Abstract

The article examines the processes that are taking place in the modern labor market, and considers in detail such an innovative flexible form of employment organization as freelancing. The prerequisites for its formation and features are determined, taking into account modern economic conditions. A model of freelancer’s work has been developed, taking into account the properties of activity in the field under study. The article analyzes the regulatory acts that have an impact on the regulation of freelancing in Ukraine and identifies the specifics of appropriate legal support abroad. The dynamics of attracting employees in the field of freelancing in Ukraine and the most common areas of activity among freelancers are evaluated. The specified sources of customer search by freelancers that help create their workload. The advantages and disadvantages of a flexible form of self-employment are highlighted, which significantly affect the specifics of planning and organizing the work of freelance employees.
