPONENT-STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS OF EMOTIONAL STABILITY IN THE MUSIC-PERFORMING ACTIVITIES OF CHILDREN'S MUSIC SCHOOL STUDENTS

The article reveals the problem of the formation of emotional stability in students of a children's music school. In this aspect, the author carries out a component-structural analysis of the studied formation and singles out the following components: motivational-volitional; information and activity; emotional and personal. It has been proven that the motivational and volitional component has a stimulating effect on the effectiveness of the process of improving students' executive and mental activity; informational and activity ensures that students accumulate the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities, the ability to reproduce a musical image in stage conditions, which is necessary for the formation of emotional stability in musical and interpretive activities; emotional and personal – reveals in students the external and internal factors of the studied phenomenon, the ability to self-evaluate and reflect on musical-interpretive activities, the ability to correct one's own mental and emotional state on stage, focused on self-development and further professional growth. The methodological basis of the research is dialectical and systemic methodologies used in the field of pedagogical research. General scientific and logical methods of analysis, synthesis, induction and deduction, historical and comparative research of the problem are used. The subject of further research in this direction may be the study of the conditions for the formation and development of the stress and adaptation potential of emotional stability. We assume the presence of close correlations between the level of emotional stability and the effectiveness of overcoming emotional disruptions, stability in this case will indicate the severity of stress and adaptive capabilities of the individual.

THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL BASIS OF THE AESTHETIC DEVELOPMENT OF HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS IN THE CONDITIONS OF A CHILDREN'S MUSIC SCHOOL

The article reveals the problem of aesthetic development of high school students in the conditions of a children's music school. The author investigated the problems of musical and aesthetic development of students in the context of history and modernity; Pedagogical conditions aimed at the development of the studied definition in students of the children's music school are determined; features of adolescence are revealed. The methodological base of the research consists of dialectical and systemic methodologies used in the field of psychological and pedagogical research. General scientific and logical methods of analysis, synthesis, induction and deduction, historical and comparative research of the problem are used. The perspective of further research consists of new trends and directions that require further development and improvement: the study of the relationship between the processes of musical and aesthetic development and self-development of high school students; identifying prospects for the development of extracurricular educational institutions.

The Impact of the Unification of the Policies of the EAEU Countries and Their Allies on Long-Term Socio-Economic Processes within the Eurasian Union

In the context of the development of a new round of the global economic crisis, the growth of regional and global instability, the factor of importance of improving the tools for the integration development of the Eurasian Economic Union is extremely acute. Strategic planning is one of the most important mechanisms for improving integration processes. It is the long-term development documents that are able to foresee and successfully coordinate the problems of wealth inequality, the quality of living standards, the access of various social strata of society to financial services, etc. However, such program documents are doomed to failure without the presence of reasonable priorities, focused mainly on the implementation of structural changes in the economies of the EAEU and its potential new members, as well as today’s observers of the Eurasian Economic Union.Aim. The purpose of the study is to analyze the current state of long-term socio-economic planning and forecasting within the boundaries of the EAEU. A mechanism of “transinstitutional cooperation” is proposed, focused on strengthening integration ties through institutional transformations. The macro-regional approach is considered as an effective model of cooperation between states within the framework of various socio-economic tools.Task. Thus, the objectives of the study were: to demonstrate the tools for the development of “transinstitutional interaction” within the boundaries of the Eurasian Economic Union, to give examples of such cooperation based on the possible cooperation of the EAEU countries with potential members of the union (Uzbekistan), as well as to analyze the legislative framework and the accumulated experience of “strategizing” in borders of the Eurasian economic integration.Methods. The research methods are comparative analysis when comparing the standard and interregional approaches of “transinstitutional interaction” for the development of the EAEU states, the method of expert assessments — when developing recommendations for improving the mechanisms of strategic planning in the Russian Federation, methods of structural and logical analysis — when determining the priority tools in the development of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Uzbekistan.Results. As a result, the main challenges of the EAEU in terms of improving the strategic planning tool were identified. The prospects for integration ties between the EAEU countries and the Republic of Uzbekistan are analyzed in order to analyze the possibilities of unifying strategic planning mechanisms within the framework of “transinstitutional cooperation”. Recommendations are given for improving the strategic planning of the Russian Federation as a locomotive state in the development of strategic planning in the EAEU.Conclusion. As the data presented in the paper show, the member states of the EAEU+ (Eurasian integration countries + observer countries + potential members of the union — Uzbekistan) face similar problems with regard to the strategic development of their territories. The “transinstitutional approach” presented by the authors will allow the members of the Eurasian Economic Union to unite in solving socio-economic challenges, to systematize efforts towards improving the mechanisms of socioeconomic development, significantly saving on the “scale effect” in the search for new socio-economic tools, testing its effectiveness and process control of achieved indicators.
