The purpose of the conducted research is to improve the method of evaluating the performance of the vehicle parameter control software. It is stated that a new technique for road transport in the field of monitoring its working condition is the creation of information systems for organizational and functional support of rolling stock operation processes with the help of information integration, namely the stages of the life cycle of rolling stock and systems for its technical control and diagnostics. It is shown that nowadays in road transport the basis of life cycle information support can be CALS or IPV/CALS/PLM - technologies (continuous support of the life cycle of vehicles), which are sometimes called product information support systems and are a part of intelligent transport systems. The analysis and clarification of the structure of the intelligent vehicle monitoring system was carried out on the example of the assessment of its environmental safety and its engine parameters. In the work, it is also planned to obtain experimental data from vehicle, the results of processing of which will allow to prove the existence of a real possibility of using the diagnostic complex on a modern automatic transmission system. It should be noted that the system for monitoring environmental safety indicators of vehicle, which is proposed by the authors, also contains in its composition the subsystem of intelligent processing of primary information, which can be used precisely in the role of "intelligent monitoring system". The data obtained and analyzed in the work indicate the need to also improve the efficiency of the neutralization of harmful substances in the engine warm-up mode, which can be implemented by reducing the engine warm-up time and more effective control of the injection/ignition process in transient modes, as well as by introducing an improvement algorithm of the control subsystem composition of the mixture precisely with feedback. The main diagnostic parameters of the vehicle engine during the start-up and warm-up processes, which affect the composition of harmful substances in the exhaust gases, were obtained experimentally. The proposed scheme for monitoring pollution of the roadside environment by traffic flows in the city.

Pidie Regency is an area that provides many field facilities to implement. After conducting research directly by the authors, the authors found more than 30 fields to serve as PORA venues in Pidie District. However, not everyone knows the location of the field, including match information. This writing will discuss the creation of geographic information system (GIS) locations for Pidie Regency, especially the places or points where PORA XIV fields in Pidie Regency are increasing. The method used in this research is a geographic-based system or Global Information System (GIS). The aim of this research is how this system can display data from the field site in the form of maps or spatial data so that it can be more easily understood by users. Implementation of this system is made using the programming language used is PHP, HTML and CSS. Meanwhile, for processing the database, it uses the Mariadb database, which is a database capable of processing spatial data and attribute data. The result of this distribution analysis is a map of the playing fields in Pidie Regency.

Farmers’ adoption and effects of three aspects of agricultural information systems in emerging economies: microanalysis of household surveys

Agricultural information systems have the potential to provide various benefits to users, especially farmers. However, it remains uncertain whether the three dimensions of agricultural information systems—system quality, information quality, and service quality—can contribute to farmers’ perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, thus influencing their intention to adopt these systems. We have developed a research framework that combines the Technology Acceptance Model and the Delone and McLean IS Success Model to elucidate the factors shaping farmers’ adoption of agricultural information systems in Vietnam. Field survey data were collected from a sample of 570 farmers in four midlands and mountainous provinces of northern Vietnam. Structural equation modelling was employed for the analysis. The results indicate that the three aspects of agricultural information systems directly enhance farmers’ adoption intentions, or they have a positive correlation with perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, indirectly promoting such adoption intentions. The findings of this study underscore the importance for system developers and policymakers to prioritize the creation of reliable and user-friendly agricultural information systems that can address emerging issues during farmers’ use, thereby supporting their adoption.

Classification of global information internal audit support systems

The creation and functioning of global information systems in economic management fully applies to such an area of economic activity as internal audit of business entities. However, the development of information systems is so rapid that a conventional IS audit is not enough to ensure effective functioning, therefore, the issue of computerization of internal audit is quite relevant and requires the development of an intelligent system to support the internal audit of business When analyzing research and publications, it was found that the disclosure of the main aspects of the use of computer technologies in conducting audit activities and automation of audit processes was best reflected by such scientists. Although the problem of the need for computerization of the audit undoubtedly meets the requirements of the time and has been studied by a certain circle of scientists, for a significant number of domestic business entities this problem still remains unresolved. An intelligent system can help with audit p rocesses and ensure the accuracy of the results of automation and the application of analytical tools. The development of an intelligent internal audit support system is an important and necessary task, as internal audit plays an important role in ensuring effective management and control of a business entity.

Analyzing the Quality of Academic Information Systems on System Success

Since the needs for academic management are always changing, the creation of academic information systems must focus on user benefits and satisfaction in order to gauge how successful academic management systems are. This research uses the Delone and McLean IS Success Model which is known as one of the system success models, so the aims to ascertain the effects of system, information, and service quality, as well as usage rate, on benefits and user satisfaction SIAKAD system. Respondents were determined using the Slovin formula and taken using proportionate stratified random sampling techniques as many as 100 people. Descriptive analysis was carried out to explain respondents' perceptions and evaluate the success of the system using Three levels of communication were used to measure the success of the system: technical, semantic, and effectiveness levels. The Delone and Mclean IS Success Model's variable relationships were investigated using SEM-PLS analysis. Hypothesis testing results indicate that User Satisfaction is significantly impacted by Information; System; and Service Quality, then Information Quality also significantly affects Usage; and Net Benefits are significantly impacted by User Usage and Satisfaction; however, neither System Quality nor Service Quality significantly affects Use or Use on User Satisfaction.

Monitoring air quality of Sharkia Governorate using remote sensing

Due to Sharkia population’s rapid growth, the crises of atmospheric pollutants are causing significant concern. These circumstances have positive and negative impacts on both environment and climate. This research aims to investigate and evaluate changes in land and air characteristics of the governorate using remotely sensed data from several satellites (Landsat, Aqua, Terra, and Sentinel-5P) in conjunction with geographic information system (GIS) techniques. Three multitemporal Landsat images were acquired in July 2002, 2012, and 2022, to monitor land use/land cover (LULC) changes during the past 20 years. In addition, aerosol optical depth (AOD) data were obtained daily over 2022, and Particulate Matter (PM2.5) was calculated and then averaged seasonally. Sentinel-5P was utilized for CO, NO2, and SO2 retrievals. Results showed that the governorate was continuously subjected to spatiotemporal changes in LULC during the whole study period. It was mainly occupied by vegetation with a total area of 3711.64, 3851.05, and 3794.59 km2 in 2002, 2012, and 2022, respectively. Seasonal means of PM2.5 followed this order: spring (77.59 µg/m3) > summer (50.76 µg/m3) > winter (49.29 µg/m3) > autumn (42.71 µg/m3). However, the winter season recorded the highest mean values for all gases, CO (946.58 µg/m3), NO2 (9.70 µg/m3), and SO2 (13.07 µg/m3). It was concluded that the southern region of the governorate is more vulnerable to environmental stresses, which can reduce biodiversity and ultimately affect the study area’s climate. In order to manage fragile ecosystems sustainably, this study recommends the creation of efficient land and air management information systems and regulations.

The article is devoted to the analysis of legal aspects of the concept of state information systems in Russian legislation. The author explores the actual problems of the functioning of state information systems and identifies gaps in legislation in the field of regulation of the evaluation of their effectiveness. It is noted that there is a need to introduce requirements for the availability of criteria (including quantitative ones) for evaluating the effectiveness of the results of the creation of state information systems at the legislative level.

Project activity as the communication systems innovative functioning: The Ukrainian libraries experience

The purpose of the article is to highlight the leading Ukrainian libraries project activities as a factor of their innovative functioning. The research methodology is based on the application of systemic-structural and activity approaches, which led to the complex use of generally-logical and theoretical methods used in humanitarian research. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in clarifying the role and significance of libraries project activities, summarising the most relevant projects implemented by leading libraries of Ukraine, as well as in highlighting the characteristic consequences of innovative library projects implementation and their classification depending on the target nature. Conclusions. It has been established that the characteristic features of the projects are their clear purpose, uniqueness, as well as: social and cultural significance and social effect; for users – new services and new opportunities; for libraries and library specialists – implementation of innovations, professional development, modernisation of production processes, etc. It has been emphasised that thanks to the implementation of innovative projects there were: a) significant transformation of library technologies and functional areas of library activity; b) fully justified attraction to corporatism in the information and search systems creation and information resources consolidation; c) innovative transformations in the library-information service system for users; d) arrangement of innovative library space. The whole set of library projects is grouped according to the purpose: social and communication projects, technological and functional projects. It has been concluded that the project activity of libraries expands and at the same time enriches the libraries’ functional capabilities and their information and resource base, promotes new services mastering and their development, and also establishes libraries as an important social and cultural institution and space for communication

In the digital era, college libraries are increasingly paying attention to electronic archives. Many universities are starting to outsource existing important documents and store them in digital formats to make them easier to access and manage. Overall, the archives in the college library have a very important role in preserving history and understanding the development of universities and their surroundings. By managing archives properly and correctly in accordance with existing regulations, universities can enrich knowledge and strengthen their identity as educational institutions that have a rich cultural heritage. In general, the method used in making this information system uses the waterfall model and previously collected data by observation and interviews. This is done in order to support the creation of information systems. Following are the stages in the Waterfall model starting from gathering requirements, design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance. This research produces an information system that can enrich the archives that are managed and stored digitally, while also providing information about oral history.

Methodology of creation and development of information systems for technological safety of mining facilities

Purpose. To develop methodological approaches to the process of informatization of technological security (TS) and to propose a project of step-by-step development of the architecture of information system (IS) of TS, which will contribute to effective integration of digital and mining technologies. To develop a mathematical model for finding the number of sensors required for probabilistic assessment of the concentration gradients of hazardous gases. Methodology. General and special methods of knowledge are used: structural analysis – to establish the structure and tasks of IS of TS; logical generalization – for formation of methodological system of directions of TS information measures; system analysis – to establish synergistic effect of complex implementation of the indicated directions; scientific abstraction – for development of a project for IS architecture derivation; mathematical formalization – for development of mathematical model for estimating gradients of concentration gases and the number of sensors. Findings. A project for the phased development of IS architecture of mining facilities based on the implementation of diffusion principle is developed, which will allow solving a complex of issues: integrated monitoring of danger of gas environment of underground structure for detection of gas traps and permanent determination of concentration gradients of hazardous gases, implementation of intelligent safety loops using analytical resources of technological mining process. A methodological system of directions for diffusion implementation of TS information measures is formed. The use of the method of system analysis made it possible to point out the synergistic effect of the complex implementation of the directions of implementation of TS information measures. Originality. A project for the phased development of the information system architecture of the technological safety of mining enterprises has been developed. A mathematical model has been developed to estimate the concentration gradients of hazardous gases and the number of sensors to ensure the appropriate level of probability of finding a sensor in each cell of the underground mine. Practical value. The methodological approach makes it possible to form an IS that implements a comprehensive approach to ensuring the appropriate level of technological safety of mining facilities.

Algorithm for link prediction in self-regulating network with adaptive topology based on graph theory and machine learning

The paper presents a graph model of the functioning of a network with adaptive topology, where the network nodes represent the vertices of the graph, and data exchange between the nodes is represented as edges. The dynamic nature of network interaction complicates the solution of the task of monitoring and controlling the functioning of a network with adaptive topology, which must be performed to ensure guaranteed correct network interaction. The importance of solving such a problem is justified by the creation of modern information and cyber-physical systems, which are based on networks with adaptive topology. The dynamic nature of links between nodes, on the one hand, allows to provide self-regulation of the network, on the other hand, significantly complicates the control over the network operation due to the impossibility of identifying a single pattern of network interaction. On the basis of the developed model of network functioning with adaptive topology, a graph algorithm for link prediction is proposed, which is extended to the case of peer-to-peer networks. The algorithm is based on significant parameters of network nodes, characterizing both their physical characteristics (signal level, battery charge) and their characteristics as objects of network interaction (characteristics of centrality of graph nodes). Correctness and adequacy of the developed algorithm is confirmed by experimental results on modeling of a peer-to-peer network with adaptive topology and its self-regulation at removal of various nodes.

Conceptual Foundations of Information Modeling Technology in Urban Planning

Introduction. For the management of complex urban planning systems, the problems of choosing alternatives and finding effective solutions under conditions of risk and uncertainty in the interaction of many exogenous and endogenous factors are of great theoretical and practical importance. A special place in decision-making is occupied by an integrated approach that allows, based on artificial intelligence models, expert assessment, analytical and computational models, modeling methods and a number of other models and methods, to successfully apply various approaches to decision support, to provide a deeper and more comprehensive account of various factors. , their relationship, act in conditions of semistructured or unstructured information about the control object. In this regard, the problem of creating integrated intelligent decision support systems based on the theory and principles of hybrid artificial intelligence systems, mathematical modeling methods, system analysis, synthesis of control actions, etc. is relevant.The purpose of this article is to clarify the conceptual foundations of information modeling technology in urban planning.Materials and methods. To achieve this goal, the article used methods of problem analysis, synthsis, scientific approaches to solving the stated problem, classification of hybrid models used in information modeling in urban planning. The materials of the article are the works of scientists on the stated issues.Research results. The article points out that the possibilities of modeling in urban planning are associated with the development of hybrid models, which are models that are built using various methods. The author determined that a hybrid intelligent system is a combination of: analytical models, expert systems, artificial neural networks, fuzzy systems, genetic algorithms, simulation statistical models. The main task in the development of hybrid systems is to best combine different forms of representation and methods of knowledge processing in the decision-making process in the field of urban planning.Discussion and conclusion. The article substantiates the importance of introducing hybrid models for studying the functioning and forecasting the development of urban infrastructure. Approaches to the creation of intelligent information systems for decision support in urban planning based on a combination of analytical methods and models, such as simulation modeling, computational calculations, optimization calculations with soft computing models, such as fuzzy systems, neural networks, genetic solutions of complex weakly structured or unstructured tasks. The creation of such systems will increase the level of managerial decision-making in urban planning, better assess the quality of the housing policy being pursued.

Enterprise Architecture Planning Using TOGAF-ADM at Electronic XYZ Company

Company XYZ is a company engaged in the sale of electronic goods in Purworejo. XYZ company was founded in around 1990 and is one of the oldest existing companies in Purworejo. Currently, it is known that the business processes in the xyz company are still carried out manually. Starting from the process of ordering goods, selling goods, and making reports is still done manually and this company has not used an Application or Information System. This makes it difficult for companies to recap expense reports every month and difficulty in finding data that is needed quickly. Based on these problems, it is necessary to have an application or information system that can be used to facilitate the business processes of xyz companies. To facilitate the creation of applications or information systems, an architectural design is needed. In this study, the company's architectural design will use the TOGAF ADM Architecture, where TOGAF ADM has a framework that can be used to design, evaluate, and build the architecture of a company. The results of this study are in the form of an architectural design that can be used to support business processes and make a recap of expenditure reports at xyz companies.

FLUORESCENCE TESTING OF THE EUROPEAN BEECH IN THE BOTANICAL SITE OF NATURE OF LVIV

The botanical sights of nature were studied, including the decorative forms of the European beech (Fagus sylvatica), which were used in the landscaping of Lviv. The relevance of monitoring studies of the state of the urban dendroflora of botanical natural monuments is due to the need to form a basic level of ecological data to assess the nature and dynamics of ecosystems. The scientific and historical value of nature conservation territories of the botanical category is shown. Photobiological methods were used to perform a comparative analysis of the pigment content and fluorescent parameters of tree species in the ecological and phytocenotic zones of the complex green zone of the city.
 The high plasticity of the structural organization of the chloroplasts of European beech leaves, characterized by the content of chlorophyll and carotenoids, was established. The studied plants respond to increased urbogenic load by increasing the content of chlorophyll and carotenoids in the park and street plantings.
 It has been established that the use of the fluorescent method is promising in scientific research, when controlling the sanitary condition of tree plantations, as it provides the determination of an integral scientifically capable parameter - the vitality index of trees. Based on the measured fluorescent parameters, the vitality index of the trees was determined. In street plantings, the vitality index decreases by 2 times, which indicates a decrease in the activity of the donor part of the photosynthetic apparatus.
 The practical use of modern methods of fluorescence express vegetation testing, which provide a correlational synthesis of morphophysiological and biophysical mechanisms of photosynthesis and graphoanalytical information, is substantiated, which is necessary for the creation of information and diagnostic systems for comprehensive monitoring of urban ecosystems, preservation of biodiversity and protection of the floristic gene pool of urban areas.

Bibliometric analysis of scientific research about agroecological strategies

Objective: To analyze the spatio-temporal evolution of scientific production on the topic of agroecological strategies in the world, through text mining (bibliometrics) and coauthorship networks to determine gaps in research. Design/methodology/approach: To compile the texts, the database of open-access articles from Web of Science was reviewed. The texts were collected in September 2021, and texts available until August 2021 were considered. The keyword used in the search was strategies agroecological identifying it in the titles and keywords of the publications. Results: In the databases, 463 scientific texts were collected from bibliographic references of Web of Science within the period of 1987 to 2021. Of these, 90.93% (421) were concentrated in six countries: USA (34.77%, 161), Netherlands (19.22%, 89), England (15.55%, 72), Switzerland (12.53%, 58), France (4.54%, 21) and Germany (4.32%, 20). Limitations on study/implications: Most of the studies have been centered on techniques for agricultural sustainability, so topics associated with the creation of early climate information systems and disaster prevention and mitigation projects are presented as an opportunity for the development of more research. Findings/conclusions: The study shows that in developing countries such as those in Latin America, where Mexico, Argentina, Chile and Brazil are located, there is scarce research development in topics of agroecological strategies, leaving a wide margin to generate knowledge in the region.

Radar (sentinel 1 data)-based flood mapping in Rivers State, Nigeria

The existence of floods in Nigeria, a notable environmental issue, is primarily linked to human-induced causes. These are largely linked to global warming causing shifts in climate patterns. Flooding is not always a direct result of preceding factors like heavy rain or dam overflow. Instead, it is frequently triggered by human actions such as overloading main rivers or inappropriate land use. The purpose of this study was to pinpoint areas prone to flooding in Rivers State. The main goals included the development of a spatial map depicting areas susceptible to floods. The research leverages multiple data sources, Shuttle Radar Topography Mission Digital Elevation and Rivers State Administrative Map, as well as Sentinel-1 SAR data. Assessment of potential surface runoff and identifying low probability flood-prone areas was conducted through Change Detection method on Google Earth Engine platform. ArcGIS and QGIS played a significant role in assessing the vulnerability to flood risks. The primary analyses conducted involved overlaps analysis. The study shows a vulnerability to flooding in Rivers State across a total area of 29,660 hectares, equating to 2.75% of the state's total size. This research provides important information that can aid decision-making processes in disaster preparedness, land use planning, and the implementation of effective risk reduction measures in Rivers State, and Nigeria at large. We strongly endorse the creation of Geospatial Information Systems to record the documentation of flood zones.

Developing E-Health Kia as an Innovation on Maternal and Child Health Services Based on Android Application for Quality Improvement of Health Services in Indonesia

Purpose: The objective of this research was to develop KIA E-Health, as a novelty, in maternal health services based on the Android application to improve the quality of Indonesian health services. Theoretical Framework: The main activities of the SSM are the main actions to implement the SSM's health efforts, while other main activities are aimed at improving the objectives of the main SSM activities. Method: The method used in this research was the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), a cycle used for the creation or development of information systems, with the aim of solving problems effectively, the development of the selected system is the waterfall method. Results and conclusions: They saw that the application of E-Health KIA is the validity of the experts, that is, the value of the participants and nurses. In the app display indicator, you saw a good image of 27 people (90%) in the app operating indicator, and the OS reached 20 people (66%) in the app material presentation indicator, in which 28 people were suitable, or in the app language usage indicators, all respondents indicated that it was easily understood. Research Implications: Healthcare personnel must innovate in the service to improve the quality of excellent service, meet the needs and expectations of patients. Originality/value: It is important to innovate in health services, including maternal health (HCM), to improve the quality of service, with the aim of achieving patient satisfaction. Kia E-Health is one of the technology-based services to improve the quality of services.
