The development of a pre-school educational institution in the organization of the city’s innovation platform by means of informatization

The article proposes to solve the problem of organizing the activities of the city’s innovation platform by means of informatization. The relevance of the topic is not in doubt, as the study of the phenomenon of innovative development of educational institutions by means of information culture and related phenomena and related processes is now in demand. Information education, on the one hand, is a pressing problem for resolution, and on the other hand – providing opportunities, that is, acting as a stimulating factor for the development of preschool education in an innovative mode. This paper highlights some aspects of the problem of education information, which are particularly relevant and possible for resolution at this stage in the conditions of preschool education. Creating and expanding a single informational educational space solves the challenges of developing the potential (cultural and technical) of such with as a pre-school educational institution, as well as improving the quality of preschool education, its accessibility, continuity, etc., with the active interaction of all participants in educational relations.

PRESCHOOL CAMPAIGN AS AN ELEMENT OF CULTURAL AND EDUCATIONAL CAMPAIGN OF THE LATE 1920S - EARLY 1930S: BASED ON THE MATERIALS OF THE KOMI-ZYRYAN AUTONOMOUS OBLAST

The paper discusses the features of the phenomenon of "Preschool campaign" as part of the cultural revolution in Soviet Russia. General trends in the development of preschool education in Soviet Russia are described. The main attention is paid to the peculiarities of the "Preschool campaign" in the Komi-Zyryan Autonomous oblast. The problems of formation and development of the preschool system, their financing, material resources forming, training, organization of food, medical care and improving the methodology of working with preschoolers are analyzed. The authors point to ways to attract the population to the problems of public preschool education. It was revealed that the implementation of the "Preschool campaign" was accompanied by measures to promote a new, Marxist-Leninist ideology. The ideological component has become a mandatory component of all measures to expand the system of pre-school institutions and develop methods of pre-school education. The researchers believe that the implementation of the "Preschool campaign" in the Komi autonomy, even if various shortcomings were identified, contributed to large-scale changes in the system of upbringing of young children, and the activation of women workers in the social and production life of the region. It was identified that pioneer, Komsomol, Trade Union and party organizations played an important role in conducting the "Preschool campaign". The authors note the development of methods of working with preschoolers as a positive phenomenon. The improvement of methodological assistance consisted not only in practical assistance to teachers, but also in showing the best experience through the press. It is shown that in order to overcome the shortage of professional staff for preschool institutions in the Komi region, they went beyond the existing short-term pedagogical courses and sometimes attracted casual workers. In 1931, a pre-school Department of the Syktyvkar Pedagogical College was opened. During the "Preschool campaign" in the Komi-Zyryan Autonomous oblast, it was possible not only to open a significant number of new pre-school institutions, to diversify the measures of pre-school education in towns and rural areas, but also to force population to reconsider it views on raising children.

Effective Strategies for the Development of Preschool Education

With the rapid development of social economy, the demand for talents in all walks of life is increasing day by day. As a basic education, preschool education has attracted the attention of all walks of life in order to promote the development of preschool education and the development of the overall education. This paper first explores the current situation of preschool education and teaching in China, introduces the teaching standards of preschool education, and puts forward corresponding solutions to the existing problems, so as to improve the teaching system of preschool education, ensure the stable, rapid and efficient development of preschool education, and lay a solid foundation for future education and teaching.

Analysis of the Contents of the “Draft of the Preschool Education Law of the People’s Republic Of China (Draft for Solicitation of Comments)” Based on the ROST CM6.0 Content Mining System

: Taking the text of the “Draft of the Preschool Education Law of the People’s Republic of China (Draft for Solicitation of Comments)” released in September 2020 as the object of research, this article took a content analysis method and used the text analysis software of the ROST CM6.0 content mining system to analyze the text’s keywords, core terms and specific content. It discussed in depth the draft law’s response to restraints on the development of preschool education in China, addressing core issues such as the provision of resources in preschool education, government coordination mechanisms, and the improvement of preschool education quality. It emphasized the supply side as the starting point to standardize and expand the supply of resources for preschool education. It put needs at the core, together with guaranteeing the basics, focusing points, and paying attention to the quality of preschool education. It took the clarification of powers and responsibilities as a foothold, and a mechanism that runs through the development of preschool education. By analyzing the value positions behind the draft, it found that it taking people-centered, child-oriented, quality-based, government-led, and putting the disadvantaged first as the value standpoint. It then provided support for the reasonable interpretation and promotion of the improvement of the draft. However, the draft also reflected some problems, such as the excessive use of the term of principle “should,” the lack of necessary procedural content in some items, and the insufficient response to conflicts in value positions between different stakeholders. Based on this, the article proposed some suggestions for revising the draft: to rely on the cooperation of different teams to highlight the rule of law; to grasp the core benchmark based on the feedback of interest groups; and to highlight the macro perspective based on the national development strategy.

Research on the Development of my country’s Preschool Education Supply System from the Perspective of Supply and Demand Balance based on the Big Data

With the continuous development of the times, the importance of education has gradually become prominent. Preschool education in my country is developing rapidly. my country has always attached great importance to the pre-school education supply system, but there are still some problems. In the past 20 years, my country’s preschool education supply system has not been in harmony with the current social development, so the preschool education supply system is in short supply. This has affected the rapid development of preschool education in our country. Some problems are analyzed under the analysis of computer software. In the face of these problems, relevant departments should start from specific problems and formulate a more complete preschool education supply system to promote the better development of preschool education in our country.

Practical Research on Computer-Based Children’s Literature to Improve Kindergarten Teachers’ Humanistic Quality

For early childhood education, it requires teachers to have comprehensive professional qualities. Therefore, in the process of cultivating kindergarten teachers’ humanistic qualities, it is necessary to accumulate knowledge and experience with the help of relevant children’s literature. With the continuous and in-depth development of preschool education, preschool teachers often need to conduct targeted education according to the characteristics of the physical and mental development of children. Children’s literature is based on children’s age, intelligence and interests. Preschool teachers can deepen their understanding of children through children’s literature and better carry out preschool education. This article will study the practice of children’s literature on the basis of computer technology, hoping to improve the humanistic quality of preschool teachers and the quality of follow-up education.

This article describes the essence of distance learning technologies in the system of professional development of preschool education and its implementation in practice.

The main directions of education development in the conditions of digitalization

The article discusses the urgent problem of the education system - the preschool education development in the context of digitalization. The solution of this problem is facilitated by the creation of an information and educational environment, as well as the use of information and communication tools in communication, construction, play and other types of productive creative child activity. The authors of the article presented in detail four directions of the preschool education development in the context of digitalization: the creation of an information and educational environment (IEE) that meets the requirements of the harmonious holistic development of preschool children; ICT software assuring electromagnetic safety; introduction of new information technologies; formation of information competence in subjects of educational relations; and also gave an example of the use of these directions in the preschool educational institution (PEI) and the developed methodological sequence in the implementation of program content. The use of telecommunications, Intranet and Internet networks, telephone communications, etc. for the exchange of information brings variety to the joint activities of children and teachers. The authors of the article note that for the preschool education development in the context of digitalization, it is necessary to create in PEI a regulatory and legal framework, psychological and pedagogical conditions, a material and technical base, electronic educational resources, a criterion-diagnostic base, as well as to organize work with children, parents and teachers.

The Construction of Preschool Education Teachers under the Concept of Full Practice

With the deepening of education reform, it puts forward new requirements for the development of early childhood education. Therefore, this paper studies the strategies for the construction of early childhood education teachers under the concept of full practice. This strategy requires preschool teachers to have basic education quality; establish training mechanism and education standards; establish preschool education objectives and diversified training mechanism and innovate preschool education mode under the concept of full practice; play the leading role of the government and improve the social status of preschool teachers. Through strengthening the integration effect of the whole practice concept, innovating the construction strategy of preschool education teachers, promoting the diversified development of preschool education.

FEATURES OF LOGICAL AND MATHEMATICAL DEVELOPMENT OF PRESCHOOLERS WITH THE HELP OF FLASH GAMES

The article analyzes the problem of logical and mathematical development of senior preschoolers by means of flash games. The importance of mathematical education has been substantiated in accordance with the new educational realities: the needs of the implementation of the Concept for the development of natural and mathematical education (STEM education) and the new Concept for the development of preschool education. Since now mathematics, together with computer science, is becoming an interdisciplinary toolkit, and modern children feel free in the world of information technology, the authors of the article note that it is advisable to use network resources to benefit the educational process and ensure its quality. One of the options for such a network resource are flash games - game interactive platforms that optimize the game process in order to solve educational problems. The authors analyzed the views on the appropriateness of the use of flash games by preschoolers from such foreign scientists as Feliks Gorski, Alex Soares, Adelheid Reinhardt, David Nascimento, Gabriella Domeny, Mozilla Firefox, Peer Dorow, Benjamin Cooper, Zsuzsanna Csarnai Straub. The specificity of the experimental work, which involves two directions, is characterized. In the first educational - stage I is highlighted - propedeutic (criteria: abstraction with indicators - the ability to highlight the most significant characteristics of the object and exclude insignificant signs, where the flash game "Choose transport" was used; analysis with indicators - the ability to determine the relationship of an object and objects; to compare and analyze the data obtained; flash game: "Whose traces?"; synthesis with indicators - the ability to observe the laws of logic, build hypotheses and find out the consequences of reasoning; flash game "When does this happen?"); Stage II - implementation (criteria: classification with indicators - the ability to perform logical operations, deliberately argue them, formulate the grounds for classifying objects; flash games "The artist was mistaken", "Find a pair"; serialization with indicators - the ability to lay out a set of elements in accordance with the connections established between them; flash games: "Find a pair", "Logical connections", "In search of a shadow", "Into the forest for mushrooms", "Let's play snowballs", "Whose voice is heard on the farm?"); II direction - consulting: work with the teaching staff and with the parents of the pupils. The effectiveness of the work carried out was revealed using five diagnostic methods, carefully described in the article.

Використання системи “контролю помилкиˮ за методом Марії Монтессорі в дидактичних матеріалах з формування елементарних математичних уявлень у ЗДО

The article describes one of the Montessori methods known as the system of “error controlˮ in educational materials used for the formation of mathematical concepts in preschool education. The topic is relevant, because at the development of preschool education a special focus is on the logical and mathematical development of children. Mathematical knowledge and skills are the main factors necessary for knowledge of the world around us and life in it. The main educational tasks for the development of mathematical concepts are: the sensory development, logical and mathematical concepts developent, mathematical actions performed by children (arithmetics, measurement, the simplest calculations). Therefore, the logical and mathematical development of children is one of the key elements in the education of personality. The article describes issues of inaccessibility of didactic Montessori materials in Ukrainian preschool education, lack of research in this area, incorrect use of methods of encouragement and evaluation in preschool education. The emphasis of the article is that the method of Maria Montessori is quite popular in the educational space, thus there is a need for new research of the principles of education and training, in particular “the error controlˮ. It gives children the opportunity to independently control their actions and evaluate the result. Each activity of children in educational institutions should be evaluated by a teacher or independently by the children themselves. This concept is known as self-assessment, when students independently assess their activities and capabilities. Formative assessment is described as interactive assessment of the level of students’ knowledge. Montessori materials for the development of students’ math competence are helpful in practical actions and contribute to the development of independence and the ability of co-leadership. The formation of self-assessment ability is a priority in preparing the child for school. Thus, the use of the formative assessment at preschool education is one of the key elements in ensuring education quality. The development of normative requirements for buildings of preschool educational institutions

Preschool education is intended for acquiring primary skills and knowledge. This is facilitated by the conditions in preschool educational institutions. The subject of this research is the normative requirements for preschool educational institutions. The goal lies in analysis of the development of normative requirements for preschool educational institutions. The task is to examine the basic technical regulations in the sphere of preschool education, as well as determine the changes in normative regulations. The research leans on the scientific materials on the topic and the content of the normative legal acts. The research material includes the results of scientific research on this topic and the content of regulatory legal acts. The article provides general characteristics to the development of normative requirements for pre-school buildings. The concept of “kindergarten” is introduced in the Building Code II-64-80. The normative legal acts outline the layout and architectural solutions of the buildings. Relevance of this topic is substantiated by the development of pre-school education aimed at improving accessibility and availability of place in preschool educational institutions; for this purpose the new ones will be built. The research relies on the historical development of architectural regulations, standard projects of Soviet period, sanitary and epidemiological requirements, greening of territories, modern architecture; reconstruction of preschool buildings in modern urban environment. The conducted analysis of the scientific works of the experts reveals the following peculiarities: historical development of architecture of preschool buildings in the Soviet period and emergence of new types; requirements for land allocated for this purpose; reconstruction of the existing preschool buildings. The first technical regulations set the basic requirements for project design and allocated land, standard values for indoor areas, noise and insolation levels; sanitary and epidemiological rules were established later on.

PRESCHOOL EDUCATION IN UKRAINE: ACHIEVEMENTS, REALITIES, PROSPECTS

The purpose of the article is to summarize the experience of the preschool education modernization in Ukraine as a sovereign state, namely in Ukraine in the 90s of the 20th century and at the beginning of the 21st century. The paper highlights the first steps of the preschool education development in the 90s of the 20th century as well as its active development phase at the beginning of the 21st century: the development of variable programs, the Basic Component of Preschool Education, the Law of Ukraine “On Preschool Education”, the First Congress of Preschool Education. Scientific achievements in the field of higher preschool education, training of scientific and pedagogical staff are considered. Perspective directions for further modernization of the preschool education sector have been identified.

Влияние экономического развития муниципального района на дошкольное образование (на примере Республики Башкортостан)

The article highlights the problems of preschool education in the municipal district, which is the initial link in the system of continuing education and the basis for the full-fledged growth of an individual. Analysis of the influence of various conditions of the economic and social life reveals the problems that impede the development of preschool education. There have been analyzed the factors characterizing the coverage of children by preschool educational organizations and the availability of preschool education at the regional level. The methodological basis of the study was the economic and statistical analysis of indicators that determine the development of preschool education. The main characteristics of preschool educational activities in Republic of Bashkortostan (a study of municipal districts) are given. It has been stated that for the period from 2010 to 2018 in Republic of Bashkortostan, the number of independent preschool educational organizations decreased by 41.3%, while the number of pupils increased by 42.4%. The studies have revealed the relationship between the level of economic development of the municipal district, its specialization and the involvement of children in preschool educational activities. It has been established that in the municipal areas with well-developed industrial production the coverage of children by preschool educational organizations is high, and vice versa - in the municipal areas with a low level of industrial development the coverage of children by preschool educational organizations is poor. In the municipal areas oriented to the production of agricultural products the involvement of children in preschool education is low. The analysis results can serve as the basis for further research on the development of preschool education and be of practical importance in the development of strategic documents on the regional development.

Management of innovative approaches in preschool education in Ukraine

The article describes the solution of the problem of managing a preschool educational institution in the context of an innovative approach. After all, the problem of reforming preschool education in modern conditions involves a radical restructuring of management, its democratization, decentralization and humanization. The article aims at scientific and practical substantiation of mechanisms of state management of innovative development of preschool education in Ukraine and definition of strategic directions of their improvement and reveals essence of innovative approaches to management of preschool educational institution, and also research of priority of innovations in management of preschool educational institutions. Emphasis is placed on the fact that the transition to new educational standards, integration into the European and world educational space have brought to the fore the problem of innovative management in preschool educational institutions. Functional changes in the activity of the head of the preschool institution are analyzed. The methodological basis of the study is the need to modernize preschool education in Ukraine, which is associated with European and global trends and challenges, the growing attention of the international community to this level of education.The introduction of innovations in the management activities of the organization, which is associated with the inconsistency of the needs management process, due to the environment of its operation. The introduction of innovations in the management of the organization helps to avoid such negative effects and factors as reduced productivity, active and passive resistance to change, exclusion of employees from the work process, conflicts in the team, professional exhaustion, voluntary dismissal, slow assimilation of changes, dismissal etc.Such tasks as solving the problem of managing a preschool educational institution in the context of an innovative approach remain relevant for preschool education in the near future. Представлено головні положення проєкту Концепції освіти дітей раннього та дошкільного віку, яку розглянуто на засіданні Президії НАПН України 27 лютого 2020 р., та оприлюднено для громадського обговорення на вебсайті НАПН України. У доповіді-презентації розкрито мету Концепції, яка полягає у забезпеченні системних змін в освіті дітей раннього та дошкільного віку, управлінні системою дошкільної освіти на різних її рівнях задля формування стратегічного ресурсу країни – якісного людського капіталу. Обґрунтовано актуальність і доцільність Концепції, наведено чітко вибудовану її структуру та охарактеризовано п’ять розділів: «Стан освіти дітей раннього та дошкільного віку в Україні»; «Стратегічні напрями розвитку освіти дітей раннього та дошкільного віку»; «Законодавчі й управлінські передумови реалізації концепції»; «Фінансування»; «Очікувані результати»; «Ризики, пов’язані з реалізацією концепції» та списку використаних термінів. The Dilemma of Balanced Development of Preschool Education in Ethnic Minority Areas in Yunnan Province and Its Countermeasures

There are 25 ethnic minority areas in Yunnan Province, most of which are in remote or mountainous areas, with the influence of lagging economic development and geographical factors. the problem of preschool education in these ethnic minority areas is more prominent. As the beginning of lifelong learning, preschool education occupies an important position in the national education system. In recent years, many policies have been introduced in China, which have been effective in promoting preschool education. But it has been found that factors such as the lag in economic development level, backward parents' attitudes, overall insufficient and uneven allocation of pre-school education funds, teaching obstacles, and lack of teacher theory are the main bottleneck obstacles to the development of pre-school education in ethnic minority areas in Yunnan Province. This article tries to expound the bottleneck of the development of preschool education in Yunnan ethnic minority areas and make an in-depth analysis of it, according to the local conditions, it proposes feasible solutions such as setting up preschool education institutions in various forms, broadening the channels of capital investment, helping parents establish correct educational concepts, promoting the quality of bilingual teaching, strengthening the construction of teachers, promoting curriculum and teaching reform, and developing preschool education courses with national characteristics.in order to promote the balanced development of pre-school education in Yunnan ethnic areas.

Ivanna Blazhkevych about the development of pre-school education as a factor in building a strong state

The activity and creative work of Ukrainian activist, writer, teacher Ivanna Blazhkevych (1886“1977) in the context of the development of pre-school education as a factor of strengthening the state have been thoroughly investigated in the article. For the first time the periodization of main stages of life and development of cultural-educational and scientific ideas of Ivanna Blazhkevych were substantiated in the article. The basic directions of pedagogical and cultural-educational activity and creativity of I. Blazhkevych have been clarified: pre-school-pedagogical (organization of pre-school institutions; substantiation of methods of pre-school education; determination of requirements for kindergarteners-educators); educational (participation in the elimination of illiteracy), ethnographic (collection of ethnographic material: recording folk songs, legends, sayings); national-patriotic (preservation of national traditions, mother tongue); guardianship (assistance to local war victims, prisoners of war, establishing orphanages for children); economic (founding cooperatives; working as a director of the district union of cooperatives in Ternopil), literary (writing books for children).
