Current State and Prospects of Development of the Self-Employed Market

Relevance. The ongoing transformational processes of economic systems, the development of IT technologies, communications, and cryptogenologies contribute to the development of innovative forms of labor organization and their types. There is a revaluation of the cost of labor, a change in the conditions of its employment, the structure of the labor market is changing due to non-standard forms of employment and employment, respectively, all this has a significant impact not only on the economic, but also on the social component of society. It should be noted that one of the most widespread and dynamically developing forms of employment in the labor market today is "self-employment", which requires in-depth study in the context of global changes. The purpose is the study involves an analysis of the current situation of non-standard forms of employment, in particular the category of "self-employment". Objectives: to consider the main trends in the self-employed labor market; to identify factors contributing to the rapid growth of the number of self-employed. Methodology: logical and systematic analysis of information sources in the field of self-employment development; expert opinion and personal observations; content analysis of Russian social networks. Results: an assessment of the impact of the digital economy on the development of the labor market, changes in its structure, forms of employment is given, a range of problems and opportunities related to state employment assistance is outlined. Conclusions. Current trends and future prospects for employment development in the context of labor market transformation are associated with an increase in the number of self-employed both abroad and in the Russian Federation. And the ongoing transformations significantly affect the change in the structure of labor relations and their digitalization. Therefore, in order to ensure positive dynamics in the labor market, it is necessary to integrate research on self-employment in economics, labor law, sociology and psychology.

Implementation of Partnerships Between Companies and Civil Society Organizations to Promote Financial Education in The Context of Intersectoral Esg Strategies

Research objective: To verify how the relationship between the Third Sector and the Second Sector collaborates with the ESG agenda, aiming to answer the question “how partnerships between non-profit organizations and private companies can contribute to enabling actions focused on social, environmental and of governance, which are becoming increasingly relevant given the serious socio-environmental challenges we face?”. Theoretical framework: Fischer (2002) says that the bases for building intersectoral alliances are, in Brazil, fragile and small for reasons such as: the distrust of non-profit organizations in relation to private companies and their leaders, and the lack of sensitivity of the Second Sector with socio-environmental issues. Methodology: Case study of a financial education action carried out by C6 Bank in partnership with Fundação Almerinda Malaquias, in the city of Novo Airão, Amazonas, in 2022, through interviews and analysis of posts. Results: It is possible to understand the important role that digital banks have been playing in financial inclusion. Social impact actions tend to be incorporated into the company's culture. The survey confirmed that C6 Bank actually went to Amazonas with the aim of providing financial education content and not just promoting itself. Originality: Contributes to the understanding of a topic that is still little explored. Theoretical and practical contributions: Creating and maintaining diverse partnerships can be a strategy in Third Sector organizations that contribute to the fulfillment of their mission and their institutional strengthening, as this process opens up new perspectives of collaboration and action for innovative organizational forms of community participation. civil society.

National Urbanized Regions are Promising Objects of Spatial Strategizing and Planning in the Russian Federation

The modern approach to the definition of urbanized regions as innovative forms of space organization at the macro-regional level is considered. The concept of urban regional town planning presented in the article identifies two main types of urbanized regions: «supranational» and «national». The importance of targeted urban planning and management of national urban regions is emphasized in order to increase the effectiveness of territorial management, strengthen national security and economic sustainability of the country. Promising objects of urba-regional strategizing and planning in Russia are outlined.

ПСИХОЛОГИЧЕСКИЕ АСПЕКТЫ ОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНОГО ПРОЦЕССА

In the context of today’s educational transformation hybrid learning is becoming increasingly popular. Hybrid learning is an innovative form of educational process organization, in which a part of traditional classroom training is replaced by learning in the digital environment. The article describes the hydride leaning practice at Industrial University of Tyumen. It presents the results of a survey of students’ satisfaction with hybrid learning. The survey showed that classroom setting remains the most effective way of acquiring knowledge and the most convenient format for educational interaction. However, hybrid learning allows students to find a better combination of academic and extracurricular activities and use their time more efficiently.

ФОРМУВАННЯ ПРЕДМЕТНИХ КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТЕЙ МАЙБУТНЬОГО ВЧИТЕЛЯ ФІЗИКИ ЗАСОБАМИ ІКТ

The article considers the importance of the competence approach in the training of future specialists, which means the focus of the educational process on the formation and development of key and subject competencies of the individual. The need to improve the system of professional training of future teachers based on a rational combination of traditional and innovative forms of organization of the educational process, in particular the use of modern pedagogical software training tools, is well-founded. The methodological features of conducting physics classes when using ICT differs from the classical one in that the teacher needs to develop new structural and logical schemes, a whole package of electronic materials (electronic applications in the form of tables, graphs, diagrams, electronic textbooks, presentations, video materials, complexes of electronic virtual laboratory works, etc.) before classes. ICT tools allow the teacher to expand the possibilities of presenting various types of information, to activate the attention of students, to strengthen their motivation, to develop cognitive processes: thinking, imagination and fantasy, to introduce modelling of physical processes and objects, to carry out automated control of knowledge, to implement the technology of remote and personally-oriented teaching.

IMPLEMENTATION OF STEM EDUCATION IN GENERAL EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

The article investigates the fundamental characteristics of contemporary STEM education, encompassing integrated learning, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, as well as active communication and teamwork abilities. It presents a novel and imaginative strategy for project development, which aims to equip students with the necessary skills to engage in lifelong technological innovation by applying scientific and technological knowledge to real-world scenarios. Furthermore, the article sheds light on the core components of STEM education, drawing from the US government's initiatives aimed at integrating STEM approaches into the national education system. In addition, the article underscores the imperative to reassess the underlying philosophy of STEM education and the need for its actualization. This is accomplished through the introduction of a STEM education model that facilitates the seamless integration of STEM subjects with all other academic disciplines. Moreover, the article addresses crucial aspects of the US national policy on arts education. It delves into the development and implementation of the National Core Arts Standards and the National Visual Arts Standards, which play a pivotal role in supporting arts education initiatives. The article delves into an analysis of the theoretical and methodological principles underpinning the development of a STEM education model. This includes an examination of project-based and practice-oriented learning, as well as the utilization of flipped and blended learning approaches, alongside cloud technologies, to facilitate the transformation of traditional education into an innovative learning environment. Furthermore, the article outlines the anticipated steps involved in the implementation of STEM education, with a focus on fostering career autonomy and empowering students to make informed choices about their professions. These steps encompass the promotion and popularization of STEM specialties, the provision of support for gifted students, and the encouragement of youth engagement in creative and research-oriented activities. Expanding on the understanding of how STEM education can be effectively implemented, the article enriches the information field with innovative methods, tools, and organizational forms for the educational process. These include hackathons, marathons, online experiments, e-virtual laboratories, science museums, and platforms designed to facilitate the organization of research activities and international projects. It is noteworthy that the successful implementation of these innovations will not only enhance the quality of foreign literature courses within the New Ukrainian School but also serve as a significant catalyst for the development of competitive and creative graduates.

Choral conducting as a way of realizing the creative potential of a student choirmaster

Statement of the problem. The modern information society using cutting-edge digital tools and resources, requires innovative approaches in education aimed at shaping the personality of students in all the diversity of their activities. In today’s globalized space, where innovation and creativity are key success factors, it is important to cultivate students’ skills in creative thinking and self-expression. The turbulent Ukrainian present became a challenge for the development and establishment of a new educational system oriented on the personal type of teaching. An urgent need to improve pedagogical technologies encourages the search for a new educational paradigm, allowing Ukraine to stay abreast of global innovative processes. The course “Choral Arrangement” is aimed at developing the creative potential of choirmaster students, which is undoubtedly a relevant task in the modern educational space. Objectives, methods, and novelty of the research. The personal oriented approach in higher education is an actively researched topic, by domestic (Podmazin, 2006; Bekh, 2003) and foreign (Heikkila, Niemivirta, Nieminen, & Lonka, 2010) authors. A number of studies are devoted to pedagogical innovations (Dychkivska, 2004; Ihnatovich, 2019; Danilenko, 2006) and the psychological and pedagogical aspect of personal development (Moliako, 2003; Turynina, 2007; Mishchykha, 2010), the musical pedagogy (Smyrnova, 2021; Zhernovnykova, & Van Tsin I, 2017; Plotnytska, 2021) and the contemporary trends in choral conducting education too (Dolchuk, 2008; Smyrnova, 2008; Karpenko, 2021; Semenchuk, 2022). However, the questions of the impact of choral arrangement on the development of music creative skills of choirmaster students, as well as the search for innovative teaching methods and organizational forms that contribute to the formation of unique musical personalities, requires further analytical refinement. The purpose of the article is to determine the role of choral arrangement in developing the creative potential of choirmasters’ students, their musical thinking, performance and interpretive skills. The study is also focused on finding innovative approaches to teaching the “Choral Arrangement” discipline that contribute to more effective development of unique artistic individuals, which capable to self-improvement and professional growth as choral conductors. The interaction of personal, competence and contextual approaches to the professional training of a specialist, necessary in the process of developing his creative abilities, led to the involvement of such research methods as theoretical and comparative analysis of pedagogical conceptions. Also, “case study” method was considered as one of the way for creation of choral arrangement. Results and conclusion. The discipline "Choral arrangement" is an extremely important component of the formation of the artistic personality of the future choirmaster, as it develops his musical thinking and creative abilities, most actively contributes to the disclosure of his creative potential, helps him learn a whole series of practical skills necessary for a choirmaster – the leader and artistic director of a singing group, that is, it directly affects his demand and “competitiveness” in the profession of choral master. Arranging, which allows you to transform and enrich musical works, deepen or vary their sound characteristics and emotional expressiveness, provides an opportunity for their original interpretation, is a powerful tool for the rapid progress of a musician’s creative abilities. Modern educational conditions require new methods and forms of teaching in the field of choral pedagogy, including choral arrangement. Use of the “case study” method (teaching on the example of specific situations), various experiments, online communication and an arsenal of computer technologies (variation of the composition of choral voices, creation of new timbre sounds, improvisation, multi-style arrangements, collective creativity, electronic sound processing by computer programs, etc.) will contribute to the fullest disclosure of the creative potential of choirmaster students.

The 5 E(lements) of employee‐centric corporate social responsibility and their stimulus on happiness at work: An empirical investigation

AbstractIn recent times, there has been a growing interest in corporate social responsibility (CSR) practices that focus on employees, with an increasing emphasis on investigating employees' experiences of CSR in relation to their happiness. The purpose of this study is to explore employee‐centric CSR initiatives with the aim of identifying the elements stimulating happiness at work (HAW). To accomplish this, we adopt a non‐linear and data‐driven approach to analyze self‐reported data from 441 employees across 21 small and medium‐sized enterprises spanning various industries. The analysis brings to light 5 E(lements) of employee‐centric CSR: envisioning, related to personal and organizational value orientation; equity, related to definition and distribution of rewards; empowerment, related to career development and professional growth; experimentation, related to innovative tasks and organizational forms; and empathy, related to a supportive workplace and coworkers' network. These 5 E(lements) serve as stimuli for HAW in different ways: envisioning, empowerment, and experimentation play a major role in promoting employees' happiness and underscore the importance of initiatives related to shared values, inclusivity, and innovative work practices. Thus, this study sheds light on the influence of employee‐centric CSR in promoting HAW and on effective strategies that may contribute to achieving Sustainable Development Goals targets.

The Impact of Parallel U-Turns on Urban Intersection: Evidence from Chinese Cities

As the number of motor vehicles in China’s cities continues to increase, the imbalance between the capacity that existing urban roads have for construction and the demand for motor vehicles is becoming increasingly evident. Indeed, the design of the intersection U-turn scheme has garnered significant attention from researchers. However, as the number of vehicles requiring U-turns increases, the traditional U-turn in the median or U-turn at the intersection fails to meet the timely demand for U-turns. In such cases, vehicles needing to make U-turns are required to queue first. As the queue length grows, it ultimately impacts the operational efficiency of the intersection. To optimize the imbalance between supply and demand at these intersections and promote the sustainable development of intersections, an innovative form of U-turn organization called the Parallel U-turn has been developed. In the engineering practice of reconstructing existing intersections or constructing new ones, it is crucial to investigate the compatibility between various U-turn design forms and traffic volumes. This exploration helps ensure that the chosen U-turn design effectively accommodates the specific traffic demands at the intersection. Therefore, in this paper, a typical intersection in Xi’an was chosen as the study intersection to investigate traffic data. The researchers calibrated and simulated four U-turn organization schemes using VISSIM microsimulation software. The four schemes included a traditional U-turn at the intersection, a Parallel U-turn at the intersection, a traditional U-turn in the median, and a Parallel U-turn in the median. Then, the researchers used the entropy-weighted TOPSIS method (EWTM) to evaluate the compatibility of each U-turn organization scheme for different traffic combinations. This assessment was conducted based on three criteria: operational efficiency, environmental protection, and safety performance. The results of this study indicate that the Parallel U-turn design is advantageous for the XiaoZhai intersection in Xi’an, China, under specific traffic conditions. When the traffic volume at the intersection exceeds 5940 vehicles per hour but remains below the intersection’s maximum capacity, implementing the Parallel U-turn design could yield positive outcomes in terms of operational efficiency, safety performance, and a reduction in intersection pollution. In summary, by enhancing operational efficiency, safety, and environmental impact, the Parallel U-turn design promotes the overall performance and sustainability of the XiaoZhai intersection and the transportation system in Xi’an, China.

THEORETICAL GENERALIZATION OF THE PROGRAM FOUNDATIONS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF INTELLIGENCE OF FUTURE OFFICERS IN THE CONDITIONS OF A MILITARY UNIVERSITY

Relevance. The development of the intelligence of a future officer in the educational environment of a military educational institution of higher education presupposes, among other things, the appropriate organization of the pedagogical process. This is necessary to achieve the desired results of training, education and development of personality traits of a cadet. To achieve the effective construction of the specified pedagogical process, it is necessary: firstly, not to overload the cadet with educational and educational activities, since the process of obtaining education in a military university is already quite intense; secondly, to use the potential of the educational subjects and educational events already built into the pedagogical process in the development of the intelligence of future officers; thirdly, to organically integrate author’s developments (program, courses, conditions) into the pedagogical process in order to solve problems of developing the intelligence of the future officer.
 Materials and methods. In preparing and conducting the study, the methodological principles of a systematic, activity and subjective approach were applied. These approaches in this study perform organizational, epistemological, explanatory-content, structural-logical and prognostic functions. Within the framework of these approaches, various types of analysis and synthesis (systemic and functional, conceptual and structural-component), analogy and comparison, abstraction, hypothetical-deductive method are applied.
 Results of the study. It has been established that the construction of a pedagogical process for the development of the intelligence of a future officer is based on the principles of consistency, complexity, continuity, dynamism, purposefulness, plasticity, algorithm city, cyclicality and is carried out in the following areas: organizational and programmatic; regulatory and legal; subject-communicative; meaningful; emotional and intellectual; valuable; activity-functional. The implementation of these areas involves the optimal combination of traditional and innovative forms of organization of the pedagogical process and the effective application of methods for its implementation, which correspond to the modern development of psychological and pedagogical science. When implementing the pedagogical process, taking into account diagnostic data, it is necessary to optimize and improve it. The design and implementation of the author’s features of the organization and implementation of the pedagogical process will make it possible to purposefully develop the psychological properties of the intelligence of the future officer in the educational environment of a military university.

Сучасні технології управління в готельно-ресторанному бізнесі: практики та інновації

The article is aimed at acquaintance with new technologies that can be used to improve the efficiency of hotel and restaurant management, customer service, and ensuring competitive advantage. Analyzing, systematizing and generalizing the scientific works of many scholars, the current management technologies in the hotel and restaurant business were considered and the best practices and innovations in this area were presented. As a result of the study, the main trends in the development of the hotel industry are identified. The list of well-known companies offering modern management technologies is determined, general classification approaches to innovative technologies are developed. It is substantiated that innovative technologies help restaurant industry enterprises to improve work efficiency, provide better guest service and create a competitive advantage in the market. The list of innovative technologies that are recommended for use at restaurant industry enterprises together with the companies that use them in order to increase efficiency, improve guest experience and remain competitive in the hotel and restaurant business market are determined. The use of digital technologies such as mobile reservation apps or online reservations of rooms has been proven to lead to more bookings and an improved guest experience, and innovative technologies such as robotics, process automation and artificial intelligence can enable more efficient operation, reduce errors and increase guest satisfaction. Prospects for further research in this direction are to study of the most promising and innovative forms of organization of hotel business – apart-hotels, to refer to their economic essence, types and advantages, also to study foreign experience and explore the problems of development of this form of organization of hotel business in Ukraine.

INNOVATION AS A FACTOR OF QUALITATIVE CHANGES IN SOCIAL WORK AND SOCIAL EDUCATION

The article describes various aspects of the problem of improving the quality of social services and the effectiveness of the training of social workers in institutions of higher education. The essence of innovation as a factor of qualitative changes in the educational and social spheres has been clarified. The peculiarities of the implementation of social work innovations are characterized in accordance with the identified promising areas (initiative of service recipients, competition in the field of social service provision, support of the state or territorial community, availability of resources). The interrelationship of social work innovations with educational innovations and other traditional methods and forms of classroom and extracurricular educational and social-educational activities is substantiated. The expediency of combining innovative and traditional methods and forms of organization of the educational process of training social workers in institutions of higher education has been proven. Taking into account the general logic of the organization of the training of future social workers, attention is focused on selected subjects (collective involvement, group involvement, individual involvement) and the function of ensuring the quality of the educational process (normative-methodical support, scientific-research support, practical-practical support). The main methods and forms of organizing classroom and extracurricular educational and social-educational activities of students, which affect the effectiveness and optimality of application to improve the quality of education in the field of social work, are specified.

FORMATION OF A NEW EDUCATIONAL PARADIGM OF SOCIO-CULTURAL DEVELOPMENT OF UKRAINE IN THE NEW HISTORICAL DISCOURSE

The article deals with the formation of a new educational paradigm of socio-cultural development of Ukraine in the new historical discourse. Nowadays it is impossible to determine a single determinant of the development of human society. In the system of humanities there are different concepts of the determining factors of social development, but, according to the authors, the priority place in the formation of a new system of social relations and global development is occupied by socio-cultural factors. This problem is becoming increasingly important and requires serious socio-empirical research and scientific analysis. The article is an attempt to substantiate the need to define a new paradigm in education, caused by the factors of socio-cultural development, even in the most difficult period for Ukraine. The article identifies the socio-cultural determinants of the educational paradigm in modern Ukrainian realities. Social being and processes of culture formation are in dialectical unity. Evidence of this unity is the presence of social determinants in culture. Among the main factors that influence its development is heredity, that is, the connection of generations. That is why socio-cultural factors play a leading role in the overall impact on the development of society and the management system in particular. The main features of the project of socio-cultural development of Ukrainian society include: creation of the Institute of Science; emergence of an "intermediate environment" and qualitative change of the educational institution itself. Educational innovations have become especially relevant since the beginning of the large-scale war unleashed by the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine. The functioning of the education system under martial law is characterized by an intensive search for new approaches to education, innovative forms of organization of the educational process, effective pedagogical and information technologies. For example, students from all over Ukraine who have access to the Internet can use the materials of the school "Optima" after registration, the team of the online school "Grand Expo" has opened access to 532 case lessons for the period of martial law in Ukraine, the Center for Distance Education "A+" conducts lessons in ZOOM for all children of Ukraine. In wartime, it is also important to create a protected educational environment and organize the educational process, especially for those children who have suffered psychological trauma. For the modern Ukrainian society, higher education is determined as the foundation of personal development, a priority area of state policy, so it is not accidental that scientists are interested in the study of various aspects of the functioning of higher education. From the point of view of socio-cultural planning, higher education should be considered as a project aimed at shaping the worldview of the individual, equipping him/her with knowledge, educating a patriot and citizen of the state. And since these strategic tasks are a contribution to the future, the future of the people and culture will depend on their implementation. Under the influence of the processes of socio-cultural transformations, scientific knowledge should become a tool that will allow to respond decisively to the modern challenges of society. And it will become a solid foundation for further development and prosperity of Ukraine in the world.

Особливості розвитку фрілансу як гнучкої форми організації праці персоналу в сучасних умовах розвитку економічних відносин

The article examines the processes that are taking place in the modern labor market, and considers in detail such an innovative flexible form of employment organization as freelancing. The prerequisites for its formation and features are determined, taking into account modern economic conditions. A model of freelancer’s work has been developed, taking into account the properties of activity in the field under study. The article analyzes the regulatory acts that have an impact on the regulation of freelancing in Ukraine and identifies the specifics of appropriate legal support abroad. The dynamics of attracting employees in the field of freelancing in Ukraine and the most common areas of activity among freelancers are evaluated. The specified sources of customer search by freelancers that help create their workload. The advantages and disadvantages of a flexible form of self-employment are highlighted, which significantly affect the specifics of planning and organizing the work of freelance employees.

MANAGEMENT OF PROFESSIONALLY-ORIENTED STUDIES OF INFORMATIVE SUBJECTS FUTURE TEACHERS OF TECHNOLOGY

The article deals with the problem of management of professionally-oriented teaching of Information technology disciplines of future technology teachers. The criteria for the formation of information competence of future technology teachers are identified. Levels of formation of information competence of future technology teachers are characterized: high, medium and low. The methodology of professionally-oriented teaching of Information technology disciplines of future technology teachers is grounded, which includes: content design, integration of traditional and innovative organizational forms and methods, application of active and interactive teaching technologies; their functions, tasks, a set of necessary and sufficient, special professional knowledge and skills that are formed in logically-based process of studying Information technology disciplines. Research-experimental work on the determination of the effectiveness of the method of professionally-oriented teaching information disciplines to future technology teachers was conducted. Quantitative and qualitative analysis of the experimental work to confirm effectiveness of the methodology of professionally-oriented teaching information disciplines to future technology teachers was investigated. The results of the experiment revealed positive dynamics of formation of information competence of future technology teachers (in the experimental groups a high level of formation of information competence increased compared to the establishing stage by 23.85%; medium – by 11.95%, and low one decreased by 35.8%. In the control groups dynamics is insignificant).

“Digital Leviathan”: Scenarios for the Development of the Hobbesian Monster in the 21st Century

In the research, the Hobbesian concept of “Leviathan” is used as a metaphor and a “heuristic scheme” describing the change of epochs and the formation of a new universal scale for innovative forms of socio-political organization. The subject of the research is the phenomenon of digitalization, as well as key changes caused by the digital transformation of public policy and power relations. “Digitalization” is considered as an ambiguous and multilevel phenomenon, reflecting a whole series of cardinal transformations in the sociopolitical life of society, which at the ideological, institutional, instrumental, technological and praxiological levels “clears space” for new forms of social organization. Аrgues that currently there is an acute competition to define, legitimize and promote a certain “projective image of the future” corresponding to the latest socio-political order and normative sociotechnological system (“engineering law”). In particular, the author considers contradictory trends, on the one hand, aimed at preserving and reproducing traditional political institutions, and on the other, related to forming new digital era institutions, digital governance structures and practices of public-power interactions. The research pays special attention to the competition of the state and new digital and technological actors in the political space. It discusses various scenarios of digital transformation of society, state, and government and considers such digital effects in the modern political process as “information noise”, “information overload”, “profile reconfigurations” of relations, the formation of alternative digital spaces (metaverses), as well as their influence on the current political order, power relations, socio-political dynamics.

Organizational and Economic Triggers of the Restaurant Chain Balanced Development in the Conditions of Service Economics

Topicality. Transformational processes of social and economic relations in Ukraine actualize and determine the need in researching and understanding the balanced development of restaurant chain business systems through the use of modern flexible economic and organizational tools, as well as a number of triggers. The aim of the article is a scientific practical foundation of the process of forming a balanced development of the restaurant business chain structures in service economics conditions. Research methods. In this study, to achieve the set aim, a number of scientific and methodological approaches, which are applied in restaurant business in the formation of restaurant chains, are used. In particular, these are systemic, structural, cognitive (modern), organizational and situational approaches. Additionally, the study uses a number of scientific methods that allow to make a proper theoretical and practical analysis of the research problem, including semantic analysis, structural and logical analysis, retrospective analysis, methods of analysis and synthesis, generalization, grouping and systematization, expert evaluation method. Results. The article actualizes and stipulates the need for further theoretical, methodological and practical study of the restaurant business in service economics. Problematic aspects that hinder the balanced development of restaurant business systems are highlighted. Modern special principles of restaurant business development are concretized; their taking into account is recommended when forming chain forms of business structures. Franchise chains are considered to be one of the most common forms of restaurant business organization in the world. The analysis of condition and problems of franchising business development in Ukraine is given; its advantages are defined and proved. The specialists’ expert assessment on the state, problems and tendencies of restaurant business development and new innovative forms of organization of its chain structures is given. The problems of insufficiently effective organizational and economic support of business activity and the lack of balanced mechanism for its development are studied. At the scientific applied level, the use of triggers in modern management practice – psychological, economic, organizational, which enhance the effectiveness of business processes – is highlighted. The special urgency of using the full tools of organizational and economic triggers system for balanced development of restaurant chains in the service economics is substantiated. Conclusions and discussions. For balanced development of service enterprises, scientists and practitioners focus on defining and evaluating a system of indicators for continuous diagnosis of business performance. For full synergetic effect in modern business practice, a system of triggers is used; it enhances the efficiency of business processes in restaurant business enterprises in service economics. The scientific novelty of obtained research results is in further development of scientific practical provisions for economic and organizational support of balanced restaurant chains development through the understanding of the essence of balanced restaurant chains development in new conditions of competitive aggravation.

ORGANIZATION OF INDEPENDENT WORK OF STUDENTS IN THE CONDITIONS OF DISTANCE EDUCATION OF «SOCIAL WORK»

The article reveals the specifics of the experience of organization and management of independent work of higher education applicants in the field of "Social work" in the conditions of distance education. The expediency of combining and applying traditional and innovative methods and forms of organization of independent work in the process of professional training of social specialists is substantiated. It is found that the distance learning format enhances the value of mass open online courses, which ensure the acquisition of students' skills for independent acquisition of new knowledge for their further application in practical social work. Purpose of the study: justification of the need to use elements of non-formal education to organize the independent work of future social professionals and to prove the importance of mass open online courses for self-education and professional growth of students. The application of the study and analysis of literature and methods of system-functional analysis allowed to distinguish the main directions of improving the process of organizing independent work of students. Results of the study. It is proposed to combine traditional forms of independent work with elements of informal education during the distant form of organization of training of social workers. The main forms of independent work of students to ensure qualitative training of future social workers are described. The peculiarities of application of mass open online courses for self-education and professional growth of students are investigated. Therefore, it is necessary to deeply comprehend the various forms of independent work, their capabilities in accordance with the norms and standards of training of social workers.

SPECIFICS OF DISTANCE LEARNING IN THE SYSTEM OF POSTGRADUATE PEDAGOGICAL EDUCATION

The purpose of the study is to reveal the features of the application of innovative pedagogical technologies of distance learning of teachers in the system of postgraduate education in crisis conditions. The applied research methods, such as theoretical analysis and systematization of scientific sources, allowed to identify the state of the problem of application of innovative technologies of distance learning in the educational process carried out in crisis conditions; pedagogical observation and diagnostic research provided an opportunity to obtain research results on the active introduction of innovative pedagogical technologies for distance learning of teachers in the system of postgraduate education, including gaining practical experience in integrating information and communication technologies with interactive technologies and technologies of critical and creative thinking; systematization, generalization and structuring in order to record and present the results of the study. The article outlines the problem of finding a modern format of distance learning for teachers in the system of postgraduate education, which will contribute to the continuous development of their professional competence and soft skills, which are vital for their life and professional activities in today's crisis. The practical experience of using innovative pedagogical technologies, methods, techniques and forms of organization of the educational process in a distance format, which contribute to the active continuous professional development of teachers in the system of postgraduate education, is highlighted. On the issue of labor function of persons working outside the location of the employer

Labor relations of persons working outside the location of the employer are now partially regulated by the Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts on Improving the Legal Regulation of Telework" of 04.02.2021 № 1213-IX. In particular, the law stipulates that remote and home work are forms of work performed outside the usual place of work in the employer's premises. At the same time, in practice, many questions arise about the peculiarities of the introduction of these innovative forms of labor organization, in particular about the labor function of persons working outside the location of the employer. The purpose of the article is to determine the employment function of persons working outside the location of the employer as one of the main conditions of the employment contract. It is stated that the current Labor Code of Ukraine not only does not contain a definition of "labor function", but also does not mention this legal phenomenon. As for scientific sources, there are different definitions of labor function, which, incidentally, do not contradict each other, but complement each other. In particular, the job function is defined as certain duties that are performed, are performed or should be performed by one person. That is, this is the work that is determined by the parties to the employment contract and which, in accordance with the concluded employment contract, taking into account the profession, specialty, qualification, position must be performed by the employee. After analyzing the current legislation, it was concluded that persons working outside the location of the employer are fully subject to labor legislation, taking into account the specifics and peculiarities of the regime, which are stipulated in the employment contract. One of the main conditions of such a transaction is the condition of the job function, ie the condition of the system of responsibilities to be performed by the employee in accordance with the profession (specialty, qualification) or position, which is a form of employment and changes with it according to scientific and technological progress and the development of labor relations, the range of activities of the employee.
