ANALISIS KINERJA KEUANGAN SERBA USAHA BERBASIS PERMENKOP UKM NO.6 TAHUN 2016

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of the Patra Palembang Employee Cooperative for the 2019-2022 period based on the regulation of the Deputy for Supervision of the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs Number. 06/Per/Dep.6/IV/2016. The results of this study indicate that the capital aspect obtains a score of 85.00, thus obtaining a healthy predicate; aspects of earning asset quality get a score of 81.23, thus getting the title of healthy; aspects of management get a score of 90.00, thus getting a healthy predicate; the efficiency aspect gets a score of 100.00, so that it gets a healthy predicate; the liquidity aspect gets a score of 66.66, so that it gets the title of being under supervision; aspects of independence and growth get a score of 100, thus getting the title of healthy; aspects of identity get a score of 81.3, thus getting a healthy predicate. Overall, the financial performance of the Patra Palembang Employee Cooperative for the 2019-2022 period received an average score of 75.63 so it is in the fairly healthy category.

Analisis Rentabilitas Untuk Mengukur Kinerja Keuangan Pada Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia Universitas Negeri Makassar

A cooperative is a group, in which there is various collaborations exist to achieve common goals. The nature of the cooperative itself is a business, which is based on the principles of the people's economic movement and the principle of kinship. Profitability is an indicator for assessing the financial performance of an organization, in this case the Republic of Indonesia Employee Cooperative, Makassar State University (KPRI UNM). This research aims to determine the level of profitability of KPRI UNM for the five years 2018-2022. Data was obtained from the financial report of KPRI Makassar State University which was analyzed using the calculation formula for economic profitability, own capital profitability, and trend analysis. The research results show that the economic profitability and profitability of the capital owned by KPRI UNM during the five years 2018-2022 are each classified as unhealthy. Trend analysis shows that KPRI UNM during the five years 2018-2022 experienced a tendency to decrease remaining operating results.

The Influence of Compensation, Work Environment, and Career Development on the Turnover Intention of Mitra Mandiri Kabanjahe Cooperative Employees

Increasing productivity and organizational stability is highly dependent on employee satisfaction and loyalty. In this context, this research specifically focuses on understanding the impact of compensation, work environment, and career development on employee motivation which is very significant. to resign, collectively known as turnover intention. The method used is a quantitative method. Research will be conducted with a sample of 30 respondents. The research results show that there is a partial and significant influence between the compensation, work environment and career development variables on the turnover intention variable, and there is a simultaneous and significant influence of each independent variable on the dependent variable. Based on the results of the data analysis carried out, it can be concluded that the compensation, work environment and career development variables have a significant impact with negative values or in the opposite direction to the turnover intention variable

Pendidikan Perkoperasian "Dasar Perkoperasian, Kelembagaan Koperasi dan Usaha Koperasi" Bagi Calon Anggota di SMK Koperasi, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta

The number of cooperatives in Indonesia continues to increase rapidly, but there are still many cooperative members and employees who do not understand the principles of cooperatives, so many cooperatives are not active. One of the cooperatives in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta is the Employee Cooperative at SMK Cooperative, Yogyakarta. The Community Service Team provides guidance in the form of material regarding the basics of cooperatives, cooperative institutions, and cooperative businesses so that prospective members can participate better and employees work more actively to improve their performance. Some of the cooperative theories provided in this Community Service activity are basic cooperatives, definition of cooperatives, foundation, principles and objectives for establishing cooperatives, cooperative principles, characteristics of cooperatives, types of cooperatives, and business activities in cooperatives. In practice, there needs to be a strengthening of prospective members so that they have strong motivation to cooperate. It is hoped that educational development for employees and prospective members will be able to contribute to all levels of management, employees, and members.

Pelatihan Perkoperasian, Jati Diri Koperasi, Tujuan dan Ciri-ciri Koperasi Bagi Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) Kementrian Negara Koperasi dan UKM Republik Indonesia

The Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs routinely organizes training activities for both its employees and cooperative employees every year. This activity is carried out so that the cooperative under its care continues to grow. The training was held regarding basic material about cooperatives so that participants could differentiate between cooperative and non-cooperative companies so that cooperatives in Indonesia could truly grow as they should. The training was held for one week at a hotel in Bandung so that all participants could focus on training activities without any distractions from the workplace. The material provided concerns basic cooperative materials, modern cooperatives, and policies regarding the development of cooperatives in the future. The participants are new employees at the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs. The trainers are lecturers from Ikopin University, practitioners, and officials from the Ministry of Cooperatives. The results of the training showed satisfaction from the participants and they were able to understand every material presented by the instructors/trainers.

Peningkatan Pemahaman Kesiapan Berwirausaha bagi Pegawai Pada Masa Purna Tugas

Retirement is a period that will be experienced by all employees who have reached retirement age. This condition is often a hot topic of conversation among employees, especially employees who will soon enter retirement. People often think that entering the retirement period is a period of rest and is not productive, giving rise to feelings of doubt and anxiety. The employee's mental image of the retirement period is a time when there is no busyness or even no activity, even though physically and mentally the employee feels that he still has the ability to carry out productive activities. The DKI Jakarta Raya Provincial Employee Cooperative (KPPD) is a functional cooperative whose members are employees who work within the DKI Jaya Provincial Government. As a functional cooperative, KPPD has different membership characteristics when compared to other cooperative members, in this case, KPPD members have a limited working age in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, so KPPD considers it necessary and important to equip members who will enter retirement. Efforts to equip members who will enter retirement are carried out by KPPD through entrepreneurship training. This activity aims to increase the readiness of members to enter retirement. The readiness of members to fill their retirement period is shown by how members plan and take concrete steps to fill their retirement period, through training activities. It is hoped that entrepreneurship training will be able to provide insight and inspire members to have concrete plans for completing their retirement period, in an effort to reduce members' worries and anxiety in filling their retirement period comfortably.

Pengaruh Kemampuan dan Motivasi Kerja Pegawai terhadap Daya Saing Koperasi pada Unit Salapak di Kota Bandung

Cooperative as a form of economic organization that plays an important role in the economy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the ability and work motivation of employees on the competitiveness of cooperatives. The research method used was to collect data through questionnaires which were distributed to cooperative employees involved in operational activities. This study used a quantitative method using the SPSS 23 analysis tool. The total population in the Salapak cooperative unit in the city of Bandung is 15 people. By using the saturated sample technique, the total sample is the entire population, namely 15 people. From the research that has been done, it can be concluded that simultaneously H3 is accepted, meaning that the ability and work motivation simultaneously have a positive effect on competitiveness.

The Influence of Compensation Motivation and Career Development on the Performance of Langgeng Jaya Mandiri Karanganyar Cooperative Employees

s research was conducted to determine the influence of compensation motivation and career development on employee performance at the Langgeng Jaya Mandiri Karanganyar Cooperative. Researchers used a case study at the Langgeng Jaya Mandiri Karanganyar Cooperative Company at the branch office and head office located in Pendem Village, Mojogedang District, Karanganyar Regency. The type of research approach is quantitative descriptive, data analysis techniques using descriptive test analysis, data quality testing, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing and multiple linear regression testing. The data collection instrument used an online questionnaire with a sampling method using a saturated sample of 30 respondents. Based on the research, it can be concluded that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a calculated t value of 5.716 and a significant value of 0.000. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a calculated t value of 3.719 and a significant value of 0.001. And career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a calculated t value of 8.749 and a significant value of 0.000. Simultaneously, motivation, compensation and career development have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a calculated F value of 463.244 and a significant value of 0.000. And employee performance variables are influenced by motivation, compensation and career development variables by 0.980 or 98%.

The Influence of Implementation of Sustainability Accounting and Management Participation on Employee Performance in the Bina Sejahtera Badung Employee Cooperative

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of implementing sustainability accounting and management participation on employee performance at the Bina Sejahtera Badung Employee Cooperative. The samples in this research were all employees of the Bina Sejahtera Badung Employee Cooperative with a total of 52 samples used in this research. This research uses primary data, data was collected by distributing questionnaires to the entire research sample. Testing research hypotheses using SPSS 26.0 for Windows. The research results show that the implementation of sustainability accounting (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) at the Bina Sejahtera Badung Employee Cooperative and sustainability participation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) at the Bina Sejahtera Badung Employee Cooperative. Regression equation in this study are as follows: Y = 2.188 + 0.336 X1 + 0.373 X2. Based on these results, to optimize employee performance, policies and regulations are needed to improve the implementation of sustainability accounting and management participation.

PENGARUH PELATIHAN DAN KOMUNIKASI TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN “KSP PONDOK SARI”

A cooperative is an organization formed on the basis of common interests. We can see whether a cooperative is healthy or unhealthy from the performance of its management and employees. In order to increase the competency of cooperative employees, training is needed that can increase competency. So that the management and employees in the cooperative become competent in their fields. Apart from that, communication between leaders, employees and customers is something that cannot be separated. To obtain good work productivity, of course communication must be established well, so that the work atmosphere becomes comfortable.The research entitled "The Effect of Training and Communication on the Work Productivity of "KSP Pondok Sari" Employees aims to find out: (1) To find out the significant influence of Training on the Work Productivity of "KSP Pondok Sari" Employees, (2) To find out the significant influence of Communication on the Work Productivity of "KSP Pondok Sari" Employees. Work Productivity of "KSP Pondok Sari" Employees, and (3) To determine the significant influence of Training and Communication together on the Work Productivity of "KSP Pondok Sari" Employees. The data analysis technique used is linear regression of two predictors. To find out whether the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable is real, testing is carried out by carrying out regression analysis, namely analysis of the variance of the regression line to find the F value of the regression line, which can then be tested whether the F value is significant or not, then look for the Relative Contribution (SR) of each - each predictor X1 and The research subjects were "KSP Pondok Sari" with the research object being "KSP Pondok Sari" as many as 10 people.Based on the results of the prediction analysis of two predictors, namely, X1 (training) and With (N-m-1) in this case db = 7/2 with a significance level of 5%, the Ftable value is 4.74. This means that the regression line analyzed is significant as a basis for predictions because there is a significant contribution between the criteria (Y) and the predictors (X1, X2). The Relative Contribution (SR) in % of each predictor is: Predictor X1 = 45.26%, and Predictor Based on these results, the regression line is 28.06%, which consists of the effective contribution of the predictor X1 (training) = 12.70%. And the effective contribution of predictor X2 (communication) = 15.36. Meanwhile, the remaining 71.94% is influenced by other factors.Based on the results of the analysis above, it is hoped that employees can increase their work productivity by participating in training and learning to communicate well. Be it communication with customers/consumers, co-workers and even leaders.

FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KUALITAS LAPORAN KEUANGAN

This study aims to analyze the effect of accounting information systems, internal controls, and the use of information technology on the quality of financial reports. The population in this research is the BSI Employee Cooperative, BNI Syariah and employee Cooperatives in the DKI Jakarta area. This research uses primary data which is measured using a Likert scale. The method for distributing questionnaires uses Google Form. Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling and the total sample was 37 respondents. Analyzed using SmartPLS version 4.9.5. The results showed that the accounting information system and internal control had a significant positive effect on the quality of financial reports, while the use of information technology did not have a significant effect on the quality of financial reports.

The Effect of Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Work Environment and Job Training on Employee Performance at The Brantas Abipraya Employee Cooperative (KKBA)

This study aims to assess the impact of Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Work Environment, and Job Training on Employee Performance at the Brantas Abipraya Employee Cooperative (KKBA). The primary data source for this research consists of questionnaires distributed to 94 respondents affiliated with the Brantas Abipraya Employee Cooperative (KKBA). The sampling technique employed is non-probability sampling, specifically axial sampling, where data is collected from encountered sampling units. Data analysis involves multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using t-statistics, with the results processed in SPSS 23 to examine regression coefficients. The partial findings of this research indicate that Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Work Environment, and Job Training each exhibit a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance at the Brantas Abipraya Employee Cooperative (KKBA).

Perancangan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Laporan Sisa Hasil Usaha Berbasis Web pada Koperasi Karyawan PT. Kahatex “Wiryatama” Cimahi

This study aims to create an accounting information system design for web-based residual business results at the PT. KAHATEX "WIRYATAMA" Cimahi Employee Cooperative. This research uses qualitative methods. Data collection techniques are used by observation, interviews and . The software method used is the waterfall. From the research conducted, the authors found several problems including the savings and loan process and the calculation of remaining business results still using Microsoft Exel, so data processing takes a long time and the accuracy of reports is less accurate. Therefore, an information system is designed using data flow diagrams and implemented in the PHP and MYSQL programming languages as databases. As for some suggestions given to deal with existing problems, namely optimizing savings and loan information systems and residual business results using applications that have been designed, can develop existing systems and can maintain system to improve better performance.

Exploring Jobs Design and Grouping Jobs Elements in Managerial Organizing, an Identification and Explanation

Managerial Summary: Human is a social being. Sociability and living together with other people in society is now a very important aspect of human life. From the long stages of human history, an important part has emerged that man needs organizations in the society to ensure the needs of his life. These organizations are at a higher standard than before, good examples are the government, intelligence agencies, commercial companies and many other executive bodies. According to the need of the present life, human is obliged to have a better organizational process to organize these organizations and implement strategic plans. So that everything is done according to the need and goals are achieved. Therefore, it's clear that humans have a serious need to organize organizations and the organizing process is very important.
 Research Summary: Organizing is a broad aspect of management science. In order to achieve the goals of any organization, the organize of employees, appropriate use of experience and skills of employees, close relationship and cooperation of employees, selection of employees and supervision of employees are the main pillars. After examining various scientific results in this research, there is a proper consideration of the above cases. The elements of Jobs Design and Grouping Jobs, have been explored in this article from vision of Management science.

Structural Equation Model on Work Engagement of Cooperative Employees in Davao Region

Work engagement fosters employee satisfaction and organizational development. This study is aimed to establish the best-fit model for work engagement among the cooperatives of Davao City. Thus, the study in a quantitative approach uses structural equation modeling to establish the best fit model. It employed simple random sampling with 349 employees of cooperatives all over Davao Region as respondents. The study found the best-fit model through various goodness-of-fit models. The study found a presence of high to very high levels of OCB, WD, OC, and WE among the employees of cooperatives with the employee’s organizational citizenship behavior as the best predictor of work engagement. The model shows presence of serial mediation but when teste dindicated insignificant. Thus, the best fit model provides evidence of direct effects of the variables on WE. The study recommends for the development of OCB initiatives in organizations that will help optimize work engagement of the employees among cooperatives.

The Effect of Strategic Orientation Through Social Capital on the Performance of the Republic of Indonesia Public Employee Cooperative (KPRI) Tulungagung Regency

Strategic orientation refers to how organizations should interact with customers, competitors, technology, and other external factors to make optimal strategic choices. Research using four orientations simultaneously is still rarely done and given the importance of social capital in social enterprises, this study will analyze the effect of social capital as an intervening variable on the performance of KPRI. Based on this, this study aims to determine the effect of strategic orientation on KPRI performance with social capital as an intervening variable. The research method uses quantitative methods with path analysis and data analysis using the PLS Smart application. The results of the study resulted in the following findings; Entrepreneurial orientation. Market orientation Technology orientation has no effect, learning orientation has no effect on KPRI performance. Social capital has a significant influence on the performance of KPRI in Tulungagung Regency. Social capital is proven as an intervening variable affecting entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation, technology orientation, learning orientation on KPRI performance. KPRI management is more risk averse to maintain financial balance so that the social mission of the cooperative is maintained. The majority of KPRI's business is savings and loans, KPRI members to meet urgent financial needs prefer to borrow from KPRI. The use of technology and learning orientation is still limited due to constraints on KPRI's resources. Improving cooperative performance can be done by the management by strengthening social capital in KPRI.

FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KEBERHASILAN USAHA KOPERASI DI KOTA BOGOR

The success of cooperatives can be measured through the roles they have played for the community or the surrounding environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the internal control system, size, type, and education level of employees on the success of cooperative businesses in the city of Bogor using quantified qualitative research methods, carried out on active cooperatives registered at the Bogor City Cooperative and UKM Service, namely 456 cooperatives. with 1 cooperative only 1 administrator who became a respondent. The study used a saturated sample (census) technique, so the study population was 528 or at least 46 respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with hypothesis testing through the F test and t test. The results of the study show that the internal control system, size, type and education level of employees simultaneously influence the success of cooperative businesses in the city of Bogor. Partially the internal control system, type and level of education of cooperative employees have a significant effect on the success of cooperatives in Bogor city. While the size of the cooperative has no effect on the success of the cooperative business in the city of Bogor.
