FUNCTIONING OF THE MECHANISM TO ENSURE ECONOMIC SECURITY OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES BASED ON THE USE OF FLEXIBLE MANAGEMENT TOOLS

The article highlights the need to transform approaches to economic security in a highly dynamic environment. It is emphasized that in modern conditions the development of a set of measures of situational regulation of economic situations that arise in the practice of enterprises in the context of ensuring and managing their safe condition and development is of particular importance. The reflection on new tasks in the field of economic security of industrial enterprises is the transformation of the entire management cycle of enterprise protection from threats, development and implementation of flexible management tools based on the methodology of the equilibrium approach to economic security. The purpose of the study is to develop guidelines for the functioning of the mechanism of economic security of industrial enterprises based on the use of flexible management tools. The article outlines that the formation of a mechanism for ensuring the economic security of industrial enterprises based on the use of flexible management tools should take into account modern features of the external environment, which is characterized by high dynamics and intensity of events. Sometimes, it is the high dynamism of events, rather than their nature, that causes threatening situations for the economic system of the enterprise. It is emphasized that in the process of forming a mechanism for ensuring economic security of industrial enterprises based on the use of flexible management tools should take into account the nature of many crises, both internal and external, which can be allocated to a separate area of research intensity of threats. The author proposes to identify the main qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the category "threat" (threat strength and intensity), which should be the basis for developing components of the relevant mechanism for economic security of industrial enterprises, details for the application of their modes. The author emphasizes that the scientific basis of the process of developing a mechanism for economic security using flexible tools should be the concept of flexible management, which is an established system of views on the organization of flexible management, its essential characteristics and holistic theoretical basis. The application of the provisions of the concept of flexible management, Agile-management, the theoretical basis of which is situational theory, should provide the ability to identify factors that affect the economic security of industrial enterprises, its adaptation to environmental changes, and the ability to properly take into account current market needs, potential threats and developing new perspectives. In this context, ensuring the economic security of industrial enterprises through the use of flexible management tools is a management decision-making process that allows to take into account changes in the external environment quickly and adjust management decisions to ensure economic security of industrial enterprises in accordance with existing external and internal threats. Intangible value drivers of technology companies in the epoch of digitalization: the necessity for further research

The purpose of this article is to establish the reasons for the relevance of the study of intangible assets of technology companies. According to estimates of various consulting companies («Interbrand», «Forbes», «Brand Finance», «Kantar»), 40–60 % of the Top 10 most valuable global brands of 2020 are technology companies. The most valuable technology brands (14 technology companies from the Top 20 most valuable technology brands of 2020) are located in the United States. There is a paradox of the relevance of the reporting data of technology companies on intangible assets and the fact that in parallel these companies are leaders of total intangible value. This problem is due to the current rules of accounting and preparation of relevant reports (for example, internally-generated intangibles (information about this is missing in the report), approved accounting policy, etc.). One such example is «Apple», which has no intangibles assets in its report for 2018, 2019, and 2020, although according to the Brand Finance GIFT™ report, in 2020 «Apple» overtook «Amazon», «Microsoft» and became the company with the highest total intangible value ($2151 billion). The range of users of reporting data is quite wide. Therefore, the reporting quality can lead to incorrect argumentation of management decision-making processes, which will subsequently determine the effectiveness of the measures taken to achieve the set objectives. And, finally, the limiting effects of the COVID-19 pandemic have led to an even greater need for high-quality services and products provided and created by technology companies.

Simulation-based decision-making system for optimal mine production plan selection

Price uncertainty is one of the major uncertainties in the life of mine (LOM) planning process which can have a decisive effect on the overall profitability. Today’s mine planning software tools provide block-sequencing optimisation for a given static price assumption that is then used as a basis of managerial decision-making process. This paper proposes a complementary approach to this by introducing a simulation-based decision-making tool that, with the help of simulation, seeks for the optimal mine plan when a managerially estimated price development with minimum and maximum boundaries is used as a data input for the given period. To demonstrate the approach, a realistic gold mine case study is presented with five alternative and technically feasible mine plans calculated in a static optimiser from a commercial mine planning software package. These mine planning scenarios are then subjected to price uncertainty in simulation with and without a price trend assumption to highlight the effect of price on the mine’s expected performance. Based on the results, we derive and demonstrate a simulation-based system that automates the matching of optimal mine plan with the managerial insight of long-term price development.

Supporting the utilization of community-based primary health care implementation research in Ghana.

Ever since the 1990s, implementation research in Ghana has guided the development of policies and practices that are essential to establishing community-based primary health care. In response to evidence emerging from this research, the Community-based Health Planning and Services (CHPS) policy was promulgated in 1999 to scale-up results. However, during the first decade of CHPS operation, national monitoring showed that its pace of coverage expansion was unacceptably slow. In 2010, the Ghana Health Service launched a 5-year plausibility trial of CHPS reform for testing ways to accelerate scale-up. This initiative, known as the Ghana Essential Health Intervention Program (GEHIP), included a knowledge management component for establishing congruence of knowledge generation and flow with the operational system that GEHIP evidence was intended to reform. Four Upper East Region districts served as trial areas, while seven districts were comparison areas. Interventions tested means of developing the upward flow of information based on perspectives of district managers, sub-district supervisors and community-level workers. GEHIP also endeavoured to improve procedures for the downward flow and utilization of policy guidelines. Field exchanges were convened for providing national, regional and district leaders with opportunities for participatory learning about GEHIP implementation innovations. This systems approach facilitated the process of augmenting the communication of evidence with practical field experience. Scientific rigor associated with the production of evidence was thereby integrated into management decision-making processes in ways that institutionalized learning at all levels. The GEHIP knowledge management system functioned as a prototype for guiding the planning of a national knowledge management strategy. A follow-up project transferred its mechanisms from the Upper East Regional Health Administration to the Policy Planning Monitoring and Evaluation Division of the Ghana Health Service in Accra.

ПОВЫШЕНИЕ ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТИ УПРАВЛЕНЧЕСКИХ РЕШЕНИЙ НА УРОВНЕ МУНИЦИПАЛЬНЫХ ОБРАЗОВАНИЙ НА ОСНОВЕ ПРИМЕНЕНИЯ МЕТОДА ЭКСПЕРТНОГО ОПРОСА

The article discusses issues related to improving the efficiency of management decisions at the municipal level. The results of an expert survey of heads of municipalities of some cities of the North and Arctic of the Russian Federation are presented. The importance of using the expert method in improving the efficiency of management decisions is determined, which is due to the possibility of using reliable, reliable and up-to-date information about the current state of various spheres of life at the municipal level. The purpose of this work was to expand the range of methods used to improve the effectiveness of management decisions, in particular, based on the use of the results of sociological research. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were identified: to study the features of the use of expert surveys in management decision-making processes; to determine the most problematic aspects of the use of expert surveys in determining the economic situation of municipalities; structure the most important aspects of conducting an expert survey to improve the effectiveness of using the data obtained. The article concludes that the expert survey allows you to form a clearer picture of the problems of the Ministry of Defense and identify opportunities to overcome them. The use of the expert survey method in the study made it possible to clarify and systematize constructive solutions to the identified problems based on a competent assessment of the expert community represented by the heads of municipalities.

Sectoral Features of Development and Management Decision-Making at Enterprises in the Communications Sector of Ukraine

The theoretical foundations of the development and adoption of managerial decisions by enterprises in the field of communication are summarized. The scientific work on the content of the conceptual apparatus “management decision” was considered. The practical achievements of the process of developing and making managerial decisions are systematized, taking into account the peculiarities of the activities of enterprises in this field. From these positions, it is proposed to interpret the essence and result of the management decision of enterprises, which is based on the choice of an alternative option and is aimed at overcoming the problematic situation on the basis of complex management, taking into account the peculiarities of the functioning of the enterprise. communication companies. This approach will help to effectively manage and expand the capabilities of communication companies. The principles of activity of communication enterprises were considered, and directions and ways of further development of communication enterprises were determined, taking into account the peculiarities of their activity. The expediency of the process of development and management decisions of telecommunications companies has been proven. It was determined that for a comprehensive assessment of management decisions, it is advisable to take into account certain types of effects. Technical, resource, economic and socio-ecological effects are the most significant for communication enterprises. The peculiarities of the development and management decisions of telecommunication companies are substantiated, one of which is the adoption of high-tech decisions aimed at the constant improvement of telecommunication companies, which determines their strategic activity in order to achieve the maximum level of their development. It was determined that their information provision is very important for making effective decisions. The process of development and decision-making is, in fact, an information process based on the processing of formalized and informal information, various data and knowledge. There are five main types of information systems that are necessary to meet the needs of different organizational levels and functional areas of management, namely: business processes, office automation, management information systems, decision support systems, decision support systems. Therefore, for a comprehensive assessment of management decisions, it is advisable to take into account not only the effectiveness of activities, but also individual types of effects. PRIORITIES FOR CHOOSING SOFTWARE IN HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS AND LICENSING ISSUES

Purpose. The aim of the article is the development of measures to select software to be used for teaching disciplines in higher education, taking into account its relevance, feasibility of use and licensing tools and opportunities to avoid risks (reputational, economic and legal) that may occur in case of infringement of the software owner’s copyright. Methodology of research. To substantiate the decision-making process on the purchase and legalization of copyright involved a method of comprehensive assessment of the weight parameters of the factors from list (1), which according to (2) calculates the relevance of software selection, ranking and ordering under conditions (3). The proposed method is based on the involvement of analytical and computational criteria and according to a certain specific sequence specified by the algorithm. Recognition of the degree of influence, i.e. the weight of current factors is based on expert surveys of specialists who teach disciplines, taking into account legal guarantees to avoid risks and financial capabilities of the institution, where you plan to use the ordered application and system software. Findings. 1. The need for more appropriate systematization of software according to the conditions of its use in the educational process is established. 2. The causes and consequences that should arise as a result of unlicensed use of author’s programs are analyzed. 3. The possibility of quantitative evaluation of software when choosing them is proved. 4. The mechanism of complex analysis with the use of expert-statistical consideration of current factors is substantiated. 5. The adequacy of the choice of software for educational and research tasks to be used in the teaching of academic disciplines, qualification work and professional training is guaranteed. 6. Minimize the possibility of reputational risks and substantiate the financial costs of purchasing the necessary programs. Originality. The expediency of using an integrated approach when choosing software is substantiated. These software tools are planned to be involved in the educational process of the educational institution, based on the calculation of quantitative criteria and their subsequent expert-statistical ranking, which contributes to the adequacy of decision-making. Practical value. Using the proposed approach to the process of organizational and managerial decisions of the management of the educational institution will prevent or significantly reduce financial costs, substantiate the practical feasibility of selecting and purchasing the necessary software and make it more efficient and appropriate in performing research tasks in general. IDENTIFICATION AS A MECHANISM OF PROJECT CYCLE MANAGEMENT IN THE PUBLIC DOMAIN

The article addresses a mechanism of project cycle management in the public domain. It outlines major processes and a set of tools for project identification, including the analysis of interested parties, analysis of problems, analysis of objectives, analysis of strategies, and preparation of a logical-structural matrix. The relationship between all the public domain groups in the project management process is demonstrated. The major elements and structure of the logical-structural matrix are identified. The main components of the objective tree and the problem tree in the project cycle are specified. Management activity and decision-making process during one of the project cycles that secures its implementation are described. The article provides an analysis of all public domain groups, individuals, organizations, and companies that can be directly or indirectly related to the project and have a positive or negative impact on the project process and results. The advantages of the problem tree are outlined, and the methodological approach of the object tree used in a situation in the future when the detected problems are already solved is described. The logical-structural approach as the analytical process that comprises the analysis of interested parties, analysis of problems, analysis of objectives, analysis of strategies and a logical-structural matrix that secures further analysis of objectives, the ways to achieve them, and prospective risks and simultaneously is the product of this analytical process are compared. The advantages of the objective tree are named, the questions and arguments at each stage of the project implementation are determined, the fact whether additional information, proof, or resources are needed to make a good deal or construct a convincing decision is revealed, current rather than obvious, future, or past problems are addressed and identified, common understanding, objective, and actions during the project implementation are offered. The article shows the mechanism of strategy analysis that includes the following efficiency elements: detection of various goals achievement strategies, selection of the most suitable strategy, and definition of main general or specific objectives. The indicators, means, assumptions, and sources of verification of the logical-structural matrix ar e suggested.

РОЗРОБЛЕННЯ УПРАВЛІНСЬКИХ РІШЕНЬ ПІД ЧАС КРИЗИ В КОМПАНІЇ: ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ТА ЕТАПИ

In order to properly prepare for a crisis, overcome and recover from it with minimal losses, a company needs to design an efficient system for developing and making managerial decisions when running a company that prevents a crisis or contributes to such managerial decisions that allow one to successfully and timely overcome crisis phenomena. The purpose of the article is to study the process of developing and making managerial decisions in anti-crisis management. The research allowed the authors to substantiate the aspects behind the development and decision-making process in a crisis situation: limited time for decision-making; limited resources; uncertainty of aspects behind managerial decision-making; psychological stress; the level of significance of individual risk perception for the person making managerial decisions in crisis; the need for decision-making skills in crisis situations and the immediate assessment of new information; flexibility in making managerial decisions; social pressure on the decision-making process in a crisis. The process of developing managerial decisions in anti-crisis management consists of three stages: identification of the situation; development of alternative scenarios for anti-crisis solutions; selection of the optimal managerial solution in anti-crisis management. This process is shown as dynamic with interaction and feedback between all stages. At the identification stage, it is important not only to use certain standards (models) for assessing the probability of bankruptcy, but also the complex, often non-standard indicators and assessment methods. The authors attach special importance to teamwork and group mentality, reaching consensus in different views at the stage of development and selection of the optimal solution. For the successful implementation of managerial decision-making process in anti-crisis management, it is advisable to use the recommendations of foreign scientists regarding the need to train personnel, improve their experience, develop active mindset and communications in companies.

ПРЕИМУЩЕСТВА И НЕДОСТАТКИ ПРИМЕНЕНИЯ РАЗЛИЧНЫХ МЕТОДОВ РАЗРАБОТКИ УПРАВЛЕНЧЕСКИХ РЕШЕНИЙ

The purpose of the article is to study new approaches in the preparation and adoption of managerial decisions, based on a comprehensive account of the impact of many different factors. The conclusion is substantiated that more and more universal technologies are currently being developed and implemented, allowing the use of additional, most effective means of preparing and choosing management decisions. The subject of the study is the methods of making managerial decisions, which are the main tool of managerial influence. The methodological base of the study is the works of domestic and foreign scientists devoted to the process of making managerial decisions, optimization, economic justification and choosing an alternative from a variety of decision options aimed at achieving goals. The research methods are system analysis, which reveals the structure and cause-and-effect relationships of the managerial decision-making process, method of analogies, empirical data processing, trend extrapolation, expert analysis.

Development of a system of financial risk indicators based on logistic regression and the CorporateMetrics methodology

Business entities in their practical activities are constantly faced with the presence of various risks, manifested in the negative impact on them of factors of both internal and external environment. The most important for any financial manager are financial risks (market, credit, fiscal, currency, etc.), the management skills of which in a crisis period reveals genuine professionals in their field. To simplify the management process, algorithms or models are being developed that allow increasing the efficiency and speed of the management decision-making process. The subject of this study is the development of a methodology for assessing and forecasting financial risks. The purpose of the development is to simplify the process of selecting mechanisms for influencing risk, which allows maintaining the stability of cash flows over time and achieving the target financial indicators of an economic entity. The research methodology is based on the use of a combination of logistic regression tools and the CorporateMetrics methodology. These systems of financial risk indicators are highly sensitive to changing market conditions due to unfixed thresholds determined by the average values of the indicators used by the industry. The novelty of the study lies in the fact that the joint use of various indicators and indicators allows to comprehensively assess the exposure of an organization to each type of financial risk and monitor changes in the values of risk indicators. The scope of application of the results is presented on the example of the evaluation of open data on the economic activity of MTS PJSC for the period 2016-2018, the mechanism of using the methodology is shown. It is worth noting that the ability to adapt the indicators and indicators used in the methodology allows it to be applied to any economic entity of the non-financial sector of the economy.

MODELS FOR MANAGEMENT DECISION-MAKING ON THE ORGANIZATION OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS IN CONDITIONS OF A HIGH LEVEL OF UNCERTAINTY

The study is devoted to the analysis of the problem of decision-making regarding the organization of the educational process in the conditions of external influences of irresistible nature. The case of a forced reduction in the academic semester with the need for full implementation of educational plans for the training of education seekers is considered. It was determined that for effective planning of the educational process, it is initially necessary to divide the classrooms of the educational institution between educational groups belonging to different structural units of the educational institution. The verbal and mathematical formulation of the task of dividing classrooms between educational groups was completed. A mathematical model of the problem was built. The model is a set of restrictions that are imposed on the options for admissible distributions of audiences. The developed model allows you to introduce restrictions on the length of the working day, breaks between classes in individual groups, the number of working days per week, etc. An algorithm for developing variants of management decisions regarding the distribution of classrooms between educational groups of different structural units of the university has been built. Variants of management decisions depend on the initial conditions that are included in the problem model and on the strength of the set of admissible solutions. The possibility of developing options for management decisions regarding combined options for the organization of the educational process (face-to-face, distance, and mixed forms of education) is foreseen. In such cases, the management of the educational institution may impose restrictions on the possibility of alternating classes that take place in classrooms with classes that take place online. The developed approach also allows the redistribution of audiences between structural units for separately defined periods. The implementation of the developed models and algorithms for the autumn semester 2022–2023 at the university will allow the completion of studies by mid-November. At the same time, all educational plans will be completed in full. The developed tool makes it possible to increase the efficiency of management decision-making processes regarding the organization of the educational process in higher education institutions.

ТЕОРЕТИКО-МЕТОДИЧНІ ЗАСАДИ ПІДГОТОВКИ ТА ПРИЙНЯТТЯ УПРАВЛІНСЬКИХ РІШЕНЬ

The article examines approaches to the study of the management decision-making process and methods of substantiation and management decision-making. Three groups of methods for substantiating and making managerial decisions are distinguished: general scientific – methods of a logical and heuristic nature (observation, experiment, analysis, synthesis, induction and deduction, collective generation of ideas, expert evaluations, etc.); interscientific – methods that are not comprehensive in nature, but are used to analyze a wide range of objects from various fields of activity (extrapolation, interpolation, mathematical statistics, modeling); specific scientific – methods used for one object or field of knowledge. The stages of building a model of substantiation and making management decisions are defined: setting the task; construction of the model itself; checking the model for probability; the use of the model, that is, the implementation of the model in practice; restoration of the model, which occurs when the original data changes. It is noted that when building any models of management decisions, the following points should be taken into account: decision-making models can only reflect reality to a limited extent due to the huge variety of phenomena and connections of real reality; models must take into account the objective limitations of the decision-maker’s abilities in a wide range of intellectual tasks, first of all, when performing complex operations to transform the received information; models must take into account the personal characteristics of the decision-maker. It is shown that enterprises use various methods to analyze the environment, most of which are based on expert assessments and the execution of a certain sequence of stages. It is noted that statistical, matrix, expert and economic-mathematical methods are used for strategic analysis of the enterprise environment. It is noted that the formation of an enterprise's strategy is a complex process that contains elements of risk and uncertainty and is constantly under the influence of both positive and negative factors of the enterprise's external and internal environment. The main problem of the process of forming an enterprise strategy is the correct selection of the main alternatives, understanding and taking into account the most important factors and conditions affecting this choice.

Analyzing Industry 4.0 trends through the Technology Roadmapping Method

Future-oriented Technology Analysis (FTA) has been widely used in organizations to support the management decision-making process with emphasis on forecasting the timing, diffusion, and life cycle of technologies. The concept of Industry 4.0, understood as the connection between machines, systems, and assets to create intelligent networks that will help in productive control, introduces several technological innovations in the fields of automation, control, and information technology aimed at manufacturing processes. In this work, we use the Technology Roadmapping Method (TRM) to better understand the main issues on Industry 4.0 and the consequences and developments in future scenarios for the industrial sector.

УДОСКОНАЛЕННЯ ПІДХОДІВ ДО ОЦІНЮВАННЯ ЕФЕКТИВНОСТІ ПРАЦІ ПЕРСОНАЛУ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ У СУЧАСНИХ УМОВАХ

The purpose of the research conducted in this article is to substantiate the need for a broader interpretation of the essence of staff performance and develop new approaches to its evaluation. The relevance of the topic is determined by the fact that employees of the enterprise are its key resource, from the efficiency of its use depends on the final results of the business entity. The article substantiates the need to expand the content of the category "labor efficiency" in order to more accurately assess the useful outcome of the use of labor potential of the enterprise or economy of the country. It emphasizes the expediency of distinguishing between the concepts of "productivity" and "efficiency" of staff work in the process of evaluating its results. The peculiarities of determining and evaluating the efficiency of work of different categories of personnel: workers, specialists, managers are described. The useful effects and results of labor activity of these categories of workers on the basis of which it is expedient to carry out an estimation of efficiency of their work are named. The article also defined differences in understanding the content of work efficiency in terms of different subjects : the company, its employees, the state and society. It is emphasized that there is a direct interdependence between the level of staff satisfaction with working conditions and remuneration for it and the productivity of their work from the point of view of the enterprise. The concept of "social efficiency of work" is revealed, which is determined by the complex positive result of work for different subjects of activity and at different levels of management of economic processes. The importance of finding reserves and creating conditions for increasing the productivity of enterprise personnel in order to form a resistant competitive advantages in the market is substantiated. Emphasis is placed on the variety of internal and external factors that affect the degree of return on the use of labor potential of employees of the enterprise, and the importance of continuous monitoring of these factors. The practical significance of the article is that the recommendations developed by the author to assess the effectiveness of different categories of workers can be used to improve management decision-making processes in enterprises.

МЕТОДОЛОГІЧНІ АСПЕКТИ АНАЛІЗУ ЗАГРОЗ ІНФОРМАЦІЙНІЙ БЕЗПЕЦІ ЕНЕРГЕТИЧНОЇ ІНФРАСТРУКТУРИ УКРАЇНИ

The article is devoted to the problems of developing methodological aspects for analyzing problem areas and ways to strengthen information security in the energy infrastructure of Ukraine in war and post- war times. It was found out that the main problem of information security in the energy sector is both in processing and analyzing a large amount of data in real time from the so-called corporate nodes of the local network, including data from intelligent sensors that are used to find out cyber threats and monitor their risks, as well as providing an expert specialist with a large amount of analytical information. By summarizing scientific sources, the conceptual and categorical apparatus for the research direction was clarified, namely, the author's definitions of the following concepts were given: "critical infrastructure", "energy security", "cyber information subsystem", "cybernetic security". The hierarchy and interrelation of critical infrastructures of Ukraine is systematized. A general scheme of cyber security for energy infrastructure facilities is constructed and it is proved that the processes of identification, quantification, analysis and assessment of risks, as well as their processing, should be integral components of the overall management decision-making process for the sustainable functioning of the country's energy infrastructure. - Technological ways to overcome the problem areas of cyber security in the energy sector of Ukraine are proposed. The results obtained allow us to state that when solving the problem of strengthening energy security, there are two interrelated areas – technological infrastructure and information and communication infrastructure. A general conclusion is made that the success of creating a sustainable secure system largely depends on the successful application of modern information and communication technologies.

Worker’s participation in management is a system of collective formal or informal communication and joint consultation between employer and employee individually or collectively by which workers of an organization are kept informed about the activities and actions of an undertaking and through which they communicate their view and ideas as well as contribute for management decisions of the organization where they work. It refers to any arrangement which is designed to involve workers in the important decision making within the workplace. It comprises giving scope for workers to influence the managerial decision-making process at different levels by various forms in the organization. It allows for worker’s involvement in the initiation, formulation and implementation of decisions within the organization. Worker participation is important component to enhance human resource development in modern organizations. In the modern time worker’s participation in management became the foundation and pre-requisite for the successful operation of the organization. Participative management in the organization contributes decreasing the communication gap between the management and the workers, improve performance and productivity, lower costs, motivation, satisfaction of psychological, social, economic, self-fulfillment needs, reduction of organizational conflicts, industrial peace and stability, an ideal working environment in the organization and job satisfaction of the workers. It provides workers a sense of importance, pride, freedom, and opportunity for self-expression, a feeling of belongingness so as to create positive condition for organizational relation. The existing constitutional and legal provisions are insufficient for the protecting, safeguarding the workers right and ensuring as well as regulating the worker’s participation in management.

DSS-Based Process Control and FMEA Studies for Different Processes in the Field of Textile

Today, in many textile firms, high defect rates and inefficiency stand out due to the intensive labor in the production processes. For this reason, to be able to detect failure modes and effects, number of defects and defect rates fast and intervene in the process just in time is vital for textile firms. Accelerating feedback by producing accurate and effective quality reports and helping senior management's decision processes will reduce appraisal costs and delivery time. In this study, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis and Statistical Process Control techniques have been integrated with a Decision Support System for different processes of textile. Thanks to the proposed integrated system in the fast fashion/textile sector, defect and/or failures will be prevented or detected on time by determining the sources of error with an effective database and monitoring system. So, process capability will increase by preventing material, operations and human-induced scraps.
