The Development of Creative Potential as a Condition for the Formation of the Competitiveness of the Future Specialist

Relevance. New requirements for the training of students in higher educational institutions are that acquiring only specialized professional knowledge is no longer sufficient for a future competitive specialist. It is necessary to develop such individual abilities that significantly reveal his individuality and creative potential.Goal of the work. To determine pedagogical conditions that contribute to the development of the creative potential of future specialists as a factor in the formation of their competitiveness.Objectives of the research: Based on the analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature, to find out the essence and content of the basic concepts of the study “personal competitiveness,” creative potential”; to justify the pedagogical conditions for the development of the creative potential of future specialists in the sociocultural space of higher education.Methodology. During the scientific search, the following research methods were used: systemic, analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, generalization, comparison.Results. Based on the analysis of scientific sources, the concept of individual competitiveness is defined as a necessary set of professional and personal qualities that contribute to the possession of competitive advantages in current sociocultural conditions. The pedagogical conditions for the development of creative potential are determined as conditions for the formation of the competitiveness of a future specialist.Conclusions. Preparation for identifying and developing creative potential is possible provided that a creative learning environment is created that stimulates students' creative activity and students' motivation for creative activity.

Visual Metaphors in Pedagogical Discourse

A visual metaphor is an image that allows you convey the meaning that escapes during verbal representation, as well as to enhance the impact of the message. It is for this reason that visual metaphor occupies a special place in pedagogical discourse. The explanation of unknown concepts and phenomena by referring to the formed units of knowledge presented figuratively is a necessary stage of cognition of reality. Visual metaphorization of complexly organized aggregates of objects and phenomena of the surrounding world facilitates their perception, thereby representing their essence in a visual and accessible form. The basis of the visual metaphor is the similarity in function, purpose, shape, color, size. A number of scientific papers are devoted to the methodology of analyzing individual verbal metaphors. At the same time, the visual metaphors used by the teacher to explain the transmitted educational information have not been practically investigated. This provision determines the relevance of the research. The target of the study is to study the specifics of visual metaphorization in pedagogical discourse. As part of the educational process, visual metaphors are embodied in the form of mind maps, mood boards, singular metaphorical references that explicate an Abstract idea in a system of images formed during the development of curricula and personal subjective experience. It is established that the use of these methods of visualization of theoretical material, built on the basis of a given visual metaphor, contribute to the structuring and memorization of educational information, the development of creative and cognitive potential. A visual metaphor acts as a vector for analyzing a problem situation: the creative process of interpreting a visual image leads to the identification of a logical relationship between the images, revealing the nature of the object or phenomenon being studied, as well as the formation of creative thinking of students.

Age-appropriate adaptation of creativity tasks for infants aged 12–24 months

Creativity is an important skill that relates to innovation, problem-solving and artistic achievement. However, relatively little is known about the early development of creative potential in very young children, in part due to a paucity of tasks suitable for use during infancy. Current measures of creativity in early childhood include the Unusual Box Test, Torrance's Thinking Creatively in Action and Movement (TCAM) task and the Toca Kitchen Monsters task. These tasks are designed for children aged above 12, 36 and 18 months respectively, but very few measures of creativity can be used for infants aged below 2. Accordingly, here we report age-appropriate adaptations of TCAM and Toca Kitchen Monsters tasks for infants as young as 12 to 24 months. Considerations taken into account include (1) infants’ cognitive capacities (i.e., attention span, language comprehension skills, motor skills, and approach to play), and (2) practicality of the stimuli, including suitability for use amid the COVID-19 pandemic. The modified creativity battery for infants includes three tasks: Music Play, Object Play and Exploratory Play tasks. The task protocols elaborated in this paper are intended to facilitate studies on the early development of creativity in infants aged between 12 and 24 months.  The questions that lead to the following research are: Is every human being creative? Does everybody possess a creative potential? If anyone is born creative, does creativity remain a part of our whole lives, or does it fade away reaching adulthood? Can acting techniques develop or reawaken creativity? The research project we conducted focused on the ways creativity can be rediscovered in every field of activity, and the possibilities that acting teachers have on guiding their students aged 9 to 13 to regain and develop their creative potential via theater games and improvisation. 
 
 

Makerspace as a space in a children's library сreativity and the latest information technologies

The peculiarities of the organization and the main functions of the makerspace in the children's library as a space for creativity and the use of the latest information technologies are analyzed. Makerspace in the children's library is aimed at promoting the development of creativity, convergent thinking, and the search for innovative ideas. It is emphasized that the makerspace combines traditional creative activities in the children's library with digital technologies, including: 3D printers, laser milling machines, thermal presses, application software, equipment for creating robots, drones, digital cameras, Google Glass, etc. For children, creative activities in the makerspace involve the formation of integrated literacy in the fields of reading, science, art, mathematics and technology or specific competencies: creating digital films, web cartoons, remakes, video editing, combining remixes, 3D modeling and printing, training for screenwriters, master classes in programming, control of drones, robots, mobile photography and film school, digital storytelling studio, etc. It was concluded that the makerspace is a complex inclusive environment in which a specific culture and common values are formed, and creativity, exchange of information and technologies act as mutual support; a space that promotes technological development, provides services and programs for the formation of STEM competencies, digital literacy, to help children develop creative abilities and problem-solving skills in the age of the digital environment. This enables the makerspace to implement a number of functions of the library's informational and creative activities: formation of digital literacy, development of convergent thinking, intellectual and creative potential, knowledge exchange and collaboration, formation of environmental awareness. Thanks to the implementation of the concept of makercraft, the children's library is transformed into various spatial forms: digital literacy; knowledge exchange and collaboration; creativity; interactivity; communication.

Развитие творческого потенциала подростков во внеурочной деятельности на модели школьного игрового (креативного) клуба

The article presents the results of the pilot empirical study on the development of creative potential of young people by means of game and art technologies. It is shown that the existing methodological developments are aimed at the development of highly specialized skills, but not at the creative potential in the broad sense. In order to remove this limitation, the technology of game (creative) club in school extracurricular activities is proposed. 
 Creative potential, according to the concept of J. Renzulli, is considered as a complex of intellectual, motivational and creative factors. It is hypothesized that active intellectual-developmental game (creative) activities help to identify and form the creative potential of adolescents. Game (creative) technologies (TRIZ, acting exercises, the game "Mafia") were used as means of development. In order to test the hypothesis, we used the method of expert evaluation according to the method of S.M. Platonova for the evaluation of general aptitude and statistical analysis of the obtained empirical data. 
 The results reflect a qualitative change of creative potential of the experimental group at all levels of creative potential: intellectual, motivational and creative. The model of the school game club is proposed as a technology for the development of creative potential not only of adolescents, but also of teachers in the practice of extracurricular school activities.

Development of a Methodology for Organizing Classes of General Secondary Schools Based on New Technologies

In this article, the role of the music teacher in the development of music lessons in general secondary schools and the positive solution of the demands and obligations imposed on him are analyzed. This study aims to explore effective music teaching within music pedagogy, focusing on personalized approaches, the development of creative potential, and the role of parents in the educational process. The method used in this study involves a descriptive approach to outline various aspects of effective music teaching within music pedagogy. The results show insights into strategies for effective music teaching, emphasizing support, motivation, and collaboration with both students and parents.

FACTORS TO THE FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE ENTERPRISE'S CREATIVE POTENTIAL

The article focuses on the significance of preserving and enhancing the creative potential of the enterprise. It highlights the importance of creating a environment that fosters creativity and developing employees' creative skills. The research of both domestic and foreign authors on the essence of creativity is analyzed. It was revealed that there is still no formalized understanding of the factors that influence creativity and lead to a positive entrepreneurial effect. The purpose of the article is to establish the essence of the creative potential of the enterprise, its formation and development factors, and to study approaches to managing the development of creative potential. The article utilizes comparison, generalization, analytical methods, etc. It considers the essence of the creative potential of the enterprise and identifies two primary factors the development of the creative environment: economic and infrastructural, along with their problems and possible solutions. The article studied approaches to evaluating and managing the development of creative potential and presents the scheme of management system for creative potential development, including the composition of the enterprise's creative resources. It also mentions methods and tools for stimulating employees' creative potential. The components of the enterprise's strategies for the development of the enterprise's creative potential are presented. The importance of a systematic and comprehensive approach to developing creative potential is emphasized. It should including measures aimed at developing the competence of personnel in terms of their skills and abilities, creating mechanisms for their material and moral stimulation, and providing the necessary environment for realizing creative potential of employees.

New directions in the field of management ‒ creative management and management talent, their cooperation and influence on the competitiveness of the enterprise are investigated in the article. The approach to cooperation of management talent and creative management of the enterprise with the ground of their processes and exposure of general lines is offered. In particular, requirement in a creative leader ‒ top-manager; application of technologies of tutorship, coaching, continuous departmental teaching for professional development; investing in development of workers, their creativity, intellectual and emotional potentials; application of motivation systems and workers stimulations that provide creativity, creative approach, eccentric decision of problem questions, creation of innovations; just evaluation of workers and their end-point of work; creation of comfort antistress terms of work on the basis of forming corporate culture with an accent on skills and creativity. Because of systemic approach the cooperation, influence and addition management talent as a constituent of personel management and creativity management as constituent of innovative management in the system of management of the enterprise is presented. Management talent is sent to professional growing or opening of talented worker from a zero (entrance). In its turn, creative management is sent to the association of talented workers in creative commands for development of creative potential, realization of aims and ideas, receipt of the results of innovative researches (exit). Management talent, attracting own and external sources, forms a talented top-management with high intellectual potential and experience for providing innovative development of the enterprise, that in its turn, executes basic functions and requirements of creative management is considered. Directions of creative management improvement in cooperating with management talent that substantially will influence on workers development, results of activity and creation of competitive edges in the system of competitiveness of the enterprise.

The Influence of AI ChatGPT on Improving Teachers' Creative Thinking

The latest technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), have emerged as pivotal tools for fostering creativity, aiding in the development of novel and interactive pedagogical methods, and catalysing innovation within the educational process. The integration of technology into education opens avenues for creative expression and the cultivation of creative skills among students. Investigating the cognitive styles of educators is imperative for adapting instructional strategies, as divergent modes of thinking can impact the efficacy of teaching and facilitate the customization of approaches in pedagogy. In this article, the predominant type of thinking among student teachers is investigated, the average level of creativity is determined, and the potential influence of employing an innovative method - ChatGPT - on the creative abilities of future educators is explored. The study sample consisted of (450) university teachers at three universities, Udmurt State University (Izhevsk, Russia), Peoples' Friendship University of Russia (Moscow, Russia), and Beijing Institute of Technology (Beijing, China). Participants were invited to participate in two assessments: J. Bruner's test on thinking styles, and a proprietary questionnaire designed to gather additional insights into the perception and influence of ChatGPT on creative potential. This research employed a quantitative approach. The study revealed that 70% of the surveyed student teachers exhibited a sign-oriented type of thinking. The experimental findings indicated a moderate level of creativity among these students. Only 28% of the participants demonstrated a high degree of creativity. In contrast, educators who utilized the developed programme exhibited a higher level of creative ability and better performance compared to teachers in the control group. This suggests that the incorporation of ChatGPT in education exerts a positive influence on enhancing educators' outcomes when compared to conventional teaching methods. The practical significance of this study lies in its contribution to expanding knowledge about the impact of ChatGPT on the development of creative potential. It underscores the importance of employing contemporary information and communication technologies in the preparation of future teachers.

Minimizing risks in developing intellectually intensive products, connected with the exclusion of unauthorized entry into the design and technological project security system, is the most important task of preserving the development of Russian creative potential. The research method is to identify and analyse the application of engineering and psychological aspects of the design activities of intellectual-intensive products. Clearly formed and documented requirements for information and technological security, supplemented by research in the field of engineering psychology, make it possible to minimise the risks of threats to enter the system along the entire chain of the design and production process. Building a model for minimising the risks of a design and technological project, which makes it possible to fulfil technological safety requirements based on developing quality assessment criteria, considering the use of engineering and psychological knowledge, is the solution to a very urgent problem.

THE IMPORTANCE OF ORGANIZED LEISURE FOR THE SOCIALIZATION OF CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES

The article reveals the peculiarities of social work with children with disabilities through leisure activities, focusing on the educational and recreational potential of leisure communication. The purpose of the article and the views of representatives of the scientific research school on the importance of the role of leisure in a child’s life, in adapting children to a new environment through inclusion in leisure activities and communication by interests are defined. The author of the article highlights and analyzes the problem of the importance of organized leisure, organized leisure activities in the development of social activity and creative potential of a child with a disability. The role of the leisure sphere in the socialization of children with disabilities is determined, which is based on the principles of taking into account and satisfying the interests of visitors to leisure facilities. The role of state support and the importance of assisting children with disabilities in entering the environment and society is determined.The factor of leisure as a component of free time, which captures the child with positive opportunities and inherent cognitive activity of various activities that contribute to the development of the child's personality and his or her free entry into society, is indicated. Leisure is revealed as a factor that can help restore the physical, mental and psychological strength of a child with health complications.The article reveals the leading role of the organizer of leisure activities with children with disabilities, which are focused on the disclosure of children’s natural inclinations, development and stimulation of creative initiative of children themselves. Attention is drawn to and the use of leisure activities that ensure child development and contribute to the emotional enrichment of the child is substantiated: game activities, staging of works of children's literature, various types of artistic and applied activities. It has been determined that leisure and leisure activities are one of the essential resources for optimizing the social activity of children with disabilities, have the ability to stimulate the process of their socialization, inculturation and self-realization; create conditions for the realization of the interests and needs of children, the development of their activity, creative initiative, promote the formation of a desire to find new value orientations through free choice of leisure activities.

Межрегиональные неравенства в контексте диспропорций развития малых и крупных городов России

The article examines the problems of development, disproportions and spatial inequality of Russian regions, the reasons for the economic and sociocultural stagnation of small regional cities, the lack of balance in the development of large cities and small settlements in the context of interregional inequality. An analysis of the study of problems and reasons for updating the quality of life of the population of small towns is presented, and the possibilities for their development are considered. It is emphasized that population growth in agglomera-tions does not always lead to better living conditions. The emphasis is laid on the human-centered system of assessment of this indicator, which is conditioned by cultural characteristics and value system. It is stressed that in modern Russia regional management uses a model of active social policy based on the inclusion of human capital in the process of overcoming the inequalities of territories. Conclusion emphasizes the fact that promot-ing the development of civic and creative potential of small town residents to preserve the historical and cultural heritage of small settlements is the most important task of the authorities in the context of Russia’s strategic geopolitics.

PERCEPTION OF IMPRESSIONISM AS AN EFFECTIVE WAY TO DEVELOP CREATIVITY AMONG STUDENTS IN THE FIELD OF ADDITIONAL EDUCATION

Currently, an urgent task is the development of creativity, which is reflected in programmes of additional education. There is a rapid growth in the number of educational programmes including sections on the development of creativity and creative potential of students, the search for new methods of development and evaluation of creativity. In the article, the focus of the author’s attention lies in the field of fine art as a way of developing creativity. The article presents the features of organising the process of perception of Impressionist paintings and designing a creative environment for the development of students’ creativity in the field of additional education through the perception of Impressionist paintings. It is concluded that the Impressionists’ paintings meet the requirements that need to be taken into account when forming a creative environment and developing creativity. Also, for the development of creativity, it is necessary to take into account the peculiarities of thinking, personality traits and qualities of the listener in the field of additional education. The author notes the importance of avoiding the influence of constraining factors, barriers and obstacles to the development of creativity through the perception of Impressionist paintings.

Cultural and educational environment in the development of younger schoolchildren's creative potential.

The purpose of our research is to study the creative potential as psychological capacities for younger schoolchildren's creative self-realization and self-development in various conditions of the educational environment. The methodological basis of this work is Vygotsky's conceptual provisions according to which the human psyche is culturally determined, and a sociocultural environment is considered to be the main source and condition for the child's mental development. The study involved younger schoolchildren (a total of 160 children from the 4th grade aged 9-10 years, n = 160, M = 9.5 years, SD = 2.6; 49% boys) from schools in Kazan (Russian Federation). We used a test of verbal creativity when studying the creative potential of younger schoolchildren, the proposed method is a Russian-language adapted version of the RAT test (remote association test) by Mednik. The Johnson Creativity Inventory was used as adapted by Tunick. To study the level of communicative control, the test "Diagnostics of communicative control" by Schneider was used. To assess the personal qualities of younger students, we used a modified version of the children's personality questionnaire intended for 8-12 year-old children and developed by Cattell and Koan. As a result of a comprehensive expert assessment, we identified four types of schools with different severity degrees of essential characteristics of educational environments: serene, dogmatic, career and creative. According to the analysis of variance (one-dimensional one-factor ANOVA), the younger schoolchildren's creative potential was revealed in the context of the educational environment variability and the contingency of the educational environment parameters with the personal characteristics of the children. We have empirically confirmed that in a creative educational environment with cultural content based on ethno-cultural values, patterns and norms, the development of the child is actively supported largely, with the disclosure of his creative potential. Younger schoolchildren are characterized by greater subjective agency and the capability to gain unique achievements in educational and cognitive activity.

Possibilities of individualization of teaching students of higher education

At present, the organization of the educational process involves the creation of conditions for learning corresponding to the individual characteristics of students; development of individuality, independence and creative potential of the individual. The freedom to choose the elements of the educational process is provided. The main goal of this is to organically combine the system of higher education with the training of highly qualifi ed mid-level personnel.

RESULTS OF THE EXPERT EVALUATION OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE MANAGEMENT MODEL OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE CREATIVE POTENTIAL OF TEACHERS AS A SELF-ESTEEM OF THE MANAGER COMPETENCE

This article deals with the organization and results of expert evaluation of the management model of the creative potential of Ukrainian language and literature teachers in the context of non-formal education, reflects its certain level by independent experts and an experimental group. The topical issues of results of expert evaluation have been disclosed. It was noted that qualitative management of development of creative potential of teachers in modern society during wartime is one of the main tasks of the same society. The focus is on the concept of "professional competence". A professional leader is able to find compromises, changes him/herself, changing the environment. It was noted that the success and effectiveness of the development of the creative potential of teachers of education institutions depends directly on the competence of the individual manager, his/her professional level, facilitating the use of pedagogical innovations, enhance the role of knowledge in all areas of activity.
 The management model of development of creative potential of teachers is the ability to determine the strategy of development of the institution, the organization of its effective activity through the implementation of new approaches and activity system. It proves urgency of introduction of a management model of development of creative potential of teachers in education institutions. In the context of quality management this development depends on the judicious combination of the self-actualization of the individual, his/her free choice, respect and understanding, the competence and willingness of the management itself to renew their knowledge, readiness to life-long learning.
 The main management model of development of creative potential of teachers is motivation, attitude to obtaining new knowledge and awareness of the changes taking place in Ukraine, because the society begins to realize that the teacher is an agent of change, a means of organizing intellectual cooperation among all members of the education process.

PRACTICE-ORIENTED APPROACH TO PROJECT MANAGEMENT OF ENTERPRISE CREATIVE POTENTIAL

The article is dedicated to the current issues of accelerating the innovative development of organizations based on the utilization of practice-oriented project management technologies in fostering the development of the creative potential across various business sectors and the widespread integration of digital technologies. The research explores existing scientific approaches and practical experiences within project management. Their advantages and limitations for implementing creative projects and managing them are identified. It is clarified that the increasing complexity of an organization's operational environment is accompanied by the emergence of new demands and challenges that necessitate the adoption of new project management technologies. It is substantiated that the main tasks of the new practice-oriented methodology of project management for organizational creative potential development and the implementation of creative projects should align with the principles of sustainable development rooted in a system of societal values. Crucially, business activities are required to adhere to universally recognized obligations in human rights, labor, environmental conservation, and anti-corruption efforts. The article identifies that the latest technological advancements are paralleled by the digitization of economic and managerial spheres. In these processes, digitalization of project management takes the lead, embracing open innovations and mechanisms for their promotion, the amalgamation of strategic management and project management technologies, and leadership under extremely volatile conditions. It is argued that a significant aspect of project management in the creative and innovative realms for enterprises involves knowledge management and the enhancement of managerial personnel's competencies. The mechanism of realizing of each project, especially those of the creative nature, is quite specific and requires essential professional competencies from all the participants at each stage. A systematic approach is proposed for determining key competencies of managerial personnel and their cultivation at various levels: individual, intra-organizational, organizational, inter-organizational, regional, and national. It is argued that strategic management of an enterprise’s creative potential within the context of a digital economy demands a new approach and adaptation to contemporary challenges and opportunities.
