Abstract

The purpose of the article is to study new approaches in the preparation and adoption of managerial decisions, based on a comprehensive account of the impact of many different factors. The conclusion is substantiated that more and more universal technologies are currently being developed and implemented, allowing the use of additional, most effective means of preparing and choosing management decisions. The subject of the study is the methods of making managerial decisions, which are the main tool of managerial influence. The methodological base of the study is the works of domestic and foreign scientists devoted to the process of making managerial decisions, optimization, economic justification and choosing an alternative from a variety of decision options aimed at achieving goals. The research methods are system analysis, which reveals the structure and cause-and-effect relationships of the managerial decision-making process, method of analogies, empirical data processing, trend extrapolation, expert analysis.
