Аt the present stage of development of the construction industry, the synergistic basis of the constituent processes of organizing and managing construction is multiplying. In fact, not a single significant investment construction project is implemented today without a collaboration component at the management level, resource and information interaction, design and construction processes, their documentation, regulatory and legal technical support. In this sense, it is necessary to build a system for the formation of innovative competencies in the field of systems engineering, organization and management of construction. In general, construction management will be improved in the direction of organizational schemes for the formalization of business processes and the formation of correct contractual relations, which will become a decisive factor in innovative development at the level of investors and contractors. Multidimensional project management systems, integrated with modeling and object lifecycle management systems, of a new level will ensure the required quality of object and process analysis and management decisions, including deployed cost management systems, construction timeframes, investment and project risks. Implementation of project management taking into account modern environmental standards should promote the realization of the potential of innovative development of the construction industry. Eco-innovations formally link the duration, resource intensity, organizational, technological and functional characteristics of the construction project with a multifactor analytical basis for ensuring the biosphere compatibility of construction as a leading – in accordance with European requirements - component of organizational and technological reliability of construction.
